[00:29] this was also foreshadowed last episode when Charles saw a broken moon in the shape of Magneto's helmet. So, instead of killing Charles, Apocalypse says, >> Only a coward feels mighty when stepping on ants.
[00:43] Magneto gave him last episode. >> Only a coward feels mighty when [music] stepping on ants. >> Except now, that lesson, instead of taunting Charles. In the comics, when Charles stole Magneto's mind, it created
[00:57] a new evil personality called Onslaught. Onslaught devastated the Marvel Universe, leading to the apparent deaths of the Avengers and the Fantastic Four, guilt. So, I guess Magneto could reappear within Charles's mind, which is
[01:10] why the opening credits keep showing him invading his brain last season. But, another option could be Magneto's in an alternate reality. In the comics, when Legion accidentally assassinates Charles in the past, long story, it creates a
[01:22] splintered present-day timeline where Apocalypse rules North America. This was a pretty awesome sprawling crossover event called Age of Apocalypse. We saw a episode one man's worth, and it would not surprise me at all if the show
[01:35] personally, guys, I hope Magneto stays dead. There really is nowhere else for his character to go at this point. He was bad, he was good, he was bad, he was good. It's just time
[01:47] to move on and play around with other characters. Please keep him dead.
