[00:12] little corner. We're now in Atlanta, Georgia. We're in Danny's home and we're like almost midway of the tour. It's kind of moving really fast. I feel like I'm starting to get into like a groove with the tour and what I need for myself [00:27] and just how I'm going about a lot of the things. Still learning a lot more of like I think one of the things I'm still trying to figure out is what I'm doing with my packing and like suitcases like the unpacking packing unpacking [00:39] unpacking every night. That's crazy. And I'm also learning that I really, really value alone time while on tour, especially because we are traveling a lot and I'm in a lot of places where I haven't been before. I'm somebody that [00:54] loves to sort of spend time with myself. When I was in Toronto, that was when I was kind of going through some things. So I that was when I sort of took a day So I that was when I sort of took a day off for myself for the first time ever. [01:08] Genuinely speaking, my icons have been a big part of pushing my icons have been a big part of pushing me to show up every day. Being on tour and not being close to my hometown, you I don't have a lot of family who are [01:23] coming on tour. And every time I see our fans in the audience that I'm sort of been there for a long time, like I literally know a lot of them already by name. It just makes me feel like I have family with me. And no matter what I'm [01:38] going through, once I hit the stage and I see like I see the icons just excited to see me, I feel like that's a feeling that nobody can ever take away from me. Thank you ing. I'm so excited. I honestly cannot [01:54] the almost halfway through the tour already. I'm really excited for us to do already. I'm really excited for us to do like bigger venues and longer tours, but I'll see you soon. We're in Houston, Texas. I feel pretty good. I love [02:11] Thanksgiving. We went to Danny's house. They cooked the best food. I'm still thinking about the marshmallow with the sweet potato. I had like three heaping servings of it. Everybody was so sweet. We had a really good time. [02:26] a lot of like storytelling and like laughter. And then I in general have been eating a lot, like eating really good ever since I was young. Every time like try something really good from there. So I've been eating really good. [02:40] I'm a little sad cuz it's like halfway through the tour already and like I'm genuinely having so much fun. It's also exciting because the thought that it's our first tour, like knowing that we're gonna have so many more after it, it's [02:53] like it's really exciting and I feel like I've been learning so much already just being on tour by myself, what I need, what works for all of us and all those things. So, it's been like really fun, but also extremely challenging [03:08] fun, but also extremely challenging and revealing. But I feel like it's very revealing for me and for the group in terms of the things that we need for this type of schedule. Like now it's like a show almost every night and it's [03:22] a different city and so many flights and car rides and van rides in between. While we were in Georgia, I got to visit the Georgia Aquarium, which is like the biggest in the United States, which is crazy. They have like a whale shark and [03:36] and everything. literally just looked at fish and that was so therapeutic to be honest with you. It's kind of making me think because now we're sort of going around the states and I imagine like how it would be like to sort of have a lot [03:51] of my family and friends sort of be there cuz I kind of saw how that was for we're in Texas now and I'm gonna see Lara sort of experience that and I feel like each and every one of us in the group deserve to have that where we get [04:04] group deserve to have that where we get to be in our hometown and perform with a lot of our family and friends. So I had my tita come and watch me. We were in my tita come and watch me. We were in New York and it meant a lot because that [04:17] night was the first night where most of our family was present for all of cats. like all the parents were there, all the moms were there, and I didn't get to have my family or my mom or my dad there. So, it meant a lot to sort of [04:31] have DELA be there as my like proxy, especially because she's somebody that I look up to forever. She did so much for the Filipino community in terms of performing arts globally. She's one of those Filipinos who really made a [04:45] those Filipinos who really made a breakthrough in musical theater and in music and performing. Now, halfway through the tour, I do have a lot more of a groove of what works for me. And it's really cute because even though [04:59] we're just in America right now, I can like hear the accent in the way that favorite thing. I'm so excited cuz we're in Texas and we're going to hear like a southern accent when we hear like people chanting gnarly and all the other songs. [05:15] That's like something I also noticed when we were in London and like all our songs were suddenly in a British accent. Like that was so fun. I think that's my favorite thing about hearing other crowds. I love that they're kind of [05:27] getting competitive with how loud they have to be. Every single concert we're have to be. Every single concert we're like you guys like Boston was so loud, New York was so loud, Canada. And then they kind of get really competitive and [05:39] they start screaming that I have to hold my mic behind my back cuz it just like picks it up and it's screeching in my ears but in the best way. I love it. I'm so excited for the next few cities. I'm excited to see all of you in Arizona and [05:53] San Francisco and Los Angeles and Mexico and Texas now and Seattle. I'm so excited to meet all of you and let's keep up the energy.
