I had months where we didn't make any revenue also. I was not able to spend money on rent and visa and there was no savings also. I think just after I quit my job, like after 3 or 4 months, the revenue was very low.
2 clients out of 3 left. So I think I had a rent of 15,000 at that time, the rest of the expenses were 10,000. And I was getting 25,000, like a client of 50,000.
It also comes with TDS cut. So 45,000 divided by two partners, that was 22.5. My expense was 25,000. So basically my upper part. But never gave up. I mean, it was getting better. You know, he served one client well.

But brother, you have seen 3-4 years before that what was the scene. Something I have not told on my videos is, when I took a job of 15,000 with Ranveer, my rent was 12,000 rupees and the expenses from above.
And in travelling, 3000 rupees. Daily I used to go to office. So 3000 rupees was the monthly pass of local train in Mumbai. So that happened. So 15,000 went there only. The rest of the expenses went out. Let's say food and all went out somewhere.
So that money I took from savings and borrowed from my dad. And after that time I came out of college. So why am I taking money from my dad?
But my dad was generous enough to say that it's only 10,000. Take it, no problem. So that's it. But people don't have to do that. People don't want to go through that low phase.
They just want to come straight to 1,50,000 a month. But that's not how it is. So, it happens many times that if I am living abroad or if I have a job of Rs. 15,000 and my rent is Rs. 20,000,
then many people refuse to pay rent. Many people say that they will not go to England, they will not get so much. So, why did you think that even if I have to apply for it with my own debt, I will still do that? Because I saw that if I work with Ranveer and I am taking any experience, it will be useful to me somewhere.
I just spotted that social media is going to be a big thing. And this is about 2021. And how did you know that social media is going to be so big? I don't know. I mean, that was just a feeling from inside.
I was just spending more time on social media. Earlier we used to watch movies, TV, Netflix, etc. It used to be a little more Amazon. But then I mostly started spending time on social media myself.
And people also started doing it. I think when Rangir was there, people were even talking about him. That look, there is a YouTuber by the name of D-Unique. Mumbai Sir Nikhil is there. So all those people started talking about him.
Bhuvan Bam was there before. So from there I saw that people are getting mainstream light from all of this. So there is something here.
I didn't know exactly what is there. But I just saw that there is something. And I was also seeing other YouTubers like Jake Paul, Logan Paul and all those who were obviously very big. So I saw that if something is happening outside and if he is coming here and that scene is visible here too.
So I just had a gut feeling that this is going to be big. So I just told my parents that give me three months, I will do this job worth 15,000 and then we will see. If it doesn't happen, I will come back home. That's how far we had gone.
But thankfully, after 15,000, which was 3 months, Ranveer asked me to stay with him and give him an increment. So technically that was a good promotion.
So then there was no need to go home. So you had done a feature prediction earlier, which your gut feeling said that content creation is going to be good. What do you think, what does your gut feeling say now?
What is my feature prediction? I would still bet on content. Like, abhi uska peak nahi aaya hai, I would say. Toh peak se aapka matlab kya hai? Abhi itna peak aage, isse zyada ho kya hoga? Nahi, main bahi bohga.
Abhi jo toh lag raha hai, I don't think that it's peak. I think abhi aur brands, jase main khud agency se baat karta ho, influencer marketing and all, toh abhi legacy brands aana start hua hai, ye space mein.
Toh log abhi aur paisa daalenge, aur paisa aega isme. So, still this is not the peak. I would say, abhi agar koi start kar raha hai, even then next 5-10 years is minimum but I feel in India the population is so much
that you will try to do something someone has done it or they will do it and faster than you so I think what you have to solve that is for speed and not like you know the idea
I think social media game is very good I would also say like education in general like niche education let's say I had taken a course and they were teaching how to educate other people and all.
So they were saying that there is a guitarist or flute player he used to make 30,000 a month from his physical class but he made a course on how to learn guitar or flute.
And he made 10 CRs in 3 years. He made 10 CRs. Tell me. So the person who is earning 30,000 And she is earning 10 crore in 3 years.
So I think niche education is the biggest market. I also know a woman in Telugu who makes content in my niche about making money. But it's in Telugu.
So you might not have seen it with you. But she also sells courses and educates other women like her housewives on how to make side income. Like you know, how to make papad, how to source the entire supplier, how to sell, how to do marketing.
So this whole economy is what we don't even know. And I have seen her excel sheet and she makes 10 lakhs per week.
It looks so unreal. Yes exactly. So it is the same that no one knows what people are earning by doing. And this niche education, I think it should be a very good niche because
any niche you catch, there are so many people in India, it will be a good enough market for you to make money from. Even you had also told that you started your own channel, so you combined two YouTubers and did something.
So what was your idea that okay, this is not in India, no one is doing this, I can do this. And what do you think if that channel is running on your own and you have to open another channel, so how can other channels
who are not in India or I think when I made this my that so I was not the first one I saw the hints let's say there were business challenge videos
but they were very one off like someone tried dropshipping someone made you know like one lakh challenge but there was no specific channel who was making it well
like you know they were not trying out in real time well information They were very, yeah, I did this, I did that, I did that, and the video ends like this. But they were not showing the exact steps that how to do it.
They were not going into detail that how to do it, how to bring clients, things like that. So I think from there I found that gap that there is, means there is one of P, but what has been done, that too has not been done well. So I will do it well and I will do it on a recurring basis so that, you know, like-minded people come.
You upload two videos a month, both are sponsored. How much do you make from these sponsorships? I make well like mid 6 figures.

What is the one skill that you are most encouraged to do? Other than content creation and agency. Compulsory is to do this. What did you find compulsory? How did you come to this podcast? So consulting is for someone who already has some skills and who has experience.

How is she making because my sister also used to do it but she has stopped selling it. Yes, so her mother lives in Delhi. So, I am assuming that her community is strong. Maybe because of that she is doing it. So, from niche products are coming like it is reselling.
Okay. So before selling any skill, you either have a community or a lot of expertise. Yes, I mean audience. Either you have customer base already, they want it.
