## Summary

This video demonstrates how to use Manus Collab, an AI-powered shared workspace that allows teams to collaborate on tasks in real time. The host shows practical examples for work, study, and personal life, highlighting how it eliminates version chaos and streamlines feedback.

### Key Points

- **The Problem of Disorganized Collaboration** [00:02] — Feedback scattered across WhatsApp, email, and files leads to multiple versions, rework, and delays.
- **Manus Collab as a Solution** [00:42] — A single space where everyone sees the same task, tracks changes in real time, and requests adjustments directly from AI.
- **What Manus AI Can Do** [01:46] — Manus is an agent that researches, organizes info, creates documents, presentations, websites, and plans.
- **How Collab Works** [02:13] — The task owner creates a task and invites guests. Everyone follows progress in real time and can send prompts directly.
- **Credit Usage in Collab** [03:20] — All collaborators use the task owner's credits, not their own.
- **Benefits of Collab** [03:34] — Avoids version chaos, accelerates feedback, allows direct AI interaction, saves team credits, and increases transparency.
- **Work Use Cases** [04:11] — Business presentations, client projects, contract reviews, marketing campaigns, and more.
- **Practical Example: Business Presentation** [06:08] — Creating a business plan presentation for an English school. The host shares a prompt and attaches a document with company context.
- **Inviting Collaborators** [08:23] — Share via email or invitation link. Guests can follow progress and make requests.
- **Collaborators Making Changes** [10:25] — Different accounts request adjustments (e.g., add marketing trends, fix slide formatting). All changes visible to everyone.
- **Study Use Case: Group Academic Paper** [14:44] — Three students collaborate on an article about AI and the job market. Each has a role: structure, research, spreadsheet design.
- **Personal Life Use Case: Family Trip Planning** [19:49] — A family of three plans a 5-day trip to Gramado. Members request budget adjustments, restaurant suggestions, and rest breaks.
- **Free Manual for Implementation** [24:14] — A PDF guide with prompts and procedures for implementing Manus Collab in a team.
- **When Not to Use Collab** [25:05] — Avoid for very simple tasks, extremely sensitive work, strict version control, or when too many opinions cause chaos.
- **Tips for Effective Collaboration** [25:58] — Define roles, use specific prompts, justify changes, invite key people first, and keep security in mind.
- **Security Precautions** [28:12] — Connector functionality is disabled when collaboration is enabled. Avoid sharing sensitive data. Review task history before inviting.

### Conclusion

Manus Collab is a powerful feature for team collaboration when used with organization and care. It streamlines feedback, saves credits, and increases transparency, but requires clear roles and security awareness.

## Transcript

work simply because someone put feedback in the wrong place? One person comments on WhatsApp, another sends adjustments via email, someone else modifies the wrong file, the client approves an old version, and before you know it,
there are five different versions of the same project and nobody can tell which one is the official one. This isn't just a mess; it costs time, generates rework, delays deliveries, and makes the team seem disorganized. It not only looks like it, right?
In fact, the team was disorganized. Now imagine transforming all of that into a single space where everyone can see the same task, track changes in real time, and request adjustments directly from the AI. That's
exactly what I'm going to teach you in this lesson. And welcome to the Tainara Schimit and here you will learn everything you need to know about going to use the Colb functionality of Humanus. I'll show you how to
use this AI-powered shared workspace, where teams, colleagues, clients, or partners can collaborate on the same project. And best of all, you'll see practical examples for your work,
studies, and personal life. And at the end of this lesson, I'll even give you free material on how to implement this in a real team, with a guide for the manager, procedures for employees, usage checklists, and a
specific prompt to adapt it exactly to your case. To make this lesson easier, I've divided it into topics. So, if you want to see a specific part or skip ahead, just hover your mouse over the timeline bar
and you'll be able to see the divisions. Before we get into the practical part, let me explain what humans are. Humans is an AI that serves not only to answer questions. He is an agent who can perform more comprehensive tasks, such as
researching, organizing information, creating documents, putting together presentations, documents, putting together presentations, developing pages, websites, and applications, structuring plans, and transforming an idea into a more finished product. In
other words, instead of just talking to the AI, you can ask it to perform a task with a beginning, middle, and end. But now with Manus, it goes to another level and in practice it works in a very simple way. First, there is the person who owns the
task. This is the person who created that task within the human environment and decided to activate the collaboration. After that, she invites other people to enter moment the guests arrive, everyone starts following the same
task simultaneously. So, if one person is researching, creating a document, adjusting a presentation, or refining an answer, everyone can see the progress in real time. And the most important point is that the guests aren't
just watching, they can also send prompts directly to WhatsApp message saying, "Oh, we need to change this point here." Then the person responsible for the task needs to copy, paste, and interpret their own feedback. Instead, the
employee can simply go into that task and ask: "Make this explanation simpler" or "add more data to this part without having to send it to WhatsApp." Then Manos will process these requests, and
everyone can follow what was requested, what was changed, and how the project is progressing. Another important detail concerns the credits. At COB, the use of credits is not individual for each person. All collaborators use the
credits of the task owner. So, if you create a task and invite other people, the actions performed within that space will consume your credits, not the credits of each invitee separately. Okay? But why
use Colb? The first benefit is avoiding the chaos of multiple versions. Instead of having multiple files scattered around, everything is kept in a single space. The second is to accelerate the feedback process. The third benefit is allowing more people
to interact directly with the AIA, since employees can also participate in its construction. Another benefit is saving team credits. Since credits are consumed by the task owner, guests
can collaborate without spending their own credits. And finally, Colb also wanted much more transparency. Everyone can see the prompts, the changes that have been requested, and the decisions happening all in the same
environment. And how could you use it, for example, in your work? Imagine you need to create a business presentation. The sales team can suggest the initial and main arguments, marketing can adjust the
language, and leadership can review the final strategy. All of this within the same task. It can also be used in projects with your clients. So, instead of you sending a pre-written report and receiving a list of adjustments separately,
the client can get involved in the task and suggest changes directly within the same environment. I'll list some other uses for you. Reviewing contracts and internal documents, planning marketing campaigns, creating
presentations for meetings, planning product launches, reviewing sales pages, brainstorming ideas with the team, planning corporate events, organizing meeting minutes and summaries
, creating action plans by department, and so on. Now let's move on to the practical part, first focusing on work, and later we'll look at an example from studying and also from personal life. But first, take the opportunity to

English school. And for that, I'm going to use the following prompt. Create a business presentation on the topic of a business plan to increase enrollments at an English school in the next 90 days. Then I added some
attached document, which I'll show you in a moment, as a basis for understanding the company's context, its differentiators, target audience, business challenges, results from the last 60 days,
an initial presentation with a clear, visual, professional structure and objective language. The presentation must include these topics. Then I added some topics here. Include any other slides you deem
necessary to make the presentation more complete and compelling. Use a professional, direct, and easy-to- present tone. Research the education trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies to include
data from websites and sources in your presentation. After creating the presentation, suggest which parts could be reviewed by the marketing, sales, and leadership teams. And then I'm going to add more here, I'm going to distribute
distribute the review tasks, and I'm going to select the function to create slides, which I wanted to follow a specific template, but I'll let him choose. And the
here, which I recommend you always include, because it's good for him to have details of your company, your brand, your service, and so on. So you can include the plans, prices, whatever
become something generic, right? So here's the main objective, target audience, main courses offered, school differentiators, current challenges, what the school is currently doing in marketing and prospecting, then I put the
details, results from the last 60 days and an initial diagnosis. Then just click here on the plus sign and select " add from local files". Ready. After I submit the assignment, I can come here and share it. And that's why it
's very important to select that collaboration role, but it has to be in that role. Ready. To make it easier to view, I can either type the email address or copy the invitation link. Okay, I've added one,
now I'm going to add another. Ready. And a third. And at that moment, those here, just for demonstration purposes, received an email with an invitation. And collaborate on this task". And I'm going to do this with all users. And that's it,
now everyone can access this task and even follow along as he creates this presentation. And now the task has been completed. Let's see how it turned out here. So, I can export it to PowerPoint, PDF, convert it to
Google Slides, save it to Google Drive, or OneDrive. And I can also see it here, look, the presenter's view. So now let's take a look at how we have demographic profile, main motivations, behavior, pain points,
desires. The results from the last 60 days reveal a conversion rate below potential. And then he comments a bit about the data, even adds a graph, but as you can see here, in this slide, in this format,
see here, in this slide, in this format, we ended up with an error here, where not all the text is showing up. See? The entire text of that slide, in this case, didn't fit within the PDF of the presentation . So this is one of the changes
we can make, or when downloading, we'll see how it looks, because sometimes it's only in the preview. But anyway, if any of these errors sees that error can go there and request that the text on the slide be adjusted
to fit everything, or that a new, you know, second slide be created. I edit the slides here, because it's very practical; we can do it directly on the slide or ask a human to do it. So, I'll keep going, there are quite a few things
for him to adjust, but the presentation layout theme looks good, he just needs to make those adjustments. And here are the sources and references. He suggested here the divisions, right, of review for each department. So now we're going to
request some changes to the other accounts. Okay, I'm on another account now. So I'm going to ask you to add more data on marketing trends for English language schools. Hey guys, I wasn't in another one
on another account. Oh, I accidentally sent it from the original account. Now we're on a different account and I'm going to make the same request to him another user has appeared. So, when I open another account here, I can
see the request I made as well, and humans working on it. Everyone on the team can see the same thing. In practice, everyone can collaborate on the task at the same time. However, to stay more organized, especially with
more important tasks, ideally everyone should submit their requests and changes all at once. So, in our practical example, first we then another person went and asked
. In other words, wait for humans to complete that step before sending the next task, if it makes sense. Sometimes a person asks for a design change, and the owner says, "No, but
task owner, but the collaborator as well. And remember that at the end of this video I will provide free material with an operational manual on how to implement humans into your team, complete with prompts and everything. You'll just need to
download it and follow the step-by-step instructions. In fact, this is lesson three of the knowledge week designed by humans. These are seven complete lessons to teach you how to use humans like a professional, automate tasks, and
save hours of your day. We 've also created a playlist with all the lessons complete sequence, and the link is in the description and in the pinned comment. Okay, he's now added a new slide dedicated exclusively to
educational marketing trends, which has now become slide four, bringing valuable data from our most recent research, as he added here. Let's see if it still is. Oh, we're still making those mistakes, you know? So that's what the other
collaborator, Tainara's other personality, is going to ask him to change. Now, on another account, I'll request that slides 2, 5, and 7 have text that extends beyond the slide or overlaps the context. Redesign these slides to
better distribute the information and ensure no text or elements are outside the slides or misaligned. If needed, you can create more slides for distribution. Review the others to ensure they are aligned and
So now let's see how our spreadsheet looks here. Let's go through the slides here, check if everything is correct and aligned. There you go, now that's more like it, now easy to read. The reading was well- organized and professional, and it
also included sources and references. So now let's assume the team approved and liked this version. With this presentation now approved, the final version has nothing left to change. Another contributor might remember to come
here and ask to add notes for the presenter. Okay, he added it already, that was really quick. Okay everyone, here are the presenter ratings below. So, you can edit, create it yourself, or ask humans to create it.
So, I'm just passing by here, look. So, for example, here we'll start by looking at in Brazil is a huge and still largely unexplored opportunity. Only 1% of which is a very low number. Anyway. So here it is, the entire text of the notes
for the presenter. Also, as I mentioned, you can edit the clicking here, if I want, I can remove this line here and just put it down like this. Then I'll come back here, that's it. If I want to leave more space.
So, I can make these edits manually, or I can use this pen here. And then I can request the changes here. Then, or for all slides. So, I can come here, select the current page or
all pages, and describe my request. And Manus already makes that change. I can also improve it, update the layout, make it more concise, add more, enrich the visual aspect, and I can also change the theme, and redesign it
if I don't like it. Now let's look at a practical example related to studies. Here, Manus Colb is very helpful for group work, especially when each person is responsible for a specific part. For example, in an
academic paper or even a thesis, one student might structure the content, another might review the arguments, another might include references, and yet another might focus more on the final presentation. Another interesting use is in
study groups, where each person adds a question, topics, or materials. And humans help turn everything into a summary, flashcards, or even a revision plan. working separately and then putting everything together at the end, the group builds
material in the same space with AI helping to organize and improve the final result. Other uses include creating mind maps, summarizing book chapters, preparing for exams, organizing
study schedules, and structuring scientific articles. And this one here is very important: use this colb function to create a script for oral presentations, divide tasks among each person who is part of that group,
transform notes, study materials, and so on. Let's suppose a group of college students needs to create an article about artificial intelligence and the job market, but instead of just writing an article, let's
ask them to also create a comparative spreadsheet to make the material more visual and organized. And our prompt was: "Create an academic paper artificial intelligence is changing the job market." Context: This article will be
developed by a group of three students in a human resources management undergraduate course . The goal is to explain clearly and in a well-organized manner how artificial intelligence is impacting professions, companies,
required skills, and future opportunities. Create a complete initial structure for the article, using academic language but making it easy to understand. The article must contain: I added the topics here. In addition to the
article, also create a comparison spreadsheet showing professions etc. Ask him to research data, trends, and reliable sources to enrich the content. Remember that you need to generate two documents: a
structured academic article and a complementary comparative spreadsheet. So now I'm going to send it, and then I'll go through that whole process of collaborating and inviting other people again. This time I'll copy the invitation link here to show you.
So I copied it and now I'm going to paste it here into another account and request access. And then the request will appear on the task owner's profile . So here we can task owner invited three more people, and we can also see
and we'll see the assignment here on one of the students' profiles, not the owner's, so we can't request a modification. So let's take a look here. We have the academic article. I'm just showing you how
it turned out, including the references. And then we also have a spreadsheet. So I've already downloaded our spreadsheet here so we can see how it turned out. artificial intelligence, mainly in websites and browsing. Here's just
a summary, to make it easier, because it has three tabs, right? Here's an overview, a complete comparison, and a risk level, right? We also have the sources. So here, in the comparison, you'll find profession, sector,
type of impact, tasks that can be automated, new skills needed, and future opportunities. Oh, so I'll go down the risk level for each of them. So, position, profession, sector, type of
impact, and risk level from zero to 100. And below is the color legend. So the first student could come here and ask, for example, to reorganize the a clearer line of reasoning, starting by explaining the context, then
job market, providing practical examples, and ending with opportunities, risks, and a conclusion. Okay, so he's already delivered the new article here. And then a second student could come here and ask him to add recent data and
more reliable sources to the article about the impact of artificial intelligence on the job market, including statistics on automation, new skills required, and professions undergoing transformation. Okay, the article has been updated again. So,
user who made the request is the owner of the task. Then came the first student, you can see him here by the different little icon, the second one. And now, regarding the third profile, he could come and request a better
spreadsheet design to make it more attractive and professional. Notice that each student enters with a very clear role. One person organized the structure, another strengthened the research, and the third focused on improving the spreadsheet. This way, the group
doesn't get lost trying to put together various parts at the end. He stayed like that. So let's get to It turned out really nice here. He added a kind of impact factor, changed the font color, so it's I can, in fact, he added a filter here, where I can already
sort from A to Z, uh, sort by color, select some type here. So, these filters here in the selection make things much easier. And here in the another classification to further facilitate interpretation and the
type of impact. But we don't live by studying and working alone, so let's talk about our personal lives too. We can use Colb here, for example, to organize family trips, birthday parties, weddings, house moves,
family financial planning, renovation planning, and even planning Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners . Now, imagine a family of three planning a five- day trip to Gramado. And if you haven't
like it and leave your comment below about what you think of this human feature, and also subscribe to the channel to stay updated. Create a family travel itinerary for Gramado in Rio Grande do
trip will be taken by a family of three. The goal is to create a balanced itinerary with sightseeing, good restaurants, moments of rest, and budget control. Consider a 5-day trip, a family of
three, and a moderate budget. I could even include the leave it like this because I'll ask him to change the budget later. Someone 's the budget? Finally, there you have it, I've included other considerations here,
and organize the itinerary by day with morning, afternoon, and evening. Now I'm going to send it. And share, go to collaborate, and add people. Great, the whole family is here in the same chat. The good thing, folks, is that if any
argument started, Manos could step in, you know, act as a mediator and calm things down a bit, although arguments are rare when you're great because it makes things easier instead of , for example, creating a
WhatsApp group, sending random links, screenshots from different places, then first you choose a hotel, then you change it, then one person creates a group in one place, another in another too long and nobody knows anything anymore. So, if there isn't someone there
rigorously controlling and updating a document, some information can be lost, and even some people's wishes might be lost, as they may feel they've been somewhat left out. So, here at Manus, everything is noted down and everything is taken into
account. Okay, so he just finished the script here. Here he added planning and practical tips, including about clothing, right? Accommodation suggestions, day-by-day itinerary. So, every day he added here.
General estimate of expenses. Estimated total cost: R$ 7,500. And that's also where the references are, showing where he got each piece of information. And then that first family member who's responsible for the budget might get desperate and ask him to revise the
itinerary thinking about a more controlled budget, suggesting where we can save money, which paid tours can be replaced by free or cheaper options, and keep an estimate of expenses per day. And the task was
completed. So he changed our itinerary again and updated the total estimated cost to R$ 5,700. But now the second family member can come along restaurant suggestions for each day.
the food? Balancing affordable options, typical Gramado experiences, and at least one special dinner. Also consider cafes, desserts, and more colorful PDF document
information. Make it more visual. We adding these restaurant suggestions and everything else. And also the PDF version, a family travel itinerary for Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul. It includes
classic tours, typical cuisine, money-saving tips, and practical and strategic money-saving advice. He included here a category, a budget tip, and estimated savings on accommodation, transportation, food,
tours, and entrance fees. Important instructions, day 1, day 2, including the schedule here, and so on. And even on the 4th he added cinnamon, which Usually when you go to Gramado you try to do everything there together, especially for
financial summary of the trip: airfare, accommodation, food and coffee, tours, entrance fees, transportation, and an emergency fund. And here too is the estimated daily expense. And in families or groups when traveling, there's always
one person who wants to be occupied almost 24 hours a day, but there's also someone who wants to relax and unwind. So, this is exactly the person who will come in of the trip to avoid a very tiring itinerary and asking him to include
breaks for rest and also travel time between attractions. Okay, now he's revised the script. Everyone in the family has already had a say here at Manus and each one has requested their own change, their own suggestion, and so on.
So, let's go back here, to a day, for example, day two. He added this here, look. Return to the inn, long rest, from 3:30 to 9:30, a 4-hour break for rest. And as promised, we've released
a free manual for you on how to implement Manus Colb in your team. So here's a PDF, as you can see, super complete, with a table of contents so you can get straight to the point. So it turned out to be quite productive for
you here, plus you have a library of ready-made prompts that you just need to adapt. So here are the categories, and as you scroll down, you'll find a prompt that you can use to adapt where these keys are located. If the task involves
these keys are located. If the task involves feedback, review, approval, or input from multiple people, Manus Colb will certainly make the process much more organized and consequently faster. But now,
for everything. If it's a very simple and quick task that you can solve on your own in a short amount of time, then it might not make sense to call other people. Also avoid using it in extremely sensitive work,
unless you have very clear training on sending highly sensitive data, such as private, strategic, or confidential information that other people shouldn't see. Another case is when the
process requires very strict version control, for example, legal documents, important contracts, or files that require formal approval at each stage. And be careful with tasks where too many people are giving their opinions, as this can do
more harm than good, because collaboration is great, but it requires organization. If everyone starts asking for change without criteria, just to show off their productivity, what was meant to accelerate progress ends up taking
even longer. And now, as a bonus, I'm going to give you some instructions on how to improve this feature. And the most important of all is: before starting a collaborative task, define roles. Who will be in charge of the content?
Who will review the data? Who will take care of the design and layout? And who will approve the final version? This prevents everyone from trying to tinker with everything at the same time. Another tip: use specific prompts to avoid
excessive and unnecessary consumption of credits by the task owner. Therefore, it is very important that he himself positions himself in this way before opening up collaboration on a task. So, instead of asking for an improved slide, which is
very generic, broad, and vague, you could ask for something like, for example, rewrite this slide using simpler language for managers who don't a slide that used a lot of technical marketing terms.
not have much knowledge, so it needs to be made clearer. This request would already be somewhat of an error in the initial prompt, where you didn't clearly state who the target audience for that material is, but
you can correct that later; you just need to be specific here. If you're too broad, too generic, he'll just needs to be improved. But in this case, I'm referring to humans, but in
needs improvement. Unless you just look at it and say, "Oh, I didn't really like this design." But then you might list it because of this and that and that, and you'd like it to be different, something more elegant, with fewer
elements or more elements. You provide a certain direction. In some cases, it 's also helpful to justify the reason for the change, for example, add more information to this section because this document will be
submitted to the board of directors and needs to better justify the decision. Okay, he speak for itself, the data will serve as an argument. Thus, the task history also serves as a record of decisions. Another good practice is to
first invite your mind to the key people. Then, if it makes sense, you can add others, because depending on the task, certain people will only come in at a specific point. So, until it gets to that point, there's no
add them, those people will have access to your entire conversation history. Because, as I've already said, if everyone starts changing the direction of the project, Colb will turn into a mess. But with clear roles and good prompts, it becomes a
productivity hub powered by AI. Before using Colb, there are some very important precautions to take. The first one is about security. When you enable collaboration on a task, the connector functionality is no
protect your connected personal accounts , such as Gmail, Google Calendar, etc. After all, if other people get involved in the task, they shouldn't have access to your accounts. Avoid sharing information, especially personal information,
without permission. If the task or the documents you're going to use as a basis involve customer data, confidential internal documents, financial information, or any other sensitive content, review everything
you were already working on that task yourself. Ideally, even if you're working individually, you shouldn't attach or upload this information to AI. So, as I always say in the
video examples, you can duplicate this file and then remove the parts that talk about the data and everything else, and send it only what really matters. So, spreadsheet with your company's monthly sales results, and your
spreadsheet already includes customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses from some system, you'll remove those columns before sending it to humans. But of course, in a copy, right? You will not alter the original document.
Another important point to consider is that all collaborators will be able to see the task history from the beginning, even if they joined later. So, before inviting someone, make sure there's nothing there
that the person shouldn't know. And there's one more small technical detail. When the first collaborator logs in, the Sandbox login cookies are deleted for security reasons. So, if that task depended on a website you were
logged into, you might need to log in again. In summary, Colb can be a very powerful feature, provided it is used with organization and care. Share only what makes sense with the right people, and always,
always keep information security in mind . Take advantage of this opportunity and start for you to register is in the By using this link, you will earn an extra 1000 credits to test it out. When
you click, this page will open here. Then just click continue, complete your registration, and the credits will be added to your account automatically. Now, to continue learning how to use humans,
