## Summary

This video is a comprehensive guide to the Dr. Dre VIP Contract in GTA Online, updated for 2026. The creator explains why this heist is now the best for solo grinders after recent nerfs, and provides detailed speedrunning techniques and gear recommendations to complete it in under an hour.

### Key Points

- **Dr. Dre is now the best solo heist** [00:50] — The Dr. Dre VIP Contract now pays $900,000 on a 48-minute cooldown with zero setup fees, making it the best solo grind after the nerf.
- **Nerf comparison** [01:32] — The payout cut is only 10% for the VIP contract, compared to 20% for Cluck and Bell and up to 40% for Cayo Perico's primary target.
- **Getting started without a Sparrow** [02:13] — You can start with a brand new character, grind a few Cluck and Bell raids, buy the agency for $2 million, and use the free Agency Super Volito Carbon for prep work.
- **Recommended gear** [03:14] — Recommended gear includes the Vigilante (homing missiles and rocket boost) and the Railgun for the High Society finale.
- **Contract structure** [04:04] — The contract consists of three data leaks (Nightlife, High Society, South Central) and two finales (Studio Time and Don't F with Dre).
- **Time goal** [04:43] — Goal is to complete each leak in 15 minutes and the last two missions in 15 minutes total, wrapping up in an hour.
- **Nightlife leak tip** [05:35] — For the nightclub mission, use a silenced weapon and take the silent and sneaky route to avoid enemies.
- **Marina mission tip** [06:38] — For the marina mission, use fast travel to LSIA, fly low and fast to the yacht, land ASAP, and shoot everyone on the upper deck.
- **Country club skip** [07:41] — In the country club mission, use a sticky bomb to blow yourself up, which skips Imani's lecture and teleports you outside.
- **High Society finale tip** [08:18] — In the High Society finale, use the Railgun to hit the helicopter three times, dropping its HP to zero and triggering the next phase.
- **South Central tricks** [09:05] — For the South Central leak, call Lester to lose cops, use the Mark II or Vigilante to blow up enemies, and do a 180-degree turn to headshot the Vagos driver.
- **Finale shortcut** [10:00] — In the Don't F with Dre finale, toss a sticky bomb to the left side of the passage to blow up a trailer, then climb over the wreckage as a shortcut.

### Conclusion

The Dr. Dre VIP Contract is now the most efficient solo grind in GTA Online, offering $900,000 per run with minimal setup costs and a manageable time investment when using the right techniques.

## Transcript

Before the Court Center Heist update, I'd have put the Dr. Dre VIP contract in the number 2 spot on my solo heist grind list because while it's very good, it does take slightly longer to complete compared to the number 1. But now, after the nerf, I'm confident in my assertion that this is the undisputed number 1 heist for solo grinders on GTA Online.
That's why I've decided to update my guide for the VIP contract and this is going to be for the second half of 2026. If you want to get absolutely loaded before GTA 6 drops, and you want to buy all your favorite supercars and properties before November the 19th, you need to Draymax, and this video will show you exactly how to do just that.
But first, before I get into the various speedrunning techniques and all the optimizations I have for the VIP contract, let me explain to you why this heist is suddenly better than ever before. because in absolute terms, it actually pays less on subsequent playthroughs now.
But if we take a look at the numbers, you're making $900,000 on a 48-minute cooldown, and there are zero setup fees. Compare this to the Kaio Pariko heist, where you pay $100,000 in exchange for about $800,000 on average,
and suddenly, Dre's longer completion time doesn't feel so bad anymore, especially when you factor in my speedrunning techniques that let you do this heist in just over an hour. Then we also need to remember that you get $1.1 million if it's your first Dr. Dre VIP contract of the week,
and once again, I know that on average, if you run three or more Dr. Dre contracts a week, this is slightly less than what you used to make, but the silver lining here is that the payout cut is only 10% in the case of the VIP contract. We went from $1 million in the finale down to $900,000.
Whereas with heists like the Cluck and Bell farm rate, it's closer to 20% less money when it comes to the nerf, and for Kaio, you're taking up to a 40% hit in the value of your primary target, which is obviously a lot worse than a 10% reduction with Dr. Dre.
I think whoever at Rockstar was in charge of these changes definitely undervalues the Dr. Dre contract, or maybe they think it takes way too long for the average player to complete, and in some cases they're right, but I think they're wrong for the most part, because in my experience, the VIP contract is one of the most entertaining heists,
or rather, investigations in the game, because technically, this isn't a direct heist, but you know what I mean. Another huge benefit of running Dr. Dre is that unlike with the Kasaka and its heist, the Cayo Perico heist, you don't actually need to invest money in a fast helicopter like the Sparrow.
At least not right away, because you can start playing GTA Online on a brand new character today. Grind a few Pluck and Bell farm raids and No Way Out questlines, buy yourself a little soul agency as soon as you hit that $2,000,000 mark, and then you can literally just use the free agency Super Bolido Carbon to do all of your prep work.
And for the finales, that agency Jubilee SUV they give you for free is perfectly adequate as it has good acceleration, handling, and an acceptable top speed, but if you want to step it up a notch, you can certainly invest in a Batsy 801RR.
It costs just $15,000, and with a few upgrades to the EMS and transmission, this will turn into one of the fastest bikes in the game Even better get yourself an HSW Hakusho Drag as that thing is even faster than the Batsy 801 and I personally used it to set a sub one hour speed run record in the Dr Dre VIP contract Now I don claim that that time is exceptional or
anything, you can actually find other folks on YouTube who've done it even faster, but I did it without any job warping tricks, so even if you do it the legit way, it's still possible to do this whole set of 11 missions in one hour or less. But if you want to run Dr. Dre the proper way,
I certainly recommend these two items. First, a vigilante. That is the only weaponized car in the game that comes with homing missiles and a rocket boost, but can still be used in missions. Then you definitely need a railgun for that high society finale, and I'll explain why once we get there,
but for now just trust me and buy both of these items. Lastly, you might want to invest in an oppressor mark 2, because while the free super volido carbon is great and all, it's not as agile or compact as the mark 2, and it won't spawn right next to you in free roam, so you will need a mark
2 to speed up certain missions. Alright then, with all that prep work out of the way, let's actually talk about speedrunning the Dr. Dre BIP contract. For this part, I suggest playing through the contract at least once if you haven't done so already, because once you play through it
for the first time, you can actually skip both of those tutorial missions they give you at the start. In the first one, you go to the golf course and meet up with Dr. Dre, and in the second one, you infiltrate the FIB headquarters and hack into their servers to steal some data on Dr. Dre's
phone. Then, to break down the rest of the Dr. Dre contract, we've got three data leaks, followed by two finale missions that are called Studio Time and Don't F with Dre. Each of these three leaks, we've got two setup missions and a finale. You can think of these more so as acts,
so we've got Act 1, the Nightlife leak, Act 2, the High Society leak, and Act 3, the South Central leak. You can do these in any order you please, and you're also free to use your Oppressor Mark 2 and Sparrow in these setups, but for the finales of them, you'll have to use a non-weaponized
vehicle like the Batty or an HSW Hot Coach How Drag, or again, if you have that Vigilante, you can also use that. Setup missions also pay you money, as do the finales, for each of these three leagues, and if you combine all ten missions before the last one, you're actually making $100,000
in total, since these pay $10,000 per setup. So, in reality, you're making a million dollars with the Dr. Dre VIP contract now when you include the payments from the various leagues. Our goal here is to complete each league in 15 minutes, and then we can do the last two missions in about 15 minutes
total to wrap up this whole thing in an hour. And if you don't think that's possible, I can say from personal experience that it very much is with the right tools and the right techniques. You will absolutely need a few practice runs to get it right, but trust me, it can be done and if you
master the Dr. Dre VIP contract, you will easily make a million bucks every day by spending just one hour in the game. So, let's talk about those speedrunning tips. First, I'll cover each data leak in order, then I'll talk about the two finales. I also highly suggest setting your
spawn point to your agency property and business, and so if you don't already have a personal quarters, buy one right now. It's totally worth it. Also, invest in an agency armory so you can top off on snacks, ammo, and armor all in one place before you begin your mission. So first,
the nightlife leak. In the first mission, the one where you break into the nightclub you actually don want to go in guns waving here because there actually a lot of enemies and some of them are hiding in corners and they pop out and burst you down So instead you want to take the silent and sneaky route with this one
which you can do by flying in, entering through this gate, and once you're inside, immediately equip the silenced gun. I personally like the AP pistol because it's super controllable and it makes for easy headshots, but you can honestly use any silenced weapon of your choice.
Go in, headshot this enemy, then take out this guy who's on janitor duty near the walls. Go in, use this door to enter the dance floor, but instead of heading in a straight line, I would suggest you turn right and climb up on these stairs.
Sometimes you'll find a guard waiting for you on the upper level, but other times he'll appear right as you exit the office room and you can see his position on the mini map so it's super easy to avoid this guy. Inside the office room, just eliminate these two enemies, collect your hard drive and walk
back out the same way that you came in, and after jumping down the stairs, stay out of the enemy division codes at all times and once you're outside just fly back to the agency. Your job is done right there, in about 4 or 5 minutes of your slow. for the marina mission, instead of going to the docks and searching the billionaire's speedboat
for GPS data, here's what I would suggest you do. Go to the front desk at your agency, select the SUV fast travel service, and pick LSIA. Once you're there, summon your oppressor mark 2 or helicopter of choice, and fly to one of these two spots out on the ocean. I've marked
both of them here on the map with yellow circles for you to find. Once you approach these areas, you'll be able to see the yacht, but this thing has air defenses that will activate when you get too close, so I would suggest that you fly in low, fly in fast, land ASAP, and shoot everybody
on the upper deck. Then after that, deactivate the air defenses, unlock the door, grab your evidence, and fly away. Once again, shouldn't take you more than five minutes here. And for the nightlife finale, I don't really have much to add here except for the fact that you should use
a fast personal vehicle and something like an assault shotgun or a minigun if you own one of those. They'll make the gunfight so much easier. For the high society league, we actually have two missions that really stand out in terms of speedrunning. First is the country club mission,
where once again we're going to use our fast travel, but this time we're going to pick Chumash as our destination. Then once you land over there, I would summon your Mark II, fly to the country club, hack your way inside, and eliminate every guard in sight. Hack into the PC next, and to
teleport yourself outside the building, what I would do is actually use a sticky bomb to blow your character up, and that will immediately skip Imani's little lecture and place you outside where you can get on your pressure Mark II and start hunting for that limo they have you go after.
Once you find the vehicle, just blow it up and then snatch the wallet from the driver's crispy corpse. You don't actually have to tail the limo like the game tells you to. You can speed it up by just eliminating it and blowing it up. Lastly, for the finale, you just have to fill up a destruction meter.
You don't really have to find the source of the music or anything like that, so step inside, pull out your RPG, and start blasting until the cutscene plays with the billionaire fleeing in his helicopter. Another pro tip here, if you have a personal vehicle, especially something fast like a vigilante,
summon that before entering the mansion. Then, once the billionaire actually starts running away, you can just pull out your railgun, look up at the sky for that heli, and you should see his chopper. Hit him three times and you drop the helicopter HP to zero and that going to trigger the next phase while also giving you a checkpoint And so from here all you have to do is blow yourself up twice and upon restarting that checkpoint you actually spawn at the beach with your personal vehicle right next to the
billionaire. And so having a vigilante also means that you can chase him down and shoot at him with homing missiles if you miss your railgun shots or if you don't have a railgun at all. And at the very best if he took the strategy of using the railgun and eliminating the helicopter
that way you can use the vigilante and then get back to your agency after it's all said and done in record time. Lastly, for the South Central leak, you have three tricks that you can use. In the Davis mission, it's actually possible to lose the cops faster by calling up Lester and using his ability.
In the Bala's mission, you can then summon your Mark II or even Vigilante and blow up all the enemies without putting yourself at risk in the open. And then lastly, in the South Central finale, it is possible to do a 180 degree turn as soon as the cutscene ends.
And if you have decent aim, you can headshot the Vagos driver before he escapes with the lowrider. but that one is probably, I would say, the most challenging out of any time skip here in this whole guide. For the two finale missions, we've got Studio Time and Don't F with Dre.
In Studio Time, just remember the location of Record A Studios. It's not really that far from your agency. What I would do is summon your vigilante, eliminate every single enemy outside the studio when you arrive with your homing missiles, then go in and rescue the doc with your assault shotgun or minigun.
It's quite simple. A completion time of maybe five to six minutes with this is more than possible with this mission. And then for the last mission, Don't F with Dre, the actual finale. All you have to do is go through that train yard fight, then once you arrive in the hangar, shoot these guys who try to bum rush you and toss a sticky bomb to the left
side of this passage. What that's going to do is blow up this trailer, and what this allows you to do is climb up on the wreckage and then use that as a shortcut to emerge on the other side. This still has not been patched, by the way, and if you're having trouble latching on, what I would
suggest you do is switch to third person, and then your character will more easily climb over it. Then all you have to do is run forward, climb up these stairs, and that way you can bring Johnny guns to Dr. Dre. From there, it's just that quick two minute drive to the country club,
and you will be presented with your $900,000 paycheck for completing the finale. But ladies and gentlemen, that does it right there for my 2026 Ultimate Dr. Dre VIP Contract Guide. Let me know if any of you guys have managed to do this heist in under an hour of time,
