Better [laughter] wash your hand before you eat, man. >> [laughter] >> Come, sis.
>> Come, sis. No. No. Get out.
So my mom used to live here and then they used to live here. stay here. Like in the wild.
like the floor. There's like seven siblings together.
Yeah, but now it's like it has been demolished.
my mom she actually like feed chicken and pigs and like all the other farm day. So like this is where like she feed them. Yeah. That's like a dirty ass like the eldest child in the family
>> This is where they had the pigs right here. But like it's DEMOLISHED RIGHT NOW. >> [screaming]
can play the game. You choose to play the game, man. So John, I was asking you like would you live in a place like this? ask me to live here for one year. I remember you told me that you want to
have like a farm with bunch of animals and your wife in England or Australia or >> [laughter] >> Not like this. There's rocks everywhere. It smells like [ __ ] I mean like okay, it's not that bad, but
farmhouse, more aesthetic, you know? Think of like a little pizza hut. Think of like a little pizza hut. >> Yeah, two kids running around.
And then we're going to have the wedding dinner right here.
I was like this small the last time I was here. This is crazy. >> [laughter] >> Yeah. This is family, man.

They call it a what? Xiao what? La bi xiao xin. La bi xiao xin. Yeah. So, little break down day one. Oh my god. Year, but like Yeah, on on on on on on on crack.
on crack. Like Brett's relatives, relatives, relatives' friends, like and then he told me tomorrow is going to be more people. each table have at least like five people.
So, there's like 400 people in like where we were sitting just now. Year on crack because he's got 10 times more people. And then like 10 times more chatter. Well, like I don't know if you saw the
exhausted. No, I think it's like I I don't I don't [laughter] like very difficult for me to like talk in Hokkien. Yeah. good experience, bro. Pretty good day one. Pretty productive day one. Yeah, we
did quite a lot of [ __ ] So, Brett was saying that um dopamine detox, the ultimate dopamine detox. Yeah, man. I didn't care about business at all day. Didn't care about trading. Just Do you usually check your phone at
like that time or not? No, never. I just check the house. >> [laughter] >> First time I see Ben here. Not like You're playing What do you have two
So, Lao Tzu once said, "Every man has two lives, and the second begins when we realize that we only have one." I would take that and say that every boy should have two phones. And you become a man when you have two.
>> [music] Yeah. So, like this way you keep your personal life and your your and your business completely
Two different communication channels. And the thing is like if one get confiscated, you got another one, man. This is like a backup. phones. That's the craziest quote I've heard today, bro.
>> [laughter] >> For sure, bro. I'm going to get some new right now, bro. I'll be a man. You wash your hands with soap after that
You wash your hands with soap after that [ __ ] bro. to wash your hands with soap. Soap in the toilet? the toilet? >> [laughter]
And I we just washed our hands with water. I I don't know, man. We we might get rabies. Hopefully not, man.
right there. One me. That's my exact Chinese name. Oh, that's right, bro. Official drug drug dealer. Kingpin. With Brett.
Let's go. Psych, bro. Psych, bro. Where's the grocery shop, bro? I bet it's quite civilized. We've got I bet it's quite civilized. We've got some [ __ ]
I don't know. I thought it would be No, like there is a supermarket in the village, bro. It's not bad. I I've seen this one. Here's the yogurt.
Want some cookies? And water. That's it, man. don't snack, bro. I don't snack, man. >> I snacks, but Brett didn't want anything. So, yeah.
itself. Um Honestly, I'm a little bit overwhelmed, right? Haven't seen these guys for like was like this small. Couldn't even like communicate with them.
Um but, yeah. It just It just allows me to like just really be know, just having the ability to just grow up in like Singapore rather than grow up here. Because I I probably couldn't have
imagined myself like growing up in here, you know, like [ __ ] farm life. And not having Wi-Fi. Probably couldn't do it. Uh but, maybe in my next life. I I don't
like a simple life. And just chill out. But, not this one. And just chill out. But, not this one. Not this one, man. Morning, bro. Morning, bro. I am I'm awake. What's up?
>> Was the sleep good in that nature strip for the first night? Bro, I think I insect crawl in my nose, bro. It's all my nose so big, bro. I think I look like >> [laughter] >> Bro, all right. Go and take a cold
shower now. Now? Right now? Bro, I [ __ ] took a cold shower and I'm reborn, bro. I'm reborn, man. [snorts] Like right now? I just woke up. your ass up, you know. It really wake our ass up, bro.
>> [laughter] >> Literally. meditation? John tried my morning routine.
Yeah, I'll do 20 push-ups. >> [music] Um Yeah, waiting for John. John is like Yeah, waiting for John. John is like putting his stuff in the car right now.
we're having the actual wedding today itself. After the breakfast, we're going to go to the same place they went to last night, which is my grandmother's And then they're going to have the wedding right there.
There's going to be like 80 tables, right? Like 80 tables, five person each. [ __ ] ton of people. I'm pretty sure like the entire village is going to be there. the entire village is going to be there. So, yeah. Like trust me on that, right?
feels a little bit weird because it's like the same buildings, the same people, but then I'm a completely different person. Right, it's like it reminds me of how far I've came, but I also remember how close I am to where
like it's a good way to just remind myself of there's any part of time like I get ungrateful of like what I have, I just think back about, you know, where I came from and
yeah, man, it's like you can never ever like just have enough, right? Like we syndrome. We start getting uh hedonically adapted to like the next want the next shiny thing and I think like that's just the wrong way to live,
right? It's like instead be grateful of how far you have came and then be strive for more, but at the end of the day I'm just know that enough is enough. And I think right now I'm just I'm happy, man.
I'm really happy, man. Let's go.
not mine? Oh, my grandma's. How is this is my father's side uh How is this is my father's side uh father's mother's house, yeah.
The [ __ ] makeup. >> [laughter] room, right? You can see this is where my grandma used to sleep, right? On this
bed itself and then this is her makeup drawer. You can see there's a comb or a dusty. Uh I think I just saw like a spider that popped out, but yeah. You can see this tiny restroom.
Uh there's a family photo right here. So, this is my grandma this is my grandfather and then my father is right here. below all I believe it used to be like a cafe. It is it's quite insane. This is
like probably back in the 90s, huh? Now I know where I got my ears from, bro. Where is he? Look. Look. My grandfather had the ears, man. My man. My father didn't have it. Oh, you can see the bright ears, bro.
>> The iconic ears, bro. The ears. Yeah. Yeah. I finally figure the soft light. Doing this too. Who do I got the ears from? whenever I come to China, I would I sleep in this room sometimes. And then
right? Like you can see there's the way to go through right there. Uh when they first got married. And yeah, this is a OSB OS drawer. And the funny part is cuz the location of this
shophouse is right next to my grandma's cafe, right? Like my grandma's hobby is like the the maternal side of my my grandma her coffee shop is just right This This right here. This is the coffee shop. So like this is where we have the
Yeah. So it's like right next to each other. uh paternal grandma and my maternal grandma's coffee shop is like right next it's pretty cool. It's pretty cool because like this is how it all started,
right now. Coming back here, being once again a completely different person. But I still remember like sleeping on this bed, sitting on this chair, sometimes going to the balcony, and like uh just
going to the balcony, and like uh just just having fun. Yeah. Feels good to be back.
game. Which means that the only way to win is to stop playing. Because there will always be someone that is happier than you, richer than you, sexier than So this way, if you think about it, fundamentally, status is like a moving
target. You know, like you will never actually be satisfied with like the the [ __ ] that you actually possess. If you play the status game long enough, you'll realize that it's envy and jealousy all the way down. The The you
understand yourself and what you want, the less envious you will be of other people who have what you don't. So, basically, to me, I believe that envy is the
outsourcing of your valuation to strangers. live a good life, you just need a combination of freedom plus wisdom. The freedom to do whatever you want and the wisdom to choose work that matters.
If you look at the people right here, they're all are truly free, right? They all have their own small businesses. They all know exactly what to do every single day, right? They have like a purpose where they wake up
single morning. But most importantly, they have the wisdom to like just choose the work that is meaningful to them. You don't see them doing [ __ ] for the sake of like uh
right? Like they just wake up, they know exactly what they need to do, they have their own definition of success, and they live each and every day trying to achieve that goal itself, right? Trying to achieve their own individual
definition of success. In my other life, if I wasn't like a [ __ ] billionaire trader, I'll probably have my own small shop just like this. Live a quiet life in a town, private life, have two kids,
just just ultimately just do what I just just ultimately just do what I love.
This is the Bangkok. They're cooking it right now.
Uh I said about what should come. Walk with me. >> I'll walk with you. Down these troubled [music] Down these troubled [music] roads, we've stumbled into.
on. I don't I have no idea. Oh, the the I don't I have no idea. Oh, the the brand new group is inside. >> What if you were to see us just like that, bro?
grown, bro. My uncle has grown up. Come and live with us here, man. When we're running out of hope, when we don't know what to [music] do, like a kid The tradition here is that I went
released like these firecrackers, and then they would light it up. Uh the signal was fire. Yeah, that's it. I don't know exactly why, but like yeah. tradition here. Yeah. It's going to be going to be [music and singing] going to
going to be [music and singing] going to be all right, everything. It's going to be all right. All right.
That'll be that'll be >> [music] >> [laughter] [music]
simple life is not for me, man. I'm so [ __ ] bored every minute here, bro. It's like the I need to conquer the [ __ ] trading with my life, man. And this is
You think if you come here, right, you'll conquer like the [ __ ] town. going to be Yeah, you're going [laughter] to be [ __ ] governor. Bro, you don't understand. Like every waking moment I see Brett, Brett is
bored. He's bored to [ __ ] bro. He's not interested. Like his face is >> [laughter] >> Where's the liquidity at? No, man. I'm I'm just like [snorts] so bored with my life, man. Bro, it's like
this this kind of facing like takes a lot of time to get used to. Like this kind of life. Damn, what's your bro, what's going on? That's surprising. Why you want to buy a scooter, bro? So
Well, first there's no car shop right here. And then scooter is like the only thing that she can ride. And I see right here to like the wet market and like shopping and just around
form of like transport. So last time we said she bought her a little motor was like 20 years ago. So I was like, "Let's get a new one."
>> Bro, she got the the most expensive and the newest bike the most expensive and the newest bike in this entire town now, bro. She's so happy, bro. >> [laughter]
>> So, we just got back from China a few days ago as you guys have seen in the vlog itself, which means it's time to invest, right? Because we haven't invested this month yet. And recently the stock market has crashed because
apparently Trump is like spewing some [ __ ] again. No, not not [ __ ] but like he's actually claiming that Greenland is part of USA, right? So, Denmark. But anyways, like that's another topic for another day, but
that's what driving prices down, right? Trump is just threatening to unleash the So, I'm just deciding what stocks to buy, right? Because like I got 100k on to invest, 200k actually. But then there's so many good attractive stocks
that is on a discount right now, you know, we got Amazon, we got Nvidia. Uh we got Tesla at 419, right? Once again back at 420 price. Remember the last time that's the price we actually entered and then it rose to around like
500 bucks over the the the past 1 month or so. And then now it's back to 420. in like a huge dilemma right now, you know, like should I get Amazon? Should I get Nvidia? Should I get Tesla? Or
should I just like be safe and just dollar cost average into the S&P 500? Honestly, to me Tesla looks like the most attractive right now. I do think that I really want to like add on to my Tesla
positions and I do think that right now it's like a good opportunity to for me realized that I have the most amount of exposure on Tesla itself. Yeah, you can see I have like 250k already invested in
Tesla. So, I might want to add on to Nvidia. Yeah, since I only got around like 88K on Nvidia itself. So, that one stock that has been giving me the highest returns because of the fact
that we are in this AI revolution right now. And I do think there's more upside to grow for Nvidia, right? And right now yes, you know, collapsed about let's see, around like 16% from its all-time highs,
right? And you can see we also see price approaching like this little demand that we have down here. So, obviously short-term wise there's like more room for Nvidia to drop, right? Maybe to like around like this
right? Maybe to like around like this 168 area, but once that happens we can expect some liquidity sweep then we can expect maybe the move to the upside. If price takes out the 160 level, right? That is where we can expect price to
make like a deeper pullback into, you know, like the $100 each, which I think is very highly unlikely. So, most likely I'm just going to end up all for longs for Nvidia right now, right? Just going to buy about 100K of
right here. Boom. It's crazy because like Nvidia is the stock that is like portfolio, right? Like if you look at this, okay, like doesn't count Apple
that I've purchased in my entire lifetime, so don't count that. But if you look at like the rest of the exposure that everything is like more than Nvidia. And I think that was on purpose
Nvidia back then it was like around like 100 bucks. I just knew that it's going to be more risky than other assets, but the upside is also a little bit more higher, right? So, I just made a calculated risk. And
turns out that paid off really, really well, right? Like the smallest position made me like the most amount of profit of the entire portfolio, right? Because right? So, yeah, just going to add on to my
Nvidia positions right now. Not even going to think about it because like I realized the reason why I didn't wanted to enter into Nvidia is because of the fact that it has rose so much, so fast, so fast, and I thought that
right? And I was just expecting price to pull back, make like a deep pull back back to the $100, and that is where I hope to enter. Nvidia, right? There's just so much hype right now, and like me waiting for price
right now, and like me waiting for price to come down to the $100, it's me trying rather than what the market is actually doing itself, right? So, I think it's much more better off to like, like I said, wait for great companies to come
down to like a fair price. In this case, Nvidia comes down to the 170, boom, look for our longs, and just get in right there, right? So, let me just make a trade right here.
So, let's put about like 100k into Nvidia right there. So, that's about 430 Let me just put 434 shares. And then because right now the market is actually closed, we will potentially get that into the
Yeah, we will potentially Let me just place a limit order actually. Boom. Stop. Okay, limit order. The price point I want to get in for Nvidia is uh around like this 175 area. I do think price is
going to come down to this 175 area here when the market actually open. So, placing my limit order. Right? And there's even a chance for price to come down deeper, right? Because there's a lot of available
