# Why Everyone's Talking About StonkBrokers Right Now

> Source: [Why Everyone's Talking About StonkBrokers Right Now](https://youtube.com/watch?v=k_5mK_XGhyQ)

## Summary

The video is a live stream where the host discusses recent developments in the crypto and NFT space, focusing on the StonkBrokers project. The host interviews the founder, Simple Farmer, who explains the mechanics of the project, its phases, and its unique approach to combining NFTs with real-world assets (RWAs). The conversation covers market trends, the project's technology, and future plans.

### Key Points

- **Robin Hood Chain and Pawns Token** [02:21] — The Pawns token on the Robin Hood chain dipped to a $3 million market cap before Vlad's 'why not both' post about memecoins and RWAs, leading to a surge to a new all-time high of $17.5 million market cap.
- **Jimothy on Solana** [03:56] — Jimothy, a raccoon with no spine, went viral on social media, pushing its token to $20 million before nuking. It is now recovering, currently at $10 million, and its success depends on continued virality.
- **Anom NFT Comeback** [05:27] — Anom is making a comeback at $207 million market cap, holding up well due to supply control. The narrative of reaching a billion was challenged by KOLs selling, but the project remains strong.
- **Just Tunes Mint** [06:41] — A live mint for Just Tunes is happening during the show, minting on Robin Hood at $17. The host is surprised by the price but hopes it performs well given the success of similar projects.
- **StonkBrokers Overview** [07:09] — StonkBrokers is a hybrid memecoin/NFT project with a 404-like mechanism, currently at $11 million market cap. The host bought the dip after Frank DGods sold, and the project is expected to grow.
- **Simple Farmer Interview Begins** [10:57] — Simple Farmer, the founder, joins the stream. He discusses the project's history, including Pixel Pups and Pup Cups, and the development of the Anvil AMM for NFT-token fractionalization.
- **Anvil AMM Mechanics** [15:12] — The Anvil AMM allows fractionalization between ERC20 and ERC721C, providing 404 functionality without being a 404. This enables scaling and listing on centralized exchanges, like Elbank listing StonkBrokers.
- **Clock-In System and Fees** [17:07] — Users burn tokens to activate brokers, which then earn fees from the AMM. The clock-in process is permissionless and distributes stock tokens to activated brokers. Over $100,000 in stocks distributed in 72 hours.
- **Phase Two: Launchpad** [20:43] — Phase two is a community-owned launchpad where NFT holders act as curators. Fees from launches will fund additional stock distributions, with customizable launches and gamified tokens.
- **Phase Three and Four** [30:19] — Phase three is a V-Ex (like Aerodrome) where token holders vote on LP incentives. Phase four is decentralized options, allowing brokers to earn premiums by depositing stock tokens.
- **Relationship with Robin Hood** [33:03] — Simple Farmer has a positive relationship with the Robin Hood team, having built the beta on their testnet and entered a hackathon. He speaks with their community managers and Fern, but no official partnership.
- **K9 and Future Plans** [37:51] — K9 is the fractionalization token for Pixel Pups. Simple Farmer clarifies he won't shill it, and discusses scaling the team with partners like Ernest Lee, focusing on legal aspects of royalty distributions.
- **Stock Selection and Voting** [40:23] — Brokers will eventually vote on which stocks to include, potentially adding non-stock tokens. The process will be DAO-like, with NFT holders deciding investments.
- **Launchpad Timeline** [41:32] — The launchpad is expected to launch in about nine days. The host plans to have Simple Farmer back for future phases.

### Conclusion

StonkBrokers is an innovative project that combines NFTs with RWAs through a unique AMM, offering deflationary mechanics and community-driven governance. With multiple phases planned, it aims to create a sustainable ecosystem that could redefine NFT utility.

Heat. Heat. [music] a baby. [music]
ain't [music]
lagging? It looks like it's lagging. What is good everybody? Welcome to the stream. Uh, is it lagging? Let me know if it's lagging. Let me switch here. Boom. Is it better? I don't know. It feels slow.
Uh, welcome everybody to the stream. Familiar faces as usual. Love you guys. Familiar faces as usual. Love you guys. Uh, I bet on Anom NFT. Anom NFT would be jokes. Um, that'd be funny actually.
Um, yeah, let's jump right into it as people pull up and then Simple Farmer will be here in He just DM'd me. His laptop is updating. [laughter] So, he'll laptop is updating. [laughter] So, he'll be here in like 10 minutes, he said. Um,
looks good on YouTube. Perfect. Awesome. Uh, GMGM everybody, welcome. Welcome. Um, yeah, let's jump right into it. Uh, starting with Why is this so much to the side? Let me move. Uh, no, actually it's fine. Okay. Uh starting with Robin Hood
chain continuing to do well. We have the pawns token which dipped down to actually let me just share this one second. Simple farmer second. Simple farmer pulling up on stream
comfort. I'm just spamming in Funkari. Sorry TMA. Um yeah, so Robin Hood NFTts were or memecoins were going down. We had a big
dip in the Pawns token all the way down to three million market cap. And then Vlad says like, "Hey, why not both? Why not both? You have memecoins, you have RWAS that are both relevant on their chain. They saw the volume that
wouldn't you want that? Why would you not want that on the chain?" So, uh, they saw the volume, he posts this, and then the Pawns token just starts gigascending, puts in a new all-time high, currently sitting at a $17.5
million market cap. It went all the way to 20. Uh, this is really cool to see. It's based on the volume, right? They are doing buybacks with the token, you want to see. I find there there
aren't that many memes though that are doing crazy numbers. So, I'm like, I would want to see more memes. Imagine when Robin Hood memes really go nuts and they're really pushing uh heavily. Uh so I was checking my my clawude in the
background. Um so I think then it's this thing is probably really going to cook. I don't hold any right and uh maybe I should but at 20 mil I'd rather do other we're going to talk about with Simple Farmer when he gets here. Uh moving on
we have Jimothy on Salana the raccoon. So this is a raccoon that has no spine one just by scrolling. Uh oh, it's cuz I looked up ML MLB Jimothy. Uh so it's a
of looks like this this dog. [laughter] Oh, here he is at the bottom right here. So this is him and uh you know he went vir semiviral on social media. We had
posting this stuff. Major League Baseball they were posting Jimothy like hey do you think it's Jimothy's friends? Um so it it did well. It went all the way to 20 million but then it nuked. I saw a lot of people saying, "Oh, we've
seen this before. Muddang went to 200 million. This one's, you know, 1 billion programmed. It hit 20 and it had dumped." Now, it is starting to make a see what happens. It went all the way to like 6 mil currently at 10. So, maybe it
was a good dip to eat up or, you know, people are just going to move on. Uh, this this is all depending on the virality of Jimy, right? Um, it's actually sending right now. It's doing really well. So, this was the the main
Salana narrative of the weekend. Um, I did see this one Tilly like people were trying to they were trying to find like, you know, deformed deformed dogs and animals and just push their meme coins. So, I saw a few that were popping off.
Um, mutant seems like a slur, bro. [laughter] Yeah. So, this one's Tilly. I think it only hit like 500K. It didn't it didn't only hit like 500K. It didn't it didn't do much. Um, and then what's this next
talk about that after. Uh, so Anom making a nice comeback here. Um, ignore just buying, selling, buying, selling. Um, yeah, Antsome making a nice comeback
at 207 million. Uh, this is really great. You know, it it sucked that it was uh going down. Uh, this and Cash Cat at the same time were both kind of dying and there was a fight between them as they both dip. Anom is really holding up
well. They have a decent amount of supply control, so that's always good. Um, let me just make sure he has the right link. Uh, here's the link just in right link. Uh, here's the link just in case.
Ansom doing well. Uh, really great to see a Salana coin and hopefully they can push it. You know, the whole narrative they were trying to push was um that uh it's going to a billion and then all the Koss were selling, right? There
was the TJR selling, there was Bre selling, which is fine. Taking profits is fine. They're still holding some. So, uh that worked out, but um uh that worked out, but um moving on to NFTs. Today, we have a live
mint that's going to happen during the show. We have Just Tunes minting on Oh, was supposed to mint on Robin Hood. I guess they were just trolling with that. Uh, it's minting on at 11:30 in 23 minutes. Um, so keeping
really see much here. Um, so that's pretty much the the main one I'm going to look at. Uh, it's like $17. I was a bit shocked by the price to be honest. 17 bucks. Um, but hopefully it cooks a lot of eyes on this collection. Uh,
especially people made a lot of money on Stock Brokers. Stomp Brokers actually crushing it. It's half a memecoin or half a token and um NFT. It's like a 404
sort of sort of where you could uh interwap them both together. Uh currently at 11 mil market cap. It went all the way to 15. Frank DGODS just sold that this dip that you see right here. This candle, this is Frank DGO selling
in FOMO app and a bunch of people trailing his sale. So I just bought the trailing his sale. So I just bought the dip. I really wanted to buy uh here last night when it dipped down to seven. I wasn't home. I went to my parents place
uh and and unfortunately I missed the dip and I didn't have any stables in my it was all in my ledger. So I didn't have uh it's team then telegram. What does that mean? So I didn't have the funds on me
should have just sold ETH to buy it because ETH is like a stable coin right now. Um but yeah, hopefully it keeps pushing. Uh, and then we got Simple pushing. Uh, and then we got Simple Farmer about to pull up. Um,
of the project. I know they have a lot cooking. I want to save it for when he gets here. I guess we could also look at the Pump Fund story. Uh, if you didn't see Pump Fund. Let's go look at the price because like Anom started bull
posting Pump Fund. It's up Yeah. 20% in the past 24 hours. Why all of a sudden the past 24 hours. Why all of a sudden is he bull posting it the same way? It got kind of sus. So, I did see this. There's some unlocks happening. So,
There's some unlocks happening. So, that's uh one thing to keep an eye on. He's coming back. Hopefully that doesn't affect his mic. Um,
yeah. Clock in. Let me actually uh this is my first time bringing a guest. over.
[sighs] Yeah, there.
I'm getting static as well. >> Browser. I'll be right back. >> Sure. Sure. Yeah. >> Oh, wait. Is it good now for you? Maybe the audience, but I think it's fine. I think it's fine. Uh, so because
when you speak it's it's very clear. It's just the background. But, uh, no, >> I'm doing well. How about yourself, man? >> I'm good, dude. you could I I was the one weekend I take off this thing Giga
Cooks. Um so congratulations project doing very well. Excited to jump into it. Uh I just want to re I want to post this on X actually. Let me let me get this. Uh but you could you could go ahead and start maybe give us a a quick
intro of Let me get it on screen as well here. Um boom. Oh wait, let me get you. Uh how do I get Oh, replace speaker. Replace speaker. Uh, replace. Boom. Replace in all scenes. There you go. Cool. Uh, so we
got you in both. We got it on screen here. So, yeah, maybe uh kind of walk us project. It's not the first project, right? There was the pixel pups and then right? There was the pixel pups and then there was the the pup cups the the the
pup cup. So, let's let's run through all of this. know fully onchain public transparent building and with each step we're kind
of progressing into better layers of technology. Um we developed the anvil AMM which is that NFT to token and token NFT fractionalization system and then I was just essentially improving it every step along the way. And so I think Stock
Brokers is like V4 essentially. And it it kind of unlocks I think some key features which have led to like major demand for the project especially where I think um crypto people especially are very comfortable getting into RWAS. I
well and now we're seeing stocks as well interested in having their liquidity in in liquid strong stable assets. >> Agreed. Yeah. I had seen there was the project on Robin Hood uh index um that
was also doing stocks. So I I was kind of making the comparison. I made like a comparison especially that it got the really cool. I did I think I did see that um Fern follows the project. That's
why I was seeing like people posting oh Fern follows it. But so yeah, let's was no whitelist. There was no like cabal insider stuff. if you wanted to to previous collections, maybe you could uh tell us the history
of uh of these collections of of Pixel Pups and then uh you also did Pup Cups Pup Cup. I don't maybe there was uh involvement there for whitelist, but uh yeah, just run us through this. Yeah, I mean so I think you know to have a
and you have to have a good distribution obviously and so what we've kind of been doing is aggregating users as we've developed product and so I didn't I don't want to do um paid mints I think that carries a different level of
expectation and it's a different type of thing I just like to build things and essentially said you know hey let's do a burnt mint of the previous collection then if anybody got in on secondary they feel like they're really part of part of
And you know things went really crazy. I think it started around5 to $7. So Pup Cup was our activation for the World Cup itself where we turned NFTs into a prediction market essentially cuz each one of those NFTs actually uh carried
of the World Cup. So they the NFTs were predictions themselves and it was cool and I think people had a lot of fun with it. um you know and but when we said brokers activation obviously with all the heat coming through Robin Hood chain
there was a lot of interest and demand the main thing with fern is you know he ago while Robin Hood chain was still in its test net phase I developed a product I developed the beta version of stock brokers on their test net and entered
into the hackathon that arbitrum one hosted we didn't win the hackathon but because arbitr was actually the judges for that But Adam Fern and Robin Hood fun product they saw on their test net and you know a picture came out on the
timeline and so that that felt like a great moment for me personally and I because we've we had that early attention then people see that hey these guys were pretty early on this chain because I thought Robin Hood chain would
do very well especially considering the distribution that they carry. of people jump on the, you know, the Robin Hood chain train. We're seeing just a ton of like not scam mints, but you know, just DGEN mints happening
every single day. So, it's great that you guys have that history uh already built in and you know, you you were prepped, right? It wasn't a pivot to off. It was like, hey, no, we have uh we've been here and we've been doing
this for months. So, uh yeah, I guess now walk us through what is Stokon is. I have a few posts that I'll pull up maybe even as you're speaking, but um the maybe walk us through the mechanics first. I saw TMA posted a really nice uh
graphic. I guess that's maybe your guys's graphic. >> Yeah, I mean and so this is look to be honest when we talk about the uh clutch team or the song brokers team. It's not a team. It's just myself and the
the graphics for for these things, like I said, we're I call it the laboratory for onchain markets and it's just like one mad scientist trying things. Uh so yeah, this actually carries a little bit of outdated information in terms of the
number of tokens you have to burn to activate the NFTs. But to roll back a little bit, uh the Anvil AMM that we created is essentially like unis swap fractionalization process between an ERC20 and an ERC 721C. So we're getting
404 functionality without being a 404. And that lets us scale properly. Uh, and so my thought process being in NFTs for the past year and a half, I'm not a longtime person in NFTs. I was a DeFi person always, was that NFTTS don't have
their community as well as the quality of the products that they actually push low compared to things like memecoins. while memecoins have excellent excellent accessibility to like centralized exchanges. And so that was one of our
main goals here is that we can use this AMM to fractionalize NFTts but still keep the upside and scalability by keeping it a classic ERC20. And so actually yesterday we saw a centralized exchange um Elbank list stroker
time an NFT is being listed on a centralized exchange where it's not like, you know, Crypto.com just had the pictures you could buy on there. This is actually via the token. And with that, we're gaining accessibility to 99% of
the actual crypto trading audience. And I think that's an absolute gamecher with stock brokers itself. The AMM when you're moving between the NFT and the token and the token, the NFT charges a fee. That fee goes into a pool and then
fee. That fee goes into a pool and then essentially anybody can clock in which essentially anybody can clock in which uh initiates an onchain swap and then distributes the results of that swap which are these stock tokens to all the
people who have activated brokers and the activated brokers are activated when users burn stock broker tokens. So then we get the deflationary aspect as well. So we get buy pressure leading to deflation and we have people who are
chasing this eventual carrot which are these fees generated by the AMM itself. And the results have been great. I think it just passed $100,000 in in stock distributed to users in less than u 72 hours.
>> Yeah, I saw a few people posting uh their their results. Let me pull a few up here. Um oh here he's going over the fees. He shows that he's been distributed some. Also, uh, Tusk here saying I guess he made $2,600, uh, or
made made $600 while I slept. I guess he's up to $2,600, uh, dollars. Do you know on average, uh, I guess how many are activated at the moment of the 4,444? >> Uh, roughly, 1500.
>> Roughly 15. And do you know it's every 4 minutes and 20 seconds, right, that they get a distribution? So my initial plan was to make it every 4 minutes and 20 don't want to run a bot in the background to be doing this when we can
have a fully onchain process and technology that can exist uh externally from any centralized forces. So I think like a founder, a team, a lot of stuff. point of failure. So I decided to turn this into like a fully proprietary
technology and the suite of smart contracts works regardless of if we have our UI or not. if clutch exists or not, this thing will go on forever. It will work forever. And so the change I made
was that I allowed the clockin system, which is that fully permissionless Rather than having it happen every 4 every 10 seconds as long as there's those fees in that pool to be
>> So what are the fees made up of? One of them is every time somebody clocks in, a them is every time somebody clocks in, a portion of that money is is used to buy um stocks. And then whenever somebody swaps, because you could swap from the
NFT to the token, there's like a pool. If we look at the holder distribution, 2,000 right now are in the pool. These are NFTs that I can trade my tokens to >> And then and then I'm able to start because the only way to earn uh stocks
is if I hold the NFT and I clock in. >> That's correct. So, so the people who and more centralized exchange listings, in order to get the utility, they're going to have to clock in and get the NFT and then activate it and burn some
>> Exactly. >> And I mean, it's limited, right? It's >> And I mean, it's limited, right? It's 4,444. At one point, in theory, it could actually earning it. It's it's less than
4,444 because when we burn tokens, uh, those NFTs essentially become locked in itself is deflationary. >> Oh, the NFT as well is deflationary. Interesting. Um, and then is there a swap like if I buy the the token? Is
there a a royalty that goes into uh the pool as well? >> Uh, no, there's not. And the reason for doing that is so previously we had like punk strategy, right? And so that uses an ERC20 with special features on it
used for essentially funding these things. Because we eliminate that and we keep an ERC20, we're able to get listed on centralized exchanges without breaking our process. So the actual fee generation comes from
the AMM which is the NFT to token process. And that is just phase one. We still have three more phases to keep those fees going uh even if if volume it's one of the biggest criticisms people were because everybody's saying,
"Oh, one imagine one punkster gets listed here." And it's like that's bad. That's bad for the token. The whole flywheel just broke as you're getting listings and it's going more mainstream. Uh so that's a very good point. Uh so
the first right now the fees are from like you just said when you swap the tokens into the NFT or when you clock in and now you said there's there's three phase. I believe the next one is a launchpad.
worked at APco so I have kind of internal experience in the industry as well. And what I noticed is that we have essentially become like onchain corporations like pump fund for example.
great technology. They've had great success. But because of their fee structure, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars gets extracted that would probably otherwise be liquidity that's on chain essentially goes to this
company, you know, that's liquidating to fund their operations. My thought technologies be fully onchain and permissionless and then if we can have essentially the marketers be the NFT
more successful launchpad. So phase two is this launchpad that's collectively owned by all of the brokers. They're kind of the curators and the fees from that launchpad are going to power additional uh stock distributions.
And what are the fees like 1%? Uh >> yeah, I mean so what you would otherwise get that are classic like creator fees and the fees that launchpads have for token launches. I don't want to divulge all the details, but those will go into
customizable launches. They're not going to be all bond and curve based. >> Okay. Okay. Are you doing like dynamic fees sort of like uh as the market cap you don't want to say you said you don't want to dulge too much. Yeah, I don't
want to divulge too much because we're going to have um ERC20s that come out of this process that work in a completely different way. We're going to have tokens that are gamified in and of itself and our new technologies kind of
like stock brokers are. So the first couple launches especially I think on lucrative and interesting because it's going to be >> you know not a strategy token different more additional gamified ERC20s
>> and so people will be able to launch something similar to ston brokers where there's an NFT there's utility attached to it where they could do airdrop like you're giving them the whole tech >> no so you can already do that on ETH
mainet uh with the anvil and so you can fractionalize your NFT you can activate it in the anvil and get that full utility suite with but it's different. It's based around staking instead of the the stock RWA distribution system.
>> So that is going to stay unique to stock brokers. But what we're going to do is you're going to have like classic memecoin type bonding curve launches. You're going to have launches where you can add um like attacks to the token and
fees. There's something else too which I think is going to be really interesting and cool that we've never seen before in the space that I don't want to give away just yet. Um, and we're also going to have a system where when you deploy a
memecoin, you can instantly get a staking pool for it. And that staking pool is going to be based around the LP fees on the token. So then you have kind of like a DeFi utility suite attached to the memecoin which would give it way
more longevity and and users more incentive to hold that um token itself. >> How do you feel about right now there's like a a launchpad war we can call it going on. Noxa just closed shop. I don't know if we ever got the official reason.
I heard there was fights between the team and like a dev controlled things shut things off. That seems to be what it is. Um and now there's the biggest one I believe is pawns at the moment. and it's sitting at uh 17 mil. Hit a new
all-time high last night as things picked up. Uh and then there's think about this launchpad? Personally, I think most people don't care which Like they just want things to go up. Uh what do you how do you feel about the
number of launchpads now that are trying to come and eat the lunch of of Noxa now day. Like who wouldn't want to take that market? is good. competition will lead the industry to creating better products.
That's how capitalism works, right? Um I think it's important that whichever launchpad becomes the most successful, it's one that isn't extractive. tragedy of the commons type situation where we're over fishing this lake
because it's still a limited amount of liquidity and users pretty hard to get on chain. uh still and until we improve that process, we need to have hyperefficient launchpads that really recirculate liquidity more to to the
community to the trenches themselves to be sustainable so that we can continue that that process. But I think, you know, I think they're all interesting. I we're doing with the Ston Launchpad because we have a lot of
customizability, but also because those NFT holders kind of become the curators of the trenches essentially. And that that communityowned aspect having a fully onchain permissionless technology is I think the actual future
of crypto and what this this technology was designed for in the first place. >> Uh we have a lot of a lot of support in the comments. I will say a lot of a lot of holders uh captain saying he holds the the the puppies NFT but he didn't
burn it. He he he got cooked. Uh somebody asking if we can go over the you just go on the website and like you click a few buttons and it it work like >> Yeah. So when you clock in you're essentially paying the fees that
initiate the swap between the ETH in the pool and the stock tokens and you're also paying the fees that um you pay the gas fees to essentially distribute the to the community and you're paying like 20 cents to distribute what's usually a
couple thousand dollars worth of fees to everybody who has activated brokers. And actually not being distributed to the users wallets, but they're being users wallets, but they're being distributed to uh the wallets of the
brokers themselves because the brokers have tokenbound accounts. >> Got it. Okay. And then so the the stocks are attached to my NFTs account, but I Like I could sell the stocks and take the money at any point. And then what if
I don't what if I didn't sell the stocks and I sell my NFT or I swap it into the token? What happens to those stocks? Yeah, they carry with the NFT. So, this is the first instance of NFTs having RWAS attached to them.
>> So, I could potentially snipe off the floor an NFT that has like $10,000 of realize that. understand, of course, what they're doing and I'm sure there'll be instances
>> where that happens. I think >> I think you know long term it becomes interesting because then the asset itself becomes a hedge against crypto. Um, you know, RWAS are significant. you know, Amazon,
Apple, these companies will probably last for a really long time. We could get to an instance just theoretically, let's say ETH went down to like $10. right? It'd be really tough. Technically, a stock broker could still
still holding, you know, thousands of dollars worth of stock in its wallet. time because if we look at, you know, the value of of stocks over time, it has been significant increases. So, I think that gives that, you know, unique
feature really to the NFTs and the clockin process. itself is is a You're so you're sitting here, you're watching these fees and it's like somebody's got to go clock in. Somebody has to go clock in. That process itself
activates the community and kind of reminds them to bag work. everyone. >> That's right. >> So, but they're burning money. >> They're burning gas fees essentially on
>> Okay. Yeah, I'm not I don't have to spend uh the original clock in it was 6,000 tokens. >> That's for the activation of the of the >> for just a one time, >> right? But that activation doesn't carry
with the NFT. So then you get a really interesting long-term flywheel in that say you have like a tier three broker and we gave them like levels like floor manager, analyst, etc. partner, um that doesn't carry if you sell it. So if you
transfer the NFT any time that gets erased. So, what that means is every wants to participate in the flywheel, we get more deflation on the token and the >> Yeah, they have to they have to clock in. I saw here the maybe I'll zoom in to
in. Um, so there's different levels. There's I guess infinite levels, but they get pretty expensive. What's the highest level somebody has actually >> Yeah, so this infographic is a little outdated for the multipliers and the
>> the highest level people have clocked into is partner tier and that's where you get a 3.33x multiplier on your reward. So you're getting a larger distribution share of the fees generated by the protocol.
the fees generated by the protocol. >> And how many tokens is that for a 3.3 >> uh so it's essentially I you're going to make me do math. It's three times more than it is to just get a regular NFT purchase. So you're getting 10% more
additional brokers. >> Okay. Okay. It's 1.8 uh million roughly. >> Got you. So it's Yeah, it's the price of buying three off the floor. So it's a
constantly changing price. >> No, the price that price of activation stays stable, but the value of that activation increases because it it moves with the price of the NFT itself. >> Gotcha. Okay. Uh and then you also you
said so there's four phases. So the first one is this, the second one is a phases after that? After that, we're actually going to have a V-Ex. So, kind of our own version of Aer Drrome. And so, I think that's going to be cool
because that gives utility to the token itself. The token becomes the voting power where you vote on which LP pools are boosted for incentivization. Uh, and with a drone and especially on high volume chains, VEX's, Launchpads. I
mean, these are the protocols that make the most revenue. And our main goal is revenue bootstrapped for the NFT community who has activated brokers. >> the fourth phase is decentralized options. And so these brokers actually
give activation to those stock tokens themselves so that you can earn revenue assets that are held in your wallet. And so what you'll be able to do is you'll be able to deposit your stock tokens either above the price of the stock or
below the price of the stock. And then people will have the option to purchase the rights to your stock depending on how the price fluctuates. >> Uh you'll actually earn premiums. So you'll earn passive income essentially
>> Yeah. I've never I've traded options. I've never done uh the method you're describing where like you loan I I forget the terms, but it's like yeah, between. Uh that's that's super interesting. Um Robin Hood does have a
big focus on RBWA. Obviously, they're embracing memes. They're seeing the volume. like why would they not encourage that on their chain? Uh so it's really cool. Um and you guys already have the relationship. I mean I
here. Are you guys in talks at all with Robin Hood team? Like have they looked you? Because this is what you're doing is very cool. I think NFTs in general maybe don't have the best look or definitely don't have the best best look
actually building real tech. This is not like a DGEN project. there's something legitimate behind this and a lot of value in these NFTts. So, yeah, what's the relationship with the Robin team? >> Yeah, I mean, I think it's positive. You
talking about or what they're doing internally. I know they have a really large crypto team like comparatively to other chains, maybe the largest >> force of employees. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are some people at
Robin Hood who are in the project you know but uh you know I've spoken to Fern both before he worked at Robin Hood and after and he's always been really positive about you know building and developing in the space and I speak to
the team at arbitr a lot and Robin a chain is an arbitr two uh I speak to of support from people like their community managers they've known me for a long time and I've met them personally too so positive I would say um nothing
that I can that I can state that is like some type of form of alpha and this it's experimental software so not financial advice with everything I'm saying I would say the main thing cryptogill is to think about is with
this with song brokers we're not really trying to become like another onchain company what I'm trying to do is create inventions essentially and so it's it's less like we're trying to become Volvo more like we're just trying to invent
the car itself M and then let the product and the fee structure within the product and those smart contracts scale on its own. So everything we deploy will be something that will be able to exist on blockchain forever regardless of what
on blockchain forever regardless of what happens with clutch markets or myself. >> Yeah, that's right. >> That's great. Do you plan on scaling? I mean, shout out to you. TMA uh had DM'd he DM'd us all about it. Uh and he even
said he said you're like an insanely hard worker. He mentioned you're a oneman team. Uh so a lot of love from TMA and he cooked on this so so welld deserved. He's still holding a huge I think he has like 30 or something like
that. So GG u do you plan on scaling the team like where do you go from here? >> Yeah so I have uh partners that are called board council for clutch markets itself as a whole for like anything that we develop. Um and one of them is his
name's Ernest Lee. actually a lawyer as well and he's very much focused on like how to the legality behind royalty distributions for NFT holders and stuff >> So I think that's like a really positive facet we have for when we scale if if we
do want to go that route. >> But my preference is honestly to keep aggregating value and creating that value through technology instead of the classic roots like IP or or things you've seen other corporations do. So
much less like, like I said, much less like Pudgy Penguins and more like crypto >> Yeah. I mean, you have the whole DeFi element behind it, too, which which is very cool. Um, the whole stock I guess it doesn't count as royalties or
dividends or anything that you guys are handing out stocks. tokens themselves aren't actual stocks. They're a proxy for stocks that exist on Robin Hood chains L2. And then the process that we're using is like an NFT
being rewarded based on AMM fees. And so that actually works exactly like unis revenue. Those have existed for a long time. That's what an LP position is. >> So I don't know you know what that all means in the larger scope of things.
Stock tokens are super super new. Uh you know what I recommend is that for people if you're in a jurisdiction where that might not be allowed, avoid it. Don't do it right. Be smart. Um, and also the
process of the tokens being converted into stock tokens is also anybody in the community calls. It's not something that we do as a protocol. contract. Whoever wants to can do that at any time. And then the last layer is
technically you could be receiving stock tokens and you're receiving them to not your wallet but the NFT's wallet itself. So, I guess unless you withdraw, and I'm speculation, but I guess unless you withdraw your stock coins from your NFT
to your own wallet address, you're probably in that weird gray area that nobody knows what to do with because the technology and the law structure hasn't >> Yeah, I mean, we have everybody's
there'll be something in there on DeFi and and how all this stuff works. But, um, really great project, dude. This is really cool. uh probably the the most in NFTs. I'm seeing like even Anom
posted like are NFTs back? I'm seeing a lot of people who declared NFTs dead. They were even trolling like you know me and some of the other guys who stayed in NFTs and now they're all posting like their screenshots and everything of the
everybody coming back which I welcome them. We we need more people in NFTs in this space. Um project doing great. I top blasted yesterday uh and and it more of this morning. There was a dip. I saw some big names. You know, everybody
then everybody just dumps with it. So, I I bought the dip. Um yeah, looking to support. Like, you're a very humble guy. You're a hard worker. I saw you DM me. I'm so sad that I missed that DM. Um so, dude, I wish you all the success. Is
audience with? >> No, I just appreciate you. Uh you know, I appreciate you getting back to me. I was trying to get early with people who because I think marketing is important
think hopefully people like you, you know, like TMA, uh, more people who are great creators, you know, Anom as well, we can all hold these NFTs, we can become the people who run the trenches essentially from NFTTS to tokens with
the launchpad as well. So hopefully that scalability is permissionless and decentralized as well. That's the ultimate goal. Amazing. Uh there's one Wasn't it said that projects created by Clutch would eventually flow back to K9
Stonk? Uh what what is K9? >> So remember, we've done this we've never done it with RWAS. And so we've been iterating. So you can think about Song Brokers like Anvil 4.0. Essentially, uh K9 was the
fractionalization token for the Pixel Popups NFT collection. I think a lot of essentially purchase the low market cap token and they're trying to hope that I that I shill it on a on a stream and you know I'm not going to do that because
that's not the point. >> The people who held Pixel Pops who were staking got a free minute allocation for a stock. realized wait he's actually just trying to pump the coin. My bad. Um no
that's what happens also with these projects. Like I think a lot of people works immediately and then you do that for the rest of your life. Whereas nowhere in the world like how think how many jobs you've had in in in web 2. You
working at a fast food joint, you're not working there your whole life. And people seem to have this expectation that just because you launch something only way to learn is by experiencing different things. Even me as a YouTuber,
I started off making, you know, exchange reviews and then I went into NFTTS. it evolves over time. So, um it's really cool that you got here and honestly amazing project and I look forward to seeing the future of it. I'll be here to
joining on the stream today. >> Yeah, I appreciate you gorilla. Thanks also what you said, look man, this is crypto like this is the attention cycle. I think there is a benefit to being part of a project ecosystem that can always
is hot and continue to develop new technologies. And then like I said, when you participate, we that's how we monitor smart contracts to figure out who's going to be our allocations for whatever free mint or whatever we may
happen three or four years from now. But what is definitely going to be true is to work with. And so Stock Brokers is something that we put together using the stock tokens. And I imagine a couple years from now that'll keep getting
better and better. And so we're just going to keep developing great products. guys went with three. You went with Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla. Why those three? And then are you ever going to go in like commodities, oil, gold, stuff
like that? >> So uh Apple, Amazon, and Nvidia actually. And what I would love to add to part of the process and it we have this malleability is that eventually the brokers can choose which stocks they
would prefer. And then maybe sometimes we'll even allow users to choose a ston which would be like a token that's not a actual uh stock. And then at that point >> oh man the ston brokers just selected that they're going to use their fees to
coin? I think that's such a fun experiment and social experiment that >> and that'll be like a voting process like a DAO type of thing. >> Uh so it's going to be like an NFT based process where the the users who have the
activated brokers or essentially employed brokers are working like a firm what they think is is the most bullish investment for their fee structure. >> Very cool. Yeah, that sounds really great. Um awesome. Yeah. So yeah, I'll
let you go. I appreciate you you joining. Uh I'll post probably just this without the beginning so people could see uh just you joining us on stage. back maybe when you launch the la What's the timeline of the launchpad?
nine days here. >> Oh wow. Very soon. Okay great. Uh so yeah maybe as the future phases launch project. We'd love to have you back and yeah appreciate you.
>> Thank you sir. >> Take care. Bye.

everybody. Yo, a thousand viewers this stream. That's crazy. I mean, not like Uh, can someone explain the 67 thing? Haha, it's been a year. I'm trying to understand the Reddit trenches. 67 is from a song. I forget the guy's name,
but uh, are you a singer? Uh, wait, let me um it's just in the in the song he goes six, seven and for some reason like it really caught on to kids. Kids really liked it and they kept saying it and
why where this comes from. Okay, I have no idea. I'm a boomer. And then uh yeah, it's some spell, bro. That's what I think it is. It's some spell that is
casted on all of us. Whenever whenever I'm saying it, I'm like casting it. Um, are you a singer? Your voice. Oh my god. Thank you. Appreciate that. I'm not, but I love to sing. I love to rap. I love to sing. I remember lyrics very
speak Spanish, but I could sing the intro of Narcos, like almost word per intro of Narcos, like almost word per word, or I think word per word. Um,
singing to the next level. like learn how to get my vocals out and like you're supposed to position your chest and breathe a certain way. I've debated taking actual lessons to to be really good at singing because I do enjoy
singing a lot. Um yeah, and then you know when I was I played drums, guitar, piano, I was I have I have a musical ear. I will say have I have a musical ear. I will say that. Um yeah, but yes, appreciate
everybody. Thank you for pulling up doo. Um, going to end it here. Thank you. Last time I closed too fast for my chest bomb.
