## Summary

This video reveals a four-step system for building a faceless YouTube channel that can generate over $100,000 per month using AI tools. The creator emphasizes niche selection, channel optimization, content automation with TubeGen AI, and outsourcing to scale.

### Key Points

- **Six-Figure YouTube Channel** [00:01] — The creator built a channel making $101,417 with no team, no face, using AI automation.
- **Niche Format Strategy** [00:16] — Choosing the right niche format is crucial; it determines RPM ($2 to $20 per 1,000 views) and algorithm success.
- **Finding Profitable Niches** [01:24] — Use TubeGen to find channels that blew up within the last two weeks, indicating validated demand and low competition.
- **RPM and Audience** [02:57] — RPM depends on audience age and niche; finance pays highest, avoid low RPM niches like kids content.
- **Niche Bending** [03:37] — Adapt successful formats to new topics (e.g., 'your life as' from animals to professions) to reduce competition.
- **Channel Optimization** [04:29] — Proper settings (not made for kids, country, tags, auto-dubbing, clips) signal quality to YouTube.
- **Aged YouTube Account** [06:04] — Use an aged account with watch history to prove you're not a bot, improving first video push.
- **Content Automation with TubeGen** [07:40] — TubeGen automates scripting, voiceover (11 Labs), and visuals, reducing video creation to ~17 minutes.
- **Outsourcing via Discord** [14:08] — Use Creative Hub Discord to hire editors for $5-$6 per minute, scaling production without personal effort.
- **Upload and End Screens** [15:29] — Add end screens and cards to increase watch time and cross-promote videos.

### Conclusion

By following this four-step system—niche selection, channel setup, AI automation, and outsourcing—anyone can build a faceless YouTube channel generating six figures monthly.

showing $101,417 with YouTube automation. And what's wild is I built this YouTube channel with no team without showing my face only using and by far this is the easiest time to start making six figures with YouTube.
exactly how I built this channel and work. Let's get into it. The first step to building a channel that could potentially make $100,000 a month is picking the right niche format. Because
YouTube. It could be filmed in IMAX with a perfect personality, perfect quality, YouTube won't pick it up. The channel will not grow and in return I'll receive no views and no money. But choosing the right niche goes way beyond just picking
strategy behind it. I think the best way to guarantee success with YouTube is works. And so much of that is dependent on the niche. Say there's a topic that you don't necessarily know how to package that information for the YouTube
algorithm. I wouldn't recommend starting a channel like that. When you find a of what [music] makes that channel work. Which this isn't just a niche, this is the niche format. And keep in mind the niche you pick determines RPM, which
views. Pick the wrong niche you could be making $2 per a thousand views, pick the right one you could be making $20 per a thousand views. And most beginners pick low value. The secret is finding channels that have blown up within the
last two weeks because that means the demand is validated and the competition is low. And in 2026 finding a profitable high RPM niche is easier than it's ever been. Every time I blow up an AI channel and want to launch another I don't waste
hours researching and testing new ideas. I literally just open TubeGen and in seconds I can visually spot channels that are exploding right now. I'm under search for faceless channels that are long form and English that average over
5,000 views made within the last 90 days. And I can scroll through and see all of these brand new channels that are blowing up. I personally avoid anything that looks too kid because that's going to be a really low RPM. Also avoid
geopolitical politics or anything that can get you banned because I like to don't do anything that's too sexually explicit that is a no-go. And just after this video that was uploaded seven days ago that has almost 400,000 views. Their
first video didn't pop off but their second one is doing really good. This is the video that's doing way better than the average. Also found another banger niche and it seems like they did a pivot. Every excavator explains big
interesting is the first four videos did absolutely terrible but they didn't give up. They went into a good niche and guess what? Now they're doing great. And are looking for. When you see a channel that's barely getting any views and then
it has a video explode that is your sign that something is going right. And I just make a Google Docs and I just take at least five to 10 niches and I all put them in one page. And then I wager which one I like the most. And of course I
think about the RPM, again how much it's going to make per a thousand views. I the audience. If you have a younger audience your RPM is going to be lower, going to be higher. Always think about who is watching videos like these. If
equipment or fishing it's going to be an older audience. Also think about the videos. The finance niche pays the most because people who are watching finance average. That's how advertisers pay YouTube. And again stay away from
controversial topics. So once you have your niche list compiled identify first the channel that has the most momentum. That also has low competition and a you're going to be looking for. And the cherry on top is thinking about how you
can niche bend that channel. An example of niche bending is taking a channel like this that only talks about cats and making it about dogs. So I take a look sleeps if you they're trying to tell you this. You recreate the same video but
you talk about dogs or you talk about birds or you talk about guinea pigs or you talk about rabbits, any pet. Here's another OG example, this channel talks Your life as a gorilla, your life as a snow leopard, your life as a orca. This
is the original channel that pretty much started the whole your life as format. animals to people. So we have your life as every rank in the Italian Mafia. We have people talking about YouTubers, your life as IShowSpeed. You could do
anything. That's why it's so good to find so many outlier channels that are copying and going into their niche you should niche bend. So now you know how I you how I set up channels. You may not think this is important because you're
YouTube channel. What most people don't realize is proper optimization makes YouTube push out your content. And I've seen channels with amazing videos get their channel settings were misconfigured from day one. First is
make sure that you never have on made for kids. Even if you are making kids videos make sure that this is turned off. If YouTube asks you for alter content press no. And as far as basic info people forget to set this up a lot
the country that you're living in and you are adding keywords. Think of So if I'm doing a finance channel I would use tags like investing, finance, money, things like that. Now go over to your advanced settings. Make sure again
this is always off. And as far as the automatic captions turn on auto dubbing, allow your content to be seen in other languages. Make sure clips are on. Make sure YouTube can enhance your visual and audio quality. This is telling YouTube
that yes you're making a high quality content video. And for the description the format that I like to use is title, paragraph, hashtags. So if the title of the video is your life as a brain surgeon I could use ChatGPT, VidIQ,
TubeGen. I gave ChatGPT the prompt I'm making a video called your life as a description for the video to put underneath. Make it filled with keywords. And I could just take this and I would just copy this into the
hashtags as my competitors which would be POV your life as doctor. So this is would look like. You can also go to the create video section on TubeGen it can soundtrack, visuals and all that fun stuff. You put in the title and it does
that you should do for your channel that's completely outside of this and typically recommend using an aged YouTube account. An aged YouTube account Account that you've probably [music] used for a couple years. You can delete
uploaded some or even private them. But prove to YouTube that you're not a robot just start watching videos in your spend like 20 minutes today just watching YouTube videos, interacting,
not a bot so they can push out that first video. A lot of people are in a out and they miss out on it. So please make sure you do all of these steps, it looks at absolutely everything. Your country, your tags, your description,
the scripts of your video, all of it is taken into consideration when I think yes important. I also recommend getting the extension VidIQ. This is the number one tool for YouTube. This is going to allow you to see outlier videos and it
will give you an estimate on how many views the channel is getting a week. It little bit inaccurate and it will give you similar channels and stuff like that. So I definitely 100% recommend getting VidIQ. I just want to intercept
for a second and just emphasize again how easy it is to make over $10,000 a works not just for me but for everyone because I've shared this same system community. I've helped people like Eddie make over $90,000 on their first AI
started a month ago and is already making $23,000 in his first month using this exact same system. So if you're interested in seeing these same results for yourself and want to learn my exact faceless YouTube systems click the link
community. But yeah, back to the YouTube. Now that your channel is set up actually makes this a hands-off business. It is the content automation. automate content creation completely with TubeGen AI. And I'm going to show
biggest bottlenecks for YouTube is scripting, voice acting, and visuals. a full team to do everything for you or you needed 20 plus hours of work a week.
Again that's just for a single video. But today AI is what smart creators are And they are literally outperforming their competition with just AI videos. leverage with YouTube is not just by having one channel that makes you money,
one channel can make you 4,000, another one can make you 20,000, another one can make you 8,000 you are compiling an empire of YouTube. Do you understand how expensive it is to run that many channels if you're paying people for
expensive. I would know. I'm going to show you the two ways that I am making these videos with just very little work. So the two biggest things that you're voiceover. So I'm going to head over to TubeGen AI and I'm going to go over to
create style. Now what I'm about to create is a template that I can use to make YouTube videos with accurate scripts and voiceovers. Pretty much this with the same quality. For an example let's use a your life as channel. This
channels that we've been talking about. And I'm just going to copy this video, will do this video as well because it has 2.6 million views. Copy this over here. And I'm just copying people who
me. That's the only thing that I'm doing. So we'll copy this one as well. So boom, there we go our POV style or your life as. That's what we'll call it. TubeGen's going to do is going to analyze the script of all these videos
so it can make it in that exact same style. It is taking the scripts of four good just to match that same style. We can also change the word count and video is going to be. I usually say about 1,600 but since it's just a demo
we will do a quick little 400 for this. I always set the language to English and we can pick any voiceover from 11 Labs. 11 Labs literally has the best voiceover we can literally pick anything. And we can even clone any voice that we'd like
The only thing you have to do is talk like 2 minutes, I think, and you can get right here. And then we have some other settings for the scripts. So, I usually of make the voiceover a little faster sometimes because it can be a bit slow.
For the visuals, we can choose any style that we'd like. I love to choose the POV are getting into. And we can choose if we just want images, if we want it animated, if we want to be rolls, and all of this stuff. I definitely make it
I do the best quality. That's just me personally. And if there's anything else in additional context as well. But typically, this will get the video done. And even 3D renders are available as well. So yes, this is our POV test. I
will create a style now. While it's waiting, again, it is breaking down all of the styles of the videos, so you can make one for yourself. Now we go over to the style that we just created. And now, here's what's great. If you wanted to
generate brand new video ideas, you could just press generate from style. down the most successful videos and all of the examples that you gave it and ideas. This is amazing. But I'm not going to use any of these. I'm just
going to go straight to the script. You can type this to be anything you'd like. I'm going to use that same example that we did earlier. Your life as a brain want to really accurate scripts. Most of the times, it's not necessary. And watch
and look at how fast we get a full This is amazing. You're 28 and your drill hums like a wasp trapped Oh my This is amazing. Super fire scripts,
super optimized scripts, 100% in second person. I think this is probably one of the best things. And this is only 391 words again because this is a tester and credits. If we go over to voiceover, again, we can pick any voice that we'd
generate and we're going to use the Tyler voice. You're 28 and your hands are inside someone's skull. The drill hums like a wasp trapped in glass. Very good, high-quality voiceover. I love it. I love it. Now we can start working on
our quick video. Sometimes I like to add characters depending on the type of this character. We'll call him doctor. This is the description that I quickly And now let's just add a character and see what it comes up with. Again, you
know, put in your own character. Then TubeGen can make it for you. You can also submit a picture if you wanted that character consistency as well. And just, you know, the animated videos as well. The your life as There's so many
get into. I'm doing this one because this one's extremely popular and a lot of people want animation more than anything else because getting, you know, drawn-looking images is really expensive. Okay, there we go. There's
in every image and now we can generate our prompts. All right, it says it's almost done with our preview. So our images are still generating, but as we can see, we see that all of the scenes are broken down. And how they actually
get these scenes is by breaking down the script. They break down the scripts into parts and then create an image for them. So yes, the breakdown looks good. Now we just press generate all images. Okay, now we have all of our images done and
take a look at this character consistency. This looks really good. Really, really good, actually. I just love TubeGen. This is so much easier do this yourself. And now we can press animate all images. I personally only
animate images that are longer than 4 seconds. Okay, all of the animations are now done and look at this. This looks so good. This looks so good. Even the brain adjustments on any of this, you 100% can. All you have to do is press
anything that you want to change, you could change it here. This is one of the best ways to tell storytelling in 2026. Again, this used to cost so much money. go over to the video editing section, we can see the entire video laid out for us
right here. You can do all of the editing built in, even soundtracks. This is actually fire. Again, this isn't for just small stick figure animations. You can do the same thing with 3D animations. This entire video took me 17
minutes to make. And also, let's not forget, if you want thumbnails, I can from people in my style. I just say generate and then just a few minutes, we to make other split tests, we could as well. This one seems pretty good. And if
to do like that, we could do that as well. Now, there is another way to do this. There's a Discord server that I like to use for services called Creative Hub. So I use this Discord. I create a job listing for video editing, graphic
I didn't even want to make that video, I would pay someone to make it for me. And generally, these videos are going to cost about $5 to $6 per minute. You get little bit more cool stuff you can do to it. And so all I would do is I would
description of, you know, what I'm looking for. I always give an example, ask for a portfolio, and tell them how frequently I would want work. I find you can find editors is just by outsourcing through a Discord server.
You're also welcome to use Fiverr or Upwork, anything as long as it gets the TubeGen. The end result is the only thing that matters. So I have the video uploaded on YouTube. I have the title, of course. And sometimes vidIQ will
go with these. I just don't like them. For the description, I do use vidIQ sometimes or ChatGPT or TubeGen, like I said. It's just really important that it has these keywords and vidIQ highlights that for you. And I put the title at the
it for not made for kids. That is super important. Never do that. And as far as video tags, sometimes I don't even add video tags. If it's a brand new channel, only thing I do is just add some thumbnails and we are set. Wait, wait,
we're not set yet. Under the video elements section, we should have added screens. So when you press add, click any of these elements to add here at the a subscribe button or another one of your videos. The best way to perform
someone watch one video, but watch multiple of your videos and end screens someone liked your video so much that they watched it all the way to the end, one is pretty high. You upload that video and now you just wait. That's the
exact four-step system that I used to make $101,000 you do want to test out TubeGen for yourself, there is going to be a link some speculation. TubeGen is not my software. My business partner actually
or anything. You wanted to know how I did it. This is how I did it. But if you want some additional help or you want me to guide you, you can apply for helped students go from complete beginners to making well over six
help you do the same. So get on the description and thanks for watching.
