the next thing that's really helped me grow two newsletters is having a dedicated newsletter landing page on my site and specifically making the homepage basically designed to get people to sign up for the newsletter so with Beck Linko my homepage was essentially a Blog feed in the early days and I didn't get a lot of email subscribers from people that landed on the homepage because there was a form but it was kind of small then I switched my homepage to basically just a landing page to get someone's email address and it literally like 10x the number of subscribers that we got from that page
