आज मैं आपको बताऊंगा कि कैसे आप Claude AI का use कर सकते हो अपना YouTube Channel grow काने के लिए इसलिए कुछ months में Claude की popularity बहुत देवी से increase हुई है and लोग literally अपना 4GPT subscription cancel कर रहे हैं Claude पे switch काने के लिए
But recently मैंने अपने subscribers से पूछ रहा है और I was surprised कि more than 60% लोगों ने आज से Claude को use भी link किया That's why ये वीडियो एक beginner friendly tutorial होगा जिसमें हम Claude को एक personal team member में convert करेंगे
जिससे हमारी channel के बारे में A to Z सब कुछ पता हो और फिर हम उस ट्रीम में अलग-अलग प्रोटेंट के लिए स्टेल्स दिखाएंगे ताकि वो हमें बेटर YouTube वीडियोज बनाने में हेल्प कर सके और भाई दे लिए ये साइड कीज़ा आप एक फ्री पैंक भी कर सकते हो
तो जल्दी से cloud के website पर जाओ और एक free account create कर लो sign in करने के बाद आपको ये dashboard देखेगा जो कि बहुत अच्छा चार्ट जीपरी जा साइन है यहाँ पर of course आप अपना form type कर सकते हो फिर है sidebar जहाँ कुछ important features है
और नीचे आपके सभी पुराने चार्ट्स है और नॉर्मली हम जब भी AI को कोई task करने बोलते हैं तो हमें उसे बहुत सारा context देना पड़ता है एक्जांपल अगर आप वीडियो के लिए script लिख रहे हो तो आपको बताना पड़ेगा कि वीडियो long form है या short
चैनल का niche क्या है, आपका writing style क्या है और भी बहुत सारा context देना पड़ेगा जो कि time consuming तो है ही प्लस इससे आपके tokens भी जल्दी ख़दम हो जाता है तो इसी problem को solve करने के लिए हम use करेंगे cloud का project feature
अगर बिल्कुल simple words में explain करूँ तो project एक dedicated workspace होता है cloud के अंदर इसमें आप custom instructions, context और relevant files अप्रोग कर सकते हो
इसे access करने के लिए हम simply sidebar में projects टाप के click करेंगे यहाँ पे आपके इस सारे projects ओर्गनाइज रहते हैं जो आपने अभी तक create किया है और अगर कोई new project बनाना है तो यहाँ पे click करेंगे तो as i said कि हमें cloud को एक personal team member बनाना है
जो हमें better youtube videos बनाने में help कर सके तो project का नाम type कर देते हैं, personal team member, of course आप इसको कोई भी नाम दे सकते हो, परक नहीं पड़ता इसके, फिर है what are you trying to achieve, मतलब ये project हम किस purpose के लिए बना रहे हैं, so I can write to help me create better YouTube videos and grow my channel,
तो आपको क्रिएट करेंगे और आपका project create हो जाएगा अब इसको properly setup करने के लिए आपको सबसे पहले instructions पर click करना है और अभी मेरे पास एक काफी detail form है जो मैंने copy करके रखा है तो मैं simply उसे यहाँ पर page कर दूँगा
यह form आपको इस video के description में मिल जाएगा ताकि आप उसे अपने project में directly use कर सको अगर इस prompt को देखोगे तो मैंने सबसे पहले cloud के लिए एक role specify किया है कि तुम मेरे personal team member और creative partner हो

तो सबसे पहले basic information दिया है like channel name, niche, subscribe account, upload frequency, language वगैरा of course आप जब ये प्रॉम्प copy करोगे तो उनमें ये सारे fields अमती रहेंगे तो उन्हें spell कर लेना इसके बाद एब brand voice
जिसमें आप basically अपने channel का tone और personality specify करोगे then we have audience profile जहाँ आप बताओगे कि आपके channel का एक ideal viewer कैसा होना चाहिए so we will describe की उनका biggest goal क्या है biggest pain points and then questions answer scroll section what i will need help with you will realize What I Will Need Help With
बल्कि इसे सिखा रहा हूँ कि मैं सोचता कैसे हूँ, डिसिजन्स कैसे लेता हूँ और मेरा वर्कफलो कैसा है तो ये वाला section of course काफी subjective है जो person to person different रहेगा तो इसे अपने हिसाब से लिख रहे ना based on the fact कि आप AI से क्या काम करवाते हो
सब कुछ लेकर लेने के बाद इसे save कर देंगे and instructions के just नीचे देखो एक और option है called file यहाँ पे आप reference documents provide कर सकते है उस project के लिए तो I will click on upload from device और यहाँ मेरे पास अपने कुछ decent videos के scripts हैं
तो मैं इन सबको upload कर दूँगा फिर मैं YouTube Studio के Analytics में जाऊँगा ऊपर Advanced Mode पर click करूँगा और time पर इनको last 28 days से lifetime कर दूँगा फिर right side देखो download icon है तो यहाँ से हम CSV file download कर लेंगे
CSV file basically एक file format है जो Tabular Data Store करने के लिए use होता है अभी अगर downloads में देखोगे तो आपको एक compressed folder मिलेगा जिसमें 3 different CSV files होगे Chart Data, Table Data and Total
तो remember कि इनने से सिर्फ Table Data का काम है हमें बाकी जोनों का बिलीट कर सकते हो अगर मैं इस file को open करूँ तो इसमें मेरे channel के lifetime में जितने भी वीडियो अपरोड हुए, उन सबका title है, published data है, and और भी बहुत सारे metrics है, so ये data भी हमारे team member के लिए काफी useful होगा,
तो मैं इसको अपरोड कर दूँगा, and now अगर मैं इस project के अंदर कोई भी new chart शिरू करता हूँ, तो Claude मेरे instructions को follow करेगा, और अगर किसी task में जरूरत पड़े तो वो इन files को भी as-def-sense यूज़ करेगा अब हमने cloud को एक team number तो बना दिया है
अब बारी है उसके different content creation skills सिखाने की अगर आप account options में जाके settings पर click करोगे तो यहाँ आपको एक feature मिलेगा जिसका नाम है skills इस feature के help से आप cloud को कोई भी specific task करना सिखा सकते हो
and next time से जब भी आप इससे वो task करवा होगे तो cloud automatically उस skill का use कर लेगा जो आपने उससे सिखा रखा है अगर internet पे search करोगे तो you'll see कि लोगों ने हजारो different skills बना रखे हैं हर तरह के task के लिए
Engine Cloud आपको by default कई सारे skills provide करता है जो आप एक click में install कर सकते हो सोचके देखो ये feature कितना game changing है because आप AI को अपने video creation workflow के सारे skills सिखा सकते हो
Example मैंने यहाँ एक skill बना रखा है जिसका नाम है report card इस skill में आपको सिर्फ अपने channel analytics का CSV file upload करना है और उसके basis पे cloud आपको एक बहुत ही useful report card बनाकर दे देगा तो इसको test करने के लिए मैं team member वाले project में जाओंगा
जो हमने थोड़ी देर पहले create किया था कोई भी skill activate करने के लिए आपको prompt में सिर्फ एक forward slash type करना है और cloud आपको सारे available skills शो कर देगा मुझे क्योंकि report card skill चाहिए तो मैं simply उस पर click करूँगा
और ये activate हो जाएगा अब मुझे बस अपने YouTube Studio Analytics में जाना है और यहां से last 28 days का CSV file डाउनलोड कर लेना है back to cloud मैं plus icon पर click करके उस file को यहां से upload कर दूँगा
और फिर इसे enter कर दूँगा notice करो कि मैंने इसको CSV file के अलावा और कोई extra information provide नहीं किया है क्योंकि सारे instructions पहले से ही skill के अंदर stored है तो अभी ये सारे instructions read करेगा, command run करेगा, आपका channel analyze करेगा
and उसके basis पे you will get a really nice output alright, तो हमारा report card ready है, इसे थोड़ा सा expand कर देता है 28 days views subscribers CTR section videos to recover basically videos list impressions but CTR low
मतलब अगर इनकी packaging उप्रूफ कर दें तो यह और अच्छा perform करेंगे फिर इसने मुझे कुछ video ideas suggest कियें जिन पर views आने के high chances हैं इसके बाद top converters का list दिया है मतलब वो videos जो viewers को subscribers में convert करने में
सबसे top पर हैं ऐसे ही सिर्फ best performing video length क्या था मेरे channel का last 20 days में वो बताया है फिर evergreen topics का list दिया है मुझे full data के साथ and then ये भी बताया है कि किस format के titles ने मेरे channel पे best perform किया
तो इतना detailed report card मिल जा मुझे, 6-8 click में वो भी बिना कोई prompt दिया अगर आप screen के instructions देखोगे, तो you will see कि मैंने already cloud को step by step सिखा दिया है कि किसी भी channel के CSV file को कैसे read करना है, and उसके basis पर report card कैसे बनाना है
the best part is that आप skill बनाने के बाद उसका file download करके किसी के साथ भी share कर सकते हो तो ये जितने भी skills आप देख रहे हो वो सब मैं आपको इस video का description में provide कर दूंगा आपको बस उन files को download करना है और जब आप यहाँ add कर करके उसे upload कर सकते हो
and use कर सकते हो Now, if you think that आपको ऐसा skill create करने के लिए आपको कोई expert होने की जरूरत है then you are wrong Cloud में by default एक skill creator नाम का skill installed होता है जिसके help से आप अपने needs के according कोई भी skill बना सकते हो
फिर उसे simple words में describe करके तुछले example के लिए एक title writer skill create करते हैं इसके लिए मैं forward slash type करके skill creator को select कर लोगा और फिर prompt में लिखूंगा I want to create a title writer skill which generates 5-6 clickable title options for any given topic in any age
rate each title on a scale of 1 to 10 and explain why and when each one works इसको enter करके थोड़ा wait करेंगे and skill बनने से पहले ही आपसे कुछ clarification questions पूछ सकता है तकि final output और accurate हो
like अभी यह पूछ रहा है कि क्या वो titles किसी fixed format को follow करने चाहिए या slot कोई भी format pick कर सकता है जो topic according best हो तो मैं इसको flexibility रखूँगा फिर ये पूछ रहा है कि output को किस format में देना है
table के form में या list के form में तो मैं table select करूँगा once again थोड़ा wait करेंगे जब तक scale create हो रहा है and as you can see scale almost ready है but उसे finalize करने से पहले cloud एक test run कर रहा है
ताकि हम output देख सकें and अगर कोई changes करना है तो हम इसी stage पर बता सकता है तो हम चाहे तो इसे बोल सकते हैं कि table को all aesthetic बनाओ like एक border और थोड़े colors add कर दो and then we'll press enter
ओके, so अभी जो output मिल रहा है वो HTML window में आ रहा है which is fine, but आप चाहो तो plot को बोल सकते हो कि मुझे output chat के अंदा ही चाहिए and यहाँ पे request इसको easily process कर लेगा there you go
बहुत ही प्यारा output है of course ये सिर्फ एक example था तो मैंने skill को ज्यादा refine नहीं किया है but actual daily use के लिए अगर मैं skill बनाऊंगा तो I will tell claude कि ये add करो ये remove करो ये अच्छा लग रहा है ये better हो सकता था
and like उसको जितने अलग अलग topics से साथ पेच करेंगे वो उतना ही रिपाइन होता जाएगा फाइनली मैं इसे बोलूंगा package this skill और हमारा title writer skill बनके 100% ready हो जाएगा

जो अपने project instructions में specify किया है तो ये रहा हमारा intro let's read this YouTube ने अभी recently अपने AI content policy में एक बहुत बड़ा update किया है और अगर आप अपने video में एक कहीं भी AI use करते हो
शायद voice over हो, visuals हो या editing तो ये update सीधा आपको affect करता है अब तक अगर कोई creator अपनी video disclose नहीं करता था तो जादा कुछ नहीं होता था बट अब YouTube में अपना खुचका detection system launch कर दिया है
जो automatically पता लगा लेगा कि video में realistic AI used हुआ है या नहीं तो आप इसको पूरा पढ़ सकते हो The main thing to notice is that और इसके लिए इस प्रेसिडेट में कितने अच्छे से मेरे स्टाइल और टोन को मैच किया है और इस intro में उस सारे principles का use हुआ है
जो मैंने अपने intro hook tutorial में explain किया का जो next skill मैं आपको दिखाने वाला हूँ, उसका नाम है Shorts Hook Generator नाम से ही पता चल रहा है कि इसमें आपको अपने Shorts का Topic या Title एंटर करना है और Claude उसके लिए Hooks जनरेट कर देगा
Now, Skills की एक खास बात यूँ है कि उनको हर बार Manually Activate करना जरूरी नहीं है For example, अगर मैं simply यहाँ type कर दू Generate Hooks for this Shot How to get 1K Subscribers notice करो कि इस बाद मैंने skill को manually activate नहीं किया है
पर भी cloud ने automatically detect कर लिया कि इस specific task के लिए उसे short hook generator का use करना है तो यह एक बहुत ही साइड feature है anyway तो इसका जो output है वो आपको इस तरह tabular form में मिलेगा and यह skill आपको exactly 10 different format के hook देता है
contrarian, fear based, authority, time sensitive और असली 10 अलग-अलग psychological formats हैं तो अगर आप YouTube और Instagram पे short form content बनाते हो तो I think इस skill आपको जरूर try करना चाहिए एक और skill बनाया है मैंने जिसका नाम है Thumbnail Ideator
as the name suggests इसमें आपको अपने वीडियो का topic या title enter करना है और ये आपके लिए multiple thumbnail ideas brainstorm करते हो किसके स्किल को बनाने के लिए मैंने Claude को पहले बहुत ही डीटेल में Thumbnail Psychology दिखाया
कि एक अच्छा Thumbnail Concept एक्जाक्ली होता क्या है फिर Core Design Principles समझाएं और अगर आपके चैनल का कोई Color Palette है जो आप यूज़ करते हो Thumbnails में तो Claude उसको भी पॉलो करेगा फिर अभी कुछ हदते पहले मैंने thumbnail format के around एक video बनाया था
तो उस video का सारा research भी मैंने इसको feed कर दिया है ताकि ये और भी अच्छे ideas generate करें output में ये आपको 4-5 thumbnail concepts बताएगा जो आपका topic according relevant है हर concept के साथ क्या visuals use करने है
क्या text लिखना है और इन पॉर्माट के पीछे की क्या psychology है वो भी बताएगा अब क्योंकि ये वीडियो मेंली beginners के लिए था तो वहाँ मैंने सिर्फ projects और skills feature को cover किया fraud के अंदर इसके अलावा भी काफी useful features हैं
