## Summary

This video is a beginner's guide to making money quickly in the WARDOGS beta, focusing primarily on piloting helicopters. The creator shares their personal experience and strategies for earning in-game currency, along with tips for flying and other money-making methods.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to Money Making** [00:01] — The creator has made 600,000 in-game currency, mostly through piloting. They will cover piloting and other methods.
- **Little Bird Transport** [00:29] — Start with the Little Bird helicopter. Fly six players to the hot zone and drop them off for about 500-1,000 dollars. You get 500 more for each drop-off, and 750 dollars for every kill those players get.
- **Logistic Crates** [00:56] — Once you unlock the Huey, you can buy logistic crates (pallets) for 400 dollars. Dropping them off in the zone yields 2,500 dollars, and an extra 1,800 dollars if someone breaks them down for a FOB.
- **Crate Contents** [01:08] — You can buy small crates with items like bandages and loose ammo. These are consumables that players run out of, but be aware that people may not know about crates yet.
- **Crate Drop Mechanics** [01:51] — Drop items by hitting G. If crates fall too far, they will explode. The creator made 160,000 from a single match using this method.
- **Pilot Controls Setup** [02:20] — Turn on rotary vehicle mouse control for easier helicopter control. Invert the Y axis for air vehicle so pushing up on the mouse goes forward.
- **Key Bindings** [02:58] — In rotary vehicle key lines, set space for collective up, left shift for collective down, W/S for cyclic X, and A/D for yaw. Unbind cyclic Y since it's controlled by the mouse.
- **Flying Basics** [03:40] — Hold space to go up, W or mouse up to go forward. A and D twist the helicopter, but you must slow down to turn. To stop, hold shift and S simultaneously.
- **Avoiding Crashes** [04:32] — Avoid hitting tree trunks as they will break rotors and cause explosions. You can buy a repair wrench at the shop to fix minor damage.
- **Flares and Countermeasures** [05:23] — Flares are essential against tracking missiles. Use left alt to free look, spot the missile, and deploy flares early. Flares do not stop RPGs.
- **Refueling and Repair** [06:32] — At the beginning, go to the Little Bird area to refuel and repair. You can also buy more flares in the countermeasures section.
- **Spawn Vehicle** [06:57] — When a team reaches 20 points, a spawn vehicle appears in a red or green tent. Driving it to the zone earns about 3,000 dollars, plus 250 dollars for each teleport.
- **Long-Range Sniping** [07:37] — Find hills in the north and snipe from long range. Players can earn up to 20,000 dollars this way.
- **Building FOBs and RPG** [08:01] — Building FOBs is boring but profitable. Unlock the RPG at support level 5. You get support XP from dropping logistic crates. Shooting down enemy helicopters yields insane money.
- **Medic Role** [08:54] — Being a medic is the most profitable role. Buy resuscitation masks and defibs. Healing and reviving players earns money. Find defibs at the top of towers in the hot zone.
- **Armor and Squad Play** [10:02] — Wear armor, run with your squad, and play in the hot zone. You get money just for being in the zone.

### Conclusion

The video provides a comprehensive overview of early-game money-making strategies in WARDOGS, with piloting as the primary focus. It emphasizes the importance of logistics, combat support, and team play for maximizing earnings.

## Transcript

you're a new player and you don't know where the enemies are and you don't know the best ways of making money. So, I've made 600,000 so far and I've made the majority of that money through piloting. Now, piloting is not the only way to
couple other ways, but I'm going to do a quick guide on how to make money off of you've never flown before in other games. I didn't start, you know, flying flying helicopters in like in this type of game. But, honestly, they're pretty
So, the way you're going to start is you'll have to start with the little bird and you can fly, you know, six people to the hot zone, drop them off. When you drop them off, you'll get about I think it's like 500 or 1,000 dollars
you'll get 500 more. So, you get a lot of money from it and then every single time one of those players gets a kill, you'll also get 750 dollars from that. Now, once you unlock the Huey, you can also buy logistic crates. And these
pallets, they're 400 dollars, but if you buy them and then drop them off in the zone, you get 2,500 dollars and if someone breaks it down to use in a fob, and you'll get an extra 1,800 dollars.
the way these works are you can buy the small crate, you buy items that go in So, you know, say we buy those and then this decides how much they cost and then you can drop this crate in the zone and then players on your
do use these, I would, you know, do consumables like bandages, loose ammo, the kinds of things that people run out of when they're out in them, but it is a little bit rough, especially now because people don't know
about the crates. So, anyways, those are the little crates. Then, these are the this is how you get to the pallets. You can drop off items by hitting G keep in mind, if you look at these,
and these fall too far, they will just explode when you hit. I do believe you the extra 1800 Um from dropping them off. So, if you these off and sometimes land with people, you'll make a ton of money. I
think I made 160,000 from a single match, and it wasn't like anyways, you can make a ton of money from this. Let's do a quick guide on the to some other ways that you can make money. So, if you're not interested in
the piloting, you can switch to the next chapter. So, if we go into our controls want to do, at least for me, is turn on the rotary vehicle mouse control. This lets you control part of your helicopter with
helicopter mouse swipe left and right on roll, and the helicopter mouse swipe up and down on pitch. And then I didn't change the sensitivity. Honestly, I think they're fine, but I did invert the Y axis for air vehicle, so it when I
push up on my mouse, uh the helicopter goes forward. It just that's sort of a personal preference thing. Then if you go into your key bindings, what I would do is if you go down to
the Where are they? Vehicle key lines. Here it is. Rotary vehicle key lines. Now, I put space on up any other key lines. However, left shift will uh take it off of I think
lock, so it's not really an issue. But you do collective lower, so left shift, so this is for going down. And then I love I left the increase cyclic uh X and decrease cyclic X on W and S. Uh these are so you can make tight uh tighter
completely unbound the increase and decrease the cyclic Y, because you can control this with your mouse. Then yaw left and yaw right are on A and D. Now, I'm not an amazing pilot. Again, this is like my first game piloting, but I have
been piloting for about 20 hours now. Uh so, I think I you know, have the hang of it for the most part. Again, not perfect, but I'm doing decent. So, going to just show you, you know, flying. So, to fly, super easy. With
those settings, you hold space to go up. And then, you can either press W to go forward or move your mouse up to go forward. Now, A and D are going to twist you around like this. You can't twist
around if you're going too fast. So, you have to slow down if you want to twist like that. Well, honestly, for the most part, when you want to turn, instead of to do is let's gain some speed. And then, you're going to want to pull back
Well, we'll gain some speed and get to the main zone. And then, I'll show you. But, make sure you don't run into the trees. The it will break the rotors if you run
into the trees. It's okay to go through like the upper foliage, but if you hit the trunks, then you will definitely explode and it'll be a bad time. Um you can buy a thing to If If your helicopter isn't like completely destroyed, you can
buy a repair wrench at the shop, and you can use that to repair your helicopter but, anyways, I'll I'll finish that thought want to do is you want to go to one side, and then hold shift, and then hold
S at the same time. This will slow you down and it, you know, completely stop your forward momentum. And then, you can hold shift to continue And then, obviously, this wasn't like the best
rough idea, especially if you're new. Uh you can definitely get the hang of this in the firing range super quick. And then, if you don't do anything, you can honestly just hover and uh drop it the crate. Hopefully,
your pilot people grab it. As you can see, I got 2,500. Once they break it open, then they'll get an extra 1,800 uh money from that as well. So, let's quickly talk about flares. Um flares are super important, especially now that
people are unlocking some RPGs and tracking missiles. So, I guess they're not really helpful for the RPGs, but for the tracking missiles, they are. Um what you're going to want to do is you can free look with the left alt. And uh so
see the missile. If it's coming towards you, you can deploy flares with the and sure you do it early enough that um the your helicopter. Uh that can definitely be an issue.
But flares do take a little bit of time to get used to and they won't stop an RPG from my understanding. So, we'll I'll show the stop one more time. Again, I'm not perfect at it yet, but you come in fast to one side, you hold shift,
and go to the side and it lets you just get in very low very quickly. And once little bit just so that you don't do anything and then you can come down like that.
refuel uh and repair if your um helicopter's damaged at all. If you are uh piloting at the very beginning, I would highly suggest going over to where that little bird is and you'll get all of the uh
team get them. But yeah, other than that, you can buy uh more flares in the countermeasures here if you want to. And yeah, so that's pretty much everything for piloting. So, moving on to other ways of making money, one thing that's
really important to know, when one of the teams gets to 20 points, your team's spawn vehicle will uh spawn in that red tent over there or it might be green, you know, depending on what team you're on. But you should do your best to grab
It's really slow, really boring, sort of sucks, but you'll get about $3,000 from driving it to the zone. And then every single time someone teleports to it, you'll get an extra $250. So, it's really huge. Um if you are a pilot, it
make, but uh it's definitely worth it. You'll make so much money, especially will. And it helps out your team a lot with winning the game. Uh you do get an extra kickback when you win games. So, other than that, another way of
making a lot of money is long-range sniping. If you look on the map, there are hills uh up north and you know, you can look around and find the hills. If you can grab one of the hills and sit and shoot people from long range away.
I've seen people get up to 20,000 dollars just from shooting from a long range away. Additionally, you can build in fobs. Honestly, to be honest, I find it sort of boring, but you can make a lot of money from that. If you have the
RPG unlocked, you can buy it from being support level five, I think. And the nice thing is you get support XP whenever you drop off logistic crates. ton of money, you're also leveling up
vendor here and we go to like equipment. Yeah, we have the RPG. Um it doesn't say exactly what level it is. I guess we can check what level it is. I guess we can check the progression tab real quick. And in
Let's see. Yeah, it's at level five. You get that super quickly. You can unlock the RPG and if you're able to shoot down enemy helicopters with this thing, money for shooting down enemy helicopters. It'll take a little bit of
time getting used to, but I don't think the rockets are too expensive. So, you these, shoot down enemy helicopters and get an insane amount of money. Now, the last uh way to make money, this takes obviously more skill, but you can be an
make the most money, I would focus on being a medic. So, what to get as many of the resuscitation masks as you can. You can actually buy can get a big backpack, buy a bunch of resuscitation masks. Obviously, they pay
with a squad. You know, bring some bandages along, heal other people with because you'll get extra money from healing with them. You'll get more than dollars for healing. And then, additionally, once as soon as
you can, you know, unlock the defibs. These are amazing for reviving team players. And yeah, these are huge. If you want a quick boost to your medic XP pro tip, if you're able to get into the
zone before other players, if you go to up any of these towers, at the very top of the tower, there are usually like good gear. So, you can find like MP5s, but what I was going to say is you can find a defibs at the top of the tower,
and that way you can and and batteries to charge them as well. And that way you can revive people super quickly without actually having fully unlocked the defib at that point. And then other than that, armor is really
armor. And you know, run with your squadmate, play in the hot zone. You get money just for being in the zone, so yeah. Anyways, found this helpful, please consider subscribing. If you want to connect with
