[00:00] Stop scrolling! Here’s this month’s YouTube Shorts  RoundUp! You can now upload thumbnails in multiple   languages! Viewers will see the thumbnail that  aligns with their language setting. To add   multi-language thumbnails, head to YouTube Studio  on desktop. In the languages tab of your video,   [00:16] choose or add a language, then click “Add” next  to Thumbnail. We’ve expanded the thumbnail file   limit from 2MB to 50MB. This update should help  your thumbnails shine on larger screens like   [00:28] connected TVs. We’re expanding Channel Guidelines,  which lets you set specific rules for the types of   conversations you want to see in comments, live  chats, and in your Community. To set up Channel   Guidelines from YouTube Studio on desktop, click  on Channel Settings, then Community Moderation,   [00:44] then Channel Guidelines. Viewers will see channel  guidelines on mobile the first time they post   a comment, live chat and to a Community on a  channel that has guidelines enabled. In addition,   viewers will also see channel guidelines at the  top of a videos’ comment section.
