For creators in the YouTube affiliate program, auto tagging automatically identifies products in our videos and tags them on our behalf. And now, it's rolling out to new markets. I'm Rene Ritchie, a long-time creator working inside YouTube, and here's what's up. If you opt into auto tagging in YouTube Studio advanced settings, the system will analyze uploaded inputs like images, voice, product mentions, and description links, detect products, suggest relevant tags and tag timestamps when the products are featured. Now, auto tagging can make mistakes, so creators should all be sure to check and review all of our auto tags for accuracy before we hit publish on our videos. But, tags are terrific for shoppers, and manual tagging takes a lot of time for creators. Auto tagging not only saves time, but improves discovery.
