[00:00] if you're a streamer on Twitch that wants to make&nbsp; more money which means you're gonna start reaching&nbsp;&nbsp; out to Brands and sponsorships starting July 1st&nbsp; 2023 any content you produce while you're working&nbsp;&nbsp; with a brand or sponsorship needs to be labeled&nbsp; as branded content lucky for you I'm going to show&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:15] you exactly what qualifies for Branded content the&nbsp; small nuances and how easy it is to divulge this&nbsp;&nbsp; information so that way you're safe on Twitch here&nbsp; we go what is up all you awesome twitch streamers&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:27] while I'm here making them bigger and better&nbsp; with everything twitch and when it comes to&nbsp;&nbsp; branded content and paid promotions that's the New&nbsp; World Order you're gonna see that everywhere and&nbsp;&nbsp; starting July 1st 2023 twitch is going to enforce&nbsp; it when it comes to what is branded content and&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:41] what is not branded content I already did a video&nbsp; on that and you can check that out in the top&nbsp;&nbsp; right corner or in the video description however&nbsp; there are nuances when it comes to products and&nbsp;&nbsp; sponsorships because a lot of streamers out&nbsp; there have long lasting relationships with&nbsp;&nbsp;
[00:55] certain brands and services and it makes it okay&nbsp; to show those things off to an extent and those&nbsp;&nbsp; things that kind of Slide by Under The Radar&nbsp; are the fact that if you have an offline page&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:07] that has panels promoting a brand or sponsorship&nbsp; that's allowed you have merchandise memorabilia&nbsp;&nbsp; or products in your camera view but are not being&nbsp; paid to actively discuss or to promote them that&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:19] is allowed hence the strategically placed Elgato&nbsp; boxes and products that I have around here that's&nbsp;&nbsp; perfectly fine you or your mods share affiliate&nbsp; links in response to questions from the community&nbsp;&nbsp; that is perfectly fine you mention a sponsor in&nbsp; passing but are not actively promoting the product&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:36] or service in exchange for payment once again that&nbsp; is perfectly fine so those are the little nuances&nbsp;&nbsp; when it comes to branded content along with that&nbsp; other video that I've mentioned beforehand once&nbsp;&nbsp;
[01:49] you know that you're going to work with a brand&nbsp; you have to do two things before you actually&nbsp;&nbsp; start streaming on Twitch to protect you as well&nbsp; as the other parties in your community and that&nbsp;&nbsp; is making sure that that brand Falls within the&nbsp; community guidelines and policies of twitch and&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:05] which goes over entirely once you know that the&nbsp; brand is okay to start streaming on Twitch for&nbsp;&nbsp; a paid promotion or sponsorship or whatever&nbsp; it is next you need to disclose that before&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:19] you hit that go live button and twitch makes this&nbsp; extremely easy in fact when you go to your Twitch&nbsp;&nbsp; dashboard there and you go to the edit stream&nbsp; almost the last option there is basically clicking&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:31] on a button that shows that you're working with&nbsp; a brand and you're disclosing the information so&nbsp;&nbsp; when you start streaming and somebody goes into&nbsp; your stream one of those boxes that you've always&nbsp;&nbsp; seen on a YouTube video or even a commercial will&nbsp; pop up in the top Corner saying that if you have&nbsp;&nbsp;
[02:47] a paid promotion or you're being sponsored yeah&nbsp; kind of like that right there makes it nice and&nbsp;&nbsp; simple this way it protects you protects the brand&nbsp; protects twitch protects your community and best&nbsp;&nbsp; of all hey you start making money disclosing your&nbsp; streams are going to be a must like I said on July&nbsp;&nbsp;
[03:05] 1st 2023 so make sure you get into the habit of&nbsp; doing this with the brands that you're working&nbsp;&nbsp; with so you're protected and don't get any strikes&nbsp; on yourself now when it comes to reaching out and&nbsp;&nbsp; working with Brands and more importantly start&nbsp; making some money while you're live streaming on&nbsp;&nbsp;
