[00:16] different situations going on. New England is just a concentration of terrible affordability. Look at that. It is all red, meaning that people there really struggle to afford homes. Meanwhile, the Southeast is mostly good
[00:30] with South Carolina getting a top grade of A. When we move to the middle of the really do shine. You see a lot of green with multiple markets with A's. Iowa and Indiana, which actually got the top spot in the whole country. The West Coast is
[00:44] really pretty ugly, even though there's a couple of green spots here. The best grade is a C. It's kind of like my high school report cards, you know, this is like French class, social studies. Maybe I got a C+ in English, but overall,
[00:57] parents weren't very happy. You know what? I'm not happy. This is an awful report card. Don't let the green coloring confuse you. This is really bad. Only three states in the entire country get an A and one gets an A
[01:11] minus. And only seven get B's. So, that means 40 out of 50 states in this country get a C or worse. Like if a school was producing those outputs, the school system would shut down that school. We got to do better. State
