[00:01] certainly the ones that we work with at Fenwick, IP is your biggest asset. And there's really just no quicker way to kind of scuttle a deal or delay a deal or kind of mess up a company um than to have Murky IP. So, is IP just for [00:13] So, it's definitely the case for technology- enabled companies, but it's wouldn't traditionally think of as, you know, technology companies. IP comes in many shapes and sizes, and it's not just the traditional stuff like copyright and [00:27] that you don't really think of, you know, the little notes you write on a napkin in a cafe, the emails and text messages you exchange with a co-founder, computer. So, what should founders do? You know, I think the the most important [00:40] thing is kind of resolve any issues in writing and do that early on. Don't wait they don't want to be involved going forward, get that in an email or a text have that in your records. Additionally, you need to make sure that the company [00:54] on.
