## Summary

This video provides a comprehensive analysis of Binance Coin (BNB), covering its origins, the broader BNB Chain ecosystem, its deflationary burn mechanism, and the factors that will influence its future value. The presenter also addresses the coin's compliance with Islamic finance principles.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to BNB and its Purpose** [00:02] — BNB was created in 2017 as a token to reduce trading fees on Binance, but has evolved into the backbone of the entire Binance ecosystem, powering the BNB Chain network.
- **BNB and Islamic Finance** [00:17] — BNB is considered halal by the presenter, as it is included in Binance's Shariah Earn product, which requires a 5% purification rate (donation of profits). Viewers are advised to do their own research.
- **BNB Chain: A Complete Blockchain System** [01:17] — BNB Chain is a full blockchain network with smart contracts, supporting DeFi, games, Web3, NFTs, and dApps. It offers low gas fees and high speed compared to Ethereum.
- **BNB as the Fuel of the Network** [02:35] — BNB is used for paying gas fees, staking, reducing trading fees, voting, and running the network. It is the core currency of the BNB Chain ecosystem.
- **Goals of the BNB Project** [03:06] — The goals include expanding real-world use, improving developer experience, attracting liquidity and users, and enhancing governance by giving the community more influence.
- **The Burning System: AutoBurn and Gas Fee Burns** [04:26] — BNB uses an automatic burn system (AutoBurn) that calculates the amount to burn based on network activity, plus continuous burning of a portion of gas fees. This makes BNB deflationary.
- **Future Value Drivers** [05:26] — The future value of BNB depends on network activity, innovation and competition (speed, low cost, developer experience), and the regulatory environment and reputation of Binance.
- **Short-term vs Long-term Outlook** [06:36] — In the short term, BNB price is influenced by market movements and Bitcoin. In the medium and long term, deflationary pressure from burning and real-world usage are the strongest factors.

### Conclusion

BNB is more than a cryptocurrency; it is the infrastructure of a vast ecosystem. Its deflationary mechanism and growing real-world use position it for potential long-term value appreciation, provided the ecosystem continues to expand.

## Transcript

We'll learn what BNP is, why it was created in the first place, what the coin project is, and the true goals of the BNP project. We'll also talk in detail about the BNP Burn system, which is very important to understand, and how it serves the entire Binance ecosystem. At the end of the
video, we'll answer the question everyone is asking: where is the value of BNP headed? Before we begin, I want to tell you that BNP is halal, as far as I can tell. It's included in a product offered by the Binance platform called Shariah Earn. This product is compliant with
Islamic law, and they've stated that the purification rate for all cryptocurrencies included in the Shariah Earn product is 5%. In other words, you're donating 5% of your profits. However, you should still do your own research to determine if the coin is halal or haram, as I'm not responsible for its permissibility. So get your hotkeys ready, and let's begin.
The first thing we'll talk about is what BNP is. BNP Paribas, or simply BNP Paribas, is the backbone of the entire Binance ecosystem. It started as a simple token in 2017, its initial purpose being to help users reduce trading fees charged by the
Binance platform. If you don't already have the Binance app, you can register and download it from the link in the video description. Over time, the token's evolution has allowed it to transcend its initial purpose as a discount currency and become a core token powering an entire network called
BNP Chi. In other words, it's now a currency with a real project within a system that grows daily. So, what exactly is the BNP Paribas project, and why was it created? Well, BNP Paribas wasn't a coincidence; it was a very calculated move by Binance to build a complete financial system around itself. Initially, as we
mentioned, it was just a tool to reduce fees, but over time, Binance understood that the power wasn't in the platform itself, but in the system it revolves around. Therefore, they began expanding their vision from a trading platform to a complete economic system. It has its own blockchain, projects, wallets, and tools, all
operating on the same currency, BNP. Project.com isn't just a network; it's a complete blockchain system. The Project.com isn't just a network; it's a complete blockchain system. The advanced network combining speed, security, and full support for smart contracts. Everything that
happens on the network—whether it's D-Fi projects, games, Web 3.0, NFT marketplaces, or decentralized applications—all rely on the BSC as their primary operating platform. A key advantage of this network is its openness; any developer can easily build their application with minimal gas fees
compared to other networks like Ethereum. Project.com has become the primary interface for thousands of projects launched daily. At the heart of this network is the BNP cryptocurrency itself, which is the fuel that powers everything on the network, such as paying gas fees. It's
also used for sticking, reducing trading and voting fees, and is involved in running the network. Web 3 applications within its ecosystem means that when we look at the BNP project, we are talking about a complete infrastructure for the decentralized world, not just a digital currency,
but a system that includes a very large network of applications, wallets, development tools, and a community that grows every day. This makes us ask, what are the goals of the BNP project? Look, Binance's goals are very clear and built on a long-term vision, not just a temporary project. Its first goal is to expand
real-world use. This currency isn't designed for speculation, but for actual use in payments, transfers, games, NFTs, and 5D projects. The second goal is to improve the developer experience. The Binance blockchain is designed to be easy and fast, allowing
any developer to deploy their application or smart contract with minimal gas costs and high execution speed. The third goal is to attract liquidity and users. As the number of applications and projects on the network increases, the overall value of the ecosystem grows because
economic activity itself increases. Finally, there's something called enhanced governance. Over time, Binance gives more weight or influence to the community and users in decision-making, giving the project a balance between centralized management and a decentralized vision. However, for the currency to maintain its
value amidst this expansion, a mechanism was necessary. It is intelligent, regulating the supply of currency and preventing inflation that could reduce the value of the BNP currency. Here comes the most important role, which is the burning system in the BNP currency, and how and why it is burned. Before I tell you, I advise you to
previous and upcoming videos, and also activate the bell button and like the video so that it reaches the largest possible number of people and everyone benefits from it. Look, my friend, the burning system in the BNP Paribas cryptocurrency is one of the most important things that distinguishes it from any other project or currency.
Simply put, burning means that a portion of the coins is permanently removed from circulation. This reduces the supply in the market, and of course, when supply decreases and demand remains constant or increases, the value naturally increases in the long run. The BNP Paribas has an advanced system called
AutoBird, which is an automatic system that calculates the amount of coins to be burned based on network activity and the number of transactions. Naturally, the more activity there is, the more coins are burned. There is another type of burning that occurs continuously, which is the burning of gas fees collected on the BNP Paribas
Smartchain network. For example, every time a transaction is made on the network, a small portion of the fees paid is burned automatically. The result is that the BNP Paribas doesn't increase in supply like other currencies; on the contrary, it's a deflationary currency, meaning its supply decreases over time. This gives
investors confidence that the currency's value won't be eroded by inflation. In short, I can explain Let me tell you, the burning system is what makes BNP one of the most stable cryptocurrencies in terms of supply and a key factor in maintaining its long-term value. This leads us to the most important
question: where is BNP's value headed, and can the burning system truly maintain its value? Let me tell you frankly, BNP's future is determined by three main factors. The first, of course, is network activity. The more
projects and applications built on the BNP blockchain, the greater the real demand for the currency itself, whether for paying gas fees, participating in decentralized applications, DFi activity, gaming, or NFTs. All of these create the actual value,
not just the price. The second factor is innovation and competition. Today, there are very large networks like Ethereum and Solana, but what keeps BNP somewhat in the game is its speed, low cost, and, of course, the easy developer experience, provided the network or project
continues at the same pace. The speed of updates and support for new projects will keep it one of the strongest and largest blockchains in terms of actual usage. The third thing is the regulatory environment and reputation. Today, regulations are a fundamental part of the game. Any
positive regulatory developments concerning Binance, or of course its ecosystem, are immediately reflected in the BNP coin because institutional trust has become a huge factor in attracting new investments. To date, I see Binance doing very well and holding licenses in many countries. In summary, the
analysis suggests that in the short term, the BNP price will remain affected by the general market movement, Bitcoin, liquidity, and the state of the global market. However, in the medium and long term, the strongest factors influencing the BNP coin are the
deflationary pressures of burning, coupled with the growth in real-world BNP coin usage. Of course, risks are always present: strong competition, regulatory changes, or a slowdown in innovation. But the great opportunity is that BNP is not just a coin; it's an infrastructure. It connects an entire market, and if
the system continues to expand at the same pace, there's no reason why you can't see the BNP coin reach new highs in the next wave of crypto market adoption. Now, ask yourself a question and answer it in the comments: Is the system really growing? If your answer is yes, then the
the system really growing? If your answer is yes, then the long-term value accumulates and grows. That's all.
