[00:39] Rule two, I can't spend more than $0 and rule three, I must launch the business within 24 hours. The first thing on my plan is to find a supplier with easy
[00:55] For anyone who doesn't know how print on demand works, You make a design and partner with a company, This means if we execute everything correctly,
[01:09] So I'm just gonna make a free account with Gelato around the world, and from what I can see, Right, so now we need to decide what kind
[01:24] for print on demand, such as t-shirts, mugs, and bags. to find out what's actually selling well.
[01:36] as lots of people are using it because they have an integrated shop feature. of some Tiktoks giving you the option
[01:49] so much on TikTok shop. that consistently sells the same product. in creating multiple videos, it's safe to assume
[02:04] (dramatic music) Right, I think I've found the perfect product, wall art. there's a large market of aspiring entrepreneurs
[02:19] to keep themselves motivated and working hard. but it seems from my research that I can sell it for a high price as it's more of an impulse purchase.
[02:33] as I'll make more money per sale. I can scale this business. I could even branch out into premium artwork
[02:46] Imagine how much I could sell those for, First, we need to make some designs, right? As you know, I'm under a time limit here,
[03:01] to make my own designs and do everything else on my list. then I could probably use an AI tool like Midjourney so it would take me a little while to get the hang of it,
[03:16] That doesn't mean I'm about to die, by the way. I've ordered five different wall art designs from three I sent them all this brief.
[03:29] that could be framed and used as wall art. I think something entrepreneurial I intend on using the poster size 30 by 40 centimeters.
[03:45] That's 12 inches by 16 inches for all our American viewers. This is gonna be pretty interesting and I'm kind of leaving my fate in their hands.
[03:58] let's use this opportunity to make an online store. as it's relatively simple and has a low barrier to entry.
[04:10] established customer base for you to tap into. as your product is nothing but a commodity, Although my designs are unique, there are still a lot
[04:26] If you wanna build a business that stands to test the time, and creating your own store. and I've been sent some designs to review.
[04:40] Actually, I quite like this one. I'll tell you what, if I had a penny and not hard work, then I'd be rich.
[04:56] This next guy seems to have made five different designs. Honestly, these designs do look pretty basic, The only one I really like is the last one,
[05:10] I could have done in two minutes. This is actually my favorite design so far. but I can see is at least try to play
[05:25] Maybe this'll appeal to the girls as it's got that sort I think they like that sort of thing. Since this is a print on demand product, I don't have to pay
[05:39] So this is great if you're starting out with $0. and select product catalog. but I'm of course going to select wall art.
[05:55] So this pulls up a selection of different types of posters. Now I'm gonna pick wooden framed posters. I'm then gonna go with the premium matte paper option,
[06:07] And to be honest, I don't think people are really be able and the museum quality one, but my profits certainly will. So I'm gonna select 30 by 40 centimeters
[06:21] as I think this is the best size poster for most houses, Then I'm gonna pick vertical of gender neutral and ready to hang because not assembled.
[06:38] including the ones I didn't like. and who knows, I might even sell some. Now I've got all the designs uploaded.
[06:51] I'm gonna go over to the menu and select stores. with your Etsy store. there are lots of different options, right?
[07:04] right onto my Etsy listing. So I'm gonna use the built-in mockup This tool will help me bring the posters to life.
[07:18] First, we just have to set the dimensions for our file size. so I'm gonna just select that. to create mockups for things like Instagram stories.
[07:32] Oh, now that one looks good. You can zoom in and move around the scene So I'm gonna adjust it to make the scene a little bit bigger
[07:46] Next, let's select our poster size. As I said before, most poster designs are this size.
[07:58] Now, the last step, before we can sell our wall art, I've just taken a quick look at the Price Navigator tool, what the product costs, how much shipping will set us back,
[08:12] Looking at all of this, I think a good price would be 49.99. which will definitely impact sales,
[08:25] because I always think a nice profit margin Right, so I'm over in Miami on business, and I'll tell you what, I've got some results,
[08:40] I actually ordered a couple of our products and I think they're pretty good, and the quality as well is absolutely fantastic.
[08:53] It took three days to get these to us, and that should give us an advantage. because reputation is everything
[09:08] speaking negatively about your product. because things were going nicely. did we make any sales?
[09:21] Some of the posters generated a few sales Overall, we generated 11 saless, which led to 549.89.
[09:33] First, we had to pay for designs on Fiverr, Then Etsy take a small cut of 6.5% on each sale, which came to 35.74, and let's not forget the product
[09:48] and shipping costs, which came to 371.69. I reached out to them and asked them if they could They agreed, so with the link in the description,
[10:03] With all those expenses deducted, it leaves us Considering that I accomplished all the setup I'll consider this a success.
[10:18] over the next few weeks with minimal additional expenses. where I allow myself more time to revamp the business
