All right Shayna your turn Look Star Trek and Star Wars much more similar than they are different but Star Trek still remains something of a niche Star Wars is embedded in the monoculture in a way that Star Trek can quite touch Over 50 years it gone from being an example of Campbell
[01:28] monomyth to practically being the monomyth. Star Wars ultimately is all about the possibility. As sci-fantasy, it calls to our imaginations, telling us that even without a Starfleet credential, we might be swept off to adventure at any moment. It feels limitless and endlessly adaptable.
