[00:01] marketers are on a hamster wheel. You're publishing content across multiple justify the time watching companies and entire teams, big media companies, what you could be missing. You don't [00:14] need a full team to build a sevenfigure content or affiliate business. You need a system where one piece of content works across every platform and every video, I'm going to show you exactly how to build a oneperson media company, a [00:27] true affiliate marketing business in 2026. So, this content ecosystem, it lets you create once, distribute everywhere, use AI tools, the right website builder to get things done fast, and workflows that make it possible, and [00:40] building a ton of money from affiliate commissions and digital products. So, this isn't theory necessarily. This is the exact model I use, and [music] I'm If you want to get started for yourself, you can get my free AI launch kit. I'll [00:54] help you map out your entire niche and content plan. The link for that is in content approach is to treat every platform separately. So, you write blog posts, you film YouTube videos, you write newsletters, you create Instagram [01:07] content, all from scratch all the time. Now, that's kind of hard to scale. So, you're either working like 60 hours a week with hiring people to get it all done or you're outsourcing it to an agency. But, this ecosystem model works [01:19] differently. We create one piece of content and then adapt it to every just different formats. So here's the structure. We want to start this with anchor content what we're calling this is the deepest most specific topic. So [01:33] 3,000word blog post or it could be a 15 to 20 minute YouTube video. You have to really choose the format that you are strongest with. This becomes the anchor. about high ticket affiliate marketing. So my anchor is this really long blog [01:49] commission structures, how to get into programs, content strategy, how to add different pieces of information, everything someone needs to understand the topic. So this will be the source material for everything else. So what [02:04] you do is you then feed this into a GPT. You can create a custom GPT that says know, with the blog post, create a YouTube outline for Claude. And then you take that claw uh that GPT outline, you paste that into claude. Now all of a [02:20] paste that into claude. Now all of a sudden you have a 1500 4,000word fully finished YouTube script. So really when you have a starting piece of content, you can use that as leverage to easily feed the AI to create other types of [02:33] is only as smart as what you're actually feeding it when you're creating this marketing. So the information that you have in the GPT, for example, can be create a custom GPT. You say this is going to be my YouTube script writer. I [02:49] style. Professional style uh for beginners targeting this audience, this voice. And it should be have an introduction. It should have five main sections. It should have a call to action to my affiliate links. It should [03:02] complete format for every single algorithm piece. So this could be you could have a GPT for creating YouTube script outlines, for creating Instagram reels and short video outlines. Then we start with a broad piece of content like [03:16] a blog post. Feed it into that. You take it from chat GPT, paste it into Claude because Claude allows for much longer pieces of content. Chat GPT will give you like a 750 to maybe 1,200word YouTube script whereas Claude can give [03:30] nice about when things are fully scripted, you don't have to read this creating the same points. You're doing spoken delivery. This will tell you the will tell you when to start and stop. And like right now, I have some of my uh [03:46] then other parts like right now I'm just talking. I'm going off the script kind different things and then I'm like tariffs and then I can say whatever I want because it's starting, it's stopping. I can press a button and [03:59] continue a script or I can go off script. So, it's really using AI as a tool to personalize all the content, feed it what who you are, what type of for the algorithm. For example, it's just the presentation changing like the [04:13] to a newsletter. So, your email subscribers might get the most important insights, not 3,000 words, but more like 500 words with clear takeaways and just you could break that into short form content. So each major post becomes [04:29] an individual video. And the algorithm for short form video for affiliate Tik Tok or Instagram, is very different than a YouTube script, right? A YouTube thumbnail delivers. Get to the point, but it couldn't be a 10, 20, 30 minute [04:43] video where people are actually going to watch it. Short form video should be fully scripted, completely optimized for retention. Right? The whole point of a the end and take an action. So the AI can then say for this affiliate video [04:56] you know, you hook them in the first one to two sentences. You bury the lead a little bit so they continue watching. You teach something valuable and then at the very end you give your call to action. You know, comment this word and [05:09] I'll send you my guide or comment this and go to my profile, click this again, you don't need to start from completely new ideas. is you can extract existing pieces of content from your brain and then format them with the [05:23] about algorithms here, we're creating content that is packaged correctly. It's packaged right for YouTube. It's packaged right for a blog post, for a coming from. So you're building this web of content from core ideas, being who [05:38] you truly are, not using AI slop, but actually coming up with your own concepts, using AI as a speed tool to publish more in less time. And then of course building a website is still central to all of this. So really if you [05:50] this would take forever. It's really hard to rewrite all this information five different ways reformat it for each platform. You know if you're using if form you can use something like opus clip which will automatically extract [06:03] sections from a YouTube video. So AI is making things a lot faster and more more consistent. And then you just keep refining. So you can just keep refining train your script to know your pacing, your examples, your structure. So for [06:16] example, I could have a script in my GPT if I'm doing a YouTube script for affiliate marketing and I could have a video on building a website with Wix, for example. It could be a Wix tutorial. I have a Wix affiliate link. Well, the [06:29] GPT knows who I am, my background, and it in the script will already say, you marketing director. I've managed thousands of websites. I've built in The more that you feed in your background, your accomplishments, and [06:44] all of this into the GPT and into the AI makes it a lot smoother as well. So, ultimately, yeah, what used to take me, you know, 20 hours to create a blog post, a full YouTube script with a, you know, slides and all this presentation, [06:57] YouTube can then be condensed down into about 15 to 30 minutes. You have to keep just post AI crap and expect to make affiliate revenue or sell digital products. You have to actually keep your core voice, your trust, who you are, but [07:11] just use AI as the speed tool to really condense down time and expand the amount week could look like this. Like Monday, I'm researching the topics that I want to do for the week and the anchor content. Couple hours, maybe 1 hour, and [07:26] then Tuesday and Wednesday, maybe you're actually filming the content. And then the business, doing all the things, joining affiliate programs, reaching out to people and stuff like that. So again, in a given week, it could be five to 10 [07:40] hours of focus work versus what used to take like 40 hours creating content across multiple platforms. Now, if you're like me, you know that content your time. You might be spending money on a video editor to edit your videos. [07:54] Maybe that's money for every single video. So if you're not monetizing things, content just for the sake of content can get expensive very fast. So we have to be monetizing the same content in multiple ways. So the first [08:06] revenue stream is affiliate marketing. So my content can naturally include uh products, tools you've used, right? Soft grief, tested, services you recommend. These become affiliate links. So blog post includes affiliate links in the [08:19] text and in buttons. Every time you mention a brand, YouTube video has them in the description under the video. and you clearly say in the video to make for the sponsor link below. The newsletter has affiliate links featured [08:32] in the top recommended section and then social content like Instagram can have them in your bio and in other areas. You're really just monetizing through is affiliate marketing, then comes your own products. So with affiliate [08:46] niche, you could be teaching camping, underwater basket weaving, knitting, crocheting, how to play basketball, kaying, finance, how to make money, fitness, wellness, mental health, anything. If you're teaching something [09:01] these revenue streams because when you're teaching stuff, you need to teach how to do things and then the products you need to do that. So, for example, can't build a shed without power tools. [09:14] mower. You can't garden without gardening tools. You can't invest money without an investment platform or a retirement account. So, all of these, recommend. And with that, all you're doing is since you don't have a product [09:29] products and making a commission on every sale. Now, with high ticket products, the math works at a modest scale. So, you could promote like marketing software that could pay $300 a sale or 30% recurring commission, right? [09:42] So that can add up over time. The focus is on just the consistency of your products and this will come to you over the course of time. Let's say you're doing camping as your niche. Your content can stay broad. You're talking [09:55] camp, the best tents and hiking poles and all kinds of stuff that you're digital product be? Well, we don't have to know that right away. Especially when You're not going to know it right away. Take give yourself 6 months to figure [10:09] out what that digital product is. Because while your content can be broad for affiliate revenue, your content has to be narrow when you're selling a you're doing that for a specific audience with a specific pain point. For [10:22] example, you could start out with content on fitness and weight loss and sudden you realize over the course of 6 months that everyone that's joining your functional strength. So then you start focusing more on that and then you're [10:36] actually the course you're creating is more on functional strength, balance and the biomechanics than it would have been on chest exercises or on running, right? So over time you start to really focus on what you enjoy, what you're most [10:51] through. Your audience will see that and they'll want help from you. And usually, thing is. If you're if you want to monetize online, you want to make money, you're not teaching, you're only entertaining. If you're only [11:05] money is through ad revenue, comedy, funny stuff, and millions and millions of views. The odds of success are much lower than if you teach something commissions and digital products. So, the advantage of this ecosystem approach [11:19] is your content is like product development. So, each blog post helps identify the problems the audience have. Each YouTube video demonstrates your you launch a digital product or a course, you already know what people [11:32] with your content over time. They already trust you because they've consumed hours and hours of your free content. So, the blog posts become like a course curriculum. The YouTube videos become mini lessons that then the course [11:45] expands on and turns into a timeline with implementation strategies. Newsletters can become launch sequences for future courses. So, you're not organizing them into what you already built. Now the third revenue stream [11:57] and this is the fastest one and that would be services or consulting. So as people start coming to you. So someone who reads a bunch of your articles sees what you're doing that just opens the [12:12] is kind of the blending of one-on-one coaching or consulting or done for you services. So, you charge more for this, thousands of dollars. But if you find be personal training and you offer that one-on-one online, charging a lot of [12:26] money for that, right? One-on-one support. It could be starting a marketing agency and building websites or helping people with short form doing that you're doing done for you services. Now the benefit of offering [12:39] matter what the algorithm does, no matter if they change things tomorrow and AI avatar people start coming online and SEO changes again and all things change. Your own content won't change. You're only changing what you're [12:55] offering. So for example, your own website could go down potentially if SEO changes. But if you have the agency model and you're selling services, all for your clients. So, it's kind of a neverending supply of clients. Whatever [13:09] happens in marketing, you just adapt. And yes, it's not as passive, but you're building a real kind of more scalable business. So, when we're thinking about figures, let's talk about the math of that, cuz the math depends on your [13:22] model. So, for example, if this just affiliate, you need $83,000 a month to hit a million annually. So, if your average commission was like a $100, which is a $1,000 product, 10%, that's $830 sales a month or 27 sales a day, [13:37] that breaks most of the time for physical products. The really the way to scale it is through recurring affiliate commissions. So, if you recommend software, for example, the best CRM software, the best AI video editors, and [13:50] people are signing up through your links, then you can get 30% recurring, which is a percentage every single month. So, it doesn't go away. it only affiliates do it now. You know, things like VPNs, financial products, and [14:03] competitive on blogging. So, the best way to do that now, if I was starting affiliate revenue is I would create a YouTube channel on finance software and those uh more competitive niches and add affiliate links into the description. [14:18] Very simple videos, very simple editing. Can you have a lot better chance of making money that way? The other one is uh course products. So, let's say you're need again to make a million dollars, you need 83 sales, which is about 2 [14:31] point something sales a day. So, it's just a couple sales a day. That is we did we at one point we were doing like 5 to 10 sales a day mainly just through YouTube for a $1,000 product. So, it added up quite quickly. But, if you're [14:43] doing this on a small scale, you could get one sale a day at imagine getting one sale a day at $1,000 course, $30,000 a month. and you're doing that across in your bio and you're autodming people with many chat. So you're getting let's [14:58] let's say you're getting another 30 leads a day from YouTube saying link in the description. That's literally all you need to get about a sale a day. 50 think about 50 leads a 2% conversion rate would be one sale a day at $1,000. [15:11] possibility. You don't need a huge audience. You just need the right backend and the right monetization plan. And then if we're scaling the agency business model, it really depends on what you're charging. So most medium [15:23] tier agencies will charge around six $6,000 a month to $8,000 a month for a service. So in the past, I paid $6,000 a month for like short form video editing. captions, edit them really nicely, and upload them themselves. Very specific [15:38] service, very specific problem, and a higher price point at $6,000 a month. If beginner, you're not going to charge that much. You might charge $1,000 a month to a local business, right? A local HVAC company or a law firm or a [15:53] they're regional, but they need help with marketing. Now, the math on that, very simple and scalable, right? The more clients you get, you have, let's say you have one client paying you 5,000 a month. At that point, you're doing all [16:07] having a job. You get a second client paying you another five. Now, you're at 10. That's when you make your first hire for $3,000 a month. you have a specialist do it. Now you're making 7,000 on out of the 10 70% profit [16:20] margin. So it's kind of like a a staircase where the more clients you profit margins high. And then the math that breaks that is just the price. You that breaks that is just the price. You can't run at $500 a month deals forever. [16:33] You can start with that, but you need to eventually increase the average order the skills, figuring these things out, automating things in notion, using AI to really good service that you're familiar with. For example, if you're like a real [16:48] real estate, then you would offer complete real estate marketing packages, than marketing for a barber shop or a salon or a software company. So, you kind of go with your strengths and try to increase the price there. But if [17:02] that's, you know, a million, again, you need about, you know, 10 clients paying you $8,000 a month each to get to a million dollar a year. So with that, you to know how to close sales over the phone. You need to learn a lot of skills [17:15] to get uh to do this, which again goes back to why I recommend you start a simple website with affiliate links as the strategy. Because with affiliate sales over the phone. We don't need to worry about having our own product yet [17:27] or figuring out what that is or the backend email funnels or all that fancy stuff. We're just simply creating content and adding affiliate links to So, I want to show you like the actual tools and the process to how how this [17:40] actually works without a team. So, for content, you would use claude and trap your writing style. So you feed in examples of old stuff, blog posts, YouTube scripts, newsletters, who you are, your history, your background. And [17:54] generating it from scratch. It's just reformatting it every time. So you would write your main post in Google Docs, right? Get your format, who you are, all of this, and then add it into a custom GPT with all the information. And then [18:09] GPT itself, don't use Stretch to finish the thing. Don't have it write the script. Have it write the outline for the script. So then you're feeding this 1,000word, really long, really well thoughtout out outline for a YouTube [18:21] video, shorts, scripts, shorts ideas. You can say, "Give me 15 ideas for short videos that are viral retention based on these these competitors here that we can scripts. So, and then you're feeding that into Claude. So with Claude, it [18:35] just gives you longer and more in-depth outputs. Instead of capping your output around, thousand words, it could be 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 words. Then of course, you have to humanize this. You have to ensure accuracy. Guys can be [18:47] you're doing affiliate stuff like it could say sign up for Wix, it's $15 a month. Then you look at it, it's like it's $27 a month or it's $17 a month, content, you have to double check the pricing, the features, make sure you're [19:02] actually probably used and really can recommend because again, trust is a anyone can just publish anything with AI and do it quickly and just throw it out valuable to the world and no one is [19:16] So there's this leverage of like how much AI do I use to do this the right amount, not too much, not too little though because it'll slow you down. If you use none, theoretically you could and you could build a solid following [19:30] trustworthy and be good at creating the content yourself. AI is a speed tool lose sight of your own voice. So, YouTube scripts are quite easy. You get jazz and custom GPT to outline it based on your voice. You feed it in the cloud. [19:45] look at it. You can then add that to a prompt smart teleprompter app. Put it in very simple. And then go off the cuff. You can start the script, stop the You can time it out. It's very simple. Like right now, I'm looking through my [20:01] camera. I'm talking but I'm not going on a teleprompter. I'm not actually reading anything. I'm just talking right now because I've paused that. Teleprompter is good for remembering the key points but not just reading AI. Now if it's [20:14] really simple. There's really two types of blog post that AI would help you content. So like best online course platforms, best podcast hosting, best webinar software, best campaign tents, best any product category that you're [20:29] in. If it's a hobby and it's outdoors and it's it's probably less competitive than something really competitive like finance or hardware or software. And then it's a very simple thing. It's an intro. It's an H2 heading. What is the [20:41] best camping tent or what is the best email marketing software as an H2? Then picks for the best email marketing software. Number one, this is an H3 your list. And then each company section is exactly the same every time. There [20:56] picture, a screenshot of like the homepage, if it's software, more you're adding for affiliate content is really depends on the product. If it's a talking about the weight, the comfort level, how fast it is, can you fish on [21:11] it, the features. If it's software, you're talking about pricing, the user experience, onboarding, UX, things like that. Right? So, the golf club, you're talking about comfort, grip, speed, strength, whatever. Right? So, we have [21:24] to affiliate content specifically, we're just covering our bases. If you write an article on the best camping tents, but you only cover specific backpacking twoerson tents, well, what if the person [21:37] searching for that actually wants a family style fourperson tent, then youly missed the bases. You haven't covered the bases. So, they're going to go back, and eventually that's going to lose you rankings because ending the search [21:49] we cover our bases. You cover the products that are popular, well-known, and across all categories of that product category that you're writing. content the same way every time where it's the company section, information [22:03] link. And then you just rinse and repeat all the way down to the conclusion, and content, just use Google Sheets if you're just starting out. It's really a column for the keyword. Add a column for the title of the article or or [22:18] a virally title for a YouTube video. You with a really good title. You can have columns for the Google Docs where you're adding the actual content in that you're going to be either reading on YouTube or [22:31] WordPress website and just organize it into a sheet. It's really simple. If you But ultimately, it's more about the consistency and just planning ahead. So, you kind of look at your content strategy every month and say I should be [22:44] publishing at least two blog posts uh per week and then at least one YouTube takes some time. You know, I'm busy right now. I've got two little kids at home and I'm doing two YouTube videos a week and that's kind of my max limit [22:59] YouTube talking about AI stuff. They're doing a video every other day. That's just not realistic for me right now. I know I could do it if I force myself, but I rather not. So, you just do what works for you. I I think, you know, with [23:11] of media business, I used to say maybe do one blog post a week. Now, I say at least do two blog posts a week that are optimized and good and humanized and in your style, SEO optimized. And if you're doing YouTube, do at least one video a [23:25] week. Now, if you're doing Instagram and Tik Tok, then you need multiple. You A little bit more. That's kind of the minimum. You could do three, but if you're just doing those, start with it. So, I always recommend you start with a [23:37] website first, YouTube second, and then social media third. Social media is more passive scrolling, entertainmentbased use of a phone, whereas Google and YouTube are more searchbased affiliate stuff. People that are actively [23:51] searching for products are like 90% more likely to actually buy them than someone that's scrolling and sees a product. Right? That works for e-commerce. That works for retargeting. It doesn't work as well for affiliate revenue. And then [24:04] I also use a tool called social B. So social B is kind of like the central hub where you can then publish to YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and kind of all your different social media in one place. So building a large content affiliate [24:17] some of the realistic prog progress could look like. So month one through foundation. Literally, you could take a month doing keyword research, picking sense for you. It's something that you could put your face on a homepage, your [24:31] know what, I could talk about this for a long time. You can anchor this with 20 to 30 pieces of content. You know, this is the upcoming format of your content. become get comfortable with AI tools, set up some tracking and scheduling [24:46] minimal. We're not really focused on that. We're not really joining affiliate We are building assets and learning how to create these assets that will make us six, some content should start ranking. So, you're getting some traffic. You're [25:01] making some sporadic affiliate sales, joining programs, your email list is to now sign your digital product. What could I eventually turn into a digital product? Right? For me, I created one on Fiverr that was just a free lead magnet [25:14] before I ever had a product. So, for 2 years, I just had a free 15-day blog teaching people, building trust, no product yet. So over time, you can building an email list is the [25:28] make sure you're doing it on YouTube by telling people to join you by clicking lead magnet that's actually valuable. If you're doing it through blogging, that's exit intent popups into a lead magnet that's valuable. So again, affiliate [25:41] beginning. We're starting to kind of learn that process and then also product sale. I'm not worried so much exactly about what it is. Now, by months year, your content library is looking substantial. You have 50 to 75 pieces of [25:57] platforms, blog post, YouTube videos, and stuff like that. Your email list is people. You've you're looking at launching your first real course or digital product. You're optimizing your content based on real data, seeing [26:11] what's working. Is that article on treadmills working? Is are people want running content or do they want more of the nutrition content? What's actually working? Right? and you're kind of using data to inform your decision-m doing [26:23] more of what works, right? Adding new affiliate partnerships, joining new affiliate programs, adding stuff to your core. So from uh you know content here for the next six months, it just kind of keeps going. So years 1, 2, 3, beyond [26:36] business, you eventually do hundreds of pieces of content with an AI kind of more automated system that's working for you. You're establishing authority in your niche. You have hopefully multiple revenue streams. You can join the [26:49] YouTube partner program if you're on YouTube. You can join Media Mind if you more passive ad revenue here. And we're just trying to layer in income streams guaranteed. There is no such thing as a get-richqu scheme. There's no such thing [27:04] as passive income. You have to work for it. But if you can stay consistent, about AI slop. This is about teaching an audience with being yourself, being your true self, choosing a niche that you can teach and feel confident in, creating [27:19] content that you won't quit. That is what will lead to success. So again, if helping uh need help choosing your niche, your entire content plan, uh I'll go through an exercise with you where you can pick the exact niche. [27:32] you'll choose five subniches and then start creating 20 pieces of content, the best ones for affiliate revenue, course sales, all of it, using AI to create a real content business in the 2020s. So, click that link below, sign up for that. [27:46] It's free. And uh if you like the video, I hope you did. Please like the video. channel if you haven't. and I will see you in the next
