How did that even happen? -[Kinger]: [stammers] He was messing with the console as I was working. but before I could try to get him back,
-That's convenient. Are we all just supposed to forgive this? Now we have nothing.
W-We're all -- We're -- He gets to mess up like this and everyone takes his side?!
-[Kinger]: Brain scans. Scratch was trying to make a brain scanner. We didn't know how to work with the files,
given what they were supposed to be. when I was in Caine's code. I guess Caine found a way to get them working.
-I know what it means. Guess you still get to leave your mark in the world! -I guess you still get to hang out with mommy after all!
-Guess I'm... -I know. [inhales shakily] It just...
it still hurts so much to hear it. But we still have each other. [sniffles]
[weeping softly]
[soft electronic warbling] -[Kinger]: Sure, if you wanna give it a try.
Deep breaths. And try not to think too hard about it. [soft, glitchy electronic feedback]
I really wanted to help. -I thought I could uplift everyone, but... everything's gotten so bad.
Am I stupid for even trying? I don't think anyone could have predicted things -I'm scared. [sniffles]
I don't know what's gonna happen. enter this place... adjusted as quickly as you did.
-[Kinger]: [chuckles] So was I. But while the others took weeks -- hell, even months --
myself included... And not just that -- even if they don't seem receptive.
It's times like these they're gonna need someone like that the most. And I know you'll be able to get through this. We've been here before.
Back in the Mildenhall Manor. -[Kinger]: Well, it's still true. but they'll come around.
Not with ourselves. But we can still do what we can. -[sniffles] It's gonna be a lot of work.
alone. -[singer]: ♪ I don't know what the trouble's been ♪
♪ But it's too much to get over yo-o-o-ou ♪ ♪ You're much too much to get over ♪

♪♪ -[sighs] Never mind.
I somehow forgot how bad it can get. [electronic growling]
-[Zooble]: What CAN we do? Of course he'd wait until there's nothing we could do about it.
God dammit, Jax... [exclaims softly] [sighs]
-[Zooble]: For what? This isn't your fault.
-Why can't I cry for him? to keep him contained.
I always thought i-- -We were friends once. I-I mean, sort of friends.
W-We could talk to each other, at least. Something like the Snowy Summit.
But something happened between him and... And... [inhales shakily] Ribbit.
was Ribbit. -Yeah, I-I think I remember you mentioning her before. After Ribbit was gone, I...
He told me to never mention Ribbit's name again. And I did.
I think that's where our friendship really... I wonder if things would have been different if I'd said no. It was so hard for me.
I... That I was there for him. didn't want to lose any more friends.
Shows what I know, huh? You were the first real friend I made here. ...I still consider you my closest friend.
I'm glad we're still frie-- [exclaims softly] ♪♪ ♪♪

-Make sure Gangle, Zooble, and Kinger are okay. They need someone like you right now. You've been one of the best things to happen to me since I got here.

-[Zooble]: You've killed the only person I've ever loved! -Eesh, you just blame me for everything, dontcha?
-[screams goofily] [record scratches] ♪♪
-[Zooble]: [hollering] [off-key outro music plays] Deh-ebbity-eh, that's all, freaks!
-How the hell'd you get in here? -Why are you wearing that? -I'm wearing it ironically.
That way, it shows truly just how little I care. -You know, if you have to say you can play the piano, -Yeah, just shut up and play!
-Is that what you really think of us back there? Who knows! [laughs] when you play it out in extremes.
-Reality's gay. -[laughs] Yeah! [chuckles] What a freakin' drag! This whole episode's been nothin' but wah-wah-wah.
[piano music stops] -You're not gonna get anywhere asking questions like that. ♪♪
And even if I did, I wouldn't give it to you. [voice echoes] -Wow, I hope that doesn't also happen to me!
[eerie musical sting plays]
[footsteps thudding] [soft panting] [tires rumbling]
[insects chirping] [electronic growling] [static blaring]
Okay. Wait, what's -- I know it's -- -[Jax]: Get away from me!!
-[laughs] I remember that feeling. It goes away eventually. Kaufmo and I made it kind of a tradition to come up here
-[slurps] Oh, he laughed! Ah, yes, we did it! -A laugh's a laugh. I mean, gotta start somewhere.
-Well, yeah, you're not funny. -[chortles] -Hey, Ribbit. You wanna be on my team again? -No worries, y'all have fun.
-Oh, my God, same. [all laughing] She's gonna corrupt you.
-[sighs] [both laugh] -[Jax]: [laughs] I'm glad I could cheer you up. ever done something that you regret?
Have you ever breathed air? -I mean, like, something you did out there you can't stop thinking about.
♪♪ I cut ties with my parents when I moved out. and I...
Despite that, I still wish I could see them again. I'm stuck here.
-[Jax]: Is -- Is this your way of trying to get me to open up? -[Jax]: [sighs] What else do you need to know?
-Do you trust me? -[Jax]: [sighs] W-- Yeah, but -- I-It's kind of a lot.
But I still like you. -[Jax]: [chuckles] "A lot is fine," huh?
[exhales heavily] I had a weird relationship with my, uh -- They split when I was just starting high school.
Uh... I was never close with my dad. he also kind of... He never seemed proud of me, and I --
I always felt like a disappointment to him. Like I could never live up to his standards. never saw him again.
but after he was gone... ...she changed. When I lashed out, I was just as bad as him.
It -- It was like she missed him, And I became the target of all that.
stupid day... ...I was just kind of fed up with it. I to-- I told her something I regret telling her.
that I thought would get her off my back. [sighs] ...she... Then she went off on me.
Personal, degrading insults And despite all that...
...the th-- the thing that bothered me most was... ...she... [stammering] I didn't know what to do.
and I pushed her off me with all the force I could. She fell backwards. And... she didn't get up.
I-I didn't know if she was just trying to make me feel bad, or... I -- I never found out the answer. as far away from it as I could.

♪♪ she was probably fine. -[stammers] I'm sorry.
-[Ribbit]: Wait. ♪♪ ♪♪
[exhales heavily] [SQUEAK!] ♪♪

I-I mean, now's not a good time! -[Kaufmo]: Um... -[Jax]: That would be cool -- good.

She's still an accountant, but she seems to have opened up more and is hanging out with new friends more often. which she still posts on occasion.
Ragatha. She seems to have left her hometown, and has excelled in her career.
she has a strong, genuine connection with them. like she understands who she is, Gangle.
Despite her injuries, She quit her fast food job, and has gotten a new job She even began posting pages of her webcomic online.
After hopping around with different jobs, and opened their own bar. People all over the city come to it
where they can feel like themselves free of judgment. He's still working in tech and is still happily married to his wife, Destiny.
He looks like he's a good dad. ♪♪ ♪♪

He seems to have gotten a stable job ♪♪
Weirdly enough, a spot they seem to frequent is Riley's bar. ♪♪
