[00:00] we're breaking down Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Brand New Day trailer is now here, and throughout&nbsp; this video, we're going to be going through the&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:13] major plot points of the movie. This will&nbsp; go over the Easter eggs, the hidden details,&nbsp;&nbsp; and also the nods to the comics. Yes, I own&nbsp; several graphic novels, leatherbound editions.&nbsp;&nbsp; They're leatherbound editions. Now, uh, this kind&nbsp; of builds off what we saw in the first teaser&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:29] with a couple of those scenes fleshed out even&nbsp; further. There's also some new stuff, too, and&nbsp;&nbsp; we do know how the film will open. Director Destin&nbsp; Daniel [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] shared the first three pages of the&nbsp;&nbsp; script by Entertainment Weekly, which gave us an&nbsp; insight to the opening scene. Page one started&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:42] with the logo, but instead of the fanfare, we got&nbsp; overlays of Peter's past adventures, which are the&nbsp;&nbsp; memories that the Doctor Strange spell erased. The&nbsp; letter that we've seen Peter narrating is what we&nbsp;&nbsp; hear him saying with this taking place nine months&nbsp; after no way home. In the letter, Peter says some&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:57] like instructions there, but I'll pretend this&nbsp; is the letter. Maybe I'll never read this to you.&nbsp;&nbsp; Maybe I'm writing this for me. But the truth is&nbsp; I love you. And I know deep down something inside&nbsp;&nbsp; you remembers you love me too. Or maybe not. Maybe&nbsp; right now I just need to be Spider-Man. And yeah,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:15] if you apparently if you put the screw in there,&nbsp; that should hold everything together. Along with&nbsp;&nbsp; the notes on the script, [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] wanted to push&nbsp; the idea that Peter had vanished from existence&nbsp;&nbsp; like Marty McFly. And for the first time here,&nbsp; he's simply just Spider-Man. We then cut to&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:28] Peter's apartment and see that his loneliness is&nbsp; taking its toll. Stingy and dark and basically&nbsp;&nbsp; your bedroom when you were 14 or your office when&nbsp; you were 38. We also see he's getting headaches,&nbsp;&nbsp; which is an inkling that something is triggering&nbsp; his spider sense. Apparently, these headaches will&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:42] appear throughout the film and gets stronger and&nbsp; stronger as he gets to the truth. Although I said&nbsp;&nbsp; Peter is alone, he actually has an AI called&nbsp; Eevee. [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] noted in the script that this is&nbsp;&nbsp; sadly the closest thing he has to a friend. The&nbsp; script also describes shots of Ned's Lego Emperor&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:57] figure and MJ's old coffee cup. His phone then&nbsp; goes off to remind him to place flowers at May's&nbsp;&nbsp; grave, and he gets another ping that Ned's posted.&nbsp; This is him posting about MIT, and though Peter&nbsp;&nbsp; smiles, he's clearly miserable. [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] also noted&nbsp; that there's no stock tech, no money or gadgets,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:12] and that everything he has is made by his homemade&nbsp; fabricator. This has allowed him to create the&nbsp;&nbsp; suit though, which is inspired by Toby and&nbsp; Andrew's vision. This is something the Canadian&nbsp;&nbsp; lad theorized in his video, and this is basically&nbsp; how he builds his suit. We then get the scene uh&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:25] from the trailer, the first one with him standing&nbsp; on the building, watching his mates online,&nbsp;&nbsp; and then being alerted to the SWAT team who are&nbsp; on route to a mission. He then pulls his mask&nbsp;&nbsp; down and lets himself fall. this point. We then&nbsp; get a montage of Peter's time over four years,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:38] which takes us to where most of the film takes&nbsp; place. Now, being a time genius myself, mate,&nbsp;&nbsp; I'm guessing the stuff in the montage is from&nbsp; the clips that we've seen in the trailer where&nbsp;&nbsp; they're clearly recreating all the iconic covers.&nbsp; This shows him going against his Distro Gallery&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:52] and basically what life as a Spider-Man's like. It&nbsp; will make you feel like Spider-Man. You might have&nbsp;&nbsp; also seen that they've actually updated the VFX&nbsp; on these moments and have swapped out some of the&nbsp;&nbsp; backgrounds. Things are still going down though&nbsp; in New York City, but it shows they're constantly&nbsp;&nbsp;
[03:08] changing and adjusting. Now, that's kind of what&nbsp; we know, and I think it creates like a thematic&nbsp;&nbsp; blueprint on what Daniel Cretton's going for. I&nbsp; think it's showing it's going to be four years of&nbsp;&nbsp; isolation where he still enjoys his life because&nbsp; he gets to be Spider-Man. MJ and Ned then return&nbsp;&nbsp;
[03:22] from college and rent a place that just so happens&nbsp; to be in the same building as Peter. I do think&nbsp;&nbsp; they've been living rentree in Peter's mind. And&nbsp; they tell you who else has been living rentree,&nbsp;&nbsp; mate. Peter Parker with Mr. Ditkovich. Give me a&nbsp; rent. There's actually two different versions of&nbsp;&nbsp;
[03:37] the trailer with them having different openings.&nbsp; You probably saw uh two of them leaked, but one&nbsp;&nbsp; has Scorpion while the other has the hand. I'll&nbsp; talk more about the stuff with Scorpion later,&nbsp;&nbsp; but I think the hand are more of a running&nbsp; villain throughout all three. So, that trailer&nbsp;&nbsp;
[03:51] is a better one to start with. Trailer itself&nbsp; started off with The Hand and Peter fighting in&nbsp;&nbsp; prison with Pete basically reintroducing himself&nbsp; once more. The hands seem like they're going to&nbsp;&nbsp; be some incredible villains in terms of stuff&nbsp; that we've not really seen in the film before,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[04:03] and we watch as they all jump in unison with&nbsp; even Peter remarking how cool it looks. You might&nbsp;&nbsp; notice that this shot also appeared in the leaked&nbsp; trailer, and then it also showed up in the last&nbsp;&nbsp; one as well. The backgrounds changed every time,&nbsp; and this is because last time they said that when&nbsp;&nbsp;
[04:17] the trailer leaked originally, the company set out&nbsp; to use nothing but shots that hadn't been in that&nbsp;&nbsp; trailer. So, they changed the background for it&nbsp; and did that with a couple of other shots as well.&nbsp;&nbsp; The hand are also going to feature as an enemy in&nbsp; the new Wolverine game. And it looks like we're&nbsp;&nbsp;
[04:30] going to get some great brand synergy with them.&nbsp; Now, Daredevil could be in the movie as well,&nbsp;&nbsp; as we of course had him last time, and there's&nbsp; also a scene in the prison at the end of season&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 of Born Again. The guy is in jail, so I do&nbsp; wonder if Peter could free him as a favor for&nbsp;&nbsp;
[04:43] helping him out. He'll of course also have&nbsp; seen some similarities in being unmasked as&nbsp;&nbsp; well. And Peter knows firsthand how much having&nbsp; your identity out there ruins your life. though&nbsp;&nbsp; he will feel very sympathetic towards Matt. I&nbsp; think the fact Peter's unmasked in the prison&nbsp;&nbsp;
[04:57] as well is really really interesting. I don't&nbsp; think the hander snitches to any degree at all.&nbsp;&nbsp; Uh but it's not good them seeing his face. I'm&nbsp; not sure how they're going to be in the film&nbsp;&nbsp; either. And in my first trailer, I I did think&nbsp; the typhoid Mary theory um was because yeah,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[05:12] but they're going to be a swarm of bad guys for&nbsp; Peter to take down. just helps to play into the&nbsp;&nbsp; more grounded level of the villains rather than&nbsp; being like an over-the-top A-lister. We also&nbsp;&nbsp;

[06:49] laying on the sofa talking to MJ No Way Home while&nbsp; they were checking the news. There she was the&nbsp;&nbsp; support network that got him through everything.&nbsp; But yeah, he's lonely, Mr. Lonely. In the video,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[07:01] Ned says they're in the final semester of MIT,&nbsp; so I'm guessing that this is just before they&nbsp;&nbsp; return home. On the way home, MJ also asks who&nbsp; Ned thinks is watching, and he says someone,&nbsp;&nbsp; which MJ then says hi to. We then see him testing&nbsp; his web cartridges, which go flying off his wrist&nbsp;&nbsp;
[07:17] due to the power of his new organic webs. Peter&nbsp; is desperate to suppress the mutating DNA,&nbsp;&nbsp; and he goes to Bruce Banner to ask for help. He&nbsp; wants to hide away the bad stuff while keeping the&nbsp;&nbsp; good stuff, which is similar the inhibitor that&nbsp; he has on his wrist. We have seen on stuff like&nbsp;&nbsp;
[07:30] the cover of Empire that Peter has web shooters&nbsp; with green lights on them. And because of this,&nbsp;&nbsp; people have suspected that this is actually&nbsp; something akin to Banner's device and that it&nbsp;&nbsp; suppresses Peter's mutation. Banner suspects&nbsp; that Peter isn't a student. And I do wonder&nbsp;&nbsp;
[07:42] if he might be the first superhero that&nbsp; Peter tells his identity to. Although,&nbsp;&nbsp; I also kind of feel like uh yeah, he's been&nbsp; through that all before and didn't work out well,&nbsp;&nbsp; so just keep it secret this time. He also warns&nbsp; him that if he sees him with the device off,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[07:55] then to run. Peter just laughs it off. But we do&nbsp; know the pair are going to be having a big battle&nbsp;&nbsp; in the movie. There were even posters leaked&nbsp; that showed this with it appearing like Hulk&nbsp;&nbsp; was turning gray. At the time the company said it&nbsp; was a printing error and e it was a bit ironic we&nbsp;&nbsp;
[08:09] had a printing error making the Hulk look gray.&nbsp; Bit of poetry they rhyme that. But Hulk will&nbsp;&nbsp; actually turn gray in the movie. So I do wonder&nbsp; if the company who stuffed that was paddic and&nbsp;&nbsp; just said that to try and keep the surprise&nbsp; and not get sniped by Kevin Feige. Greyhulk&nbsp;&nbsp;
[08:23] will be large though and even more powerful and&nbsp; his thunder clap will be extremely destructive.&nbsp;&nbsp; I even wondered if Gan Gray turning him gray&nbsp; is a plate on her name which would be quite a&nbsp;&nbsp; funny way to taunt Peter or maybe we're reaching&nbsp; the gray embodies the rage at his core from that&nbsp;&nbsp;
[08:38] original experiment in the comic so and takes him&nbsp; back to his most basic point from the tie leaks.&nbsp;&nbsp; We also know Smart Hulk will appear in the movie&nbsp; too and I think we may see him early on before he&nbsp;&nbsp; falls to the possession of Gan. Now, he might not&nbsp; be gray, and potentially this theory and rumors&nbsp;&nbsp;
[08:53] could have come from the previsual stuff from the&nbsp; trailers that was leaked and unrended. However,&nbsp;&nbsp; may also be a case where he's green for the&nbsp; trailer and toys and gray for the movie,&nbsp;&nbsp; as we've seen with the likes of Fat Door, how&nbsp; they keep things secret in the marketing. And&nbsp;&nbsp;
[09:05] I doubt it's much extra work to change the&nbsp; color. Hulk is green. [laughter] No, the There's other There's other colors. There are.&nbsp; Yeah, there's other colors of them. I didn't&nbsp;&nbsp;
[09:21] say that, by the way. [laughter] They said&nbsp; that. So, I'm [laughter] getting hacked. You&nbsp;&nbsp; here. I'm sorry. Now, beyond everything&nbsp; else, the transformation could tie into&nbsp;&nbsp;
[09:33] a plot with either man's spider or Venom. The&nbsp; mutation plot makes me lean towards the former,&nbsp;&nbsp; though I obviously know that Venom's out in the&nbsp; wild as well. As a man spider, he's probably best&nbsp;&nbsp; known from the animated series where it was&nbsp; all tied together in the neogenic nightmare&nbsp;&nbsp;
[09:47] rock. their serum and Peter's stress in general&nbsp; turned him into a six- armed Spider-Man that then&nbsp;&nbsp; mutated even further. This was initially based off&nbsp; the six armed saga from Spider-Man issues 100 to&nbsp;&nbsp; 102. The show then basically brought that across&nbsp; and also saw him being hunted by the Punisher,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[10:03] so it does have some ties here. Peter's obviously&nbsp; under a lot of pressure at the moment as well. And&nbsp;&nbsp; he doesn't really have the support network&nbsp; that he had before this went down. So,&nbsp;&nbsp; the stress could force this mutation and be also&nbsp; why he has organic web shooters, black eyes,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[10:17] and so on and so forth. Kind of screams that the&nbsp; spider could be taking over, especially when we&nbsp;&nbsp; see him inside a cocoon. Peter could be grappling&nbsp; back and forth between the man and the spider,&nbsp;&nbsp; which would be such a cool way to take things.&nbsp; This could also be reflected in Banner as well,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[10:31] who's losing himself to the monster, and it just&nbsp; works really well in this story. I think it would&nbsp;&nbsp; be him becoming a full-on Spider-Man for real and&nbsp; losing his humanity completely. Now, this could&nbsp;&nbsp; also be Venom as well, and the black eyes could be&nbsp; akin to when Tom Hardy was losing himself during&nbsp;&nbsp;
[10:46] and the symbiote could also be something that&nbsp; just goes to him when he's in need. It's also&nbsp;&nbsp; important to note that you can tell what parts of&nbsp; this trailer take place pre and postmutation due&nbsp;&nbsp;
[10:59] to Peter's web shooters. If he's got the long big&nbsp; silver ones, then it's premutation. Whereas, if&nbsp;&nbsp; he doesn't, then they're organic and we know that&nbsp; it's post. Toby, of course, also had them as well,&nbsp;&nbsp; which they brought across in No Way Home. And I&nbsp; do wonder if coming into contact with this variant&nbsp;&nbsp;
[11:13] caused him to further mutate. Now, the reason&nbsp; that I'm standing in this part of the room is&nbsp;&nbsp; to go through the comics and Brand New Day. Yeah,&nbsp; it's it's time to talk about that. Now, this isn't&nbsp;&nbsp; really a self-contained single story line. Um,&nbsp; but it's more like a kind of new direction for&nbsp;&nbsp;
[11:28] Peter that at its time acted like a soft reset&nbsp; that spanned several years. In the comics,&nbsp;&nbsp; it built off the back of One More Day in which&nbsp; Peter dealt with the consequences of civil war.&nbsp;&nbsp; there. His identity was revealed to the world as&nbsp; a way to push the safety of the registration act&nbsp;&nbsp;
[11:42] that Stark was currently going on about. However,&nbsp; Peter changed his mind over the events of the&nbsp;&nbsp; story and eventually ended up switching sides&nbsp; to team Cap. Now, you obviously can't put the&nbsp;&nbsp; genie back in the bottle and Peter's identity was&nbsp; out there. So, his loved ones were targeted with&nbsp;&nbsp;
[11:55] May then being shot while she was in critical&nbsp; condition. Spidey then encountered Mefisto who&nbsp;&nbsp; said he trade MJ and Peter's love to save her.&nbsp; Peter also added in the caveat that no one could&nbsp;&nbsp; remember who he was as this would basically make&nbsp; the entire deal pointless. But Peter was no longer&nbsp;&nbsp;
[12:10] married to MJ and was basically back to being&nbsp; Spider-Man. He wasn't as isolated as the version&nbsp;&nbsp; that we have here, but it let him go back to his&nbsp; roots as a struggling street level hero. There&nbsp;&nbsp; were shorter arcs, new supporting characters and&nbsp; villains, and they also brought Harry Osborne back&nbsp;&nbsp;
[12:25] from the dead, uh, with Peter also going back&nbsp; to working as a photographer. Overall though,&nbsp;&nbsp; but a lot of fans appreciate the return to the&nbsp; classic Spider-Man. Also, pave the way for lots&nbsp;&nbsp;
[12:38] of bigger things down the line, and I think Daniel&nbsp; [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] will kind of use this as a basis to build&nbsp;&nbsp; some major things in a trilogy. Now, we know&nbsp; Peter is going to struggle with his mutation&nbsp;&nbsp; due to the swinging scenes. He goes flying&nbsp; across the sky, crashes into a dinner party,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[12:51] and also gets hit by a truck. They're causing&nbsp; lots of turmoil and basically meaning that he&nbsp;&nbsp; has to wrestle with his powers. I do also wonder&nbsp; if his mutation will mean that he's a mutant and&nbsp;&nbsp; that he has to face the same discrimination they&nbsp; do. Now, we also have Sadi Sync's character with&nbsp;&nbsp;
[13:05] this basically being confirmed to be Gan&nbsp; Gray. She's got green and yellow clothes,&nbsp;&nbsp; a bright red head, and has telepathic and mind&nbsp; control abilities. This is even to the point that&nbsp;&nbsp; she has to be locked away and restrained so that&nbsp; damage control can keep her in check. From what we&nbsp;&nbsp;
[13:18] know as well of the overall state of Marvel, Sink&nbsp; has a multifilm deal which also includes Avengers&nbsp;&nbsp; Secret Wars. In our first breakdown, um, we did&nbsp; talk about the other potentials and brought up&nbsp;&nbsp; characters like Typhoid Mary. She has been the&nbsp; leader of the Ham before and therefore that was&nbsp;&nbsp;
[13:33] one of our theories. There's also been speculation&nbsp; that she could be Rachel Summers or rather Jean's&nbsp;&nbsp; daughter from the future. That could potentially&nbsp; tie with Secret Wars and Doomsday as well as we&nbsp;&nbsp; do know that we're visiting the Fox timeline. But&nbsp; yeah, I think what's most likely is that this is&nbsp;&nbsp;
[13:48] Gene. Um, and it could be a good character to&nbsp; start things off for the MCU's X-Men. It also&nbsp;&nbsp; lays the groundwork for the government hunting and&nbsp; persecuting mutants as a young and uncontrolled&nbsp;&nbsp; Gan is extremely dangerous. This would be her&nbsp; pre-exavia training and mean that she could create&nbsp;&nbsp;
[14:02] a reason for the school as well. In the comics,&nbsp; Gene was one of the first mutants Xavier took&nbsp;&nbsp; under his wings and having her as an antagonist&nbsp; could lay the groundwork for that story. We know&nbsp;&nbsp; from the leak trailer that she's also going in&nbsp; and out of Peter's home throughout the film and&nbsp;&nbsp;
[14:16] she also clearly knew he was Spider-Man. So, this&nbsp; highlighted that she could read minds and gave&nbsp;&nbsp; her more powers beyond just the human puppetry&nbsp; that we saw in the original teaser. We also know&nbsp;&nbsp; that she's part of the chase scene, or at least&nbsp; the person she's controlling. Her mind control&nbsp;&nbsp;
[14:30] then jumps about from person to person as well,&nbsp; and I do wonder if she might infect the Punisher&nbsp;&nbsp; as well. There's been a leaked image floating&nbsp; around for a while of the pair side by side,&nbsp;&nbsp; seeming like they're working together, which&nbsp; could be her controlling Frank. Either way,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[14:43] this new trailer shows the scene in the apartment&nbsp; along with a massive wavelike explosion that&nbsp;&nbsp; freezes people who get caught in it. Completely&nbsp; blankets Manhattan and shows the width and breadth&nbsp;&nbsp; of her power. Such a creepy effect. And yeah, it's&nbsp; something that looks so cool in the teaser. This&nbsp;&nbsp;
[14:57] is a power that she's demonstrated before as well.&nbsp; And in the Wolverine and X-Men animated series,&nbsp;&nbsp; leaked recently as well that an insanely powerful&nbsp; character would cause New York to freeze. So,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[15:10] it seems like this is that moment. Honestly, mate,&nbsp; when when they said they were doing that as well,&nbsp;&nbsp; I initially thought like villain with freeze&nbsp; powers. I know Mr. Freeze is DC, but yeah,&nbsp;&nbsp; he could turn the big apple into a big icicle.&nbsp; Also, shout outs to Twitter user three babes for&nbsp;&nbsp;
[15:25] finding that Wolverine and the X-Men animated&nbsp; series. I couldn't have done the video without&nbsp;&nbsp; you. Jean seems like she can possess whoever&nbsp; she wants within a certain radius, though, and&nbsp;&nbsp; could jump from person to person. Now, this seems&nbsp; like it limits her range in New York and sort of&nbsp;&nbsp;
[15:38] lays the groundwork for the need for cerebrros so&nbsp; that psychics like her and Xavier can send their&nbsp;&nbsp; consciousness long distances. We see her take&nbsp; someone over in a helicopter which Peter then&nbsp;&nbsp; swings after. I'm guessing that this might be when&nbsp; his webs go haywire and he'll end up being unable&nbsp;&nbsp;
[15:52] to follow her. Seems like it builds off that&nbsp; dinner scene as well and he might have potentially&nbsp;&nbsp; chased that party. The chopper does say just&nbsp; married, eh? So, we figured it out. Nothing&nbsp;&nbsp; gets past Kevin's spoilers. Now, I actually don't&nbsp; think that Gan Gray is going to be the big big bad&nbsp;&nbsp;
[16:07] of the movie, and there are other options as well.&nbsp; Tal Tman is apparently playing William Metser,&nbsp;&nbsp; who's an X-Men villain from the comics. He's&nbsp; anti-mutant and may even target Peter as he&nbsp;&nbsp; exhibits all the signifiers of a mutant as well.&nbsp; Hell, the movie is even about how he's mutating&nbsp;&nbsp;
[16:22] and going through his own evolution. So, that&nbsp; could be the case. But, it's also possible that we&nbsp;&nbsp; might be seeing the jackal. This fan theory came&nbsp; about after a keg with the name green jackal on it&nbsp;&nbsp; was spotted at the party scene with Ned and MJ.&nbsp; The jackal is of course green. Uh so that might&nbsp;&nbsp;
[16:36] be our first little clue we're not reaching. The&nbsp; jackal was also involved in genetic experiments&nbsp;&nbsp; and he was a key figure when it came to the clone&nbsp; saga in case you haven't read it mate. It's [&nbsp;__&nbsp;]&nbsp;&nbsp; massive. And yeah, I got like the omnibuses cuz I&nbsp; read it as a well I read some of it as a kid. Um&nbsp;&nbsp;
[16:51] and I wanted to go finally through it again but&nbsp; I know deep down I might never actually do it.&nbsp;&nbsp; But I will endeavor like a [&nbsp;__&nbsp;] brick.&nbsp; But the Jackal is a character who's obsessed&nbsp;&nbsp; with Spider-Man's DNA, and it is possible that&nbsp; Keith David's character is playing him. So far,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[17:06] they kept his role pretty quiet. Um, but I do&nbsp; think it could be revealed that he's actually&nbsp;&nbsp; Miles Warren. He wants to mutate into a jackal&nbsp; himself. Um, well, depending on what you read,&nbsp;&nbsp; but I think in this story, that would work really&nbsp; well. He may even use Scorpion as a way to poison&nbsp;&nbsp;
[17:19] Peter, which could start off the character's&nbsp; mutation. This could then lead into the clone&nbsp;&nbsp; saga or potentially even take us the route with&nbsp; the black suit. that was of course left at the&nbsp;&nbsp; end of No Way Home and a it's been four years&nbsp; it's been out in the wild. Uh but the Jackal&nbsp;&nbsp;
[17:31] sets up the next part of the trilogy and leads&nbsp; the way for mutations and more. The Punisher's&nbsp;&nbsp; comic debut as well was also in a comic involving&nbsp; the Jackal where he was hired to take out the web&nbsp;&nbsp; head. I think having the Jackal involved in some&nbsp; way would be really cool though and he's actually&nbsp;&nbsp;
[17:44] a pretty big villain that's been overlooked quite&nbsp; a lot in the films. There were parts in those runs&nbsp;&nbsp; as well where he destroyed Peter Parker's life&nbsp; and it would be a pretty good way to kickstart&nbsp;&nbsp; then definitely check out our merch store below.&nbsp; We have lots of Marvel inspired stuff there,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[18:00] including one of my favorites, uh, which is the&nbsp; Cycloptic Blast One that creates the X from X-Men,&nbsp;&nbsp; and it's a cracking design. There's loads of&nbsp; stuff on there as well. You can hear the dogs&nbsp;&nbsp; going crazy in the background to try and get that.&nbsp; H, and it all goes towards helping videos like&nbsp;&nbsp;
[18:14] this get made. We then see as Peter visits Ned's&nbsp; place and sees his Spider-Man board. One of the&nbsp;&nbsp; clippings looks like it talks about a guy named&nbsp; Carlos, which could be a nod to Carlos Rodriguez,&nbsp;&nbsp; who's a member of the Ymen. Ned suspects that&nbsp; it could be Carlos, who's Spider-Man, and it&nbsp;&nbsp;
[18:29] just helps to enforce the idea that everyone's&nbsp; forgotten Peter. MJ then arrives, and we see her&nbsp;&nbsp; hooking up with Paul, who has a great name, and&nbsp; good, good on you, mate. Actually seen a theory as&nbsp;&nbsp; well, uh, that the actor is playing Boomerang, and&nbsp; it will kind of show that MJ has a thing for men&nbsp;&nbsp;
[18:43] in masks. in to go with this is him being taunted&nbsp; by Gene who talks about the monster inside of him&nbsp;&nbsp; and also threatens to go and see MJ. Eventually,&nbsp; Peter tells MJ she's in danger and she then goes&nbsp;&nbsp; swing with him. I love the fact that he comes&nbsp; through her window as well and it's just some of&nbsp;&nbsp;
[18:57] that classic Spidey and MJ stuff from the comics&nbsp; before we then go into a swinging scene. This&nbsp;&nbsp; could even be something that jo memory as well&nbsp; as these swinging scenes were a big part of the&nbsp;&nbsp; ending of Far From Home and the start of No Way&nbsp; Home. Now, I do think that we have a rough idea of&nbsp;&nbsp;
[19:12] how MJ and Ned might remember. We know that Peter&nbsp; visits their apartment at the party and that MJ is&nbsp;&nbsp; currently dating [snorts] Ezra Bridger, but MJ is&nbsp; clearly obsessed over Spider-Man, and I think this&nbsp;&nbsp; is her subconscience coming to the forefront.&nbsp; We know from what was shown at Cineacon that&nbsp;&nbsp;
[19:25] she and Ned are desperately trying to meet with&nbsp; Spider-Man, and this is so they can thank him for&nbsp;&nbsp; helping them. Though, they don't remember Peter,&nbsp; per se, they do know that Spider-Man has saved&nbsp;&nbsp; their lives. Cinema Con attendees basically got&nbsp; to see this entire scene playing out and both had&nbsp;&nbsp;
[19:39] set up stuff to follow Spidey across the city. Ned&nbsp; wanted to meet him face to face to say thank you,&nbsp;&nbsp; and I do think MJ will likely want the same&nbsp; thing. There was also a scene in the teaser&nbsp;&nbsp; where she meets him on the roof, which this&nbsp; moment is likely building off. Now, how I think&nbsp;&nbsp;
[19:52] she'll remember is through the key to the city,&nbsp; which he's given to by the mayor, which kind of&nbsp;&nbsp; spoiled Daredevil at the time. But moving on,&nbsp; we have seen this in Peter's apartment, though,&nbsp;&nbsp; the key Spider-Man's got." Oh my god. [screaming]&nbsp; Peter and MJ then go to visit Frank Castle where&nbsp;&nbsp;
[20:13] the former begs him for help. Not exactly uh&nbsp; not exactly sure how he's going to help, mate,&nbsp;&nbsp; but uh all the best. I think this is probably&nbsp; building off the chase scene from earlier in&nbsp;&nbsp; the day, though, and he goes to him because he's&nbsp; like the one guy that Peter knows as Spider-Man.&nbsp;&nbsp;
[20:26] We also have a moment where Peter seems to be free&nbsp; falling in what I think could be a psychic vision&nbsp;&nbsp; by Gene. It's a bit difficult to make out. Um,&nbsp; but he is in regular clothing, possibly playing&nbsp;&nbsp; upon the fact that the stuff from his Spider-Man&nbsp; persona is now starting to bleed back into being&nbsp;&nbsp;
[20:40] Peter. Just the fact they have the cocoon webs&nbsp; and him falling during that may have had this&nbsp;&nbsp; idea planted into his mind that he then starts&nbsp; dreaming about. think it's more likely a Gene&nbsp;&nbsp; thing though and kind of doing the psychic version&nbsp; of Mysterio's manipulation in Far From Home. We&nbsp;&nbsp;
[20:56] then end the teaser with Peter back in the prison&nbsp; scene where he transforms while he's got the mask&nbsp;&nbsp; off and ends up executing a web tornado to take&nbsp; out the baddies. This is kind of like a finisher&nbsp;&nbsp; from the game and clearly him leveling up. A&nbsp; shurikens thrown at him as well. And we have&nbsp;&nbsp;
[21:10] seen other shots of this that look almost like&nbsp; some Alex Ross artwork. I also wondered if the&nbsp;&nbsp; fact Peter's immune to Jean's powers is because&nbsp; his spider senses evolved in no way home we saw as&nbsp;&nbsp; it helped him return from being astral projected&nbsp; and it may have more cognitive sense and reasoning&nbsp;&nbsp;
[21:25] than normal people. Tilman's character does say&nbsp; he's the only one who could sense it. So yeah,&nbsp;&nbsp; that does make sense. The teaser then ends&nbsp; with him stretching before taking down a guard&nbsp;&nbsp; and just making a little joke about no longer&nbsp; being in high school. He also webs someone up&nbsp;&nbsp;
[21:38] um just like when you beat someone up in the game&nbsp; and it's a great little detail. Now, beyond that,&nbsp;&nbsp; we also have Peter visiting May's grave throughout&nbsp; the film and trying to remember the lesson that&nbsp;&nbsp; she taught him about responsibility. Marissa Toé&nbsp; is apparently going to came out in the film. Um,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[21:51] so I'm guessing this will be I'm guessing it&nbsp; will be flashback. Who knows? They might do&nbsp;&nbsp; something horrific with Jean Gray. I know what&nbsp; you're like, Jean. Um, and beyond that, we also&nbsp;&nbsp; know that Scorpion's going to be in the film, too.&nbsp; Michael Mando will be returning as the character,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[22:04] and it's been 84 years. He appeared as the&nbsp; criminal Morgan in Spider-Man Homecoming and tried&nbsp;&nbsp; to buy weapons from the Vultures crew. The deal&nbsp; took place on a ferry, but Spider-Man stopped it&nbsp;&nbsp; and Scorpion ended up falling into the water. We&nbsp; later saw him in prison along with Adrien Tombs,&nbsp;&nbsp;
[22:19] and the events on the ferry left him horribly&nbsp; scarred and he was out for revenge. He had heard&nbsp;&nbsp; that Tombs knew Spider-Man's identity, but the&nbsp; ring leader denied it. Scorpion wanted to send&nbsp;&nbsp; his friends on the outside after the webs slinger,&nbsp; so it's a good thing that Tombs lied. Mando then&nbsp;&nbsp;
[22:33] didn't return for Far from Home or No Way Home&nbsp; either and he's finally coming back after a&nbsp;&nbsp; whole 9 years later. I mean, to be fair, it took&nbsp; like 15 years for Samuel Sterns to return after&nbsp;&nbsp; The Incredible Hulk. And it's kind of crazy how&nbsp; quickly that things have gone by. What do you mean&nbsp;&nbsp;
[22:49] it was 9 years ago? In the comics, Gorgan was a PI&nbsp; hired by J.J. Jameson to see how Peter Parker got&nbsp;&nbsp; such amazing Spider-Man photos. He then went on to&nbsp; accept an experimental procedure giving him powers&nbsp;&nbsp; like Spider-Man. I do wonder though if since&nbsp; being released from prison, he's had to commit&nbsp;&nbsp;
[23:04] crimes or sign up to this sort of thing to get by.&nbsp; When the trailer first dropped, we did do a video&nbsp;&nbsp; talking about how he may even be possessed. As we&nbsp; know, he was dead set on taking down Spider-Man,&nbsp;&nbsp; but now he's saying to stay out of his way, so it&nbsp; does seem like the motivations have changed. Stay&nbsp;&nbsp;
[23:21] out of my way. Because of that line, I think&nbsp; Jean's likely possessed him as well. and she's&nbsp;&nbsp; basically going to be possessing Scorpion,&nbsp; possessing the Hulk, possessing everyone,&nbsp;&nbsp; and possessing you to hit the like button.
