[00:01] channels since 2018. And in that time, I've posted over 10,000 videos. I've gotten hundreds of millions of views. I've made over $1.8 million. And in this I did it. So, if you've been planning to buy a course or even join my school [00:14] going to be the same [ __ ] that you're going to see in there. So, because of subscribed. So, with that being said, let's go ahead and start with fair use. people from starting a YouTube channel is fair use. People think that you need [00:28] to have original images, original footage, that you can't use anything that you don't own, which is not true. As creators, we're also protected. We have copyright rules. So, you can essentially use anything you want as [00:40] what I mean by transformative is that you just have to transition every 7 seconds. For example, I have a YouTube channel where I make top 10 moments of specific TV shows. And in these videos, the only thing I do is I play 7 seconds [00:54] you know, this the specific moment. And after those seven seconds, I transition to another seven seconds of a different episode or a screenshot of the show. Then after those seven seconds, I just go back and play 7 seconds of the [01:07] relevant clip, the relevant episode, and I just repeat this process. That's why top 10 TV show moments. I mean, you can essentially use whatever you want as Plus, I mean, getting copyrighted is kind of a a slap on the wrist. And [01:20] usually when you see those people get terminated for copyright, it's because they deserved it. Because it's really hard to get a strike for copyright. And personally with over 10,000 videos, I've never gotten a copyright strike. So I'm [01:32] assuming these people that you know post those screenshots or or warn people, they were most likely posting full episodes, aka they hella deserved it. Number two, the secret. What is the secret to YouTube? And it's very simple. [01:44] times. Well, it's true. Just copy what works. The phrase that everyone uses is which you don't. If you want to start a YouTube channel about couponing, find the top performing YouTube channels that make couponing videos and literally just [01:57] That's pretty much it, right? You you you can post mediocre videos. You can post garbage videos, but as long as your packaging is good, which by packaging I to get some views. And I'll be honest, I [02:10] watched a single one of my YouTube videos because I have a team, right? I voiceovers. I don't even watch the videos anymore, you know? I just I just if you're not aware, is called YouTube automation. Number three, older [02:23] audiences. This is kind of like the the golden ticket. If you start a YouTube channel where your audience is 50 years old or older, you're going to get paid people always ask me, "Oh, what are the best niches to start?" It's kind of [02:35] like, dude, it doesn't really matter as long as you target a higher aged don't start a YouTube channel about Fortnite. As long as you don't do that, audiences are the best. They're the easiest to entertain. You don't have to [02:48] creating thumbnails. Your videos don't pays really good. I'm talking about like 10 plus RPM, which means $10 per 1,000 views. Now, for reference, my celebrity news YouTube channels, this is where I [03:02] actors, literally everything. The RPM there was typically $6 to $7. It just depended who the celebrity was that I was talking about. But a $10 RPM minimum for older age audience is is really good. The next thing, and this is for [03:16] that are currently in the trenches, get a good editor, man. You know, if you have one good editor, you can take over YouTube in general, right? For With the audio or voice over, you can use 11 Labs. And this is for YouTube [03:30] automation. But an editor is one of the most important parts. For the first grind it out yourself. You can learn how to edit, do it yourself. But the second to edit, do it yourself. But the second that you have like $200, $300 to invest, [03:42] hire an editor. Hire an editor 100%. Because editing is one of the only right? Nothing else about YouTube burns you out faster than editing. Plus, it still takes some time. And just removing editing from your day-to-day tasks, you [03:56] know, you open up a few hours to focus more on the important [ __ ] which again tools. You know, right now there's kind of a huge trend of like, oh, this AI click of a button. You know, this AI tool will make you a thumbnail. Dude, [04:10] that. You really don't. You just need Chad GBT for the script, 11 Labs for the you can hire. Don't use any of the AI ones. If you're not doing AI stories, there's no reason for you to have any AI editing software. There's not. For SEO, [04:24] you know, Vid IQ, TubeBuddy, whatever. It doesn't matter as long as you can see you know, you want to edit yourself, cool, use Capka. It's free. And with Capka, you can also generate audio. So, you don't really need 11 Labs, but it [04:37] Labs, but if you don't have any funds, use Capka. The next thing, and I see a lot of gurus recommend this, AB thumbnail testing. It's broken, dude. I think it's completely broken. It doesn't work. Every single time I've AB tested a [04:51] thumbnail, it does terrible. So, my advice to you is that since titles and about this business, have an ego, right? Have an ego with thumbnails, right? If going to work, if you have a plan B or a backup, don't [ __ ] post it. Be 100% [05:06] that should be the first thing you come up with before even putting the video in from a competitor's video and you're like, "Okay, cool. I'm going to recreate know, a lot of people are like, "Oh, I made five thumbnails for one video." [05:19] Have some confidence. You know, have an ego. But, you know, I guess that's my mentality. Next up is quality. This is a a sensitive topic because as a YouTube creator or someone that you know teaches people how to do YouTube, I'm not [05:33] supposed to say this. But quality doesn't really matter. And anyone who tells you that that's one of the most fundamental things about YouTube lied to you. Again, I've posted over 10,000 videos. The worst quality videos perform [05:45] the best. And that's true. I don't know why. Like in my school community, I made these videos and people don't believe it. They're like, "There's no way people watch that." Which I agree. I don't understand. But it also depends on [05:57] something, you know, like animation or or something that requires heavy editing, then no [ __ ] You need to have good edited videos, right? But 90% of don't need that. You know, I've done kids animation channels where each video [06:10] cost me like $1,200. I think I did a test of 10 videos, lost like $12,000. Never doing it again. I did a history documentary style of videos. That was about $600 per video. Never doing it again. Now, moving on to another very [06:24] should I go into? It's not really an answer for this. It's it's mainly like to make money fast on YouTube and and every single day. I would do anything that revolves around trends, which would [06:36] that revolves around trends, which would be celebrity news, WNBA, UFC news, you have time and you can't work on YouTube every single day, do something evergreen. You know, this would be top 10s, documentaries, biographies, you [06:48] know, the airport niche, car niche, old Hollywood, vintage Hollywood, golf, you post two to three times a week and it's going to be fine. You know, these are immediately, but within time they they can. Next up is scaling. This is kind of [07:01] you. I've had a few students in my school community that made over 5K. From don't think you should start a channel until the first one is fully automated. do the scripts, you no longer do the audios, you don't do the editing, and [07:17] everything is covered for. And I think it would be best if that's two months in is give video ideas, give titles and references for your team to create. of your costs are covered, then I would start another channel, just one though, [07:31] man. You know, I feel like the shiny object syndrome is is quite strong in a lot of people, right? It definitely kills their channels. It kills their on. You know, the hardest part with YouTube is to stay organized. And when [07:44] channels, [ __ ] can get a little bit bumpy. So, I say don't scale. Don't jump fully running by itself for at least 2 months. The next thing that kills a lot I saw this with Celebrity News. You know, I started that celebrity news [07:59] channel in 2020. And to this day, all the channels that were around or my not around anymore. They stopped in like 2022 because they never evolved. you thing over and over. And the reason they stopped evolving is because they stopped [08:13] never do. You always need to be checking what competitors are doing. Not even just competitors in your niche, but I'm talking about in every single niche. If you notice, when a niche changes on YouTube, it doesn't make something [08:26] original. It just takes from another niche. For example, titles and can take like vintage Hollywood thumbnail styles and implement it into what's happening now. Actually, all of those YouTube channels that you see with [08:39] the exclusive bar at the bottom, that came from celebrity news. Now, you see Hollywood. You see it in cars. You see it in economy. And that's how those niches evolve. Eventually, the exclusive bar is going to disappear and that's not [08:51] have to make sure that that you're looking at what everyone else is doing. niche is good? The rule of thumb is that you need to find at least three views per 28 days. If you find that, [09:04] into. How do you consistently get views? I don't know if I'm going to use the right word for this, but stereotype. Stereotype the audience, the people that videos about Justin Bieber, right? I start a YouTube channel about Justin [09:17] They probably watch a video about Selena Gomez, about Kylie Jenner, about the Kardashians, you know, and you experimenting and dropping different audience, right? You know, I'm I'd be essentially stereotyping. What What is [09:30] likes Justin Bieber videos. The other thing that she probably watches is If I make a YouTube channel about rock and roll artists where I do biographies on Nirvana videos, I could probably guess that if I drop a Metallica video, [09:45] little by little, the more you post different topics, you know, it becomes more freedom on what to post. But that's a little bit more long-term for like in the first week, if you post five videos, let's say three about Justin [10:00] Bieber and two about the Kardashians and your three videos about Justin Bieber flopped, but one of your Kardashians one did good and the other one did whatever. videos about just the Kardashians, not Justin Bieber. It can be about the same [10:13] topic or it doesn't even matter as long as the Kardashians are in the title, double, triple, quadruple down on content that works on your channel. And experiment with different topics and it's like, yo, niche down, bro. I guess [10:26] that's kind of the sauce to make a a YouTube channel pop off fast is to just working. Whatever topic is the best performing thing on your channel. like, "Oh, damn. I don't have any ideas for it, dude." You know, ask Chad GBT. [10:38] post a video. It doesn't matter. You got to do something, though. The next thing is some niches don't work for faceless content or not long term, right? Or or streamer niche. you know, videos that talk about top 10 moments about [10:52] streamers. That's relatively slow. And usually the channels that do really, really good with that do not use 11 Labs. You can tell it's a real person humor. And some of those are just kind of like, yeah, I mean, it's faceless [11:05] automation. So, it's something to think about. Something else that would be about real estate. I feel like the audience would rather watch someone's completely faceless. Next thing is, of [11:18] course, consistency beats talent and beats quality all day long. Here's and it kind of goes back to the editing, but you can post absolute dog [ __ ] and still make it with YouTube. And you can do this as long as you stay consistent. [11:31] Consistency doesn't just beat talent, it also beats quality. Next up, if you're starting a long- form YouTube channel, do not post shorts, right? On paper, it cuz it's easier to get views and you get more subscribers, but they both have [11:43] different algorithms, right? YouTube can can say it doesn't, but it does. If you post 10 shorts and five long form videos, your long- form videos are most reason for that is because if you have two to three shorts that go viral or get [11:56] going to recommend the shorts. It's not going to consider your YouTube channel a know, I've worked with thousands of students, and I haven't seen a single one of them succeed with that strategy. Next up is title formats. This is a real [12:09] own title format, and I'm going to show you that real quick. So, here's an example. This is a YouTube channel in the vintage Hollywood niche. This channel here gets about three million views every 28 days, which revenue-wise [12:21] in this niche, which is a high RPM niche. We're talking about about $35,000. 30 35,000. If you go to his most recent videos, we can see a trend here at 50. The tragedy of Angelina Jolie. Stevie Nicks is now 77. We scroll [12:36] down, MC Jagger is now 80. You know what happened to Carol Bernett at 92. Here's another YouTube channel at 81. Glatty's Night confirms Judge Judy is now 82. At 106, she's Hollywood's oldest remaining star. If you haven't noticed yet, the [12:50] format here is to put the person's age in the title. Now, this is the only do this, but it works. Every YouTube channel does it. So, if you're going to go into this niche, always start it with person's name and age or age and [13:02] this. You just have to look at your uploads, and go to their most popular uploads, and you're going to see a pattern there. The next one is to not chase multiple niches too soon. This [13:14] it's a little bit different. I've tried scaling to very different niches, and that was my number one mistake, and I wasted years doing this. The secret is that you can scale to other niches as long as they're relatively similar. For [13:29] and you're ready to move on to something else, do WNBA news, do UFC news. You example, if you're doing top 10 TV shows, go to top 10 movies, go to top 10 [13:41] TV series, you know, stay within that ballpark where it's still relatively the something completely different, you got to realize, oh, you might need a different editor, you might need whatever, right? Whatever it is, it has [13:53] to be different. And those adjustments, yes, even though you can do it or you issue. So, just take the easier path, you know? So, do something similar, keep the same team for the first few channels. Next up, demonetization. I [14:06] hardly hear anyone talk about this, but it's happened to me like 20 times. know, the most common one is getting hit with reuse content. Um, usually with an how you create the videos. You should usually win it. It's just part of the [14:20] It's not the end of your YouTube automation career. It just happens. And appeal and you lose, get a different email, get a different phone number for course you wait the 90 days because if you lose an appeal, you have to wait 90 [14:34] days until you can start posting again or apply for monetization. YouTube support just sucks cuz I've I've lost some demonetization appeals because I've something that you know it made no [14:46] One thing that you should not outsource at least for the first year or two that video I've been talking about how important thumbnails are. You should you can outsource the scripting. You can outsource the person who generates the [15:00] the editing, but don't outsource the thumbnails. Not yet. Not anytime soon. got to learn it, man. You got to learn how to make thumbnails. It's the most your channel's going to work or that you're going to go viral? Easy. It's not [15:14] CTR. It's impressions. How many impressions do you have? Let's say if you post 15 videos in 28 days, if you've gotten over 100,000 impressions, you're didn't get more than 100,000 impressions, that might be a problem. [15:29] happens at random, by the way. That just depends on the email. Also, the phone number that you use to verify. Uh, but it's a real thing. You know, the way we channels and depending on the first month, how many impressions it gets. [15:41] plug now or do we continue and and keep pushing it? Three out of five channels that we start shadowbanned. So, what we do is we restart the channel on a different email, on a different phone number, different ID for verification, [15:54] At least that's how it works today in 2025. And the last thing I want to talk you don't give a [ __ ] about that, thank you so much for watching. Leave a like time. But for those of you that will hear me out, let me show you what's in [16:07] the blueprint step by step. If you're a complete beginner, this is exactly what you want to watch to set everything up. But the actual course videos are in the tutorial vault and this is 55 videos plus where I go in extreme detail on how [16:19] I started my faceless YouTube channel from scripting, editing, Photoshop and SEO. Everything that I know is in these videos and also in July there was a 18 went ahead and added them in these videos. But the best part is that I go [16:33] this is where I speak with you directly, answer any questions, review your quickly, let me show you some of the wins in the community. Number one, we have S. Breezy here that in 24 days he made $6,100. [16:46] started two months ago and he made $4,100 last month. We have members like channel around July 9th. He just got monetized and he made a few hundred bucks. We have members like Aush. He made $6,111 [17:01] in July. We have members like Fernando who made $5,500 in just two weeks. We have members like Jared here that just got monetized, made 372 bucks, but it doesn't say when he got monetized. We also have members like [17:14] Kamid here that started one month ago, about 4 weeks. He started his YouTube channel and he already made $7,000, which is probably the craziest one. He joined my community on June 26. Yeah, literally a month. Yeah. So, he joined [17:26] here. Whatever he was posting before, he deleted and then he started posting what seems to be July 1st. This one here is probably the craziest results that I've out, you can click the link in the description of this video or in the pin [17:39] I'll talk to you on one of the live calls. Have a good day, guys.
