[02:01] product that only costs $10 to produce the supplier is charging you $10 to produce this print on demand product but you're going to list it on your online store and a customer is going to buy that same product from you for $50 the
[02:15] supplier will then ship that product straight to your buyer and you keep the profits print on demand is a great online business model that you can start with little to no money it is beginner friendly business model and what's great
[02:27] is that you don't have to hold any inventory yourself so this is also a great way that you can start a whole clothing line without the big upfront costs and stress of doing it as a beginner and print of demand is awesome

[02:54] many different types of t-shirts designs that you can sell and this is honestly the most popular product that people always think of when they're thinking about print on demand number two is hoodies I love selling hoodies because
[03:06] hoodies come out to be more profitable than most products this is because I t-shirt meaning that you can market up more number three is journals journals
[03:19] have become super popular over the past few years I feel like when it comes to buying things online people want to stay organized and there's so many nice Journal designs that you can create for your print on demand store number four
[03:32] is mugs every time Christmas comes around I always find myself buying mugs for my family and this is such a great gift idea or just product to have in capitalized on and they just sell mugs number five is tote bags kind of like
[03:51] mugs there's a lot of shops they literally just specialize in different tote bags designs their Niche is kind of being a tote bag seller number six is stickers now you're not going to see as high of profit mergin with these but if
[04:05] you're someone that you are an artist stickers are a super popular product they are cheaper than some other products you can still mark them up pretty well number seven is wall art if you were an artist or you like to put
[04:20] together some motivational quotes selling wall art is a big thing with print on demand that a lot of people don't realize you don't have to be an artist to sell wall art you can put really cool graphic design ideas
[04:33] together or even get AI to create some cool designs that you can then transfer into wall art and sell that way I've even purchased some wall art from small businesses that do print on demand when I was looking for decor for my office so
[04:47] number eight is tumblers so many people always have their tumblers and this is a huge product that a lot of people capitalize off of again there's so many
[04:59] things you can do with this number nine is blankets this is another space that I've seen really big success with print on demand stores if they do more custom types of blankets like you putting your own photo on a blanket and then they
[05:12] print it for you and offering this sort of product anything that you offer to customers that is custom you can really mark up higher than even if it's your own design and number 10 is hats there's tons of different designs that you can
[05:27] also do with hats and again this is a product that you can also Mark up pretty high to make a decent profit on so many different routes that you can go with prand demand prand demand is great way to test products sell relatable or funny
[05:41] gifts sell your art prints if you're an artist or to start a clothing line with little to no money now you see all these different products that you can create thinking okay you're showing me these products but like how do I get ideas for
[05:55] my own designs my own products with any online business that you do I want you to First identify your Niche if you are trying to make everybody happy you're
[06:07] not niching down and you will not find the right target audience if you need some inspiration and some ideas I want you to do what I always tell you guys to do which I came up with a term for it called productive scrolling get on
[06:22] Instagram get on Tik Tok and start searching search on Google or Etsy for different types of products I personally like to do this on social media see like how people react to things I like to see what people are liking what
[06:38] people are commenting on what people are sharing and just to see how people respond to products and businesses that are already on the market one mistake that I see a lot of people making is they will make one logo and then they'll
[06:51] put that one logo on all these different products and then they'll try to sell that but people don't really understand what their clothing line is about but has a new business business people have a hard time figuring out what that
[07:03] really is instead the best strategy to have is to create something that people understand what it is just by looking at it so just say your brand is all about and reminder to others I'm not going to make a design that says fof and put it
[07:23] going to see way higher success with just putting Faith over fear on the actual shirt or hoodie or mug or wall art that's because as a new customer
[07:37] to do any digging or understanding so this is a strategy that I want you guys to already be thinking about as you're watching this free course whatever you have an interest in whether it's fashion home decor or personalized gifts there

[08:36] sell for you let's get down to business here and let's set up your print on demand store and create some products step number one is setting up your printful account so click the link down in my description box below to get your

[09:03] step by step just to make sure that everything flows really easy and that it right now so once you're here just click on sign up and I'm just going to
[09:15] sign up with my email it might ask you what you want to do with printful so you'll just go through the questions and then just click finish and then after that it is going to bring you to this page and now our printful account is set
[09:28] up and again printful is a free platform to use they don't charge you any extra for the past 4 years now as you guys can see here they have super fast shipping
[09:40] great quality suppliers and it's also super userfriendly for beginners so just account is officially set up and ready to go and I'll be showing you all around
[09:52] this platform in just a few minutes and then we'll start the design process but to set up your online store Host this is so you can host and display your
[10:05] products in order for you to be able to get sales once we have our print on demand products done and designed now there are free website hosts out there that you guys can use that I have showed on my YouTube channel before but the
[10:19] problem with the free website host is that you cannot fully automate the store so for today's free course I really want to get you on track to have a fully automated print on demand store and not just for testing so we're going to be
[10:33] using Shopify and I do have a special Shopify promotion that I linked Down Below in the description as well and in the top comment for you guys make sure you use that link so you can get this promotion for the full free trial so
[10:46] you to this page so we're going to just type in our email here and then click this now let's just finish the sign up here here and you'll
[11:00] just go through them really quick you're also just going to select the country that your store is based in then just click next then just click sign up with
[11:12] email and you're just going to create a Shopify account with your email and password now once you see the Shopify dashboard here you are good to go then we're going to go to this apps option on the bottom left- hand side just click on
[11:25] add apps then just click Shopify app store then in the search here just type in printful and click search you'll see that the printful app is now pulled up so just click on the printful app here
[11:39] then just click on install then just click on install again and now you are just going to sign in with your printful account that you just created so just click down here where it says log in you'll just click on login down here
[11:55] since we already just made the printful account so just type in the email log in then it's just having you confirm this printful so then just click on this
[12:07] big red button and now you're brought back to the printful dashboard so now we're going to work on creating your product so now that you're back on the printful dashboard if you click on stores you will see that your Shopify is
[12:22] now linked with your printful account so now let's make some products so just click on ADD product so you can see all the different categories here and they don't just do printing but they actually do embroidering too and a lot of other
[12:36] techniques as well most of the stuff that I've done has just been printing demand products so as you're looking through these products a very important thing to realize is this price that you see here on each product is the cost of
[12:53] the product to create it so I will always look at multiple products to compare pricing a lot of times there's a shirt or a hoodie that's very similar except one has a lower price so go for that one the goal is always to keep our
[13:08] profit margins really high so this is super important as you're looking through these products even if it's a $5 difference it really can add up and you they all have review sections for every single product too as you guys can see
[13:24] here so you can check that out as well now when it comes to creating Your Design there's actually two ways you can go about doing it you can either customize a design in a free design space like canva or you can create your
[13:39] design inside print fulls design software I actually use both so we're going to do two designs today one inside canva and one inside the printful design software so really important you guys can screenshot this I actually found
[13:54] this list of the best pixels to create your digital pH file of because basically what we're doing now is we're creating a digital file that we are then going to put on the print on demand items so you guys can see here the
[14:08] t-shirt is 4,500 time 5,700 pixels and so on and so forth so like I said you guys can screenshot this or come back to it um if you guys ever need this because it will come out with the most high quality design as long as you guys are
[14:23] using these specs okay so now we're on canva and we are going to just go over here to custom size and we're going to just click on custom size and then we're
[14:35] going to just type in those pixels that are on this page so it's just going to be 4,500 and the height is going to be 3,300 pixels and then just click create new design so it's going to bring you to
[14:49] items is they really need to be simple if you try to upload a crazy design it might not print that well so I'm going to go over here to text on the left side
[15:02] over here and we're going to just click on add a heading here it's the biggest one so just click that then we're going to go to fonts and I'm going to just try a bunch of different fonts until I find the most bold one so let's just scroll
[15:17] through here and just try a bunch of different out and you guys can see that some of these are not bold enough they're not simple enough like I try to stay away from fonts that are too thin or that just like are not going to print
[15:30] right so let me click on rubic mono and let's test it out I'm actually going to going to look like with our hoodie here and I'm also going to drag the words as
[15:46] big as I can make them on this digital file and before we settle on this text I'm just going to go back and let's just check on a couple different ones just in case you guys can see that see how it's just not bold enough and it's kind of
[16:01] like mixing in with the other ones um and you guys I've done this many times and see how I still have to test out different ones this is so normal if like I have to do every time so this waffle soft honestly looks the best to
[16:19] me so we're going to keep with the waffle the waffle font and I'm just dragging this like I said as big as I can and centering it here and the easiest way to duplicate the same exact thing so we don't have to add another
[16:32] font is just click on the words and then just click on this little plus paper icon that says duplicate and it will duplicate the same exact thing that we
[16:44] just made then just delete the font here and just type in we going to type in fear so now I'm going to do the same thing I'm going to drag it as big as I can Center it I like how canva does show you like that you can Center things as
[16:59] well which is super helpful and now we're just going to add a very bold line in between these I didn't want to actually write out over faith over fear possible so to get this just click on this little shapes element icon then
[17:17] click on line then we're going to just actually click on this little shape here it's like a square and I'm going to make this into a super bold line cuz the other line that we see here just doesn't look that thick and I'm just going to
[17:30] to pull it over and Center it and I promise the more that you use canva the really see the image one more time everything's looking really good with
[17:46] this so let's go up to the upper right hand side and click share this is how we're going to save it so after you click share just click on download then just click download again now it's immediate going to save this design and
[18:00] digital file to your computer downloads so it's now in your computer and you a little bit easier from the computer so now let's go back to printful and we're
[18:14] going to click on file Library it's on the left hand side then you're going to click on upload new file then just find the file in your computer double click it and it will open up here now you have your computer file in your printful
[18:29] files and another important thing is that if you wanted to print this let's just say on a black hoodie you guys can see our font before was black so that's not going to work so in case you want the same exact file with the colors
[18:44] inverted just go back to canva and you'll see your design still here if you just made it then just click on background color click on the black option then just click on each text and just turn this text white by clicking
[18:57] this white button here here so basically we're just redoing the colors so we can have a print on demand file for both colors so we can have black hoodies we can have white hoodies Etc or just in general white font versus black font so
[19:13] same process you'll just save this and upload it same way to the printful file Library so now just go ahead and click on product templates and then click looked at earlier and I'm just going to type in hoodies so now you're in the
[19:31] design section so you can either put the design here on the front of the hoodie on the back of the hoodie because I've seen this being a trend lately
[19:43] especially on Tik Tok so it gave me that idea to put it on the back I thought it'd look really cool so I'm just clicking on back right here and then your file library and then you're going to just scroll over which image you want
[19:59] and then just click apply then it's going to upload your image for you and really really important is to remove the background and printful actually lets you do this for free if you don't remove the background of this like even though
[20:13] it's black it might print like a weird Square thing which we don't want so just make sure you click remove background again it's a free feature in printful and it's now removing the background of that file for us so then we'll just have
[20:27] those beautiful gold words so if you guys click full screen you can see the can now put this design on so many different things here's what it looks
[20:39] like on a tote bag we can put this on a journal you guys can see how easy it is to just slap the same exact design on so many different products in the same exact process that we just did with the hoodie so that's option one I feel like
[20:53] wanted to give you the little tutorial for that but this is option two you can design inside printful so once you have the product pulled up that you want to
[21:10] customize just click on the text option here and you can type in whatever you want in the text we're going to do the same exact process as before so we're just going to go through the text presets and find the best font that
[21:24] looks good with this hoodie I feel like this Baba's new looks best it just stands out the best so I'm just going to drag it now as big as we can that don't worry and then we're going to go back to text and I'm going to write the rest of
[21:39] they have so many different ready views quotes they have different like text presets so many different things that you can play around with here in the
[21:51] printful design area so I'm really just experimenting with this and seeing how we can make this look amazing I always just try out different colors see how it looks and because I wanted to experiment with one of these ready to use quote
[22:05] templates that printful provides I'm actually just redoing this part and we're going to just play around with this so I'm saying don't worry be happy I'm just resizing it and if you guys click on clip art it will open up tons
[22:18] of different cute little clip art and images that you guys can use on your designs as well that printful gives you completely for free so I'm just dragging rearranging them on the hoodie and if we click on full screen preview we can see
[22:34] that we did a pretty good job designing this when you're done just make sure you click on save to templates and our product template is now created all of your product templates are now inside this product template tab so now these
[22:48] products are in the product template tab but now we're going to add these products to your actual store so just click on the stores Tab and then right here with shows your Shopify store that we already set up just click on ADD
[23:02] product then just click on my product template and it will bring you to all of your templates here then just click on the Don't Worry Be Happy hoodie that we already made it's going to allow you to select whatever sizes you want here then
[23:16] just click proceed to mockups so you guys can either do the basic mockups or the custom mockups if you do the custom mockups I'll show you what it looks like aware of that you don't want to do something that's too distracting to the
[23:32] actual product that you're selling so just kind of keep that in mind and let me now show you what the basic mockups look like if you click on choose mockups so I actually prefer the basic mockups this is what they look like and it's
[23:45] really nice to have multiple different images of the different models so I'm just going to select all of these and just click on continue here we're going to pick a title and name our hoodie so you don't want it to just be named un
[23:58] sex hoodie we want to actually give it a name so we're calling this the Don't Worry Be Happy hoodie then when you're done just click down here on description and change up the description as much as you like to make it more customed to you
[24:11] I'm just adding here in the description don't worry be happy here and I'm even adding our bestselling soft and comfy Don't Worry Be Happy unisex hoodie so I personalized everything else looks really awesome they give you pretty much
[24:28] everything you need for your listing then when you're done just click on continue now it's going to bring you to this pricing page and this might look overwhelming at first but I got you I'll help you with this as well so so you're
[24:42] going to see that each one is priced out individually that's just because some same so you can price these out whatever you want and you'll actually notice up
[24:54] here where it says increase retail price Buy and they have a percentage you can actually just set it at 20% so then you know your profit margins are 20% because this printful price over here is the total cost of the product
[25:09] and then the retail price is what you are selling it for so just to keep track percentage up there and the increased retail price by so then it's all in
[25:21] order and it even shows you your estimated earnings here on the right which is super helpful as well so once this is all done with your pricing just click on submit to store so now we are still on the printful dashboard here in
[25:35] your store and it uploaded the product now under your store and you will now notice when we go to Shopify it's also in your Shopify store so it
[25:47] automatically went from printful straight into your Shopify products page this is so convenient because when somebody places an order printful will automatically send it to the buyer and then you don't have to worry about going
[26:00] gets shipped to the buyer and like I said everything got pulled over even the title the description everything you need it is officially copied over to
[26:12] Shopify so let's finish up building your online store or should I say making your online store look pretty to your customers so go ahead and just click your online store and it's first just going to show you the themes now right
[26:26] now it's in this Dawn theme theme but they have so many other themes that you can use let's go ahead and just use this Spotlight theme for today's video so I'm just going to click on ADD I always like my themes to be just very simple and to
[26:39] not look too overwhelming to the customers that way they can just focus on the product and buying those products so you can get the sales so just give it a few minutes and it's installing your theme then just click publish then click
[26:52] publish again this is just putting the theme now into your actual store then we're going to click on the this black button here click customize so now it's going to bring you to your online store and this is where you're going to get
[27:07] creative and you're going to have fun with this so if you guys do need a logo or if you guys need anything here there's so many freeways online that you can make a logo but for right now we're just going to make the keep this really
[27:19] simple so you guys can see here if you click on this little theme setting buttons this is where you can add in everything to make changes I think that the them that we picked and the font and everything looks really good and simple
[27:31] which I love for print on demand stores I don't like to try to make it too fancy want to add anything or change the colors you're going to do that right
[27:43] your store in any way you'll change that here so something that's very important to add to your online store is a terms and conditions page and a shipping page
[27:55] so let me show you how to do that right now so if the supplier says it takes 10 days to ship the product you are able to add it in this section here on your website that way when a customer places an order if they happen to complain or
[28:07] ask you you can always say that the shipping terms and conditions were on your page and by ordering with us you agreed to those terms so up here just click on ADD page and type here at the top
[28:21] shipping policy now if you need help writing these Pages just go to chat GPT and just ask chat GPT create me a shipping policy page for my online store
[28:35] and click this then you can literally just copy and paste this in change up already too now just come down here to the navigation where it says main menu
[28:48] click add menu item and then you can add in your page here then just click save obviously you're going to change the name of your store you're going to put that here when you're customizing it and once this is filled up with more
[29:03] cuz we only have one product in but I just wanted to show you the gist of how to actually create the store don't forget that before you publish it you do have to pick a plan so if you guys go back to the theme section and then you
[29:18] plans that they have since you use the link in my description box below to sign up for Shopify you get your first month for only a dollar a month so I always
[29:30] just recommend the more basic plan is fine for a beginner you don't have to go crazy and the advanced plan or anything like that especially not for PR on demand so we're going to select the basic plan so just select basic then
[29:44] just click on subscribe after you do this your store can then go live now Shopify does give you a free domain that you can use as a beginner right here so
[29:57] you can start promoting your store right away but once you're sure about the name for your print on demand store you really should get a custom domain it helps you look more professional and creates a brand for you online you can
[30:11] kind of think of a custom domain as your own ID on the internet for example Rihanna has www. ran. store Shopify uses shopify.com and behance is behance.net
[30:23] so see notice the endings of these links this part like store.com or.net this is just the domain name and it sets each website apart I personally create all of my online stores using the do store domain because
[30:38] it just makes the most sense to me and it clearly shows the customers that we are selling something even Mr Beast Cristiano Ronaldo and millions of other people are doing the same exact thing Mr Beast actually completely changed his
[30:51] usual Doom for a do store because it just makes sense so if you're selling anything online having a store domain not only makes sense but it does add an extra flare to your brand and I actually looked this up because I was curious
[31:05] myself and I found out that having a DOT store domain gets you two times the visibility on Google there was actually a year-long independent study that I came across it even says websites on a DOT store can get you up to 87% more
[31:18] traffic so it's literally like you can sell more with a DOT store domain also by using a DOT store domain it also gives you access to discounts up to $2,500 on even more e-commerce tools like Wix ship station Vista Print
[31:34] MailChimp and so many more you can get a DOT store domain from anywhere you can even buy it through Shopify but I actually found a promotion for you guys did put the link for that in the description down below as well and in

[33:13] this list of instructions right here that actually shows you every single there if you get stuck but don't worry I'm showing you step by step right now anyways so next go back to the dot store domains website
[33:28] scroll over manage orders click list SL search orders then just click on your domain then once you're here scroll to the bottom and click manage DNS so once you're going to see here you're going to use the a records Tab and cname Records
[33:46] tab to connect the domain so you're going to start here on this tab and click add a record then you're going to add the Shopify IP address which I'm back to this then once you're done just click on ADD record so for the C name I
[34:02] need you to copy the free domain that Shopify gave you so go to the cname records Tab and click add cname record then you're going to paste that here make sure you put www. here then we're going to add a
[34:18] second cname record so again put www. here and put shops. myy shopify.com here then just click add record so now go back to the shopify's page and click
[34:34] verify connection it can take up to 48 hours to connect but if you see this it's a good sign if you get stuck again you can refer back to that Shopify step-by-step guide thing or you can always reach out to any customer support
[34:47] for free help now this print on demand store is all for nothing if we do not have a plan in place to actually Market it and get the sales and this is where most people fail now I always recommend ordering a sample of the product that

[35:17] engine if you guys didn't know and it's also very photo friendly with the right techniques so let me show you how you can make a Pinterest pin in less than 5 minutes that you can directly link to your print on demand product to start
[35:31] generating sales what I love about printful 2 is that you actually have a lot longer of a life of a post on Pinterest in comparison to the other social media networks so let me show you this tutorial and for this you're going
[35:45] to do this all from your phone okay so first up we're going to go to canva this is free of course and just click on this purple plus button at the bottom then you are going to just go into search and type in Pinterest
[36:02] pen now you're going to just click the first one here Pinterest Carousel add so now we have our sizing that we need so now we're going to it's going to through these templates and we're going to find one that really stands out I
[36:21] doing and I'm just going to pick this one and pick this one I picked this one honestly because I really like the fonts that they're you that they're using I feel like it's really bold and it stands
[36:36] centered and the first thing that we're going to do is we're going to click on their sample picture and then we're going to just click on replace so after hitting replace I just uploaded our mock image that we have took from printful
[36:52] the free printful mockups and now we have a nice mockup that we can use here so I'm actually going to just start off making this a little bit bigger cuz I feel like we can make this bigger and I'm actually going
[37:06] to H see how like even with me I just kind of play around with things until I find what I feel like works the best so I'm going to just move this down move this here cuz we don't want the words to like overlap each other and just so
[37:21] people know that this is its own um its own section I'm just going to put like a this the more you guys do it the I feel like the better you'll get at
[37:37] it so I'm just clicking on style and I'm just going to border this in a little not all just like one floating thing here and there we
[37:49] go and now we are going to put something here that is talking about the product so we're going to do Faith over fear tote bag so I'm just going to make
[38:03] that smaller and I'm also going to you guys format and then we're going to Center the text if you need it to be stretched
[38:15] you'll just stretch it pulling it this way and this I think looks really awesome now we're going to you mess around with our subtitle so here we're going to put get your now and again I'm just going to make
[38:30] this bigger so they can really see it when they're searching through different pens so font size let's just increase that in
[38:45] size like this okay awesome so another thing I'm going to do just because I with the font a little bit more so let me just kind of go through through here
[38:57] and see what we can do let me click on lift and let's try to like lift the font um let me see how it looks if I add a background to the
[39:15] font okay like something like this and now obious there like obviously there's like a million different ways that you can do this um you know you could even put like shop now but people on Pinterest know like where to go usually

[40:28] so now we have all and say you're selling something like about animals or like something that's specific to your Niche you can always put more things products or like mom gifts for mom um if like Mother's Day is coming up Mother's
[40:45] Day gifts you'll write all of that here so stack as many keywords as you can there because that really helps then you're going to put your product link here right here in this section so then
[40:58] people will be able to shop directly through your link if you have multiple products in one picture you can actually click on tag products here and click on the product using the plus button and you can actually use a link to link the
[41:11] product through the photo as well if you're showing multiple products here you can also tag related topics so if you have a lot of like say like I said when you type in pets you can select different ones or if you were selling
[41:26] journals for example you could actually type in journal and look how many journaling topics there are that you can add yours too so when you're done with that just click on this button down here create so now we have our pin and your
[41:42] product will be directly linked through this pen so this is one way that you can start marketing without actually having videos of your products you can start guys a clothing brand now now I don't know if this is print on demand or if
[41:59] this is just like they're like they have their own inventory I don't know but I have to say I literally love their marketing they they've blown up the past year as a brand new business and I just wanted to give you guys a look at what
[42:13] they're creating and how they're creating it
[42:37] it's so amazing to watch a small business blow up the way that they have now you guys already know video content is the best and it is a little bit of a learning curve and I understand that it can be tough to do sometimes especially

[45:37] there's so many other ways that you guys can do it and I know it works because I've done it myself there's so many fake gurus that are really bading people in wrong ways so I really love to just Express this that you know if you can
[45:49] see social media as a tool that you can use to grab those eyeballs on your products on your content and get sales the possibilities are really endless so if you really want to take social media seriously and you're marketing seriously
