[00:00] Fastest PC you can build right now starts with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2. All 16 of its cores have AMD's legendary 3DV cache, so it's well-equipped for really anything. For our motherboard, the main things we were looking for are PCI Express Gen 5 and high-speed connectivity.
[00:16] Other than that, it doesn't make our games faster. But the same cannot be said for our RAM. This is a 6,000 megatransfers per second CL26 kit from G.Skill. Does it run at the highest megatransfers per second? No. But what it does do is sync with the infinity fabric of our CPU, making it really well optimized.
[00:33] For storage, we chose a Gen 5 drive from SanDisk that has its own DRAM cache. And for our case, we've gone with the Fractal Meshify 3 XL. This monster can hold GPUs that are up to half a meter long. It can also hold plenty of water cooling, including this sick 420 millimeter radiator unit from none other than Noctua.
[00:50] Finally, we've chosen a 1600 watt power supply from Seasonic because finally, finally for our GPU, we've got the MSI Lightning RTX 5090, which needs a thousand watt power budget.
