[00:01] like you need to make something happen. You use utility to create plays instead timings that aren't there yet. And even when [music] it works, even when you pop reinforcing habits that cost you more rounds than they win over the course of [00:15] a full game. The mental trap is that a carrying mindset works just often enough in rounds or games to feel like the right approach. You clutch a round, your team hypes you up, and your brain logs that as correct behavior. But zoom out [00:27] tells a different story. And those are two completely different things. So, Radiant players don't try to carry every round or every game. They try to win the game overall, not forcing the round to be won by them every time. And those are [00:40] to win means your priority every round is giving your team the best possible chance at taking it. Sometimes that is a mechanical play. Sometimes it's a piece of utility perfectly timed. And sometimes, a lot of the time actually, [00:53] position, and letting the round develop instead of forcing it. It also means your job isn't to be the one who gets all the kills. Your job is to make sure all the kills. Your job is to make sure the kills happen.
