[0:00] Welcome to where the game is on. It's [0:02] me, Game of Azeroth. If you're trying to [0:04] solo delves in Warcraft, your class [0:06] choice matters more than anything, and [0:08] some classes are basically unkillable, [0:11] while others will struggle no matter [0:12] what you do. [0:14] I've tested multiple setups, builds, and [0:16] curio [music] combinations, and in this [0:18] video, I'm ranking every class based on [0:20] survivability, speed, and how easy it is [0:23] to play solo. [0:25] This ranking is based on three things: [0:27] survivability, if you can stay alive [0:30] under pressure, damage output to see how [0:32] fast you can clear, and ease of play, [0:35] because the fastest class isn't the one [0:37] that does the most damage, it's the one [0:39] that never dies. But, before I get [0:41] started with the rankings, keep in mind [0:44] I won't be going over setups such as [0:46] curio combos or Valera rows. [0:48] If you are interested in seeing if your [0:50] class is ranked here and would like to [0:52] know your best curio setup for delves, [0:54] go ahead and click the link at the top [0:56] of the video. And now, starting with our [0:58] C-tier class, who are known to struggle [1:00] solo, first goes to our arms warrior. A [1:04] strong choice here, but they have weak [1:07] self-healing. They do have victory rush, [1:09] which is situational, and they have [1:11] second wind, but it's slow and passive. [1:14] If you're taking constant damage, you [1:17] can't recover fast enough, and you'll [1:18] struggle with big pulls. [1:21] Our next C-tier class goes to our frost [1:23] [music] mage. I know this may surprise [1:25] you, but although frost does great in [1:28] other content, delves does isn't their [1:30] strongest suit. They have no real [1:32] sustain. They have ice barrier and an [1:36] ice block defensive, which prevents [1:38] damage, but when it runs out, you don't [1:40] recover from it. Frost isn't weak, [1:43] they're just built around slowing, [1:45] kiting, and controlling space. And the [1:47] problem with this is delves often force [1:51] tight areas, multiple enemies, and [1:54] [music] constant pressure. And once cool [1:56] downs are down, you're exposed. [1:59] And on to our next C-tier class, goes to [2:02] our marksmanship hunter. They have great [2:05] damage and a pet. However, marksmanship [2:08] pets aren't built to tank long-term. [2:11] Redirection gives you a tank for a few [2:13] seconds, but it doesn't solve the core [2:15] problem of surviving the entire fight. [2:17] Once it ends, the enemies go back to [2:20] you. So, while redirection makes [2:22] marksmanship feel better, it's still [2:25] C-tier for efficiency, and maybe B-tier [2:28] if played very carefully. And now, for [2:30] the B-tier classes, these are viable, [2:33] but less forgiving. So, first, we got [2:36] our fury warrior. [2:39] They have good sustainability, but they [2:41] require constant uptime. It falls off if [2:45] you lose pressure. So, this one, you [2:47] have to be careful. [2:49] Our next B-tier class goes to our shadow [2:51] priest. Like discipline, shadow has [2:54] strong healing, but a slower ramp-up in [2:56] damage. They're safe, but not fast. Your [3:00] bubble is not as effective as [3:01] discipline, either, but you can switch [3:04] out some curios, like using mantle of [3:05] stars for an emergency bubble for extra [3:08] survivability. And our final B-tier [3:11] class goes to our restoration druid. [3:14] Now, they are very hard to kill, [3:16] however, you find yourself clearing [3:19] delves a bit slower. But, in this case, [3:21] like shadow priest, just using the right [3:24] curios could change this outcome. Now, [3:27] before I continue, be sure to stay with [3:29] me for a very hot delve tip at the end [3:31] of the rankings. And now, our A-tier [3:34] classes. These are strong, but do [3:36] require some skill. This one goes to our [3:39] retribution paladin. For strong healing [3:42] and great [music] burst damage. So, for [3:45] the first time, they do feel like a tank [3:48] with damage. Retribution has been very [3:51] fun to play in Midnight so far, and [3:53] their delve runs feel very bursty and [3:55] lucrative, especially with the right [3:57] curios. [music] [3:58] And our next A-tier class, this one goes [4:00] to our warlock. This one is off-spec. [4:03] Similar to hunters, your pet tanks, but [4:06] better. Additionally, you sustain with [4:09] healing by drain life or using soul burn [4:12] with a healthstone in emergency [4:14] situations, which makes them a safe [4:16] option in delves. However, the wrong [4:19] pull, and you could become overwhelmed. [4:22] And our last A-tier [music] class goes [4:24] to our havoc demon hunter. This one is [4:27] always fun to play for their high [4:29] mobility and leech sustainability, and [4:32] they provide one of the best rotations [4:34] for fast clears. They're fast, [music] [4:37] but requires awareness. And finally, our [4:40] S-tier classes. This is practically easy [4:44] mode. So, this one goes to our blood [4:47] death knights. Granted, they are tanks, [4:50] but they have massive self-healing, and [4:53] it scales with damage taken, and they [4:55] thrive in big pulls. If you die on this [4:57] class, it's not the class. This is the [5:00] best solo class in the game, no [5:02] question. And our next S-tier class goes [5:05] to our guardian druid. Yes, another [5:08] tank, but they are currently the easiest [5:10] class to play for solo content. They [5:13] have a simple rotation, they're [5:14] extremely tanky, and have consistent [5:17] [music] healing. You can make mistakes [5:19] and still survive. And not to waste any [5:21] more time, onto our next S-tier class, [5:24] this goes to our beast mastery [music] [5:26] hunter. This is the safest range class [5:29] for delves. Your pet tanks everything. [5:32] You stay at range, and it's low-risk [5:34] gameplay. Unlike marksmanship, your pet [5:37] is built for tanking. You're basically [5:39] never in danger. Valera is also very [5:43] diverse with this [music] class and [5:44] spec. You can have her heal, and you'll [5:47] never die, or you can have her DPS, and [5:50] as long as you keep your pet up with [5:52] mend, you're just doubling damage [5:54] output. [5:55] And for our next S-tier class, this one [5:58] goes to our discipline priest. One of [6:00] the most underrated solo specs. The more [6:03] you damage, the more healing you [6:05] receive. So, stay bubbled, and you're [6:08] basically untouchable. They're also [6:10] extremely stable and hard to kill if [6:13] played right. [6:14] And now, our final S-tier class. This [6:17] one goes to our rogue. This one is a bit [6:20] tricky, because if played correctly, it [6:23] definitely belongs in this tier. The [6:25] power comes from control plus damage [6:28] redirection, not raw tankiness. Tricks [6:31] of the trade is your key ability. You [6:34] redirect threat away from you and let [6:36] Valera take pressure, enabling [6:38] aggressive burst without [music] dying. [6:41] Saps, stuns, blind, kick. Rogues doesn't [6:44] survive by healing, it survives by never [6:47] taking damage [music] in the first [6:48] place. [6:49] Rogue is one of the strongest delve [6:51] classes in the game right now, but only [6:54] if you know how to play it properly. [6:56] If you want an easy, unkillable class, [6:59] play blood death knight or guardian [7:01] druid. If you want a high-skill, [7:03] high-reward play style that can [7:05] completely [music] dominate delves, [7:07] rogue is one of the best in the game. [7:09] Now, here's the part most people ignore. [7:12] Your setup matters just as much as your [7:14] class. Valera reduces pressure and [7:17] controls fights. So, your best curio [7:19] rule is to choose a defensive curio [7:22] accompanied by a curio with sustainable [7:25] damage. If your build feels weak, this [7:28] is usually why. [7:30] And now, if you're still with me, here [7:32] is your hot delve tip that many players [7:34] know, but there is also a lot that may [7:37] not. So, you can streamline your delve [7:40] runs so much faster by guiding Valera [7:43] around the delve yourself. By simply [7:46] using the ping system, you can command [7:48] her to gather, stand by in specific [7:51] areas, or attack a target if you don't [7:53] want to pull aggro first. [7:56] This makes your delve runs a lot faster. [7:59] All right, so here is a final ranking [8:01] summary for you. Understand that this [8:04] video is not a guide on how to play [8:07] these classes, but a simple ranking of [8:09] the best classes to play in delves, [8:11] which is why I went through these fairly [8:13] quickly. Not all classes or specs were [8:16] mentioned, because this was purely [8:18] focused on most efficient delve runs, [8:20] and the classes [music] and specs I [8:22] ranked here were just worth mentioning [8:24] more than others. Not to worry, though. [8:27] Just drop your class and spec in the [8:30] comments [music] [8:30] and share your thoughts on your [8:32] experience and what you rank your class [8:35] and spec. So, give me a thumbs up, and [8:37] subscribe for more wild content. Keep on [8:40] grinding, and I will see you in Azeroth.
