[00:00] You've got two options as a TikTok shop affiliate in Q4. You can be the one who's reactive, scrambling when campaigns drop, always one step behind, watching other creators have their best months whilst you're still trying to figure out what's going on. [00:14] Or you can be the one that's prepared, ahead of the competition, dominating throughout Q4, having structure, a plan, and making life-changing moves. Q4 really is a massive opportunity for TikTok shop creators. [00:26] At the peak of Q4 last Black Friday, I made over £1,000 in a single day. In 2024, in the three months of Q4, I made over £55,000. It changed my life. I quit my job, went into doing TikTok shops full-time. [00:40] But Q4 in 2024 and in 2026 are totally different. TikTok shoppers more than doubled in opportunity since Black Ben. We've seen some of the biggest brands in the world with massive ad budget on board onto the platform. [00:53] Brands making hundreds of millions of pounds on TikTok shop. And as we all know, creators have been getting their commission of that as well. I genuinely believe that this year, we're going to see TikTok shop creators hitting numbers that we've never seen before. [01:06] I'm talking six-figure lumps, numbers we've never seen in the UK before. And this isn't just your TikTok shop Q4 hype. Outside of Q4, I've hit multiple five-figure lumps. Chris, a creator at WorldSquid that was a floor pilot for over 10 years, making over £50,000 in three months. [01:23] Connor, another one, making over £60,000 in four months. And creators like Regina, Abby, Dan, Jeff, making thousands every single month outside of Q4. [01:35] We're now going into the biggest opportunity of the year as a TikTok shop creator. And you really shouldn't treat it like the rest of the year. The way you choose your products changes, the way you make your content changes. The amount of money that you can make changes. [01:48] And as someone that's experienced two Q4s already, I'm going to be running you through the exact steps you need to take to make a life change in money and become a top 1% creator this Q4. [02:00] As we know, patterns repeat themselves on TikTok shop, but this year is going to be different. There's also going to be things that we've never seen before and it's going to require a totally different approach. And as someone that knows exactly what's coming, I am about to run you through everything you need to know to prepare. [02:16] Enough of the talking, let's get straight into this video. Now, the first thing you need to understand to actually succeed this Q4 is not only that it's a massive opportunity, but why it's a massive opportunity. The first thing I want to go over is something called temporal discounting. [02:30] You need to understand how a consumer psychology shifts because of this. The best example I can give you for this is Christmas. You have to understand that people value things the further away they are. Now, as we all know, the closer to a deadline we get, the more urgency we act with, which in this scenario is the impulse buy. [02:48] And the thing is, with Christmas in this example, it creates the most natural temporal discounting that you get in consumer behavior the whole year. Usually, there'd be temporal discounting that's being, like, manufactured by somebody. [03:01] So in your video, you call to action and you say, there's only a couple left, make sure you grab one whilst you quit. That's you manufacturing temporal discounting. When it's in a natural way with Christmas, you don't even need to do that. [03:13] Everybody already knows Christmas is upcoming. So pre-Q4 now, people are already starting to think about it already. In the lead up, people start thinking about it more and more. People are buying stuff already. And then we get near Christmas and everybody's buying things. [03:26] Everybody's preparing. By Christmas week, people are just straight up impulse buying things because they're either behind, they forgot. forgot. Then by the time it's the peak, this is the easiest time of the whole year to sell something [03:38] to a consumer, especially when we're choosing the right products, which is what we're going to go over later on in the content. Q4 is the only time in a whole year that the consumer is already sold. Our content goes from trying to sell a product to us just triggering the decision of buying it. [03:54] Now, I wanted to go over this. This is how the platform changes during Q4. This is the only time as a TikTok shop creator where the algorithm is actively favoring your TikTok shop content. We also understand that these brands have spent massive budgets to be included on TikTok [04:08] shop to have the discounts, to be included in the campaign, and TikTok have to give them something in return. They need to make sure that these brands are making money through paying to be in the campaign. And this is why the algorithm is going to actively favor your TikTok shop content. [04:22] It's going to push it out to more people. This is also one of the early times in the year where campaigns drop back to back. So if you add the summer sale, but after the summer sale, you're not having another discount until maybe a random super brand beat the following month or a deal drops. [04:36] And that's a full month away. Whereas in Q4, we have got campaigns going back to back, which means throughout the full three months, there is going to be products that are selling exceptionally well. And that is also because of the discounts. [04:49] These brands are going to cut down prices on so many products. And this is the only period of time where every variable slips in your favour as a TikTok shop creator. Because of the product discounts, the campaigns going on and TikTok wanting us to succeed, [05:04] we can see the same videos that would usually get 10,000 views hit 100,000 views. And the 100,000 view video hit a million views. It being gifting season and the season to buy means our videos organically do better. [05:17] but then the campaigns add more consumer urgency so it makes them want to buy right now and when you add the discounted prices on top of that even more reason for someone to make the decision to buy right now rather than saving it for later like they would any other time of the year in q4 every [05:33] other thing that would usually work against you is actually with you the next point is the biggest shift that's happened on tick tock shop over the past 12 months the brand the biggest brands in the the world have come on to TikTok shop. And through periods like Q4, these aren't little [05:47] brands that are trying to make a little bit of money. They are trying to make serious money. Brands like Ninja, Char, Gillette, Samsung. These aren't small seller brands. These are household names. Brands that we all grew up seeing on TV, have in our houses, [06:02] that have massive ad budgets for us as creators, which is going to push our content out further and for longer. This is the first Q4 with GMD Max as well. They're massive ad budgets paired with GMB Max, the automated ad system on TikTok that applies the ad spend to the best [06:17] converting videos. If you go about it the right way, our content is going to perform better than we've ever seen it perform. That leads me on to the next point, which is the brand behind the product now matters just as much as the product. Over the past 12 months, some of the biggest [06:32] brands in the world have onboarded onto TikTok shop. Massive ad budgets that these brands have are going to push our content out so much further. And if we don't think about the brand as we're choosing our products. As a creator, you're making your life so much more difficult. [06:45] You need to understand the brands that have got ad spend. And during Q4, these brands have increased their ad budgets massively. Because just like we're trying to hit our biggest months as creators, they're trying to hit their biggest months [06:57] as sellers and brands. Now there's loads of different ways to check which brands have ad budget, but one of the quickest and easiest ways I can just show you right now is if you go onto a platform like Social One. If you don't have it, you need to have it. It shows you all the most recent viral content, [07:11] especially during Q4, this is gonna allow you to see what's doing well right now and get onto it as quickly as possible. I've got a discount code which is just Wayne and you get, I'm pretty sure your first month free. Use it if you want, I'm not really bothered. [07:23] If you go into ad type and you go ads only, this is gonna load up and it's gonna show you the videos that have got ads running on them. You can see which brands are actively running ads on their videos and you can choose products [07:35] from these brands and you can choose the same products as well. The first thing we're gonna go over the best content format during Q4. The way you actually create your content does need to change in Q4. Doing the exact same thing everyone else is doing during the busiest period of time of the [07:50] year where everyone's posting content is just going to blend into everyone else's. So the first format that's going to do amazing this Q4 are skits. Like I mentioned earlier, Chris making over 24k in a single month, Connor making over 20k in a month outside of Q4. One of the content styles [08:07] that they both use the most as skips. And the reason skips are going to work especially well during Q4 is because you can create gifting scenarios they quick to make you can increase your output And if a viewer can watch your content and experience what it feel like giving a gift they more likely to buy that [08:24] Skits also don't require too much information about the product to sell well and when we're trying to sell because of the discount rather than specifically introducing the new product to people, this is the perfect content style. The next content style that's going to work really well [08:38] is series content. Things like best stocking fillers under £30, part one, two, three, for best dad's Christmas present, best mum's Christmas present. Now this format works so well because as I said people are going onto TikTok already ready to buy a product and if you can [08:53] create a series on your page you're not only going to get people watching the specific video that you got people are also going to go onto your page and look through the rest of your series to see other products that they might be interested in. If we can get a viewer to go onto our page and buy [09:07] multiple products all from the same person we're going to make even more commission. Another change you need to make in your content is that during these campaigns you don't have to make the longest piece of content it doesn't have to be the longest video let me tell you a story one of the creators [09:21] i work with the other day was asking me about q4 as we were preparing and they asked me should i focus on quality or quantity during q4 because i need to increase how much content i'm getting out there but i don't want to lower the quality and i said it's not really about quality or quantity [09:37] what if you could shorten how long a video is so it doesn't take you as long to make it and because viewer doesn't need as much information but you can still get out more content as i said because we're not actually trying to sell people on the products a lot of the products are going to sell [09:50] the best the things people have already seen it's more about highlighting the discount and putting the product in front of them there's a lot more that goes into content throughout q4 but we've still got a lot to get through so the next thing we're going to go over is product selection [10:03] throughout q4 now the biggest shift that happens during q4 with products is people aren't going on on there just looking to buy things for themselves. They're also going on there to look for things to buy for other people. Throughout the rest of the year, [10:15] we're looking for products that solve pain points, deep pain points, but in Q4, the way of viewer thinks shifts. So during this time period, as the creator, when you're making your content and choosing your product, [10:27] there's two main questions you should have. And number one is, would somebody buy this for somebody as a gift? Most products can be sold as a gift, you just have to handle it as a gift. You could be selling a Hoover, But if you angle it from the point of this is massively discounted and my mum's wanted one of these all year, [10:43] so I thought I'd get her one whilst it's the cheapest price of the whole year, all of a sudden it's a gift. And number two, the second question is would somebody buy this because it's on sale? If you can answer yes to these two questions, it's most likely going to be a good product for Q4. [10:57] Even if you can answer yes to one of them, it still has potential to be a great product. Now when it comes to Q4, the way we actually select our products also changes. So let's start with the price. Throughout the rest of the year, I'd say, you know, £8, £10 to £40, £50 is the sweet spot with products. [11:13] However, during Q4, when there's these discounts, and people aren't just buying for themselves, they're buying for other people, the price point massively increases. People are more buying the discount more than they're buying the product. So we can be selling products at £100, £200, £300, as long as the discount's good enough. [11:30] The rule when it comes to Q4 isn't as much about the product and the price, it's more about the perceived value to the buyer. If a buyer's looking at a product and they value it super high because this product isn't just a product that they're buying, [11:43] but this is the gift that they're getting to their daughter that's going to make her so happy, the thing that she's wanted all year, the perceived value is priceless. And that's why it beats the price point. Next is obviously giftability. We've covered it already. [11:55] Now, this is an important one. Reviews. When people aren't buying for themselves and they're buying for other people, reviews are super important. Once again, when they're selling more expensive products, reviews are super important. Nobody wants to buy a gift, spend a bunch of money, and it arrives and it's not what they want. [12:11] So people are going to be looking at reviews and credibility and quality of products are super important. This is a time of year where reviews are so important. And I'd say 3.84 stars is a minimum baseline. [12:23] It's also not just returning the product, it's embarrassment. People are going to try so hard to avoid that and they are really going to read the reviews. And then the last one is visual proof. Now, this isn't for every product, but if you can visually show a product, if it's got a function doing well, actually doing what you're saying it's going to do, this is still important during this time period. [12:43] It's less important, but if we can have visual proof, a good discount, a product that's got good perceived value compared to whatever its price line is, and we can also have visual proof, it's going to be so easy for us to sell to the consumer. [12:56] Even though people want to buy, trust and credibility in the product. The next thing we're going to go over is the Q4 calendar and what is actually going on throughout Q4 to make it such a big opportunity. Now, as you can see here, I've just put together some of the big events that happened throughout Q4 for you guys to get a better understanding. [13:13] So Halloween, you've got that costume buying, decoration buying period of time of the year. Now, that's seasonal. after halloween people are buying halloween products but you have to remember in this period of time it's a big weather shift as well so we're going to see a lot of products related to the [13:29] weather that we're going to be covering that we've already covered doing well so you're going to have a bunch of evergreen stuff that's going to sell out throughout the whole of q4 as well as these little pockets of opportunity that pop up now pre-black friday people already start trying to [13:42] get the best deals the discounts don't just happen on black friday even though this is the peak the There is also going to be discounts leading up to Black Friday as well that you guys need to take advantage of. I already told you guys back in 2024 on Black Friday I made £4,300. [13:58] In the month of November I made £32,000. Now we've got a much bigger opportunity this year. So I don't really need to say too much but you guys can see the massive potential that you've got in front of you. When Black Friday hits this is going to be the peak. [14:11] This is going to be where you can see the biggest discounts. Your videos are going to get pushed further. there's going to be people buying so many things that they wanted to buy throughout the whole year but they're buying them in Black Friday because they know this is the best price they are going [14:24] to get all year. After that it doesn't just end there we've got Cyber Monday where we see tech and gadgets selling so so well. Cyber Monday often has just as good prices or even better on certain products. You have to understand that some of these brands have led up to Black Friday with [14:39] massive discounts they've probably got extra stocking and then when they don't sell it out in Black Friday, they are going to try and shift that last bit of stock during Cyber Monday. So sometimes the price drops even more, but a lot of the time there's still massive discounts there. [14:54] Okay, then we get into December, straight after Cyber Monday, December. Now people started buying gifts all the way back here at Halloween. As we hit December, people are like, oh shit, like it's actually time to be prepared for Christmas. Everyone wants to be prepared in advance, [15:09] but not everyone's going to be prepared in advance. So this is going to be the longest window during December you are going to see campaigns literally every week leading up to Christmas. As a creator this is perfect. Discounted prices, people wanting to buy, what more could you [15:24] ask for? The 20th to the 24th of December we remember about the temporal discounting. Now the urgency is so high to get those last minute purchases, the stocking fillers that people are getting, the little bits are going to be selling like crazy. Now when we get into this window I [15:39] always say to people, I wouldn't be promoting the super high ticket products because the expensive products, expensive gifts have already been bought in advance. However, the cheaper things, the little bits here and there, this is where they're all bought, okay, in this little period. [15:53] After that, we've got Boxing Day sales and New Year's sales and this is brilliant for fitness, health, even fitness wearables and I don't like promoting supplements. I don't tell anyone to promote supplements because of the violation risk but if you are ever going to promote supplements [16:07] and make a shit ton of money, it would be in this period right here. One thing you do need to take into account is when it's time to carry on doubling down on what's working and when it's time to start thinking about the next campaign or the next opportunity. [16:20] As you choose new products, you also need to understand the different windows for the certain categories. So during Black Friday, you can still sell fitness stuff. However, you need to think about what the bigger opportunity is. During Black Friday, [16:32] are people going to be more interested in tech the cleaning things like the likes of sharks that they wanted to buy all year but they now discounted Or are they going to be thinking about fitness things You have to understand the mind of a consumer and you have to weigh up different opportunities [16:46] because in that period of time, fitness stuff isn't even in their mind. They're just thinking about the best deals for the things they want. However, as we get to the back end of Q4, the bigger opportunity is everyone's new year, new me. And we understand certain behaviours. [16:59] That's going to be prime time for that type of product. Same with Halloween things, like when I say the seasonal things, you need to have the right timing for the seasonal products, but also have your mixture of evergreens in there as well. The biggest mistake you can make with your products during Q4 is waiting until they're on social one and calo data to actually act on them and start promoting them. [17:19] You need to be studying and scrolling on TikTok every single day so you know what's popping up. If you want to be ahead of other creators, you need to see these products before they even get on these platforms. So I'm going to run you through the outlier analysis method. [17:32] This is the exact same method I used with my guy Ryan who made over £3,100 in a single day just by getting onto a product before everyone else did. This is outside of Q4. Throughout Q4, the amount of time you spend studying and looking at other creators needs [17:48] to increase. You need to be checking this every single day, if not multiple times a day. When you go into someone's page, you can see their average views and every now and you're going to notice a specific video is doing better than the rest of them. [18:00] If you see someone getting 5,000 views on every video and they've got one video that's got 50,000 views, you know that they've done something right there. So what you're going to do is you're going to go and you're going to get that product before everyone else sees it on Social One because right here it is that [18:14] video is going to keep on pushing and eventually it is going to get on Social One. But by the time the creators on Social One notice that product, you've already seen it, ordered it and if you order it on Amazon you've got it delivered and you can start making content on it. These are the small margins that make a big [18:30] difference during Q4 and there's a difference between the creators that make a couple grand and the creators that make 10, 20, 30k a month. Every year there's specific categories that do really well during Q4 and I'm just going to list a few of them for you to go and look into. Now the [18:45] first one is home comfort and warm because people forget that just because of these events that happen and they forget that it's also a time of the year where there's a massive weather shift. People want to be comfortable at home, so things like throws. [18:57] People want to be warm at home, so money-saving heat things like the foil behind the radiator always does well. Obviously, distancing and novelty types of products, health and wellness towards the back end is key for pet products. [19:10] People always think about family members, friends, but a lot of people and pet owners also buy a lot of things for their pets because it's festive periods for their pets as well. It's also a weather change for their pets, so there's going to be loads of products popping up. [19:25] Sorry, I've had a little typo here, but hosting people at home as well. People are going to be having people while they're there, so buffet sets for the Christmas dinner. All of these little things are going to pop up and they're going to sell. Personal care bundles, so not just one-off bits of skincare, but the bundles that are going to be getting sold by these brands sell really well, [19:43] because it goes from just being a personal care product to a gift when it's in a bundle. Tech and Gadgets obviously through Black Friday and Cyber Monday around November. Tech and Gadgets has done itself really well. And then also Children and Family Time, okay? [19:56] So not just the children's gifts and the little things, but the stocking fillers. Things like karaoke sets and board games. Things that are related to Family Time and when you have people around at yours, hosting people at home and Family Time products solving it together. [20:10] So we've got all of these campaigns throughout Q4, so it's super important to understand how to make the most of all of them. This is the exact same thing I use with a creator I work with called Regina, who made just under £7,000 last month just by understanding how to navigate a campaign. [20:27] In this segment, I'm going to be running you through the different phases of the campaign and what you guys need to know and understand to make sure you're prepared and you can capitalise on the actual campaign. Because people are reactive during campaigns rather than proactive. [20:41] If you can be prepared before everybody else and know exactly what you need to do in the pre-preheat stage, the pre-heat stage, and actually during the campaign, this is how you're going to dominate. So in the pre-preheat, you need to be a bit more restless with your product selection. [20:54] You need to have options. You also need to buy fast. You don't want to be waiting on samples. You want to have the products and be ready to make content on them before everyone else. before the campaign actually starts, [21:07] this is your window of opportunity to test different content on these products. If you get traction early as well, what you can do is start negotiating retainers with the sellers and the brands, so that when the actual campaign hits, [21:19] you might be posting five videos in that week for them, and they're gonna pay you an increased budget because they've already got these discounts on, they want content going out on their products. In the pre-deece stage, it's so important, if you're posting three videos, [21:32] you need to get it up to five, six videos. In the pre-heat period, the best thing you can do is make sure you have got so much content out there so when the campaign hits and the ad spend starts getting allocated to your content, [21:44] you've already got it there. The people that win are the people that have content there as soon as the campaign starts. And then when the campaign hits, speed is so important. I put in speed over perfection. You don't need a perfect video. [21:56] You just need to make sure you're quick to everything. You need to be studying daily on social one, on the actual TikTok app, and let me explain why. Don't forget to recirculate products that have done well for you in the past as well that are now discounted. [22:08] As we know, TikTok shop repeats itself. And if you've really got something that's done well, even outside of the campaign, now that the price has dropped, you've already got winning content formats that you can recirculate. There's also leaderboard bonuses. [22:20] People don't even realize you can message the brand or seller directly to see if they've got any extra incentives for you to make money for them. And also TikTok's got leaderboards as well where you can earn extra money on top of the money you're already making. [22:33] promoting certain products a lot of the creators i work with make an extra 200 300 500 every single month just from leaderboards and little added extras and once you know how to reach out to them [22:46] and make sure you're capitalizing on them as a creator it unlocks a whole other income stream when the campaign hits you want to be going live as well because these products are priced off you might be making sales on them and be able to negotiate a live flash sale this is the best time [23:00] to go live the next segment we're going to go over is how to actually scale in q4 this is one of the exact strategies i use with the creators i work with to make sure they maximize how much money they can make during q4 and the first step of that is not just relying on commissions most creators [23:17] don't even realize all the other ways they can earn on tick tock shop retainers ugc deals leaderboard these brands have money to spend on top of the commissions they pay to you and this is why i express how important it is to build relationships with the sellers. So once you start making them [23:33] sales, making them commission, you need to leverage those commissions to reach out to them and negotiate more deals. You see, most creators only actually earn from their commissions, but as you can see here, that's just the base layer. You can also be earning from boosted campaign rates. The [23:48] next layer above that is increased commission, which everyone knows about. On top of that, there's the lead of all bonuses. If you make a brand a certain amount of sales or a certain amount of gmd they've got leaderboards and the top people on the leaderboard get paid an extra cash [24:01] bonus another thing on top of that is just the leaderboards on tick tock that tick tock leaderboards and incentives but the brands also have their own incentives so this is why i say it's so important for the creators i work with to be the whatsapp groups for the brands that they do well with this [24:16] is where they all get posted this is where you can ask them if they've got any sort of incentives put in place for you. I've personally had brands pay me extra hundreds of pounds on top of my commission in incentives for making the exact same sales I was making for them anyway. On top of that we've [24:31] also got retainers. This is where the brands are going to pay you per month for posting certain amounts of video. This creates a stable income stream for you as a creator and then on top of that there's also UGC deals where you can get paid for creating their content and then you get your [24:47] your incentive, your leaderboard bonuses, your increased commissions but then you can also sell that video to the brand and allow them to use it for whatever they want to use it for advertisement etc There is so much money in TikTok shop that people don even ever think about [25:03] An example of something you can say to a brand is, Hey, brand name, I love promoting your product and I've already made X amount for you. I want to continue promoting this product throughout the whole of Q4. If you're open to talking about retaining a deal for a set amount of videos every single week, let me know. [25:20] The next thing you need to consider is having a second account during Q4. Not just to make more money, but with the violations recently, you want some security on TikTok shop. The knowledge that if you get violations on one account, you still have a backup account that can continue to make you money. [25:35] Especially when you're increasing the volume of what you're posting, that increases the risk of you making a mistake and getting a violation, or even just getting a violation through a glitch. Now, let me tell you what you need to do on your second account. [25:47] The best and most time efficient strategy on a second account is posting the exact same products you post on your main account on your second account as well. This way you only need to plan one video concept. You can remake that video very similarly with just a few changes and put it on your second account as well. [26:03] That way for the same video idea you are earning double commission. On your second account you can also do quicker videos, lower effort videos that you don't want to put on your main account. But having a second account is crucial. In the month where Chris made over £24,000, around £6,000 of that was from a second account. [26:20] This is just one of the things you need to do when running a second account, but make sure you've got one. The next thing you need to do to scale to 10, 20k a month during Q4 is making sure you're doubling down correctly. This is the biggest difference between a 5k a month creator and a 20k a month creator during Q4. [26:36] A 5k a month creator creates a video on a product, it does well, and they post on it maybe one or two more times. and feel as though a viewer is going to get bored of seeing that product. Whereas a 20k a month creator would get the exact same good video, but they post on it [26:52] daily rinsing every single penny, trying different hooks, different angles, and making sure they get the most out of that video product. If a product goes viral and converts, that doesn't mean it's going to go viral the very next video. You might go two videos and then it pops off again, so don't [27:08] give up on the product too early. A common misconception is that when creators have these big months it's all chipping in from loads of different products when in reality these big months are carried by one two or three big products for example one of the creators i worked with jess [27:23] had 5k months and over half of that month's commissions was from a singular product now the next thing we're going to talk about is one of the most overlooked but most important part of q4 nobody talks about this but this is genuinely the difference between the life change in three months [27:39] and an absolute flop of three months and that mindset during q4 third part is how do you handle the pressure of q4 you know the money's there you know other creators are going to be making insane amounts of money and the pressure starts to kick in because you know how big of an opportunity is [27:55] in front of you best way to handle the pressure is to go into it with structure and a plan you can have all the information but if you don't understand how to structure that information how to set yourself out a plan on how you're actually going to implement that throughout q4 [28:09] everything's going to fall apart so sit down take some time think about what you're going to try during different parts of q4 what selling angles you're going to try and hit what product categories you're going to focus on depending on what's done well for you in the past and really [28:24] have a clear actionable plan on what you're going to do throughout the whole of q4 next point is detaching from outcomes the biggest way you're going to fail during this time period is focusing too much on the money because there is going to be days during q4 where your numbers drop down [28:39] And if you let that demotivate you, you're going to ruin the rest of your Q4. Whereas if you can focus on the inputs, getting videos out every day, getting more volume out every day, ordering products regularly so you have a good product flow, [28:52] the byproduct of getting more content out of good products will be the condition. Q4 isn't linear. There's going to be spikes, there's going to be dips. But if you can keep the inputs consistent, you're going to be one of the creators that succeeds. [29:04] The next mindset shift you need to have is during Q4, it's speed over perfection. Q4 is not the same as the rest of the year. All the other creators know how big of an opportunity it is. [29:16] Everything is going to be moving very fast. You have to know exactly what's going on during different parts of Q4. When campaigns start, what products are going to be doing well, day to day what new products are popping up. So what I recommend is making sure you've got a good group of other creators that you can bounce ideas off of. [29:33] because if you're trying to do it alone you're never going to be able to see as much as five creators can see if you can make sure you've got a good group of people that are willing to help you and that you're also willing to help you're going to be able to move much faster than all the other [29:47] creators the speed goes when you're making your content as well don't try and make the perfect video one thing we always talk about is the 70 rule instead of trying to make an 100 perfect video make a 70 perfect video get it posted because at the end of the day when you're trying [30:03] to increase your output if you spend too much time on a single video it's going to be impossible to do that during q4 the best creators aren't the most talented creators they're the fastest creators make sure you're one of them and the last point on this is when you're ordering your products don't [30:18] get free samples and have to wait for them to get approved buy the product make the content early and make the money back do what the 30k a month version of you would do now i want you all to realize q4 is three months of the year that can totally change your life like i told you before [30:35] i did it last year i helped other people do it and there's no reason that that can't be used however that can only happen when you have structure you understand how to manage your time you know what's currently working throughout the whole of q4 and you have ongoing help on how to actually implement [30:49] that this is just one youtube video but if you want to help actually implementing being held accountable knowing and being told exactly what products are doing well a family of other creators that can help you throughout q4 let me talk to you about the accelerator circle you need to [31:04] understand that information without implementation is still zero progress so coming away from this video you need to make sure you actually put this information to you the difference between the creators that are gonna bring during q4 like connor chris regina abby dan and they isn't just [31:21] that they know more than you or they're better creators than you but they know exactly how to implement and they have a structure that works specifically for them inside the accelerator circle we focus on giving people information that's not generalized but we work with people [31:36] the personalized way for their specific tick tock shop account because every account performs differently even during q4 you need to find exactly what's going to work for you inside the accelerator circle we build you a personalized roadmap on exactly what you need to do you get [31:52] product lists so you're never guessing what's actually selling you get your page and your content reviews you get your own personalized app so we can keep up to date with what's working for you we can look at the numbers see how much you're posting and hold you accountable you can also [32:06] create a bank of the best performing videos not just you've made that you've seen for inspiration Rather than having a big generalised group, we work with creators and group them in similar levels, similar ability, similar content style, and most importantly, similar people. [32:22] So you can make real friends inside your small group. You're going to get ongoing help throughout the whole of Q4 from creators that are currently hitting five-figure months, multiple calls a week. Because the creators making 10, 20, 30, 40k a month during this Q4 aren't going to be doing it alone. [32:39] If you want personalized help from me throughout Q4 to make sure this is the most life-changing three months of your life, the link to book a free call to see whether you're a good fit and whether we're a good fit for you is in the description. [32:51] As I've said, because we work with people so personally and a lot of creators have already locked in their Q4 thoughts, not everybody that applies is going to get accepted to get on a call. However, the call is totally free and either way, whether you do work with us or not, [33:04] We are still going to point you in the right direction for this Q4, whether it's with us or whether it's not. I want you all to change your lives this Q4 on TikTok shop, and I'll catch you in the next one.
