Those are [01:50] polite to her compared to any other guests on the show, that is why she's off camera. She has a a name that I would normally insinuate belongs to insinuate that here because I cannot be disrespectful. But that is Cherry off [02:06] everyone? >> Hello, everyone. >> Okay, very good. That's good. >> It varies. >> Let's try to get a number. Let's try to >> Are we talking monthly, hourly? >> Let's do monthly. [03:52] >> Monthly, about 1,500. >> Okay. I thought I I thought I heard the word success somewhere. Um, okay. The the veteran. Uh, are you on VA >> Uh, how much? >> I'll keep that private. Okay. [04:09] >> I'm sure. Is she at 100%. [clears throat] >> PTSD and a lot of other things. >> What other things? >> I can't mention those. >> Why is that? [04:22] >> It's private. >> I'm moving sandbags 15 FT THAT WAY. >> WHY? DOES IT LOOK LIKE I KNOW? >> WELL, so she can mention them. They're >> Do you actually have disability? >> Yes, I do. [04:35] >> Yeah, that's why she got the 100%. That's not why. That's why I have a mortgage. >> No, you Huh? That doesn't make sense. >> You said that's my why. But it is why she has the the disability because it's [04:48] private. It's a private situation between her and why she got the 100% to then it's private. >> Right. Right. Right. >> Yeah. It's not instructed to be private. >> So, it's private by choice. Yes. [05:01] >> well, I guess the first veteran in the history of the show. You know what? Good strategy cuz everyone else is out outed themselves on this show of not actually having a disability. So you keep that to yourself and you keep collecting that [05:15] check. That'll [laughter] that's the that's the right way to do it if we know how to use the system. Am I right, girl? So I'm guessing it's about $8,000. disability. [05:28] >> No, my success is everything that I do. >> Okay. Well, 1,500 from and 8,000 from >> pole dancing instruction >> instructor that's two totally different >> of 1500 8,000 is disability so your success is disability [05:43] missing >> no it's not a number you missing is [clears throat] >> I make money from going to school I make >> yes I'm in school as well as I >> mention money from that [05:57] pay you to go to school and you're a school making money you're getting it was your service? >> 92 Golf. >> 92 Golf. >> What? I I still don't understand why. Why should I collect your income? Cuz I picking on her on picking on her a little. Uh, and uh, Ricky, I want them to do very well. >> You're in the middle. [07:08] Ricky have met. Um, >> I would hope so, cuz this is like, Am I going to write it down? Probably not. Actually, I'll cross it out. You know [07:35] business. >> Uh we have an entertaining company. >> You entertain? >> Uh we have a party bus. We have a food truck. Um we have a travel uh a travel bus and we have a um podcast. And you [07:50] >> what the what your business does? Every business ever? >> All in one. >> It's all in one. It's a little uh >> usually businesses that try to do everything tend to not do anything well. [08:02] >> I'm hoping that's not the case cuz I do genuinely even though and Jerry I I will apologize. I am picking you on you at the beginning. This is mostly because um pick on them is when I actually want to pick on If you said I could bully you, I [08:16] nice, but I'm still holding back due to beginning. But in [08:56] in the world of business that if you try to do everything, right? >> Before you start to try to opinionate on somebody's business, in general, I'm not even saying your business doesn't work. I don't know your [09:08] numbers yet. I'm just saying that's a concern going in cuz it is a general understanding that any skill of an individual if he tries to do everything at once, he's not doing everything to 100%. It's impossible. [09:21] It's probably because I didn't explain it right. You know, >> We're we're entertainment business and far as if you hire me, I can evaluate and then change your life when it comes to a wedding or it comes to parties. [09:35] my life. >> Okay. Say for instance, you're you're a >> Okay. >> So, in our entertainment business, I can the video videography. I can offer you the food. And [09:48] >> Videography. Videography. >> That would be fun. I'd pay for that. >> Videography. >> Get the oil flowing. >> Get the oil flowing. >> I bet you like that. [laughter] [10:03] >> I can offer you uh the food truck and what we have. And then I can offer you um the you know the the bus ride there and we can also offer you the u party >> But you said podcast. >> Yes, we do. We we publicize most of our [10:18] You know what I'm saying? For >> Okay. So, what do you make? >> What do I make? >> Yeah. I mean, we'll get into the business, but yeah. What do you make? >> Uh what I make and what what I haven't [10:30] made uh sort of profit yet with the business as as sort, you know. >> Okay. So, we're relying on her disability. I I filed his um previous >> Ah, [screaming] this is why you brought your accountant. [10:42] >> That's my quant. >> Your what? My quantitative. >> it's not my accountant. >> So, uh for 2025, um we I didn't get a chance to file his taxes. I But for 2024, [10:57] >> What the is wrong with you? >> I I believe you file your tax >> I I believe you file your tax >> the Asian of the relationship. >> the Asian of the relationship. But um for 2024, Ricky has roughly made [11:10] [snorts] around 25,000 roughly. >> Okay. So again, to be clear, for her actually the only reason why you're able to go into business cuz it's what pays >> So the taxpayer >> I I keep all of my money to myself, [11:23] >> How are you funding your life? I'm able to pay the [11:36] And she says, "Well, I keep all my money independently." >> She's still paying the bills and she keeps her money in her pocket. mortgage. >> Yeah, she pays a little bit, but I don't [11:48] to take care of most things. year? >> That's what I make off of this business. >> Oh, well, I asked what you did. Oh, >> I didn't finish explaining. You didn't [12:01] >> I do that. >> Yeah. So, you got to feel feel the whole I'm doing. >> I'm story ready, buddy. Hit me. Like I told you before I met him, I was already running a couple of businesses [12:14] that we're running together. I have a tow truck company. We have a car lot. have a transport company. >> What do you make from that? >> Uh transport company. I'm making about $200,000 a year. [12:28] >> Wow. Okay. That's what gets your pocket? Yes. >> Oh, that's incredible. So, okay, let's just let's just in general. Okay. Is >> Is it anything else? >> Anything else or is that is that okay? [12:42] basis? What has your pocket monthly? >> Uh pocket monthly now since I slowed >> once I slow down the company, >> it's now $200,000. That's the number we were going off of. But what is it now? >> Now, I quit the company to run this [12:55] company. >> How much do you make, buddy? I Well, we >> 25,000 a year. >> On this company? Yes. you make from the previous company now? >> From the previous company now. From the [13:08] previous company, it shouldn't be no more than probably like every month is um I want to say about $10,000. >> Okay. Well, that's good. That that >> This is from the trucking company and the uh the travel traveling company. [13:23] >> You made $10,000 this month. Would you know? >> Would you? >> Would I know that? Ah, >> Wait, you you were filing his taxes. >> It's not the same business. [13:35] business taxes? >> Uh, both. >> Okay. How much did he make last year? >> Uh, for 2025? Um, I didn't file his taxes this >> But you're not even preparing it. [13:47] >> Um, >> who filed your taxes this year? >> You filed your taxes? >> Well, he got the paperwork and filed. I >> He did not file. So it filed taxes have not filed for [13:59] >> Yeah, >> he got the paperwork. >> Then why haven't you filed his taxes? But he has to pay his taxes >> for 2024 or 2025. >> Five. He said he gave you the paperwork. [14:14] >> You money guy? >> So I filed through my uh CPA and >> through your CPA for him. um my own CPA and he files our business um my own CPA and he files our business taxes uh for 2025, but I didn't. My CPA [14:28] >> Well, I think that would be fair. >> Your CPA is an [ __ ] >> how is he an [ __ ] for not wanting to file your taxes through not you? >> I've been with my CPA for 10 years and I've never seen him yelled over the [14:44] >> Why was he yelling? >> I don't know. The man did yell. CPA did. >> What was he yelling about? >> What was he yelling about? >> He was accusing Ricky of some mortgage [14:56] weren't aware of either. >> Me either. >> Yeah. >> How did he yell about it? What What was >> He made something personal that I don't know what for. He made personal about [15:08] paying and I told him I had. >> How did he take it personal? >> Um >> he was there in person with him, not me. >> he was there in person with him, not me. We filed his taxes for 2024 and I think [15:21] somewhere in between after that. I don't know what happened between you and my CPA, but it just kind of left a bad taste in him. And my CPA told me go >> No. >> Cuz that would trigger me too. [15:34] >> Yeah. And he told me go find a different CPA. I'm not going to file his taxes. >> So, >> okay. Did you find another CPA, buddy? >> Yeah, >> he did. I assume. Uh, I'm trying to get [15:48] >> Yeah. >> What did he make in 24, >> Yes. >> Uh, the same thing. 25,000, but the for 2023 it was 45,000. >> Okay, buddy. How are you're not netting [16:02] $10,000 a month? >> Okay. I'm not netting $10,000 a month on >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. So, you're tax frauding. money that I make from, you know, my trucks that are not on paper. I have [16:15] money sometimes. Like >> help me out here, Kevin. doesn't know about the drugs? >> Oh, I thought he did because he filed >> How are we going to file taxes on something that he doesn't know about? He [16:29] >> I'm not part of that trucking business. >> He's not part of the trucking company. >> I had this way before he even came. >> Kevin, why are you here? You're a part >> Yes. >> That's okay. How are you a part of it? [16:43] Um I'm more of his um how you say angel investor slash tech side of the techn technical support for him at least. >> Mhm. It's racist. You said it's racist. [16:55] >> Wait, how's that? [laughter] >> Wait, how's that? >> You're token Asian for tech. >> Oh. Oh, I didn't realize that. >> I have one and his name is also Kevin. >> No, his name's Sean. [laughter] [17:09] >> That's okay. No, that's good. That's good. That's good. Oh. Uh, okay. So, you invested? >> Uh, yes. Um, we should probably go back how me and Ricky met. We met at a in 2022 at clinical trial study and we stay [17:24] at a facility for three whole weeks. We couldn't leave and that's when we got to >> What the were they studying? >> What was that study about? I forgot. that they were doing. >> Okay. Worked on him. Failed with you. [17:39] [laughter] And uh and the payout was really nice and it was three weeks but at the very last I think the second to last day um you weren't able to complete >> No, I completed the study. >> You left the program early and you had a [17:55] nurses. >> Oh, so fighting's in your uh history. >> But it was the CPA, >> huh? I met it was the CPA. Yeah, but I Yeah, I kick ass. >> You Why, man? I'm from Compton. You know [18:11] what I'm saying? So, I mean, I'm just >> Why continue antisocial behavior once you leave the place of badness? >> I I don't ple antisocial behavior >> Why? >> If he was if he was in front of my CPA, [18:25] >> I do. >> I go back to your evolutionary traits. >> If you're just fighting people in the street, that's not good. it. No, >> he just said he got in an altercation [18:38] >> at the anti anti >> with me. I never yelled at him or said >> that's the second time so far. >> Mhm. I never said nothing to him. Period. I didn't yell at him. I didn't say nothing to him. The man yelled at me [18:51] >> I didn't say nothing to him. >> Why would the guy at the clinical tri at the clinical trial talk [ __ ] to you? >> I don't know. >> I don't know. >> You know, try being black in America. [19:03] That's what you do. Uh, I can attempt it. I just think I would get cancelled >> Yeah, >> black [laughter] face. >> But, but to go to what you said, at the at the end of a trial study, Ricky [19:15] proposed me a business idea. And, you know, I was bored. I was 26 years old. I start this recording studio. >> That was a while ago. Okay. >> This recording studio. And, uh, it's a cool idea. We'll have inside a mobile [19:28] bus RV or bus >> mobile. Yeah. M >> it became bigger than what it needed to be and it started to do more. Uh we started the recording studio on a I bought a big giant bus and uh my little [19:41] doing some music and stuff like that and we had a bunch of other artists with >> Compton I guess. So you know but you know he he was all doing music and stuff like that. It it was doing some things but I didn't [19:54] know too much about music. I own 18 acres of land at the time on a property >> that's the UNO reverse card. >> The UNO reverse card. What you mean? [20:06] [laughter] >> You know what I'm saying? Uh, at the >> You know what I'm saying? Uh, at the time I u Cherry came up with a nice idea time I u Cherry came up with a nice idea to be able to uh do a smoke shop. [20:21] in your head. So, uh, as you know, we wanted to utilize the land, so we production license. You know what I'm saying? So, >> Yeah. [laughter] >> So, we got a H production license. [20:34] >> We got a H production license and we started growing uh hemp, you know. Uh, started growing uh hemp, you know. Uh, >> but I I had no idea. Um, I was sort of invested in this podcast studio or recording studio that didn't really turn [20:48] out the way it panned out. And then next thing I know, hey, we're doing a smoke >> Classic pivot. >> I didn't put my money into it knowing >> put in [21:02] >> just Yeah. What have you put in overall? Yeah, sure. Actually, up until that time >> up until uh that first year, uh how much did I gave you? without his knowledge. >> It wasn't a $30,000 cash. It was a [21:16] credit card that he had handed us. No, not credit card initially. It was upfront capital. I remember giving you two grand for some tires for the the >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And then the five grand for the music instrument tool. [21:31] >> The what? >> I thought we used the card on it. >> It doesn't matter. It was 30,000 bucks either way. What percentage did he own >> You said what now? >> What percentage did he get to own [21:43] >> No. If he gave the credit card, what percentage of the business did he get to >> 50-50. Okay. >> Yeah. >> right? Okay. >> Yeah. We're 5050 throughout the whole [21:55] >> Okay. That's good. That's fine. Uh >> I seen it wasn't making a dollar. It pivot and made a decision to make the dollar back. first year. >> Oh, just the first year. [22:09] >> Overall, >> you own a percentage of her disability? >> I'll be paying for it forever. So, [laughter] M. >> But like I said, we uh we took a pivot [22:21] and we changed it. Changed the business. I bought a second bus. I bought a second >> But he didn't consent to this even though he's a 50% owner. way. >> I bought it with my own cash. I bought [22:35] >> Still he's a 50% owner. >> Yeah. But it didn't have really nothing it part of the business. >> Is there a leg what's the legality? the signing of this business? >> There's there's none. [22:48] >> Why? It is not very difficult to get just some kind of contract attorney in the business world. 1 th000 bucks. >> I I should have known better, but I'm I operating agreement >> at that point. What are we doing? I [23:01] started this at like 27. I was I got [ __ ] and figured out what are we doing. [ __ ] and figured out what are we doing. >> I mean, but even still today you're 30. >> Right. Right. >> Okay. far as like I said, I wanted to [23:14] do something. So, I took part of my money to be able to uh open up the part >> understand that pivot. [clears throat] But listen, that is money can be made. >> Wait, but a lot of new laws in Texas. How's that impacting? [23:28] it. >> It destroyed it mainly. >> Yeah. We took New pivot. >> Yeah. cuz we were making anywhere from >> Yeah. cuz we were making anywhere from 400,000 maybe $500 $600,000 a year for [23:41] and everything. >> You didn't see a dime? >> It's It's fair. >> Were you taking distributions? Was he >> No. Uh Ricky say he would reinvest it, but I believe the profit was on the [23:55] >> It was It was It was because >> How much profits were there? >> There wasn't too many because we we kept escalating with the business. So this >> Okay, but if there were not too many prophets, how many were there? [24:09] >> It wasn't. >> Well, he said not too many. Meaning >> are you saying there none? >> Okay, so there were some profits, but then it wasn't at the same time because it kept escalating with the business. So [24:23] if you invested, you know what I'm saying? $50,000 into a bus. >> You know, now I want to try to get that money back. Not at all. A lot of people do my hard work is better than my hard work. You >> My My hard work >> Her dancing is better than her dancing. [29:55] work. >> Yeah. All that matters in the end is nothing. Then you're still [clears throat] a failure. Even if you [clears throat] a failure. Even if you worked hard. [30:09] >> Just because you failed and you got to come back up and you got to get it failure. >> Anyways, four years still haven't seen a hundreds of thousands and he says he spent hundreds of thousands. Did you [30:22] >> That was my question. Yes. Okay. What was the profit from that property when you sold it? >> Uh 216,000 >> and you put it all into the business. >> No, we bought another house. [30:35] >> Are you hearing that, Kevin? He just said he sold the house to put it into the business. Kevin, are you are you following this? I appreciate you for being truthful. >> I think you just yourself. [30:47] the equity in the property to be able to stand for it on what I spent on my money into the business? Aren't you Aren't you renting? >> I thought Okay, I must have been a mistake. I thought you were renting. I'm [30:59] things that you don't listen to that you say you listen to that you don't. >> You know what I'm saying? Did not listen to a lot of stuff that over anything in together >> besides a car. I said we've never rented [31:12] anything besides a car in the entire time of me and Ricky's relationship. everything that we had. >> My bad. It's my bad. I just thought of What does that mean? >> I guess I get I don't listen. I guess [31:26] that's what he says. I just >> Oh, you're a cuck. Okay. guess he has an unlimited blank check. >> pushover, too. >> Well, you got the jawline. You're a [31:38] for yourselves. He might take antisocial behavior out on you if you speak up. But >> I'm joking. I'm joking. You're a good guy. I think maybe. I don't know. He might be kind of abusing his finances, [31:52] but um really you're just going to Is that how you've been this entire relationship? Just a pushover? >> It's been a lot of weight on my >> Why continue to put money into this? [32:04] >> Okay, tell me how it's going to work out. >> Give me the strategy. Give me the the How does it work out? Uh, initially I thought I was cuz I thought [32:16] thousands since that initial. >> Again, again, again, when it comes to >> he's going to speak for you. >> Every time I bring it up to Ricky, he assures me that we're going to make millions every single year. [32:30] >> And even though our tax is that we made $550 or $450,000 in sales, I just that's >> in sales but not profits. [32:42] >> Ex. Yeah. which I really am very curious what the IRS thinks about that. >> when you're starting from scratch and you have this business. you >> I mean you're just acting like I did it. [32:56] This comes from >> But I funneled it with profit. >> Well, I made sure I could actually pay my bills. it, didn't it? >> Yes. But I didn't rush in by buying [33:09] rushing it either. >> He hasn't gotten a penny, >> okay, in four years. >> To half it the part and you're tellating and you're talking about things. >> Tell me the other half. [33:22] >> Okay. Okay. I'm I'm I'm going leave. I'm I'm You know what? >> No, I just don't know what supplicate is. You said I'm supplicating. >> Okay, don't worry about it. Listen. >> Okay, I'll move on. You know, like I [33:36] said, when it comes to this business and when it comes to the things that we're doing and how you do it, we start from the ground up. And I bought every single make a profit >> with his money. [33:48] >> No, with my money as well. And I know that I spent way much more. I came out >> How much more? >> Uh, at least about over about maybeund $150,000 more. I know that for sure. >> Was it total? [34:02] >> You saying 150,000? No, total. >> What's the total what we owe? >> The total with both of us we put into $300 something thousand. >> Okay. Supplicate is to ask for something [34:14] don't remember doing that. Maybe I did. Was I humbly asking for something? >> Listen. So, what's the other half? You want to hear. Other than I'm building from the ground up, what's the other [34:26] half? I need some like information here. >> It takes more than money to run a business. So, let's let's let's for a second take money out of the situation. Every party that's in charge of the business, me, Kevin, Ricky, without the [34:42] money, what what are we doing to help our business build as far as in website, as far as making flyers for our price listes, as far as marketing, as far as about our company? Me and Ricky are the only two people doing that. [34:56] you're a part of the business. What are you doing a part of the business? do marketing as far as making our business cards, getting out there, letting customers know about our business day by day, word of mouth, because it takes [35:09] >> she's the model for our business. Her and her friends are models for our business and stuff like that. We like I said on our party bus, it's 15t high. We How do you >> People People that know you, they know [35:22] Like anybody that would know you, they know that um what you have going on. >> Yeah. Everybody that knows me knows about my company and it should be the same for everybody that has a part of our business. Like there shouldn't be if [35:35] if somebody knows Kevin, they should know about the business that he offers and they should know that we off what services we have. They should know that. >> The point I'm trying to make is it's besides money, it takes more than just [35:48] getting out there, talking to people, marketing, flyers, posting content, all of that hard work and labor, the saying? Deploy the point that's being made. I'm confused. [36:02] not doing the things to make us more money? That's the point I'm making. You might bring money in, but if you're not helping marketing and getting your grow? >> Kevin, perspective on that? [36:16] >> Uh, it's it's a lot to dig in. I'm not even in the business. >> You own 50%. >> In person, so I'm just out here and talking about. Just because you're not there in person, those things can be [36:30] not? You know what I'm saying? Far as in like marketing and website designs and pushing things out there for >> Do you have insight into the books? >> Not anymore. >> Not anymore. Yeah, we we got crashed [36:45] with uh with Square. Uh >> everything was put on Square. >> So they closed our account. >> So it was still primarily hemp andal new downpour. >> Terry, what's your perspective on uh [37:00] >> as far as in what specifically? >> Uh part of this business and whatnot. I Ricky but not Kevin. >> I mean Kevin's a great person. um like he has put in a lot but it takes like I said earlier it takes more than just [37:15] money to help a business grow you it doesn't necessarily mean you have to be out here with me and Ricky you can be at home you can post on our business platform you can upgrade our website to make sure that all of all of our [37:29] services are up to date with the prices as well you can help us market more more um bookings for the party bus all of that stuff you don't have to be in >> That's what I'm saying. [clears throat] >> I mean, everyone agrees that it takes [37:44] what makes a business. >> Yeah. the only reason why. >> Okay. Can I have the whiteboard? >> Okay. Can I have the whiteboard? >> I am just so I'm going to just have [37:57] [clears throat] be the boots on the ground operation. Sorry, I didn't mean to trigger you. Uh for this business. >> Mhm. >> Draw the business, the profit centers, the the income. Just like tell me what [38:09] the business is for every source of income and give me like a percent of what that might be. Just draw out the business for me. I need to I just need to understand something. >> Okay. So, god damn it. What come off? [38:22] Anyways, so there's a uh we did have a building. We would let the building go. building. This is the >> Well, I just want to know now >> I just need to know what the business looks like now. There's an eraser. [38:35] >> Yeah. So now you saying there's uh there's a bus, you know, that's goddamn there's a bus, there's uh there's three buses actually. There's the party bus, [38:47] buses actually. There's the party bus, and then there's the uh travel bus, and >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? Gotcha. We got the smoke shop bus, the travel bus, and the party bus. And then we have a smoke [38:59] >> Car? >> Yeah, we got a car. One of one of them got repossessed. >> Yo, that's that was a van that we had >> It was under your name. >> It was I cosigned for that van [39:13] >> and it was repoed couple weeks ago when I wanted some money for free with no responsibility. >> Okay. Okay. So, shop car. Shop car. >> Shop car. And then we got another van that's uh for the smoke shop as well [39:26] >> And this was that repossessed this one? >> No, this three. we got the food truck, >> right? Yeah. >> Okay. So, a lot of assets. Are there debt on these assets? [39:39] >> These are all owned cash out. Yes. >> Why was one repossessed? >> Why didn't you pay? >> Um [clears throat] things got complicated with uh with the whole business because one, we we we [39:53] made a mistake by getting loans. We had got a cash advance loan, >> you know. Uh cash advance. He didn't take out like a personal loan, business >> Yeah, personal loan. >> We were we were [40:05] >> we [clears throat] we went we went >> on this business on a whole point. Uh which was fine. We got the credit card stacking. stacking? >> Yo, we got the cr credit card stacking. [40:18] about $80,000 worth of credit cards. >> Okay. Are you talking about just that >> Uh no, no, no, not the transferring. So, we went through a third party service and they apply all these credit cards for us. So, we went Oh, that's [40:31] >> The first round we we obtained four credit cards but at the expense of 12%. >> 12% is insane. >> No, no, it was it we didn't have zero service. >> Wait, I am confused though. It's not How [40:45] though? >> Now, now is a different different point. >> We're still building it. >> We had to take a pin. How does income you talking about? >> I think [40:59] >> You're talking about Wait a minute. You're going from one subject to another another question and you not got to stay on one point on one conversation. getting confused on what you're talking about. [41:11] >> okay, >> Stripe doesn't work. How are you making shop and >> Yeah, but where is it hitting? Not transferred through? Uh, he's he's referring to POS. [41:24] >> Oh, the POS system. I I forgot the name of it. I forgot the name of the POS >> Why am I being told it's going like through Cher's Cash App and Venmo? >> Well, the cash app. Yes, because we had to start using her cash app because my [41:38] >> I That's true. >> And how does that make you feel, dude? But if it was going to her my business partner's fiance's cash app and we put it through the bank. >> Which bank? [41:52] >> From Bank of America. >> But but that's is that negative? It's >> We haven't made any money. >> Oh, good. [laughter] Okay. So, yeah, these these are all the assets, correct? >> Right. [42:04] So, there's also a podcast >> that these are all the vehicles we have >> Yeah. But Okay. So, that's the vehicle part of the business. vehicle party >> you know, >> and this is for events, [42:17] >> right? Yes. >> Yeah. we have >> kind of Yeah, I get it. but yes, we have same setup. >> Well, we don't go mobile and shoot [42:31] >> I'm saying I don't go mobile either and shoot events. I do shoot events and mobile. What I'm saying is we have a stationary spot that we do it at. you know, we have a stationary spot where we have our same thing. We do the same [42:45] stuff and whatever like that. Not on your level or nothing like that. Period. >> But I'm saying that's that. >> So videography, what else? >> Uh videography and um that's it. This is all this is all part of business. [42:58] >> Write down on average for each of those what they would bring in net after costs. >> Now like would they bring in? >> No. No. No, not wood. Now, >> like now they're not bringing in nothing [43:13] >> still he's still building it up. >> Okay. look like now then? If it's still being built out, what's this still building? I can like that's on hold until we figure it out. But [43:25] >> so so this all got changed just recently. Within 3 months, everything >> Why? >> Because of the hemp business. business. >> Okay. So the travel bus and every part [43:38] of this business relied on one part of the business because it made so much >> Oh, so you're saying all of it was subsidized. They were all money losers >> No, it's just I didn't have enough. We were I was starting to break off and [43:53] push more into the party bus more. Okay, this is what happened because it's a long story and we're going to it in in a quick ways and you're asking questions about certain things. I'm just saying. Okay. Far as in the party bus and far as [44:06] stuff like that and what happened in the stuff like that and what happened in the situation, the party bus took I want to situation, the party bus took I want to say $50,000 in creation and it and and [44:19] >> That's chunky. >> Yes. And it took because we it was it >> Yes. And it took because we it was it was originally the um the mobile studio where we had started correct uh at first >> and we changed it into a party bus and I [44:34] had put a rap on there. We had got with a dude named Kevin that he ran his business for 30 years. I don't know this guy. I mean I know him but I didn't know rap on a bus. >> Not this Kevin. [44:46] >> Different Kevin. Um, >> it took 6 months to get our bus back when we had a wrap on it. So, it took a pause on that bus. The transmission went out on the u on the what you call it on a uh on a on the smoke shop bus. So, we [45:01] >> So, where we're where's the standing on every single one of these individually >> They work now. >> Okay. So, why is no money coming in? >> Because I'm only one person. We lost a lot of stuff when business [45:15] >> What'd you lose? We lost employees. >> Okay. But why would the employee for the business? >> Because it was the only thing that was back. >> Okay. So, what do we need to do right [45:27] now to get it up and running? Let's say there was employees to run it. What bus? >> Each each individual item there. would they >> um on a monthly basis? [45:41] >> That's that's the smoke shop bus. >> Okay. Can Can we still do that today? you had the employee in place? A net after expenses. >> Monthly after expenses. You're talking about uh we running out had all the [45:57] stuff that was in there. You're talking about maybe 20 to $25,000 a month. >> Um you did the taxes, you done the account. >> Listen, we have that [ __ ] in the check [46:12] account for almost 2 years. >> What' you say? >> Things are being run through her Cash App. >> Cash app. Would [clears throat] you let [46:24] >> We do. >> But the all the business stuff isn't things that I get cashed out for. >> No, that's fine. But like he would see the business problem when they have a meeting every day. When [46:37] they have a meeting every day and Kevin talks to Ricky about numbers. saw. I'm have conversations every day about numbers, that doesn't make any sense. >> We show him the the cash apps. We we send over the things and stuff like [46:50] he still be here this long? He hasn't seen it. He's saying he hasn't seen it. >> And it's not like Why is he saying that? >> The thing is this. We just started using her cash app. It wasn't like it been like it wasn't the whole time. I know. [47:03] >> Uh they shut down our cash app and they shut down our Square. >> What do you use now? That's why we end up using hers and we started we switched >> How long? >> Like 3 months. [47:16] >> No, I haven't. >> That's why. >> Okay. Can he see? >> I mean, be on camera. >> Which transactions are which [47:29] >> No, I know. I know. He can ask for clarification. >> Yeah, >> little peek. Okay. So, let's say 20,000. that bring in? Well, Mr. Kevin goes through and looks. [47:42] >> Um, the transportation bus can bring anywhere from uh let's say >> After cost $10,000 a month. >> Okay, that would be lovely. Um P I does that bringing in? >> Uh it can bring anywhere. After cost uh [47:58] owning Colleen, by the way, >> about $15,000. No, out here in Austin. >> in Austin. It's right around the corner. It's actually right around the block. >> The party bus and the food truck. >> I mean, there's a lot of transactions. [48:11] There's a lot of food, shopping, gas. I mean, I just there's it's hard to keep >> by the way. The like your CPA is not going to like and IRS certainly won't. collected in one. >> I couldn't stop. You know, we didn't [48:26] make the cash app stop. We had to make a pivot to sit there and >> I know cuz you were doing business that was illegal in Texas. So, uh, okay. Okay. Do you believe these numbers? Cuz he's saying net you guys can make, uh, [48:40] what is that? 40,000 hours a month. >> Look, all I look I look at the numbers on our checking account. It has never exceeded >> Okay. >> Why does it ever exceed 4,000? If you're [48:54] saying just those three, you can bring in 50 net. Net is after costs. >> Okay. Uh [clears throat] that is you're saying you you're you're talking about now. >> If we had if we had the you [49:07] >> Would make would. >> Yeah. If you brought them up today. stuff that we would have made. >> What do you need >> Yes. >> Probably like 50,000 to get that done. [49:20] >> You ready to put in another 50? >> You know, I mean I don't asset. Big lots of things. >> Yeah. I got a lot of stuff going on, but >> If you're so confident in it, borrow against your home. Put 50 in it. [49:33] >> I thought you said he had equity. >> We do. against it. >> He does have a plan to acquire more >> What's the plan? >> So, um, the same thing that we he did [49:47] like that. We already having planned with people to be able to myself, her, partners to be able to do the same thing with our credit cards and be able to [49:59] alleviate. The thing about it was we wasn't able to get a SBA loan. We wasn't >> this is a mess. >> It wasn't a mess before this all >> Before this all started, it wasn't a mess. [50:11] started? And so this is [55:22] because we took a loan. And so this is what it is. We took a loan and we were paying $1,000 a week. $1,000 a week on loans that were coming through the account. We're making them. Never missed a payment. Said up there and made $1,000 [55:35] a week every week on this account. You know what I'm saying? [01:07:34] Because a lot of things happened with the business between things getting stolen, between things messing up between the business employees, people get had to fire back and forth. It wasn't just that running there. [01:08:51] We spent the money that the emergency fund went out and depleted. you've made zero dollars. I had emergency fund and I paid out of my pocket for my employees. I paid out of my pocket. [01:09:05] >> I also pay for the employees. >> I I wired you 50ish grand and you used >> Yes, we paid off the employees, but we also put $20,000 down onto the building we were buying. We also put we also pay [01:09:20] >> you know what I'm saying? And then we paid for the van that was coming out to the shop that took too long. That's where all that money went to. That that money went structurally to every spot and everything that we needed. [01:09:32] >> I didn't get evicted from the building. We left the building by our own choice were evicted. >> It was seller of refinance and we weren't able to make the monthly payments. [01:09:45] able to make the monthly payment. It does not make any sense to pay the rent for [01:10:00] the next month if we don't have the things to operate the business with." I said, "Hey, look, you can keep the money that we have and I'll take the back, but give us a couple months to come out own this business unscathed so [01:10:14] handle the we can't handle the mortgage."
