[00:00] viewed video on my page because everybody seems to have a problem with science. Okay, before anything, I do want to tell you guys that the product [00:12] does not make it a winner. The ads make it a winner, right? Because when you're for other people. The product itself can work, right? But what's going to get it to work for you is if your ads and your funnel and your offer are better. like [00:27] make you sales so you're able to scale up, right? So, please do not spend hours, days trying to find a product and get product um analysis paralysis, which [00:39] is basically you just you have too many options. It's like you want to find the that you want to find problems and you want to find um like issues that people [00:51] solution method, right? If somebody's having a huge problem, right, the to do is convince them with your mechanism that whatever your product is [01:04] will help them, right? But all they want is to get their problem solved. All it's if if it's like a snoring product, right? They don't care if it's something that you you know, they don't care if it's mouth tape, a mouth guard, um [01:18] something that you put in your nose. Like the product itself does not matter. actually in demand? Is do people actually want that product? Do people matters. Right? So, just before we actually get into this, please do not [01:34] used to spend days trying to find the product, right? That's not how it works, to go through this entire process, we're going to go through different ads and [01:47] tell, okay, which products actually fit the criteria. And then once you find a product that fits the criteria, that's it. You're done with the process. Now, video and I have videos on that as well. But this specifically is just finding [02:04] that potential actually comes to fruition is up to you and your ads. All right? So, let's get straight into it, right? I don't want to keep blabbing about stuff, right? So, how to find winning drop shipping products. It's the [02:18] months ago, but this is the updated version. And I've I've changed I've guys want to join my mentorship, I have full copy structures and uh train [02:31] image ads. Um, we're starting to get some client results and testimonials, actually beautiful. It's amazing. I should probably put, you know, stuff on [02:44] it. But either way, if you want to join and actually get onetoone mentorship, you can click that link and then we can get it set up. Right past that, this is tools. Right? Just to show you what I mean, this is called luxury extras. [02:59] Okay? It is basically a software where you pay $29 a month for it and it gives you every single software you need. Ad Spy, Atria, Get Hooked, uh, Winning Hunter, right? PP ads. It has Cal data, similar web, similar web. We're going to [03:12] Hooked, Similar Web. Um, we're going to use Google Trends, but you could just do that on anything. And has Higsfield on this. Having higsfield is crazy, but [03:25] actually use for this. And if you are a beginner, which I'm guessing if you're This is what's going to help you save money cuz you I usually [03:40] for this than pay thousands of dollars for for all these stuff individually, right? So, pass all this, right? And also if you want another theme, this is kind of like an add-on I put in just cuz you know I I don't really like [03:55] theme. So you can click there if you want it. Right? But who is this video because they look cool and you're spending $150 testing them and then [04:08] time um every single idea through before I spend a dollar. Right? follow it and you'll stop wasting money on products that were never going to work. Right? [04:20] Think of every single time you start a product, you you you find you find a new to be able to win and for you to get it to become a winner. where it becomes a winner, that's obviously where the ads and the market [04:37] research comes to part, right? But if the product just sucks, you know, you're really not that hard. I'm going to show you the entire process. Right? So I come going to do and I want what what what I want you to keep in mind is is have you [04:56] acronym you want to think about every single time you run a product. Right? First off, you have problem. All right? Problem it solves. R is for rivals, demand. This is a very big step. if it's not in demand like I like you're you're [05:15] Anthony Kamacho video and he got it from another, you know, marketer, but he says that if you want to have any advantage over like if if you were to pick any [05:28] advantage to have in marketing, it's that you want to have your market have a example of hot dog stands, right? hot dog stands at, you know, outside of a [05:41] club at 2:00 in the morning is going to sell a lot more than if it's like in a random shopping center, right? Why? Because the market that's selling to, long and they're tired and they're hungry, they have much more of a desire [05:56] demand, we're going to go over that, but that is also a very, very big step. M margins, E, easy to ship, D for different avatars available. Right? everybody goes about teaching that I see online is you have a competitor and [06:14] they're already spending thousands of dollars a day testing their product and actually scaling it up. You don't want to compete with them directly. You just where you can sell it to a new group of people that have the same problem but [06:29] that are just not being marketed to because they're not they're like they're substantial amount of money. Right? We'll go over everything. Okay, we'll start off with P problem solves. Right? So this is a deep desire. Your buyers [06:44] product has to stop the scroll. Right? This is where your hook comes into into play and trigger them to impulsive buy. Right now, impulse buy basically just means you see something and a few moments later you buy. Right? You don't [06:59] your advertising is, they might see the product a few more times and then buy. But what you want, especially when you first start, is for somebody to see your Okay? So your product needs to be needs to solve a burning desire um in your [07:19] should be something your avatar thinks about daily. Okay, this is a main thing. a daily basis, it's not a burning desire, right? If it's something that [07:32] okay, I don't really have that much of a desire to get this solved. I can get this solved two weeks from now when it actually resurfaces, right? But if it's every single day, they're going to have more of a desire to get the problem [07:47] solved. Okay? And this can usually tap into an insecurity or a health reason. yourself in the mirror every single day, that's a very big insecurity for women. So makeup can solve that. So I don't want you to just think about pain [08:02] get this problem solved daily. and think about oh pain pain you know knee pain uh uh leg pain foot pain and they want to market to you know old folks but there's solved that's not just pain okay and that's why I want to give the example of [08:20] makeup right makeup solves an insecurity and that insecurity usually comes up every single day okay now rvles okay the person that you are looking at your [08:32] and you're actually checking for people who um are running ads for a product. want to make sure when you find that product, right, the person you are [08:46] checking is doing 70 to 100K minimum monthly visits, right? When I say 70 to right? I mean minimum, right? On average, you want it to be 100K, right? [09:00] advanced and, you know, they've been looking at products and they can tell, potential a product has, the lowest I would go is 70, right? But on average, [09:14] product, I don't know if my intuition is telling me right or wrong, 100K. If it just starting to find products, if it's not at that 100K mark, don't even bother. Don't sell it. Okay? Reason being this is enough traffic to prove [09:29] that a product um that to prove that the market is real and just that you can actually sell the product. Okay. So another question that people usually have is oh you know this person has 100 not not 100 like 500k or 600k monthly [09:44] visits. Is that too much? I'm going to set the tone right now. There's never a situation where somebody has too many monthly visits that you can't market their product. Okay. If somebody's marketing a product, the more monthly [09:58] should put in you that, oh, wait, I can actually sell this product and make money, right? Because if they're able to do it, all you need to do is take a piece of the pie. Okay? Now, when somebody's more scaled up, it might be a [10:12] be selling to multiple avatars. But, like I said, it might be harder, but it's not impossible. Okay? So you can definitely definitely sell a product from a competitor that has month like millions of monthly visits. Okay. So on [10:30] What you want to do is take the monthly visits, you know, whatever they have for AOV, this is going to be like you kind of have to guess this. That's why you're [10:43] estimating their their their revenue. You don't know for a fact. But if tier, and uh one, two, three for the tiers, right? If their first tier is like $30, their second tier is 50, and their third tier is, I don't know, 65, [11:00] right? I would guess that, you know, they probably have a AOV maybe $45, far few that buy the second tier and very, very few usually that buy the [11:12] third tier, right? So, I'd guess maybe 45, right? Then after that, you want to calculate by 3%. And now this is either 3% but just to make it easier 3% in decimal form is 0.03 [11:25] product that has subscriptions on it you want to multi you want to multiply that by 1.5 especially if they're scaled up because people are getting rebuilt right so monthly visits whatever that number is times AOV which you estimate times [11:40] 0.03 03. And if if they're running subscriptions, and only if they're running subscriptions, you're going to multiply that by another 1.5. Right? That number right there will give you how much they're making per month. Now, [11:53] there is no number that you like, let's say you do this calculation and they're at I don't know 200k per month, right? That doesn't something that you do want to know and it could help you, you know, calculate [12:11] something nice to know. You know, estimate the revenue, but really the telltale is if they're doing 70 to 100K, then go for it. That's that's a good [12:23] product, right? In this case, let's keep it 100K. Let me forget that 100K monthly visits, you're good. All right. Next is I for in demand, right? Now, like I said before, you want to find a market. Now, when I say product [12:37] validation, I mean product research and market research. It's like product it. Product, that is it. Market research is now finding a group of people that actually want the product, right? So, in order to do that, you need to see if [12:52] whoever you're selling to, you know, actually wants the product, right? But in this case, um, you have not really found that you just want to see if the product and problem itself is in demand. So what you [13:08] want to do is look at the product and find the core problem that that product with Reddit, Google Trends, and a a spy tool or just ad library, which is [13:20] GitHub, trend tracker, ad library, right? And the process of this is going to be not reinventing the wheel. Okay? You do not want to run a product that is [13:32] from a competitor that is terrible. Okay? They could be getting a lot of monthly visits, but let's say you look on Google Trends and the problem they're solving is on a downtrend. Every year, people are looking for people are [13:45] looking to get this problem solved less. Okay? You want to find a product that's on the uptrend. All right? So, when you're looking on Get Hooked or Trend than a few competitors. I'd say maybe keep it at a good 5 to 10 competitors. [14:02] competitors that are, let's say there's like one or two brands that are actually a little bit scaled. You know, one is at 150, the other one's at maybe 75K per either their monthly visits don't even show because they're not doing enough uh [14:19] visits per month or it's at like a few thousand per month. That's fine. Um but in that market cuz if there's too many competitors at that point it gets more teach, it might be a little more difficult to actually get into the [14:35] want to get into a saturated market. Right? Now when I say saturated, people it's impossible to get into the market. You can fit into any market. All right? [14:48] It's never impossible to fit into a market. But as a beginner, I'm looking to teach you guys a way where you can pick a product and you can get from 0 to 100k per month in the least amount of work possible. Okay? Now, it is possible [15:02] yourself and putting in more work than you need in order to make money? All hopefully you're trying to make it in the least amount of time possible. [15:14] least amount of time possible. So, don't even bother trying to go into a market energy, right? Once you have a team and you've built yourself up and you know what you're doing um to a greater degree than you do now, then okay, sure. Do [15:29] what you need to do, right? And like I said before, compare year to year. Like to compare from like like I said year to year, right? So let's say the past maybe [15:41] down? Right now, if the market is just kind of straight um to be honest, there's like a consistent amount of people every single year that are [15:58] solved, some people are um you know, coming into the market, right? So that's honestly fine. I don't I look for like uh a certain amount of people to [16:11] actually be in the market. But like why am I even this stuff doesn't matter. Okay. The point is if you want it to be up but if it's straight that's also just giving more unnecessary information. Right. Is there anything [16:25] else I need to say for in demand? Right. Look on Google Trends, Get Hook, Trend Check, and ad library to see if you have any competitors. And then, oh, also talking about the problem. Whatever the problem that that product solves, your [16:40] competitor, look up that problem on Reddit and then just see if people are discussing it that have issues with it because if there's not enough people research, and two, the product is not in demand. Okay, so now we're going to get [16:57] into logistics, right? M for margins. Sourcing. You either want to match two one right here. Okay? So, in every single scenario where you're selling a product, you want it to be at least $25 over your sourcing cost. Right? Now, a [17:12] bump up from that would be having it be having the product sourcing be four to five time Okay. Yeah. four to five times less than what you actually um are selling it for, right? So to give an example, [17:27] a higher ticket product, right? So you know, let me actually go through this because this is going to matter first. Again, sells between $30 and $70 um on their first bundle tier. So like I said, you have usually three bundle [17:41] tiers. On the first one, you want it to be between $30 and $70. I saw I've see that the cost per per acquisition for a customer. So to get somebody to actually buy a product, it will increase as you like sell a product that is more [17:56] expensive. So let's say you're selling a product for $200. It's not going to cost But you don't want to sell something that is also too cheap as well because it for $20 and you're not making enough profit to actually break even or become [18:15] profitable, okay? because $20 is nowhere near enough money, okay, to be to be selling a product, right? So, how to check this is you want to source it and check it um on 1688. Sourcing it is kind of eh if you're a beginner [18:29] you don't have a private supplier. Um and then just check on 1688 for prices as well. You can gauge the shipping cost. Um and then look at a competitor's already explained this whole 30 to 70, right? But back to sourcing for 3 to [18:48] five times X markup on what you paid or at least $25 over, right? So four to can get a makeup product for $7 including everything as in the product itself and shipping and you could sell it for $30, right? That is between the [19:04] four to 5x markup. Four times would be 28. Five times would be um what's it called? $35. So that fits in between that market, right? On top of that, it's also $25 more than what you got it for. Is it? It's not. Oh, shoot. It's not. [19:20] So, you probably sell it for 30 for like at least 32 bucks, right? But the point is, you want to sell it for at least $25 over what you got it, right? And the reason I'm saying this is because you're going to have not only ad cost, you're [19:32] you're going to have to pay out your team, you're going to have more softwares that you use. So over time, you want to increase the amount of something else in here. Um, [19:48] 70% margins. Okay? When you're selling a product, you want 70% margins. As in, whatever you're selling it for, you want 30% of what you're selling it for to be cost of goods. Or, in other words, whatever price you're selling a product [20:01] for, you want at least 30% um, at least 70% of it to be profit. Okay? So, I selling a product for $100, you don't want to be able you don't want to be [20:13] sourcing it for more than $30. Okay, simple example. [snorts] So, easy to ship 3 kg or under 3 kg in pounds is like I don't know 7 7.6 lb maybe [20:26] something around there. Whatever 3* 2.2 is, that's what it is in pounds. But um be too heavy because the more heavy it is, the more expensive it is to ship. product. Okay? If you put your hands out, your product should be able to fit [20:44] in two hands. If it does not too big, don't even bother. Right? Something else that I mentioned, um you don't want the product to be too wide. Um I forgot what the cut off is. [21:01] product to be too wide because if it's way too long or way too wide, I put SL long, too. Then that will also bump up the cost for shipping. So, [21:13] [clears throat] the best case scenario is a squarel like product or product that is near square and it is small, it is very light and heavy. the product footprint is not going to be too much and it's going to [21:30] be perfect. Okay. Now, finding different avatars, right? This is the part that most people skip and this one decides how much room you actually have. So, um whoever your competitor is selling to is selling to one or a few avatars, right? [21:43] trying to scale up those avatars currently, right? Your question is is who else has this exact problem and has never been spoken to about this product? their customer because they're scaled up and they're spending thousands of [22:00] dollars a day talking to that one customer. You're taking the same product to people they never touched or marketed to. Simple. Okay. Now, this gets more into market research cuz now you're you're [22:13] researching the market itself. You know, who actually wants this product. But, Claude or ask I'd say ask Chhatt cuz some people still use it, but really just use Claude. just ask Claude if there's a group of people that actually [22:27] would want this product so you can kind of, you know, get like a rough draft of Um, just go through putting the problem itself plus whatever avatar you're thinking. See if there's a few Reddit threads, okay? Not a few a good amount [22:42] of Reddit threads. If there's not enough people who are actually talking about it that actually fit into the demographic or avatar, you know, that you want that you're trying to sell to, don't bother. it's not a big enough um group of people [22:55] to sell to. Right. Another thing you want want also keep in mind is make sure your TAM I like to do um minimum of 1 million people per year because sometimes, you know, people come [23:14] selling a pain relief problem to older people, they're going to constantly need But some people um like menopause, you come and go, right? Because you're not [23:28] people who actually have the problem that you're trying to solve in that market of people. So let's say pain relief specifically for women with menopause that there's at least a million people every single year that [23:42] Um, it's basically like looking on Google. It'll give you like an estimate. Make sure it matches that. Okay. So, the tools I use, which we kind of went over, but just so you can have a clear picture of what I use. Get hooked. Um, no, this [23:59] check overall. I say check price estimate sometimes different pricing. So, you obviously want to ask them um upfront [24:14] what it is going to cost to source, but sometimes they take a few days to reply. So, you can always check on 1688. Either way, get hooked to find brands already running proven ads. 1688 for a price estimate. Similar web to [24:28] track validation um of the traffic. Trend track, this is the my this is only download it off of Chrome. It is amazing. It'll give you the monthly visits. Like this kind of this low key just Yeah, I don't even really touch [24:43] similar anymore. This kind of does what Similar does but better. Um it gives you tells you their bestselling product because what can happen too is that you [24:55] their monthly sessions and they have 200k monthly sessions, but that's not new product, but the product that's actually bringing in all the money is [25:08] another one, right? So, Trend Track would also give you like in the extension, it'll show you their best sellers. Um, so make sure that whatever shows you the countries that they're running in, which is amazing because if [25:21] somebody's running in the UK and only in the UK, you might not need to look for a avatar for the same problem, but just market in the US or something, right? [25:34] market is growing and ad library Tik Tok and Reddit for um demand and competitor check right now for get hooked and trend track my filters which is probably the process a lot when actually trying to find a winning product because if you [25:51] a ton of random you know what's that called? uh ads that just don't matter like software ads or ads for I don't know uh run clubs like whatever maybe [26:05] you want to look specifically for drop ship products right so to find this I've narrowed it down to tweaking with country performance limiting ads per brand mind you I'm limiting ads to one ad because you're not looking for [26:17] multiple ads you just want to see the product okay that's it status still running brand active ads language technology niches okay and specifically on niches I do beauty health pet tech home garden and skincare mainly. Okay, [26:29] you can sell to any market. Okay, drop shipping is not only for these niches. I've just found the most success with these niches. Um, so yeah, those are my out niches altogether. But uh supplements, GLP1s, and hair oil and [26:46] shampoos, I recommend you do not start with if you are a beginner or you're trying to find your first or second winning product. Um because it usually products, right? Meaning that out the gate, you're willing to sacrifice your [27:01] first order profitability in hopes that on the second and third order that you 30 to 60 days to pass, you actually become profitable. Okay? And if you're first month of cost, right? And at the same time, there's brutal competition, [27:18] you're doing to a greater extent, then you can actually go in and try to thing to sell, right? They're great, but again, brutal competition. All right, [27:31] platforms Facebook and Instagram, runtime minimum 8 days, right? This is ad for a week, but majority of brands audit after 3 days. Um, and larger [27:43] because when you check Meta, you're going to see that it has a uh 1-day view, 7-day conversion or something like that, right? But either way, a lot of [27:55] big brands, they wait for 7 days until the ad has been running to actually see day, if you're if you keep an ad running for 8 days, it's probably a good ad. Um, but even if it's not, we have these like performance um what's it called? stars [28:11] to actually make sure it's a good ad. Right now, the last thing we want to go over is what Primed does not do. Okay, Prime tells you whether a product is worth testing. Okay, it does not tell you how to win with it. Those are two [28:25] completely different skills. Okay, one is product research and validation. The Almost nobody can look at a validated competitor and see the opening they [28:37] left. That's the part um that part isn't criteria. It's judgment, right? And it's market. Okay? It's the difference between just finding a product and taking a market. Right? Now, when I say it's judgment, there is somewhat of a [28:50] and the more products you test. Um, you're not going to be amazing with this to learn. Um, but doing those three properly is what my mentorship is for [29:02] teach you my full copy structure, hand over systems and prompts that I do um the mentorship and get access to all that and get onetoone help, again, you [29:16] can also click here because um I don't know, we want to make money. Okay, it right there. Okay? If you need more help, if you want to learn how to read can drop it in the Discord. And if it's really a good question, I'll make a [29:31] video on it, pop it up on YouTube. Okay? How long was this video? 30 minutes. Holy crap. I did not think that this would take so long. But this is pretty [29:43] much everything. Um, yeah. There's nothing else to say for subscribe. All that good stuff that YouTubers be saying. But yeah, I'll check you guys in the next video. Thanks for watching.
