[0:00] Not only are you looking at a fun-sized [0:02] Florida man, you are also gazing upon [0:05] the only man in America to not receive [0:07] his Trump phone. It seems everyone's [0:11] getting it. Everyone, it's Johnny Apple [0:13] Seed out here just tossing out the Trump [0:15] mobile device to all all the good boys [0:17] and girls that have been waiting for it [0:19] for a year. Except me. I'm I'm Squidward [0:22] in the window watching Spongebob and [0:23] Patrick go out there and have fun in the [0:25] sun. Where is my Trump phone? I I still [0:28] I'm not getting any emails, so I can't [0:30] complete the payment to get the the [0:32] phone shipped to me. I I'm not getting [0:34] any kind of communication. I'm hitting a [0:36] brick wall here. They they are [0:38] sabotaging my order. I want my Trump [0:41] phone, damn it. And And forgive, pardon [0:44] my French, but I'm getting peeved. I [0:46] like I'm I'm going to say it. It's [0:48] feeling a little bit a little [ __ ] up [0:51] what they're doing to my order over [0:53] there or what they're not doing with it [0:54] or treating it like toilet paper. They [0:56] don't value me as a customer. Now, I've [1:00] been trying my best to avoid all of the [1:03] videos like dissecting it and going over [1:05] the Trump phone because that's big [1:08] spoilers for me. I'm I'm treating this [1:09] [ __ ] like the Harry Potter readers [1:12] treated the Dumbledore stuff. Like, I'm [1:15] trying to avoid it. I don't want it [1:17] ruined. But I did see [1:20] an irresistible [1:22] uh coverage of it that I I I started [1:25] watching, but I refused to complete [1:26] because I still want to get that that [1:28] that experience fresh when it eventually [1:32] lands in my my paws. But I saw this [1:34] video here from Snazzy Labs and I want [1:38] to show you a little bit about it cuz my [1:39] god, it is blasted the hype levels [1:42] through the roof for me watching him go [1:44] through this. But first, before getting [1:47] into that, let's go ahead and give my [1:49] pals at customer service a little ring [1:52] because maybe they have more information [1:54] about where my Trump phone is. Everyone [1:57] gets to play with their new Trump phone [1:59] toys except for me. So, I'm [2:04] calling them again, getting them on the [2:06] horn. See what's going on. [2:13] Press one to open a new Trump mobile [2:15] account. Otherwise, press two for [2:17] support with an existing Trump mobile [2:19] account. [2:20] >> Press two. It's always [2:21] >> Thank you for calling Trump mobile. Your [2:22] call is very important to us. To ensure [2:25] the highest level of customer care. This [2:27] call may be recorded for quality control [2:30] and training purposes. Please hold and [2:32] our next available representative will [2:34] be with you shortly. You can also visit [2:36] our website at www.trumpmobile.com. [2:38] trump.com to apply for a new account or [2:42] access your personal account portal. [2:45] >> I feel like I have more calls. [2:47] >> Thank you for calling Trump mobile. This [2:48] is Kyler. How may I help you? [2:50] >> Hey, I just wanted to check on the [2:52] status of my Trump phone. See if it's [2:54] shipped yet. [2:57] >> Okay, I could assist you with that. Um, [3:00] could I get your first and last name, [3:02] please? [3:02] >> Charles White. [3:05] >> Charles White. [3:07] >> Yes. [3:08] Okay. Um, so it says that the device [3:13] assignment process is not yet complete. [3:16] >> What does that mean? [3:20] So that means that um [3:25] that the phone has not been shipped out [3:28] yet and that um [3:35] we also [3:38] haven't probably received Did you ever [3:40] get the link about the remaining balance [3:42] of the phone? No, I was looking for that [3:44] in spam and trash and everywhere, but I [3:47] haven't received any emails about it. [3:51] >> Okay, Mr. White, another way that you [3:53] can probably look and see if it's there [3:55] is if you log into your customer portal [3:58] and it um some of our customers also can [4:02] find it there. If not, then we would [4:05] just need to maybe do like maybe a few [4:11] weeks or something for the phone to go [4:13] out. [4:14] But usually uh you will be getting a [4:17] link to remember I mean to get the rest [4:20] of the phone paid off. [4:23] >> Okay. Yeah, I was just waiting for that [4:24] email to come through. I thought I [4:26] thought maybe when it shipped it'd be [4:28] sent to the inbox, but I haven't got it [4:30] yet. I can I can check the portal again, [4:32] but I tried earlier and that didn't [4:35] yield any good results on my end. [4:41] >> Okay. Um, I'm going to check one more [4:43] thing for you. Can I put you on a brief [4:45] call please? [4:46] >> Yeah, of course. [4:48] >> Okay. [4:51] At least they got the boner jams back. [4:53] Last time I called, there was no music. [4:56] Where's my Trump phone, bro? [5:00] Hey, don't [ __ ] with me over there, I [5:01] guess. [5:02] >> Um, so the phones are have been being [5:05] shipped out. Um, it's only a matter of [5:07] time before you can get that link. So, [5:11] >> okay. [5:12] >> We're just waiting for that link pretty [5:14] much. [5:16] >> All right. Well, I appreciate it. Thank [5:18] you. [5:20] >> Thank you. And I'm so sorry for that. [5:22] Um, if you have any questions, please [5:24] don't hesitate to call us. Thank you for [5:25] calling mobile. [5:27] >> All right, that sounds good. You have a [5:29] good rest of the day. [5:31] >> You too. Bye-bye. [5:32] >> Bye. [5:34] >> [ __ ] [5:37] Where is my damn Trump phone? Son of a [5:40] [ __ ] Oh gee Willickers. Holy, bro. [5:44] Everyone's getting their Trump phone. [5:46] They're dissecting it. They're playing [5:48] basketball with it except me, bro. I've [5:51] been on the in the trenches with this [5:54] godamn Trump phone. What incarnation, [5:58] man? Where's It's It's so sad. How am I [6:02] supposed to make patriotic phone calls [6:04] without it? All of my phone calls and my [6:07] text messages have been encrypted with [6:09] communism, and I need that to change [6:12] ASAP with the T1 device. I'm I'm I'm [6:16] compromised. I'm raw dogging the [6:19] telecommunications world right now [6:20] without a [ __ ] American blanket over [6:22] my my communications, and it's making me [6:24] upset. [6:26] But luckily, the customer service rep [6:30] assured me basically any day now. Just [6:34] waiting on waiting on my link to come [6:36] through the old email so I can finish [6:38] the payment. Uh as as for the like login [6:41] portal, I can't get that to work. I [6:43] genuinely can't get that to work. I I [6:45] don't I don't know how to access that [6:49] section there to to get the the [6:52] payments. it like it's it's extremely [6:54] difficult. Like I I don't know why. Like [6:56] I feel like I have more calls to the [6:58] customer service department of Trump [6:59] mobile than I do my own family. Like [7:01] it's unreal. And I still don't have the [7:04] Trump phone. And I I don't feel any [7:05] closer to getting it because everybody [7:07] with even a passing understanding of [7:09] electronics and the global supply chain [7:11] knew the problem on day one. You just [7:12] you can't make a smartphone on US soil [7:15] at any price in 2026. And at $500, you [7:19] likely couldn't even assemble one here [7:21] with globally sourced components. And [7:23] that was really the tell. The phone, it [7:25] was never the point. Standing up the [7:26] Trump mobile brand was. After a year of [7:29] changing renders and specs and ship [7:31] dates and being shady to the press, the [7:32] phone I was sure would never arrive [7:36] just showed up at my door. [7:37] >> Must be [ __ ] nice, eh, Bucko? Cuz [7:40] mine hasn't shown up anywhere except in [7:42] my wet dreams. [7:44] Damn it, man. But yeah, this is [7:47] something everyone's talked about since [7:48] the genesis of Trump mobile. All of [7:51] their claims are hoie, actual hoie. At [7:54] the price point they were saying that [7:56] could never be made on US soil. And like [7:59] he said, probably not even really [8:01] assembled here either. Like the whole [8:04] thing was very, very fishy from the [8:06] beginning. And I personally believe that [8:08] the reason they were able to finally [8:10] ship out a phone is because the volume [8:13] of orders is not what they were saying [8:15] it was. Especially after the huge data [8:18] breach they had all but confirming that [8:20] even giving like I don't I don't know [8:22] what I'm allowed to speak on there, but [8:24] basically the numbers that were being [8:26] touted were not accurate. And I think [8:28] because the number of actual customers [8:30] was much much much much lower, they were [8:34] able to just basically refurbish an [8:38] existing phone, tweak it a little bit, [8:40] and send that to the customers so that [8:41] way it wasn't just getting nothing and [8:43] just letting it be like a lost in the [8:46] ether type [ __ ] You see, Trump posted [8:48] on X that orders were going out a couple [8:51] of weeks ago. My order was 421. So I [8:53] figured I'd be pretty near the front of [8:54] the line. And I started checking my [8:56] inbox daily, but I was getting nothing. [8:59] So I finally dug into the spam folder, [9:01] even though I'd marked everything from [9:02] Trump Mobile to come in as priority. And [9:05] well, there it was from the day before. [9:07] An invite telling me that my T1 was [9:09] ready and that I owed the remaining [9:11] balance. [9:11] >> So when I saw this, it started to give [9:14] me hope that maybe it was buried in my [9:15] spam somewhere, my invitation to the [9:18] ball. [9:20] No, no, it wasn't. [9:22] >> Now, before any MAGA numbum nuts fire up [9:24] the Gmail sensors conservatives cannon, [9:27] this is an own goal of historic [9:29] stupidity. The first email had its [9:31] demark records configured incorrectly. [9:33] That's the setting that proves an email [9:35] came from where it claims to come from. [9:37] Something they teach you on baby's first [9:38] day of it admin. I think they figured [9:41] this out because a few days later, a [9:43] corrected follow-up arrived, but it [9:44] still landed in spam. Why? Well, because [9:47] it authenticated against [9:48] info.ameirst-patriots.com [9:51] instead of Trumpmobile.com, a hallmark [9:53] of fishing. It went out over bulkblast [9:55] infrastructure, a hallmark of fishing. [9:57] It screamed at you to pay now, a [9:58] hallmark of fishing, and ran every link [10:00] through a tracking redirect, a hallmark [10:02] of fishing. Gmail just did exactly what [10:04] it was designed to do. Put the most [10:05] likely trash in the trash. [10:07] >> Trash? [10:09] Well, I never doesn't sound like trash [10:11] to me. So what if it had all the [10:14] telltale signs of fishing? What's wrong [10:17] with that? H getting a little upset now [10:20] that a a a phone company gets a little [10:24] motion, wants to, you know, get hose you [10:26] down for a little bit of clams. It's I [10:30] don't see the issue. I I think this is a [10:32] Gmail blunder here. I wouldn't be [10:35] surprised if Gmail finds itself at the [10:37] ass end of a lawsuit here in a moment, [10:39] >> but I found it. So, I I click through [10:41] and uh what the I can't log in and I [10:45] know my credentials are right because I [10:46] use a password manager, but figuring [10:48] maybe they rehashed everything after the [10:50] data leak, I I go to reset the password. [10:52] I create a new one. That all happens [10:54] successfully. But then I meet the login [10:55] flow. Surely built by the lowest bidder [10:57] 11 time zones away. Username and [10:59] password. Then there's a consent box and [11:01] then a two-factor field below it. And [11:03] the code that it is alleged to have [11:04] emailed me. Yeah, it's not it's not in [11:07] my spam. It's not in my inbox. It's not [11:09] in all mail. It does not exist. The [11:11] two-factor code that Trump mobile swears [11:14] it sent me simply does not and will [11:16] never exist. Which I guess leaves me one [11:19] option. The one thing that no human [11:21] being wants to do in 2026. I had the [11:25] same [ __ ] problem with trying to log [11:27] in. So seeing this showed me I'm not [11:31] alone. There's dozens of us, dozens of [11:34] customers that can't log in because it [11:37] doesn't [ __ ] work at all. Oh my good. [11:40] I don't even know how you I don't even [11:42] know how you ruin that. I didn't even [11:43] know. Like that's boilerplate [ __ ] for [11:45] for like websites, right? Like that is [11:48] something that's existed for actual [11:49] decades without issue and somehow Trump [11:52] mobile found a way to [ __ ] it up. That's [11:54] actually impressive. like genuinely [11:56] impressive to somehow blunder that cuz I [11:58] thought maybe it was like some problem [11:59] when setting up my account or whatever, [12:01] but he's talking about it here in the [12:03] video as well. So, it just doesn't work. [12:05] His solution was calling customer [12:07] service to finish like push it through [12:09] the finish line that way, which I mean [12:12] me and the Trump mobile customer support [12:14] team, we're we're like this. We are [12:16] tight. We're we're like family over [12:18] there. But I figured they're probably a [12:20] little exhausted hearing from me. And [12:23] they did say on the phone that, you [12:25] know, it should be coming to my inbox at [12:27] some point. And I am well aware that I'm [12:30] not in like the first wave of buyers. He [12:32] was definitely way before me. So, I'm [12:34] going to give it a little bit, you know, [12:37] a little refractory period here. And [12:39] hopefully it'll semi-chub itself back up [12:41] and I'll be in that wave like the next [12:43] time they come around. But if not, then [12:45] I'll do the same path here, following [12:47] his tutorial going through customer [12:48] service to try and push it through that [12:52] way and and we'll see how that goes. But [12:54] for now, I'll just leave it where it is [12:56] and just continue to patiently wait. [12:58] >> I enter my card number. I agree to [13:00] payment terms, but I do not click the [13:02] marketing opt-in to which quote, [13:03] "Consent is not a condition of any [13:05] purchase." End quote. And yet, it [13:07] totally is. This field is required or [13:10] they will not let you buy the phone. Uh, [13:12] I just I don't even care anymore. They [13:14] leaked all my data out to to the [13:15] internet. Whatever. I click the button [13:18] and huh? Oh, well, look at that. A text [13:21] message from Chase flagging a [13:23] transaction from TMI hardware as [13:25] potentially fraudulent. [13:26] >> It is so [ __ ] interesting how every [13:29] single step of trying to get a Trump [13:31] phone is miserable and half of the [ __ ] [13:34] that they show like on what you need to [13:36] do and like when it's coming and all [13:37] that is just wrong. So like here it even [13:40] says you don't have to consent to that [13:43] and then when he tries to, you know, [13:46] finish the page, it turns out he does [13:48] actually have to which is just a classic [13:51] when it comes to this where it says [13:52] something and then immediately [13:54] contradicts itself like like right [13:56] afterwards. Like they can't even get [13:58] their own information correct on a [14:00] single page or a single step. I cannot [14:04] wait to open this because this is [14:05] already amateur hour. I tore part of the [14:07] label off because I thought this was [14:09] from eBay because well it was dropped [14:11] off at a UPS store in person by hand [14:13] which nobody's doing if they're doing [14:14] volume and then also the label is cut [14:16] out of paper that they printed on like [14:19] an inkjet printer. It gets even better [14:22] because they told me that they were [14:23] going to ship a SIM card with the [14:24] package. But look at this. I received a [14:27] handwritten letter handressed envelope [14:31] that I thought was a a birthday card cuz [14:33] like what else would it be? Nope. It's [14:36] my Trump mobile SIM card. This is the 47 [14:39] plan. Oh, beautiful. Yeah. So, this [14:42] makes it painfully clear, even without [14:44] the data breach information that came to [14:46] light through that, that their claim of [14:48] 600,000 pre-orders for the Trump phone [14:51] is complete barnacles. There is no world [14:55] where they would be shipping like this [14:57] if it's 600,000 customers. You don't [14:59] need to be a genius to see that. Like, [15:01] like just think about that for a second. [15:04] How would they even go about dropping [15:06] off by hand 600,000 of these puppies at [15:09] the UPS store? And also a [ __ ] [15:12] handwritten envelope that does look like [15:15] a birthday card that they're shipping to [15:17] each customer as well. They're not doing [15:19] that if it's 600,000 or so pre-orders. [15:23] That is something they can only do if [15:24] it's significantly [15:27] lower volume, like a a not huge amount [15:30] of customers. So, I think just in the [15:33] way that he received his Trump phone [15:35] immediately paints the obvious picture [15:37] that they didn't have that many [15:39] pre-orders. [ __ ] is turbo goofy, man. [15:42] They ship the Trump phone like it's an [15:45] Etsy order where you're like it's an [15:47] individual handling each of these. It's [15:50] so odd. Like I I I already had very low [15:55] expectations on how all this would be [15:57] like the [ __ ] circus here, but I [15:59] couldn't have expected that. Now, like I [16:02] said, I I really didn't want any [16:04] spoilers, but I couldn't resist at least [16:06] seeing the process here and everything [16:07] that he was going through. Protective [16:09] case inside lid [16:13] T1 quick start guide. This [16:17] This is printer paper. This is printer [16:20] paper. And look at the toner. They're [16:22] running out of ton. This was literally [16:24] printed on an inkjet printer. Look how [16:27] pixelated the flag is over here. They've [16:29] ran out of ink near the end. [16:32] T1 quick start guide. And here's my [16:36] packing slip. Was this typed out on [16:38] Microsoft Word? What is this? Oh my [16:42] gosh, this is great. And there's another [16:45] SIM card. Proudly assembled in the USA. [16:51] Um, are you sure? What does assembly [16:54] mean? We put it in the box with the [16:56] micro USB cable. Yes, that is likely [17:01] exactly what the claim means. Proudly [17:05] assembled here. We put the box together. [17:08] Yeehaw. [17:10] That's proudly American, as they say on [17:13] the Trump mobile website. But yeah, it's [17:16] just so silly to like to see the like [17:22] everything about this like come to [17:24] fruition. Like it's actually worse than [17:26] I would have thought. And I already [17:29] thought it was going to be bad. But it [17:31] is a joke. It is a complete joke that [17:34] costs hundreds of dollars to have played [17:37] on you. [17:38] Man, that's really something. Wow. It is [17:42] ugly. [17:44] Look at that. I haven't touched the back [17:46] of the phone yet, but there's a little [17:47] fingerprint on there. That is a little [17:50] fingerprint. See that next to the second [17:52] camera lens. I wonder if it's from the [17:54] little kid that had to assemble this in [17:56] the USA. Uh, bad joke. Uh, okay. So, the [18:00] color is just not consistent anywhere. [18:03] This could maybe kind of be gold, [18:04] though. It is pretty yellow. But the [18:06] plastic surrounding the camera rings and [18:08] this little thing, like it's just [18:10] straight up. No, those are even [18:11] different. And I've got some goldplated [18:14] golf balls right here. They were $50 on [18:16] Amazon, which is pretty outrageous. Just [18:18] like 13 bucks a piece, and I don't think [18:20] they're Proby 1X's. So, I think most of [18:22] the cost is in the gold. But these are [18:24] legitimately goldplated. And the surface [18:25] area of these balls is way higher than [18:28] what this phone would be. And uh you [18:30] know, 50 bucks. So, if you're paying [18:33] $500 for this phone, why not just make [18:35] it legitimately gold? At least that [18:36] would be kind of cool. Because do these [18:38] things look similar to you at all? I had [18:40] to stop the video here. I I couldn't [18:42] keep watching. I couldn't I couldn't [18:44] stomach more spoilers, but I had to at [18:45] least look at it. It is cheddar cheese [18:48] yellow. That [ __ ] ain't gold at all. I [18:51] thought it was very nice to demonstrate [18:53] just how not gold it is by showing the [18:56] gold golf ball next to it. I highly [18:58] recommend you go check out the rest of [18:59] his video if you want to see him go [19:01] through the phone in detail. I I I [19:03] couldn't. I I would not allow myself to [19:06] because I want that experience fresh [19:08] firsthand for myself. But I saw in the [19:10] chapters that he does go through a lot [19:12] of it. One of the chapters towards the [19:13] end talks about spying apparently, which [19:16] man, I cannot wait. I don't know exactly [19:19] what it means in the context of this [19:20] phone, but it's something I'm going to [19:23] try and pay close attention to should [19:25] mine ever actually arrive. Uh, I'm very [19:28] excited, even more so now, to finally [19:32] get this [ __ ] phone, bro. Uh, great [19:35] job from Snazzy Lab. And yeah, uh, [19:38] that's really that's really about it. [19:39] Did it see her?
