## Transcript

When you have even YouTube calling you
out and siding with the casual viewer of
the internet or people that use YouTube,
you know that you are doing something
very wrong because notoriously YouTube
in general has always been kind of uh
out of touch and not really with the
actual main consumer or people that use
YouTube continuously. And the fact that
you have the spokesperson Jay Stole for
YouTube even making a statement like
this, I think really just goes to show
how bad the situation currently is when
it comes to age verification, digital
ID, and overall the uh the safety risk
that is involved with it. And the reason
why this is even being brought up and
why the actual spokesperson of YouTube
even did a call out is because the
actual prime minister of the UK is
moving forward with an effective ban of
everyone under 16 will no longer be able
to use the internet. Now, at first
glance, if you just read the headlines,
you don't know anything about this
subject matter whatsoever. Obviously,
this seems like a good thing. For
instance, keeping people under 16 off
the internet would seem to be a massive
win in a perfect world. But obviously to
get to that type of direction, we are
not in a perfect world and it's going to
be manipulated and used. And I'm I'm not
going to repeat things and points that
I've talked about over and over again.
But the point is is the laws finally
reached the point to where it's coming
into effect and that the prime minister
is now straight up saying that there is
going to be a full sweeping ban of the
internet for people. And to be able to
access the internet, you will now need
to just straight up give over your ID or
government identification to some
degree, face scanning and all that. And
we've already seen implementations to
reach this point. But now it's
full-blown. It is reaching China level
censorship and firewall status when you
have something like this go on. And I
just I want to play this brief little
thing that really just goes to show the
narrative that the prime minister of the
UK is really trying to paint here when
it comes to just the reason why they
need to restrict your rights and just uh
rip away, you know, your privacy.
>> Absolutely clear.
Thousands of parents say their children
are addicted to social media. It can
leave them trapped in a cycle of endless
scrolling that displaces play, sleep,
and time with the family.
I'm going to just pop a a hole in what
he just said there. If parents are
noticing this and they're having a
problem with it, there is a solution, a
very easy solution. You can easily take
their phone away. You could put time
locks on them and everything. You're the
parent. You're able to do that. But
obviously that is too hard nowadays for
parents. Parents rather have their child
be babysat by the internet, by tablets,
by phones, by gaming consoles instead of
actually doing their job and being a
parent and monitoring them. And so
basically the solution now is that
instead of parents being the parent,
they want big daddy government to do
their job for them. And that's basically
what the prime minister of the UK is
saying. Is that basically parents that
are just outright lazy and just I'm
going to be blunt, bad parents. They um
they are dragging everybody else down
and having your rights restricted and
taken from you because you have parents
not wanting to do their job. And so this
whole concept of think of the kids, it
really comes down to just very poor
parenting and lazy parents and everybody
else is getting punished for it. It's
absolutely horrendous. And basically
trying to say that, oh, we need to allow
the government to step in and to do this
instead parents doing it, I think is
just incredibly wrong. And I mean, this
entire narrative and argument is
something I've been talking about a lot,
but we have finally reached the
threshold now to where the UK is fully
implementing just a straightup ban. And
to be able to overcome this ban, by the
way, you're going to have to ID
yourself. Like for instance, if you're
an adult,
ult and all that, you're going to have
to present an ID. You're going to have
to present your location, where you're
at, and everything just to be able to
access the internet. And so, this means
that just because people under 16 are
banned doesn't mean anyone above that is
not going to be affected by this. You
will have to show ID. And as we've all
seen, I've been talking about this topic
consistently, your data is not safe. It
will be stolen. There's data breaches,
dark web, all sorts of stuff. We've
already seen it happen a few times now
to just government sites in general when
it comes to your data being lost when
they're forcing face scanning or digital
ID. So, um, everything about this is
just outright bad. And, um, there's a
lot of big social media heads that are
now talking about this. I mean, you even
have Elon Musk kind of talking about
this situation, calling this out and how
bad it is, which makes sense because
obviously he is the owner of X Twitter
and um you know, he has one of the
biggest platforms in the world. So, uh
makes sense he would call this one out
and since technically the UK has been
very adamant about censoring Twitter, I
think um makes sense why he would do
that. But anyways, the point is is when
you have someone like YouTube as well
calling this out that you know, let's
just let's keep it real guys. YouTube
would love to have your data, more of
your data. They would love to know
everything about you, your ID and all
that. But the fact that you have a
spokesperson, the main spokesperson of
YouTube calling this out, I think
showcases the danger here. And that even
YouTube and Google doesn't want to put
up a um a front or a facade and act like
this is okay. They are willing to push
back on it, which that I'm very happy
and surprised. Like, for once, we have a
massive YouTube win. Good on them. I I
honestly I got to give them where credit
is due. Good win on their part because
so many companies will instantly bow
down to this and not speak up and say
how bad this actually is. But um getting
into a few other additional points that
I want to comment on. I do want to
mention one big thing. This is not going
to stop at the UK. We already have this
being implemented I believe in Australia
or it's already implemented. China
obviously has it. UK has it. And this is
probably once this passes, this is
probably going to hit Europe and
eventually Canada and then, you know,
eventually probably the United States,
Brazil, and different places around the
world. It's going to start hitting. It
doesn't stop at one point when a law is
passed like this that's just so massive.
And if there isn't a radical amount of
push back, it will sweep around the
world. We've already seen this when it
comes to censorship with different
Japanese sites and games and everything
in between. So, this is just the a
symptom that it's going to get worse if
there isn't significant push back,
especially within the UK. And I hope a
lot of people really outcry how bad this
is because all this is is to harvest
your IDs, harvest where you're at, and
censor you at any point in turn because
this is just straight up a silencing
tactic. That that's exactly what it is.
I mean, let's let's be honest. I I it's
very important to the subject matter. I
don't like diving into this part too
much, but it is important. politics like
we've all seen it. If you watch, let's
say for instance, Asmin Gold or anyone,
you know, that's very popular on
YouTube, you definitely have seen the uh
the actual violence that's taking place
in Europe and UK. And it's very clear
that the UK, the GR government doesn't
want you to talk about that. They are
trying to silence descent. They're
trying to silence basically people being
against what their viewpoint is for what
the governments are heading, you know,
the their actual country. And they don't
like people being against them. And the
whole point here is to basically silence
you and silence your opinions. that's
what they're wanting. For instance, you
know, if they're able to completely ban
social media for certain individuals,
and then also know what you're saying
and track you, they can instantly arrest
you, give you fines, and it's already
happening. So, it's a very scary future.
Like, we really are living in like a
1984 Shimaneta type reality that is just
getting bad, man. It's really getting
bad. Like, when you have YouTube on your
side and calling this out, I think it
says a lot. It really says how bad we
really are at this point. and that a a
an actual company that would be honestly
have all intents and purposes to want
your data even more of your data to be
against this. Yikes. I will leave it at
that though. I I wanted to talk about
this cuz obviously this is very
important. There's nothing more
important I could talk about today than
this because I feel like this is a
radical escalation of the internet and
uh where we're heading because obviously
you know the next step now is that this
law gets implemented completely and
other governments will follow the EU
will follow it and other countries
around the world and I hate that because
remember this all started over a year
ago with the UK implementing like their
online digital act or digital online
safety act and um we've seen where
that's but now with other countries and
now it's happening again another
escalation and it's always another
escalation and it gets a lot worse if
you know nothing's done and I I I really
hope that uh the citizens in the UK push
back against this but I will leave it at
that if you enjoy my content please
