Who Can Comment is a new  feature that gives you the ability to limit   comment posting to subscribers only, and adjusts  how long a viewer needs to be subscribed before   they can start commenting. This comment moderation  setting gives you more control on who can comment   [00:55] and how your viewers engage with comments. Who Can Comment is currently only available on   individual videos. But, you can edit this setting  for multiple videos in bulk. To bulk edit who can   comment: Head to YouTube Studio on Desktop,  then ‘Content’. Select one or more videos and   [01:10] choose “Edit” then “Comments”. Select the “Who  Can Comment” field and pick your preferences.  Then Click “Update videos.” For more channel-level  comment settings, you can always use community   moderation settings in YouTube Studio.
