[00:02] Today, I'm going to be showing you a whole powerful system with Hermes Agent OS, right? So, this is basically Agent operating system for Hermes. And what this allows you to do is build out a system, and I would recommend this for
[00:16] what you use, whether you use Claude or whatever, build out a system where you can manage all of your agents and operate them from one single system in one single place, right? And I'm going to show you some examples of what we've
[00:30] the workspace here, you can see that we can preview all the apps that we've created, right? This is all stuff that we've literally generated with Hermes Agent, right? Now, on top of that, we actually have videos over here, you
[00:44] know, that we can play back and everything that we've created with AI agents, we can pre out here, as you can see. We've got images, we've got, for example, text-to-speech and podcasts we've
[00:58] generated. We can even operate this from Notebook LM. And the whole point of this, right, is that if you're using AI in any single way, I would recommend that you put them into a system. And this is what we're doing
[01:12] here. And it makes Hermes, it makes all your other AI agents 100 times more got skills that we can manage. We can manage our status. We can manage all the manage our Kanban board. If I want Hermes to build out a full website like
[01:27] you can see right here, it can just go off and do it, right? It can go off and is pretty amazing. So, for example, I 12 different agents ready to go with Hermes, different profiles with Hermes.
[01:40] And then, you know, if I'm like, "Right, okay, build out a full content strategy You can see here that the task is just ticked off. It's in my Kanban. I can come back to it later. We've got a full 12-month content calendar over here. And
[01:54] it's just amazing. So, to recap here, you can have swarms, big autonomous teams of AI agents that work and go off and do other stuff. You can have a memory system where everything is connected, all the context, everything
[02:08] that you got everything working together, which is pretty amazing as right here. All right, this is our knowledge base. And the AI agent everything that I do and everything that I work on. All the tools that I use, all
[02:22] And then we have Noble then where we can generate videos, we can generate we can generate videos and text-to-speech and images as well. We have an SEO tool where we can deploy to websites and create content and rank it
[02:36] right? Across five different websites at the same time. And so, Now, if you're wondering, "Okay, how do I do this? How do I do it?" Basically, what you want to do is whatever idea you have in your mind about what you think
[02:51] you need or what you work on day-to-day, build that out with this, right? Tell Hermes, "Okay, go off, build out an agent operating system, and then allow me to host it locally, right?" That's what you want to do. And then it can go
[03:03] inside the chat here and you say, "Right, build out a mission control. it's not going to be perfect first time round, but if you work on it every single day and you tweak it exactly how you want it, it's only going to get more
[03:17] better and better. Now, I do have my full system inside the AlphaBot, and if you just want to get the zip files and the prompts from me directly, but if you I would approach it, right? Like I mentioned, just ask Hermes to build out.
[03:31] like it's just much easier than the terminal, right? So, if you go over to the terminal with Hermes, I don't really use terminal with Hermes anymore because it it's super confusing to use. You don't really um have any
[03:43] history of what you've worked on. It's quite hard to see multiple profiles. Obviously, inside here as well, we can only manage one profile. And then most right? It kind of feels like a little bit like the 1990s if you're using a
[03:57] Unless you're really technical and you're great with terminals, which 99.9% of people watching this are not. beautiful interface like this, right? It actually feels good when you use it as
[04:11] well. And the other cool thing about this was you can say to Hermes, "Okay, build out this dashboard. Here's how I want it to look, but also add in open core, add in Claude, add in Gemini, add in Antigravity, add in Codex, right?"
[04:24] done. We've got all of our agents sitting there working off the same memory system, you know, and helping us rank with SEO, can even set like daily goals inside this section. I can journal over here. I
[04:38] can flick between my previous journal entries, and that's pretty cool as well. control dashboard where we can just see everything in one place. So, we've got, you know, we can see the status of Claude and open core and Hermes. We can
[04:51] and what models they're using and everything else, right? And the other cool thing about this as well is like you can use something like Alpha which is a free API, and then you can use that to power Hermes itself. Now, I've had
[05:03] watching live, like feel free to drop any questions as I'm going along. I've had loads of questions about this inside the AI Profit Board. So, I want to just through it. The other thing that I would say here is like every new skill that
[05:16] you add on to Hermes can be used inside this system here. So, if you've, for example, taught Hermes computer use and how to use your computer, which is a skill that I've put in here, then I can just use it from, you know, the from
[05:29] the agent workspace right here. And it's much easier to manage, much easier to use, and much better to use that way, honestly. So, that's the way that I look at it. So, let's have a look at some of these questions that we've had recently,
[05:42] and we can run through exactly, you know, how to handle everything. Now, we'll say for example, Dr. John Mayes, he built out his own agent operating system as you can see right here. Pretty cool, and he used our system,
[05:56] wouldn't be possible without this. So, it's pretty cool. Uh what else you got here? Maha says, "Is agent operating system open source?" So, I just give it to members inside the AI Profit Boardroom,

[06:53] watching this. We've got seven questions from the AI Profit Boardroom. answer people's questions every day, and then give them a video tutorial breakdown here. So, Rachad was asking like, you know, "Hey guys,
[07:05] I love the agent operating system that was built, you know, for example, one for Open Claw, one for Cloud, one for Hermes." And Rachad said, you know, "I own and operate e-commerce stores. So, I want to automate a few things, like for
[07:17] example, research, image generation, video generation, etc., right? How do I Or what's the best way to do it? So, here's the way that I would do it, right? So, if I'm for example trying to do
[07:31] research, I would actually plug that into Hermes directly. And if you're everything that you're doing here, the best API that you can use, cuz you can use three different methods here, is you can
[07:46] three different methods here, is you can use Grok 4.3, right? Now, Grok 4.3, now, you can you can log in to that with OAuth using your Twitter account. So, you know, if you're already subscribed
[07:59] need to subscribe to anything else. You can plug that into Hermes, and then you can, for example, automate your research with the Grok API, right?
[08:11] And so sorry, the Grok OAuth. So, Grok can do like Twitter research and that sort of thing. So, as an example of that, if we have a look here,
[08:23] inside the chat here, and I can say, "Okay, go off and search X or search Twitter for, you know, everything that's just trending about this topic, right?" me. When it comes to uh
[08:36] generating product pages, yeah, you can get the Shopify CLI, right? Let me just find this here. So, this is Shopify CLI. So, this is Shopify CLI. For this,
[08:55] And that basically means that you can link this inside your agent operating system, or you can give it to Hermes agent and install it. And basically, that means like your agents can speak
[09:07] you and that sort of thing. So, that's pretty cool. For research, Grok is great because it can search Twitter directly.
[09:21] Image generation, you can see here, for example, if we have a look at image generation inside agent operating system here, generate images just by describing what we want over here. So, that's a really
[09:33] we want over here. So, that's a really good way to do it. probably the best thing you can use here is uh Grok 4.3.
[09:53] can do that with Grok 4.3. If you need longer videos, then I would install something called HyperFrames, which can generate longer videos using which can generate longer videos using uh open-source GitHub.
[10:08] time. Could be one automation per week, etc. Just so you don't feel overwhelmed.
[10:42] And you can grab the agent operating system up there.
[11:19] video generation, everything else, you probably want Grok 4.3. You could use, for example, Open LLM or Hermes, but if you don't have this set start with Hermes as well.
[11:32] That's basically it. All right, next one. So, Michael. this group. I'm looking to scale my business in this level. Um
[11:44] my short-term goal is to train a Hermes agent to be my real estate team's VA. with content, etc. Right? Lastly, working on SEO optimization. Not sure if
[11:57] I be should be using one Hermes agent to do different tasks or if I need to set do different tasks or if I need to set up separate Hermes agent. So, you're doing this, I wouldn't recommend creating multiple Hermes agents, right?
[12:10] I would just focus on one at a time. And then if you really feel the need to can. But I think it'll make it too complicated for you in the beginning. later. Then for for example, automating
[12:26] VA tasks, I think that probably is the best thing to start out with. marketing skills. So, after that, you could teach it for example, video generation or you could teach it for example, SEO content generation. And
[12:38] just stack it out. And again, like don't try and do it all at once. Just go with something simple, one thing at a time, one automation a week. You know, if you you got 50 new automations per year, which is pretty insane by anyone's
[12:51] standards. So, that's how I'd tackle this task.
[13:16] Ziad was saying, you know, which one is better? Hermes plus Grok or ChatGPT? Right? That's a It's a question. So, it depends what you're going to do with
[13:29] Right, really depends what you're going to do with Hermes, but I would say the Grok is better. And I've actually found that Grok is faster to reply. It works really smoothly.
[13:43] I've never had any problems ever since I've set it up. And also, it can do a lot more than ChatGPT. So, ChatGPT or off is is useful, for example, for generating images or, for example, generating replies, but
[13:57] Grok 4.3 can search Twitter, which is great for research and content creation. It can also, for example, generate videos. It can generate images. So, there's a lot more you can do with Grok. And also, Grok, from my own experience,
[14:11] has been a lot smoother to implement than using ChatGPT. So, I'd go with than using ChatGPT. So, I'd go with Grok, personally.
[14:37] you know, it's a great question. I would say, number one, don't give Hermes or anything that you're not comfortable with. Number two, I just run it locally. So, that, you know, it it's basically sandbox locally. Number three is like,
[14:52] I think the main thing is like, you know, keep it simple. Don't connect it to anything that you don't want to. I've not seen any issues from anyone. Um but at it. And also, like, if you're not sure,
[15:05] stuff instead, right? You can watch my tutorials and learn from me instead, if you're not sure. Next up, we got question number four, which is onboarding for Hermes, right? For Hermes
[15:18] agent. And uh basically, you know, looking forward to some more cool ideas. I've been using Open Claw and Claude for the past 4 months, building workflows, reasoning,
[15:32] etc. Built a front-end Opus and now implemented Sonnet. But as the automations get more complex, you get a variety of errors, right? And
[15:45] he asks, you know, does anyone have any experience with using News Research with Hermes? So, I actually set up Hermes via OAuth with News Portal, and it was really good.
[16:00] You can actually test out and just see how you feel about it. Overall, I found Hermes is much smoother to use than Open Claw, and I think the majority of people who have tested out Hermes and Open Claw like, um, you know, regularly over a
[16:14] long period of time have got much better and smoother results with Hermes. what I would say here is like, you can use a lot more APIs with News Portal. So, if you sign up to News Portal, you can set up free APIs like, for example,
[16:28] Step 3.5 Flash. Um, they also, for example, had Quinn 3.6 for free for a little bit. So, they're always like bringing new APIs into there. So, it's a pretty good way to use it. And also, obviously, News
[16:42] Portal created Hermes. So, if you're using News with Hermes, it's always for example, like Claude with Open Claw, which, you know,
[16:54] come out and said, "We don't want you using Claude with Open Claw." So, it's a lot smoother to use a portal that is literally built for an agent, which is literally built for an agent, which is what News Portal have done with Hermes.
[17:27] >> Massive thanks happy tail. Thank you very much, sir. Codex in the browser, cloud or not? Right. So, Olga was basically saying, you know, she downloaded Codex app, did some work in it, but was not very
[17:42] access network. Um and she was asking about like chat GPT in the cloud. Does it still work? So, she was saying when she clicked on this
[17:54] link here, it asked her to download the app. So, if we actually go here, I actually checked it earlier today for you and I could still use Codex in the click on this. Um and you can see here I can still use
[18:08] Codex in the cloud. So, maybe it's like location variant or maybe it depends what plan you're on. So, for example, we are on the the pro plan as you can see here in this personal account. I don't seem to be able to I mean yeah, I don't
[18:20] think I've got access to the the other workspace, but I can use this one directly and it works with Codex. So, this works for me, pro account with So, this works for me, pro account with Codex in the cloud.
[19:13] uh on VPS? Yeah, so for example, Yeah, so for example, to to your PC directly. I think it So, your PC, but you got VPS set up with Hermes' agent, right? That's the way
[19:27] that's the case, then you can use something called Tailscale, and Tailscale can connect remotely to, for example, your other device. So, if you have two different devices, your VPS and your PC, then you can connect Tailscale
[19:43] from the VPS to the PC, and that's how you can connect them together. what's the best skill for this, right? You know, what's the best creation skill
[19:58] for this? Here's the way that I do it, right? And it's really simple. It's a prompt that I use, as you can see right here. And if I'm trying to create something, usually I look at what worked before, and then use it again, right?
[20:13] So, as an example of this, if we type in this prompt, as you can see, and let's a variation of this, let me give an example, right? So, let's say I'm trying to create a variation of this, I can plug in this prompt and
[20:28] generate multiple different versions of that, right? And that just helps me create these really quickly. And then I also for this prompt, I use something called Text Expander, and Text Expander allows me to like just
[20:43] if I type in at this, you can see that it just pops up, right? create it from there. So, that's the way that I do it.
[21:31] create some nice versions in a second which we can go back to in a minute. All right, I think this is the last question which is from Jerry. And it's actually a win. So Jerry actually said that he's hooked on
[21:47] Hermes, right? He basically set up an automation that pulls in uh new transcripts every 4 hours. And then it catches like his ideas, his design thoughts, his client notes, uh supplier reminders, right? And instead
[22:01] of them just letting sit in an app, the agent actually takes it and then starts vault, right? If you're not sure what Obsidian is, it's kind of like a second right here where we link everything
[22:16] and contacts and everything. So that's what he's doing. So basically he'll you know, anytime he has new um voice notes, he'll plug that into his Hermes agent and then it goes off. And he said uh you know,
[22:31] without the confidence I've gotten from the Air Profit bottom. I can't thank Julian Gordy enough. So well done. That's amazing. Like really win like this. And also the thing I
[22:43] watching, we can all do this. You know, if you're watching, you've never used AI using AI agents or maybe you just feel behind with AI, we all do. That's okay, right? But you can see here clearly that this is an awesome use case and this is
