## Transcript

put them in a room, and enrolled them in an intensive program. After those 30 days, 60% of those students made money. In this video, I'll tell you the steps they learned and implemented to
acquire clients and make money in exactly 30 days. I'll teach you the plan they all followed so you can apply the same plan exactly, and God willing, you too will make money. Let's add new video with you, Al-Saluki. Let's start by praying for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Before we begin the video, let me tell you that I'll give you something at the end of this video that will help you follow the same steps these people took. But before we get into the details, let's talk about the story and what exactly happened in those 30 days. Let's start from the very
beginning. If you don't know, I have a platform called Freelancers. X teaches people how to make money from freelancing. The platform has been around for about three years, and thank God, we've taught a lot of students. But we always had a small problem. When we started the
platform, it only had one course teaching freelancing, and it had the idea of an open community where we all help each other. The platform opened, people joined, learned, and some actually made money, but our success rate at that time was about 15%. Only 15% of the students were actually making
money. Although in our field, that number is good, not bad, just so you understand, I wasn't satisfied. I wanted 100% of people to make money, even though it's almost impossible, but that's what I wanted. Anyway, I dedicated my life for the first three years of the platform to trying to
raise that number as much as possible. For example, people would tell us, "I'm good, I've learned freelancing, but I don't have any skills, so you have to teach us a skill." So we increased the number of freelancers. The idea behind the skills courses—approximately 16 skills courses are currently available on the platform—has thankfully
currently available on the platform—has thankfully platform. We reached a point where approximately 30-40% of the students who enrolled were actually
making money, which is also a very good success, praise be to God. However, I was still frustrated; I wanted to reach a much larger number. This is where the idea for the program called Masterclass came to me. The idea behind the program is that we would take students to our platform and give them a very intensive 30-
day program. These students would stay with me for those 30 days, during which we would provide them with many things. Firstly, every week we would give them a session or something similar. I give them a live course where I teach them things about freelancing. These things teach them the
strategies that we personally used when we were applying, and we teach them how the field will have changed in 2026 and how you can keep up with it. The next thing is that twice a week I do something called Office Hours, meaning I am available on call for an hour if
anyone has any questions or is having any trouble, they can come in and ask me questions and I will answer them. The third thing was that we gave them homework after each session, and they had to do these homework assignments. I personally gave them feedback on the homework, what they did right, what they did wrong, what they
And of course they had their own community, and of course anyone who sent any question at any time, I would answer it for 30 days. The goal I had in mind was that if I were to be like this, sitting with you for 30 days, reviewing with you
daily and seeing what was happening, your chances of success would naturally be much higher. And thank God, that's what happened. Almost 60% of the students who enrolled were able to make money. Honestly, I won't say it was because God. But ultimately, it happened within the program, so we say thank God that the
program worked. Now, in this video, I want to tell you exactly what we taught in this program so that if you understand freelancing and its details, you can follow the same steps and, God willing, achieve the same results. I just need to mention
something very important because I see the future and the comments: the masterclass we did was 30 days long. Those 30 days mean 720 hours. These people absorbed content during that entire period. For example, each of the students Adam, I might have given him 40 to 50 hours of instruction, so
naturally, if you're watching a 20-minute or 30-minute video now, you wo n't get the same content as in those 50 hours. I'm saying this because some people will watch the video and say, "What? You didn't give us all the information from the
masterclass!" It's not logical for me to give you all the information that was covered in 30 days in one video. I'll give you the headings, the framework, and the things you'll follow, and you'll need to put in some effort. I've done my duty, so bear witness. I'm waiting to see the comments. Okay, let's talk about
how you're going to start making money now. First, like everything I say in my life, and like everything in history, to make money you need to have something to offer in return, a skill or expertise you're good at. We're trying to encourage you to try not to learn just any skill. That's all. The skill should
ideally be something you are really good at or passionate about, so that you can be better at it than others. To give you examples of the students who were with us, their skills ranged from video editing (people who do editing) to web design. There were several people who
did web design, and there were people who had niche things, things we don't see much, like one person who worked in the Gulf and helped companies that wanted to open a headquarters in Saudi Arabia, for example, by helping them with that. So, his field was a very small field, and we may not have
heard of it before, but it was actually working and good. There were people in copywriting, and there were people in something called shadow operators. There were many different skills, and you have the right to choose any skill you want. The thing we were focusing on in this skill topic is that you have to
be very good at your skill if you really want to make money. Think about it like this: you enter the graphic designer or a video editor." Naturally, when you enter the market, you will find that there are hundreds of important question is, as a client now, and I want to hire one
of you, what will I choose based on ? It's one of two things: either your price is very low, and as a client, I'm a cheap person who doesn't like to spend a lot of money, so I'll choose you. And believe me, when you enter the market, you'll find that everyone's price is very low at first, so even then you won't be able to
compete strongly. So we come to the second aspect, which is the most important one and what we're focusing on. You have to be very skilled in your skill. As a client, for me to choose you, you have to be in the top 1% of applicants for the job. That's logical. Of course, the mistake we saw with students is that
skill superficially and then say, " I can't find clients." The simplest solution to this, which we taught in the masterclass, is that you have to conduct market research. You'll hear the term "market research" or " research" everywhere in the masterclass. You can never just come and tell me, "
Wael, I'm good at this skill," without having compared it to other skills. You need to be more skilled, and it's not right for me to tell you that you need to be good without showing you what good people look like. That's why we do market research together. Through this market research, we start looking at
your competitors, the people who actually bring in customers, and we see how their work is. We then try to get you to their level because if you're starting from their level, naturally you'll improve with time, and naturally customers will start choosing you because you're cheaper
but offer the same quality. So, that was the first week of the 30 days. We focused on your skills, on how to learn them, where to learn them, what the best place to learn them is, and what level you want to reach in your skills. Along with the market
research you'll do on your competitors, I understand that to learn a skill from We were buyers in the master's program. Class In, we bring in people who already possess these skills. I'm not saying they were the best at the skill; they were just average people, but
they already had the skill. So, naturally, we were able to help them make money in 30 days. Now, to close this skill point, let me tell you the steps you need to take. First, if you don't have a skill, you'll need to learn one. You can learn skills for free
through YouTube. There are tons of free courses on YouTube. Don't convince yourself that just because these courses are free doesn't mean they won't teach you the basics to enter the job market. There are very professional free courses available. You just need to find the right course and start
learning it. Or, join our Freelancers platform. We have several skills you can choose from. You'll find our website. If you find the skill you want, sign up with us. If you already possess a skill or have learned it, the next step is
market research. You need to look at your competitors in the market who are actually attracting clients, what their work looks like, and you need to reach their level or even surpass it. Once you reach that level, you'll be ready to move on to the second stage. The second stage of the masterclass,
which is the second week, focused on your portfolio. A portfolio is one of the most important things for a freelancer; without it, you won't be able to get work at all. If you don't know, a portfolio is what you use to showcase your work to clients. If a client wants to see your level or your
portfolio, showing them the work you've done before. This confirms that you're up to the task or that you meet the standard they're looking for. Now, let's address the first challenge in the masterclass, which we explained to people a while back. This portfolio used to be, for example, a PDF file.
We send it to the client, or something like that. Today, that topic is completely finished. Today, your portfolio must that topic is completely finished. Today, your portfolio must include your own website. Yes, you must create a website for yourself; it's essential. There are ways to do it for free, and there are ways to do it very cheaply, but it must have a website
link that people can access to see your work. The second part of the portfolio is social media. You must have pages on social media platforms specifically for your work. Not the same page where you post pictures with your friends; post your work there. No, a dedicated page to showcase
your work so that any client can easily see what you do. In the Masterclass, we discussed both of these aspects: how to create a website, how to determine if your website is good, and what the essential elements should be.
We applied the same principles to the social media aspect: what social media platforms you should use, what the account should look like, and what type of account it should be. The content you're supposed to post on your account is where the dilemma arises: people say, "Oh no, I'm still a beginner, I haven't
got any clients yet, so I don't have any work to put you put in your portfolio doesn't necessarily have to be from a client; it can be work you create yourself. The goal of a portfolio is to show your skills to clients, not to
boast about having previous work. This led to a whole segment this week about people creating their own work. We have a tool in FreelancerAccess where you tell them your field, and they give you work to create and add to your portfolio. Now, let's get to the last part
of the portfolio: how do I know if my website is good or bad, or how do I know if my social media presence is good or bad? We go back to the same thing: market research. One student was required to identify at least
10 competitors: five from the same region they were in (Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, or Iraq – which happened to be the countries our students came from), and five international competitors (people in the West, etc.). We were to look at their websites or portfolios
and their social media presence to learn from them, to see what they were doing effectively, and to identify their most successful strategies. Then we were to replicate those strategies using 100% of the students who entered the masterclass now have ready-made portfolios and
websites, and 1% have created social media pages. So, the steps required of you are to conduct market research to see what your competitors are doing, build your own website, and simultaneously create a new social media presence. Media is where you post your work, and now we're moving on to the
third week of our masterclass. This week, we were supposed to give session number three, and this session was supposed to talk about clients, how to get clients, and specifically about social media, people told me, " Wael, we don't know how to shoot content, we don't know how to
come up with ideas, we don't have the resources," and so on. So we added a session in the middle. There were four sessions, and we added one, or maybe five, in the middle, to teach you how to start posting content on social media. What is content? What types of content are there? How to
shoot? What camera to use? Lighting? All that. And we were able to help people actually start posting content—real, authentic content that looks good and actually gets results. I won't go into details about this part because that's a separate course. Content creation is a whole other story, but you have to
learn the subject correctly. The second, easiest way You do really good market research for content that's actually generating results on social media all over the world. Then you start creating those same ideas, that showcases your work, whether it's your face,
voiceover, or just you filming something without any sound or image— basically, everything was available. Anyway, after the third session, we moved on to the fourth session, which was about clients. Who is a client? How do you acquire clients? How do we use
freelance platforms? How do we acquire clients from social media? How do we use social media, especially LinkedIn, to acquire clients? How do I conduct market research that can bring in hundreds of clients in a minute or two? And what constitutes a good client and a bad client? There were so
many other things we did, too many to cover in this video, but the gist of it was that there are four ways to acquire clients. The first method is the organic method; you post Social media content is important because customers see your work and then contact
you. We added extra detail to organic content, explaining how to ensure people view your content. The second method is paid advertising, which we avoid because we don't want you spending money. It works, but only if you're an
agency. There was only one person who owned an agency, but since he was just starting out and didn't have the budget, we didn't push him to run ads. The third method is called cold reach. Cold reach is the best way to acquire clients, but also the most difficult. Basically,
we look for someone who can actually become a client through market research. We approach them and through market research. We approach them and send them a specific message with specific wording to convince them to work with us. Thankfully, most of the students who acquired clients did so
using this method. We taught them how to find the right clients using Google. Maps and social media use were also discussed. We opened several client profiles together and analyzed why one was initially the wrong choice. We then worked together to rewrite the proposal
tell the client, "I do this and I want to work with you," but we aim to convince them. So we start communicating with them in a specific way, using specific words arranged in a particular manner to get them to respond. Thankfully, most students acquired clients using this method. The
fourth and final method for acquiring clients is called Warmout Reach, which is somewhat similar to Cold Reach. The idea is that this is someone who has already heard about you, knows what you do, or has seen something you've done before. It's easy to convert them using a method called Funnel Reach, which is a
slightly longer process. This was the content for the third week on how to acquire clients. Let's conclude by saying... What exactly will you do? You'll focus on posting content daily so people see it and subscribe to your organic method. Secondly, you'll open Google Maps and
search for a country, city, or state where you want to sell your service. Then, you'll search for companies in your niche, such as doctors' clinics. You'll find your niche, such as doctors' clinics. You'll find
and start sending them messages expressing your interest in working with them. Now, let's wrap up with the last two weeks of the masterclass and our final session. These two weeks were dedicated to sending messages to NoonStop clients— 20, 30, or 40 per day. In this final
session, we focused on tips and tricks to help you acquire clients faster, including the required number of clients. You follow up with them, you follow up with them, when you follow up with them, how you follow up with them, what exactly you write to them—there are so many things. Thank God, we were successful. Some of
our students got a client in the first week, some in the second week, some in the third and fourth weeks, and of course, some didn't get any clients because that's normal. The idea that you can get a client in a month isn't easy at all. Now, I want to
tell you something very important that you can benefit from again. I'm reminding you that this video is only about 20 minutes long, which isn't enough to give you all the content for the 30 days. However, I decided to do something that will give you all the content for the 30 days. This masterclass we did was
completely recorded. We recorded everything in it: all the sessions, all the files used, the presentations—everything is there. That's why I decided to put this masterclass together and give it to you. Now, through the link in the first comment and the
video description, we're allowing you to access this masterclass. What you'll receive from the masterclass includes recordings of all our calls— every lesson we've given, with detailed screenshots and presentations. It also includes
presentations. It also includes assignment files, so you can complete the assignments exactly the same way. An added bonus is the community aspect: helping and supporting each other.
You can access all of this now to get the complete masterclass content. If you're truly interested in trying this and want to take it seriously and start earning money, this is now available, and
we've reduced the price to less than half the original masterclass price. cheaper! Half the price might mean you won't get the same features as them, but you'll get all the content in
full. So if you really want to take this seriously and start benefiting from the Masterclass content and making money, the link is below. And if you're the second person who says, "So you're making all this video just to sell something?" I 'll tell you, you missed 26 minutes of the video just
to focus on the last minute. May God forgive you, as usual. Oh God, I have delivered the message, oh God, bear witness. See usual. Oh God, I have delivered the message, oh God, bear witness. See you in the next video. Yeah.
