## Summary

This video ranks World of Warcraft classes for solo delves based on survivability, damage output, and ease of play. The host explains that class choice is critical, with some classes being nearly unkillable while others struggle. Rankings are provided from C-tier (struggling) to S-tier (easy mode).

### Key Points

- **A-Tier: Warlock** [3:58] — Pet tanks better than hunter; sustain with drain life and healthstone; safe but can be overwhelmed.
- **A-Tier: Havoc Demon Hunter** [4:22] — High mobility and leech; fast clears but requires awareness.
- **S-Tier: Blood Death Knight** [4:40] — Massive self-healing scales with damage; thrives in big pulls; best solo class.
- **S-Tier: Guardian Druid** [5:05] — Easiest class for solo; simple rotation, extremely tanky, consistent healing.
- **S-Tier: Beast Mastery Hunter** [5:24] — Safest ranged class; pet tanks everything; low-risk gameplay.
- **S-Tier: Discipline Priest** [5:55] — Damage equals healing; stay bubbled and untouchable.
- **S-Tier: Rogue** [6:14] — Control and damage redirection; never takes damage if played correctly.
- **Hot Delve Tip: Use Ping System** [7:09] — Guide Valera using the ping system to command her to gather, stand by, or attack.

### Conclusion

For easy mode, play Blood Death Knight or Guardian Druid. For high-skill high-reward, Rogue is top. Curio setup and using the ping system to control Valera are crucial for efficient delves.

## Transcript

Welcome to where the game is on. It's
me, Game of Azeroth. If you're trying to
solo delves in Warcraft, your class
choice matters more than anything, and
some classes are basically unkillable,
while others will struggle no matter
what you do.
I've tested multiple setups, builds, and
curio [music] combinations, and in this
video, I'm ranking every class based on
survivability, speed, and how easy it is
to play solo.
This ranking is based on three things:
survivability, if you can stay alive
under pressure, damage output to see how
fast you can clear, and ease of play,
because the fastest class isn't the one
that does the most damage, it's the one
that never dies. But, before I get
started with the rankings, keep in mind
I won't be going over setups such as
curio combos or Valera rows.
If you are interested in seeing if your
class is ranked here and would like to
know your best curio setup for delves,
go ahead and click the link at the top
of the video. And now, starting with our
C-tier class, who are known to struggle
solo, first goes to our arms warrior. A
strong choice here, but they have weak
self-healing. They do have victory rush,
which is situational, and they have
second wind, but it's slow and passive.
If you're taking constant damage, you
can't recover fast enough, and you'll
struggle with big pulls.
Our next C-tier class goes to our frost
[music] mage. I know this may surprise
you, but although frost does great in
other content, delves does isn't their
strongest suit. They have no real
sustain. They have ice barrier and an
ice block defensive, which prevents
damage, but when it runs out, you don't
recover from it. Frost isn't weak,
they're just built around slowing,
kiting, and controlling space. And the
problem with this is delves often force
tight areas, multiple enemies, and
[music] constant pressure. And once cool
downs are down, you're exposed.
And on to our next C-tier class, goes to
our marksmanship hunter. They have great
damage and a pet. However, marksmanship
pets aren't built to tank long-term.
Redirection gives you a tank for a few
seconds, but it doesn't solve the core
problem of surviving the entire fight.
Once it ends, the enemies go back to
you. So, while redirection makes
marksmanship feel better, it's still
C-tier for efficiency, and maybe B-tier
if played very carefully. And now, for
the B-tier classes, these are viable,
but less forgiving. So, first, we got
our fury warrior.
They have good sustainability, but they
require constant uptime. It falls off if
you lose pressure. So, this one, you
have to be careful.
Our next B-tier class goes to our shadow
priest. Like discipline, shadow has
strong healing, but a slower ramp-up in
damage. They're safe, but not fast. Your
bubble is not as effective as
discipline, either, but you can switch
out some curios, like using mantle of
stars for an emergency bubble for extra
survivability. And our final B-tier
class goes to our restoration druid.
Now, they are very hard to kill,
however, you find yourself clearing
delves a bit slower. But, in this case,
like shadow priest, just using the right
curios could change this outcome. Now,
before I continue, be sure to stay with
me for a very hot delve tip at the end
of the rankings. And now, our A-tier
classes. These are strong, but do
require some skill. This one goes to our
retribution paladin. For strong healing
and great [music] burst damage. So, for
the first time, they do feel like a tank
with damage. Retribution has been very
fun to play in Midnight so far, and
their delve runs feel very bursty and
lucrative, especially with the right
curios. [music]
And our next A-tier class, this one goes
to our warlock. This one is off-spec.
Similar to hunters, your pet tanks, but
better. Additionally, you sustain with
healing by drain life or using soul burn
with a healthstone in emergency
situations, which makes them a safe
option in delves. However, the wrong
pull, and you could become overwhelmed.
And our last A-tier [music] class goes
to our havoc demon hunter. This one is
always fun to play for their high
mobility and leech sustainability, and
they provide one of the best rotations
for fast clears. They're fast, [music]
but requires awareness. And finally, our
S-tier classes. This is practically easy
mode. So, this one goes to our blood
death knights. Granted, they are tanks,
but they have massive self-healing, and
it scales with damage taken, and they
thrive in big pulls. If you die on this
class, it's not the class. This is the
best solo class in the game, no
question. And our next S-tier class goes
to our guardian druid. Yes, another
tank, but they are currently the easiest
class to play for solo content. They
have a simple rotation, they're
extremely tanky, and have consistent
[music] healing. You can make mistakes
and still survive. And not to waste any
more time, onto our next S-tier class,
this goes to our beast mastery [music]
hunter. This is the safest range class
for delves. Your pet tanks everything.
You stay at range, and it's low-risk
gameplay. Unlike marksmanship, your pet
is built for tanking. You're basically
never in danger. Valera is also very
diverse with this [music] class and
spec. You can have her heal, and you'll
never die, or you can have her DPS, and
as long as you keep your pet up with
mend, you're just doubling damage
output.
And for our next S-tier class, this one
goes to our discipline priest. One of
the most underrated solo specs. The more
you damage, the more healing you
receive. So, stay bubbled, and you're
basically untouchable. They're also
extremely stable and hard to kill if
played right.
And now, our final S-tier class. This
one goes to our rogue. This one is a bit
tricky, because if played correctly, it
definitely belongs in this tier. The
power comes from control plus damage
redirection, not raw tankiness. Tricks
of the trade is your key ability. You
redirect threat away from you and let
Valera take pressure, enabling
aggressive burst without [music] dying.
Saps, stuns, blind, kick. Rogues doesn't
survive by healing, it survives by never
taking damage [music] in the first
place.
Rogue is one of the strongest delve
classes in the game right now, but only
if you know how to play it properly.
If you want an easy, unkillable class,
play blood death knight or guardian
druid. If you want a high-skill,
high-reward play style that can
completely [music] dominate delves,
rogue is one of the best in the game.
Now, here's the part most people ignore.
Your setup matters just as much as your
class. Valera reduces pressure and
controls fights. So, your best curio
rule is to choose a defensive curio
accompanied by a curio with sustainable
damage. If your build feels weak, this
is usually why.
And now, if you're still with me, here
is your hot delve tip that many players
know, but there is also a lot that may
not. So, you can streamline your delve
runs so much faster by guiding Valera
around the delve yourself. By simply
using the ping system, you can command
her to gather, stand by in specific
areas, or attack a target if you don't
want to pull aggro first.
This makes your delve runs a lot faster.
All right, so here is a final ranking
summary for you. Understand that this
video is not a guide on how to play
these classes, but a simple ranking of
the best classes to play in delves,
which is why I went through these fairly
quickly. Not all classes or specs were
mentioned, because this was purely
focused on most efficient delve runs,
and the classes [music] and specs I
ranked here were just worth mentioning
more than others. Not to worry, though.
Just drop your class and spec in the
comments [music]
and share your thoughts on your
experience and what you rank your class
and spec. So, give me a thumbs up, and
subscribe for more wild content. Keep on
grinding, and I will see you in Azeroth.
