[00:00] I recommend that everybody have at least two credit cards. The first credit card is one that has a very low limit. Let's say $2,000. And that's the number you use on all the online services. [00:12] If they get hacked, nobody can spend more than $2,000. That's how you protect yourself. The other card is the one you use when you actually buy things that are not online. [00:24] And perhaps those purchases can be much more expensive. Look, I think it's good advice, but at this point, every credit card out there has some sort of fraud protection on it. And they're so easy these days. When you get an unauthorized charge, you just call them up and nine times out of 10, [00:37] they're just gonna say, oh yeah, don't worry about that. We'll put a claim out there and then you're good. And plus every credit card at some point just gets stolen. I don't know how they get the numbers. So it really doesn't matter where you're using it. If anything, it seems like the credit cards that get stolen the most are just skimmed [00:50] from like in-person transactions where they put one of those things, like a skimmer somewhere, and then all your information is stolen anyway. So at that point, the best thing that you could do is just look at your credit card statements make sure everything is cool, and then pay on time every single month. Done.
