## Transcript

What were some of the things you were experiencing that you were not getting answers for? Chronic fatigue, terrible sleep, terrible digestion, suddenly perimenopausal in my early 40s.
The symptoms just kept compounding. It sounds like a woe is me story, but I didn't feel good. I was putting on a nice mask, which I think so many people do, right? Just to show that, hey, I'm feeling great, but I wasn't.
And when I understood that your genetics, because I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating very clean. I was moving my body. I was doing PEMF five days a week.
I mean, I was doing all of these different things to support myself, but I wasn't having a long-term benefit. I mean, I would have some relief, but not consistent. And year by year, the symptoms just kept growing.
So when I addressed my genetics, it was like flipping light switches, either whether you want to say on or off. Yeah. It was one thing, then the next, and I just kept feeling better and better and better.
