[00:01] source of income for six years now. And during this time I promoted 15 Telegram channels. I sold advertising, I ran affiliate programs, I sold my own products and services, and I sold the Telegram channels themselves. I have something to [00:16] share. And in this video I have collected all my experience. If you want a basic understanding of how the Telegram market works and how Telegram channels are monetized, this video is for you. Sit back and enjoy watching. Let's start with the [00:33] most interesting part. Let's list all the ways to monetize Telegram channels, because this is the primary reason we all enter the Telegram market . And the first way is selling advertising. You've driven traffic to [00:47] your own Telegram channel and are selling ads to either other Telegram channels ads to either other Telegram channels or external projects, such as online schools, brands, and so on. In this case, you simply bring in traffic and [01:02] redirect it to your advertiser. And the second way is information products and services, or rather, one could say, simply one’s own products. This could be, for example, a store on Wildberries. You purchase traffic for a [01:18] Telegram channel and use it to publish items from your store on Wberry, Oazоon, Yandex Market, and so on. Therefore, we can think more broadly here [01:30] . But this method is mainly used by infobusinessmen. Therefore, we will say that they are primarily information products or our own services. For example, you are a video editor and so on. [01:46] Everything related to freelancing. Next, affiliate programs are when [music] we bring a client to some service, he [01:58] makes a payment using our link, and we receive a portion of that payment. It's called affiliate marketing. As a rule, product or nutra niche. That is, various dietary supplements, additives, and so on. And the fourth [02:16] supplements, additives, and so on. And the fourth way is selling the channels themselves. And Telegram is attractive because if our project doesn't work out, we can sell it, and not for pennies. On average, channels are sold at a price of 8-12 rubles. per [02:33] subscriber. It depends on how long ago the Telegram channel was uploaded and what kind of traffic it is. Because if the channel is new, it will cost more, because the traffic there is newer. Let's add some specifics. Advertising sales. This is what it [02:47] looks like. We go to any Telegram channel, scroll through the feed any Telegram channel, scroll through the feed and see that the [music] author is redirecting and see that the [music] author is redirecting traffic via an external link to another [03:01] Telegram channel. This is, accordingly, the sale of advertising. Less often, it's just another project of the Telegram channel owner that we visited, but mostly it's advertising sales. And advertising can be sold both in the [03:15] Telegram channel itself and in the welcome bot. We'll talk about this a little later. If we have a closed Telegram channel, we can add a welcome bot. This way, we bring in traffic once, but can monetize it twice [03:31] once, but can monetize it twice on two platforms. in the Telegram channel and in the welcome bot. And in the welcome bot there are two types of advertising. The first one is a welcome message. When someone applies to join our [03:45] Telegram channel, they receive a notification from our bot, which may include advertising. I have it like this, I'll show you a little later. And it could also be a mailing list. That is, the person is in our bot, as well as in the Telegram channel, [04:01] and we can send out advertising mailings separately in the bot . This is how it looks for me. Here, for example, is my Telegram channel on the English language. And Telegram channel on the English language. And here, for example, we see advertising in the feed. [04:16] So we went into the channel and there was an advertising post in the feed . [music] And also in the welcome bot, that's what I call it. cheat sheets from a tutor. A person submits an application, confirms that he is not a robot, and he, [04:29] confirms that he is not a robot, and he, [music] ah, gets a post like this. And, accordingly, already upon receiving an application, we monetize this traffic with advertising in the mailing list, and then the person goes to the [04:43] Telegram channel, and there is an advertisement for another channel. In general, two advertising platforms. This is how it works. selling your products. Well, of course, if we have some kind of business, then we can sell them. If we don't have our own [04:59] business, what products can we make on Telegram? We need to make a on Telegram? We need to make a separate video about that. I have some ideas. Here, separate video about that. I have some ideas. Here, for example, we see, a, a blogger. And here in the [05:11] for example, we see, a, a blogger. And here in the pinned poster, accordingly, Telegram is perfect for this. It's much more convenient than [05:24] Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and so on, because no algorithms play a role here . There are no algorithms here, and interacting with the audience is much affiliate programs. [music] That is, we send traffic to a [05:41] website, and there a person must perform a target action. For example, here is a target action. For example, here is a Yandex affiliate program, and the Yandex Music offer is free. [music] And when a person registers using this link and [05:55] enters this promo code, they get 60 days of free access to Yandex Music. and, accordingly, the author of the channel receives a reward for this. One of the advantages of well-known brands is that it’s quite easy to invest in them because they [06:11] have been developing their own brand for a very long time and have a high level of trust. One of the downsides of any affiliate program is that it has a hold period, which in the best case scenario hold period, which in the best case scenario will be 30 days, and in the worst case scenario it can [06:26] reach 3 months. We'll talk about affiliate programs in more detail in other videos . You can also use affiliate programs, and CPA is the [06:39] price per action. For example, here the target action is to register for a trial. And, accordingly, when a person does this, the author of the Telegram channel receives a reward. Or revsher, this is when a [06:54] person makes a payment, and we receive a portion of it . For example, we are pouring money into some monthly subscription. [music] And, let's say, it costs 2,000 [07:06] [music] And, let's say, it costs 2,000 rubles. And from these 2,000 rubles. we receive, conditionally, 500 rubles. Trifshara can be like this , or it can be like with gambling and casinos. For example, we brought traffic to a casino, and he made his first deposit there and [07:22] lost it. And we get half of the loss . These are the two most . These are the two most popular vidavsher. There can also be a lot of tariffs, for example, for [music] viewing Cerclick and so on, but the most [07:38] viewing Cerclick and so on, but the most popular tariffs are exactly like these. And we move on to selling the channel. There are various exchanges for carts. And, accordingly, here we can put the Telegram channel up for sale, set [07:54] the price, and then, if someone wants to buy the Telegram channel, they will write to us and, accordingly, we will agree on the price. And here it's important to work with a trusted exchange, because there are a huge [08:08] number of scam exchanges where the guarantor works together with a so-called buyer, and we transfer the rights to our own Telegram channel to the Guarantor, and it disappears along with the buyer, and we do not receive payment for the Telegram channel. This is a [08:24] fairly extensive topic: how to avoid being scammed when selling a Telegram channel. And I talk about it in great detail in Trffic Lab. This is my closed community of [08:36] Telegram channel admins, where I share my own connections, developments, and own connections, developments, and market observations. Here are some of the lessons you can find in Trffic LL for working in Telegram . For example, lectures on how [08:51] the market works, the channel pyramid, what it means, what the hierarchy of Telegram channels is and how to navigate it all, who they buy advertising from here, what we need to be like to get it bought from us, who is being ignored, uh, who you shouldn't be, [09:09] how you shouldn't behave and, accordingly, how to start in Telegram. I have several very detailed lectures and courses. Also, a separate guide on selling Telegram channels, including prices, how they [09:23] Telegram channels, including prices, how they are formed, guarantors, and who buys Telegram channels. You can also find ready-made bundles here, namely creatives and Telegram channel formats that work and where they advertise. [09:38] Link to Trffic Llab in the description. Go ahead, study, and I invite you there. And right away, how you can fail on Telegram and what actions you should avoid to avoid being left without money. The first is not to study [09:52] the topics, their pros and cons. The most common mistake I see is when people create a Telegram channel based on their hobby. Let's say he's interested in football, and he creates a football Telegram channel without studying the [10:07] topic or understanding how it works. Meanwhile, football-related topics bring in pennies, and there are very few advertisers there. And, accordingly, there is [10:19] barely enough money for food there. And yes, the person talks about his hobby, but at the same time he is sitting without money. But if you're a [10:32] businessman like me, and you use Telegram solely to make money, then you need a different strategy. We'll talk about it a little later. Be patient. The second way to fail is to not study the channels you [10:48] not study the channels you advertise on. Firstly, it could be a simple case of cheating, like, yes, the channel has subscribers, there are views, but it’s purely bots. And without knowing how to [11:01] analyze Telegram channels, we can fall for them. I started my journey on Telegram in 2020. And then my first three purchases were [11:13] wasted because I bought advertising exclusively from bot breeders, and I simply spent 10,000 rubles. And for these 10,000 rubles. I was given bots. And, [11:25] accordingly, I was left with nothing. And there were even thoughts of ending it all. But something kept me going. And to prevent this from happening to you again, I’m telling you here how it all works and how to avoid it. The third [11:40] way to fail is to not test your ad before buying expensive ads, because buying ads on Telegram is a science, and it's crucial to know how traffic works, be able to create creatives, and [11:56] analyze Telegram channels. And it's an advertising post, that means almost everything. And if we compose it incorrectly, then we can enter a channel with very [12:08] good traffic, but at the same time we will not get anything from it, because our post turned out to be not converting. An ill-conceived monetization scheme. We've brought in traffic, but we don't know what to do with it, who to sell it to, where to upload it, and so [12:23] on. Typically, this happens when a person is inspired by a Telegram channel and decides to repeat it. without properly understanding its business model. And, accordingly, the money simply flows down the drain. And the last [12:38] way to go broke is to ruin your relationship with the market. We are in the market among people who buy advertising from us, who sell advertising to us. And, accordingly, the relationship between admins in Telegram decides almost [12:53] everything, because the relationship between admins is built on trust. If we lose it, then they simply won’t work with us , because we will seem like an unreliable partner. And, accordingly, we will be left without money, because we [13:08] can invest it in the market, but we will not get it back. And choosing a niche is the most important moment. As I said earlier, we can choose a niche based on our [13:21] own interests, based on our own hobbies, but this niche our own hobbies, but this niche will be empty. This is football, this is music and there are many other similar topics that are simply not monetized. [13:36] that are simply not monetized. And if we go there, we will suffer, and not earn money. Choosing a niche is the most crucial step, because it determines the volume of advertisers, which channels we [13:50] can cover in general, and who, in principle, can potentially buy advertising from us. The theme in this regard determines everything. The volume of potential clients, if we not only sell advertising, but also, for example, drive traffic to affiliate programs [14:06] and so on. How many people overall would want to take a targeted action on the [music] our own product? And also the price of our own product? And also the price of advertising, it’s generally the subject matter here [14:21] that determines everything. Because, let's say, there are two Because, let's say, there are two Telegram channels and both have a reach of 5,000 rubles. And in one Telegram channel, advertising will cost 5,000 rubles, and in another [14:34] 1,000 rubles. And all of this is determined by the topic, because depending on what topic we have, our traffic costs differently. And the more expensive the traffic, the [14:46] costs differently. And the more expensive the traffic, the better. CPM is a key metric when selling advertising. I just explained that the same channels with the same reach have different advertising prices because the topics are [15:01] different advertising prices because the topics are different, and CPM affects this indicator. CPM stands for C per mile or cost per 1,000 cost per 1,000 views. Here is the CPM formula: the [15:15] cost of advertising placement divided by the number of ad impressions and multiplied number of ad impressions and multiplied by 1,000. More simply, if we have 5,000 by 1,000. More simply, if we have 5,000 coverage and CPM 1,000, then the price for advertising is [15:28] 5,000 rubles. And if we have 7,000 coverage and 300 CPM in the topic, then the price for advertising will be 2,100 rubles. This is how the subject matter determines the cost of advertising. And [15:42] therefore, the choice of topic should be approached with extreme responsibility. Let's move on approached with extreme responsibility. Let's move on to niche analysis. How to choose the one that will bring us money and in which we will prosper, not [15:56] degrade, but do what we love. And a suitable niche has at least two criteria. The first is that at least 20 channels are on traffic, least 20 channels are on traffic, they buy advertising. Therefore, since they [16:11] actively bring in traffic, they know how to make it pay off. This is the first sign that the topic is alive. And secondly, advertising is sold regularly. It’s as if we’re looking at the same channels, and they should [16:27] same channels, and they should regularly purchase advertising and, accordingly, actively sell it. Because if advertising is purchased, it means that there is a way to monetize this traffic. And if advertising is sold [16:43] to monetize this traffic. And if advertising is sold regularly, it means there is a regular demand for traffic resale on this topic. And here's how to do it. We go to the TGSAT website, a service for analyzing Telegram channels. We can also access the [16:57] telemeter, but it is a paid service and has been experiencing frequent problems with its operation lately. Aa we see, a list of topics and, accordingly, we select the [17:11] topics and, accordingly, we select the topics that interest us. Then we go into each one and look at the Telegram channel statistics. For example, I'll choose esotericism [17:24] For example, I'll choose esotericism and see what Telegram channels are available here. We go to any random one and we need to see [17:38] what statistics it has. Go to channel statistics. First of all, Go to channel statistics. First of all, we look at the subscribers section and see if the Telegram channel is receiving traffic. And we see that he [17:52] only gets unsubscribes, and there is no influx of new traffic. And in this regard, this channel does not attract us. And so we see that [18:05] he had two purchases the whole year, and then the traffic goes exclusively down. But at the same time, we also go to the advertising efficiency section and see that this channel is [18:17] selling advertising relatively actively, because today is the fourteenth, for the thirteenth, for the twelfth, for the twelfth, uh, advertising sales, the eighth, the seventh, [18:31] uh, advertising sales, the eighth, the seventh, advertising is sold almost every day. This is generally a positive description. We go to the creative and see what kind of creative is being used to fill [18:46] this channel. We also come in. The most important thing is that it is actually an advertisement, because it happens that a Telegram channel simply mentions another channel. And here there is a kind of mention of channels, but this is not advertising at all [19:02] . And again we see that this is advertising. And [music] from the downsides, this channel is not on traffic. At the same time, as [19:14] not on traffic. At the same time, as we can see, advertising is being sold here extremely actively. Let's go to another Telegram channel. And again we see that the statistics are negative, [19:29] yes. But then we go to the advertising effectiveness section and again see that advertising is sold here every day. And in this regard, the [19:44] attractive. So, advertising. Ah, we see what [music] [19:57] channel mention. And here it's important for us to find patterns in exactly which topics are buying up esoteric advertising, because here we see [20:10] Wildberries products, useful gadgets, and also Etoro, and we see cooking. And in the previous Telegram channel we saw psychologists. And here it is important for us to [20:22] look at at least 20 of these Telegram channels to find any patterns, namely who is buying advertising in this topic. Then we advertising in this topic. Then we need to find out the cost of advertising. We write using this [20:37] contact. And we need to compose a message: "Ah, hello, we want to buy advertising from you in your Telegram channel." Add this link and specify your own Telegram channel. Because if we don't [20:50] specify our own Telegram channel, then most likely the admin won't tell us then most likely the admin won't tell us what it is, because, well, why tell us about it again? Next, let's look at this Telegram channel. Let [21:03] 's go to the subscribers section and see that this channel is already on traffic, that is, it is constantly buying advertising, and everything is fine with it in this regard. Next, [21:16] we need two sections: a, advertising effectiveness and attracting a, advertising effectiveness and attracting subscribers. Attracting subscribers. We see 24 mentions already for January. and we see which channels he made his purchases through. Yes. [21:32] we see which channels he made his purchases through. Yes. Here's some creativity. Here's some creativity. This is what it looks like. advertising creative. And, by the way, we can be inspired by this creativity and [21:49] create something similar. This is already the first positive sign that the Telegram channel is experiencing active traffic. And we see that he buys advertising in the same Telegram channels, on the same topics: self-development [22:04] or psychology. Next, we go to advertising efficiency and see that two ads are sold per day . That is, [22:16] . That is, we are looking at about 10 more such we are looking at about 10 more such Telegram channels. Well, by the way, they, as it were, simply resell advertising to each other. And, accordingly, [22:28] if at least 10-20 Telegram channels with the same topic have the same statistics, then this is a positive moment, and this means positive moment, and this means that the topic is alive. And we find out the cost of [22:42] advertising in exactly the same way. But I kind of know that in self-development CPM is 1,000, that is, for 1,000 views 1,000 rubles. That is, 5,000 views 1,000 rubles. That is, 5,000 coverage, the advertising price will be 5,000 rubles. And [22:57] self-development for me is one of the most attractive niches in 2026. And now that we have our own Telegram channel, it's very important for us to become one of the Telegram channel, it's very important for us to become one of the admins. and win their [23:11] trust. Because, as I already said, everything is built on trust. You may be a pretty mediocre buyer, bringing in very average traffic, but thanks to trust, you can steer and at the same time [23:28] make money, sell advertising, buy advertising, and everything will be fine with you. Everything here is built on communication . [music] And here's how to become one of your own in a niche. First of all, if you do n't have authority, borrow it from [23:44] n't have authority, borrow it from others. And you see some trusted Telegram channel where everyone in your niche buys ads, and you can buy ads from them. And then this is a plus for their trust in you, because [24:02] this is a plus for their trust in you, because you are buying up their traffic, and if they trust them in the market, then they will most likely trust you too. And secondly, communicate with the admins. Is it possible to communicate in the general chat? It all depends on the topic. [24:17] chat? It all depends on the topic. Generally, you can spam in the admin chat in the product section, but not, for example, in self-development or in the English language. This is not welcomed, everyone there is serious and they only sell and buy [24:29] advertising there. In this case, if the admin chat is inactive, you can communicate with the admins via private messages, exchange experiences on purchasing and selling [24:41] advertising, working with certain channels, traffic sources, and so on. As a rule, admins are very open to this. There is no such thing as “I don’t need to write,” “I don’t have time,” and so on. This does happen, but it is extremely rare. In general, [24:57] happen, but it is extremely rare. In general, the admins are extremely sociable. And here's how you can farm market trust. Let's register our Telegram channel on TGstati and, ah, go to the Attracting Subscribers section. And we need to have [25:12] at least in this section just Telegram channels from which others buy advertising, and preferably, these should be the most trusted ones on the market, that is, those from which everyone buys advertising. And in this [25:27] which everyone buys advertising. And in this regard, we are gaining the market’s trust. Well, and, accordingly, a mention of the channel. Whoever mentions you, it's best if they include Whoever mentions you, it's best if they include channels in our niche, [25:42] channels in our niche, because then our channel is as clear to the market as possible, and working with us is less scary, with low risks. Design of a Telegram channel. Yes, there are rules here too that need to be [25:58] there are rules here too that need to be followed, so that our channel works better for us and brings in more money. And first of all, channels are divided into two types. first of all, channels are divided into two types. It is open and closed. And depending on [26:13] this, there is a difference in how subscribers come to us and how they subscribe to us . Here is an example of an open Telegram channel. This is my author's. By the way, there is a link to it in the description. Subscribe, there's a lot of material about [26:27] development in Telegram. Here is an open Telegram channel, here is an open link. A person can enter it in the Telegram search, or in Google, Yandex, and so on, and follow this link to my Telegram channel and [26:41] subscribe to it. Here is an example of a closed Telegram channel. This is mine too. closed Telegram channel. This is mine too. Here I am, the admin. And here we see that there is no open link, which means that a person can join this [26:54] Telegram channel only through an invitation link. And after that he will submit an application to join the channel. And this application must be approved. It can be approved either [27:08] manually or automatically using the welcome bot. We'll talk about this a little later. The name and description of a Telegram channel should be clear, first and foremost, so that when someone browses Telegram channels for [27:24] purchase, they can clearly understand what they can clearly understand what our channel is about, right down to the avatar and name. Here, for example, is the wisdom of Athens. It is clear that this is about self-development. [27:37] Just being happy, it’s clear that this is about psychology. I don't like the avatar here. I choose myself. It is clear that this is self-development and psychology. The channel avatar is also important. It should be minimalistic. This is how [27:54] the admin selects channels for purchasing. And from the avatar it should be clear what we are talking about. And, of course, be associated with the theme. No abstractions. Well, for example, I will give an example of my own Telegram channel. It's clear that [28:09] he's talking about the English language, because, uh, the British flag, and c of is a well-known English idiom that is understandable even to those who don't know English, haven't studied it, and so on. And, accordingly, the [28:25] picture is a reference to this idiom: a cup of tea. Well, tea is associated with England in many ways. And, accordingly, the British flank, accordingly, it is clear what it is about. [28:38] We. For example, you can create an avatar using the GPT chat. Just a year or two ago, you had to pay designers there at least 1,000 rubles, and normal [28:50] designers [music] somewhere between 3 and 5,000 rubles. for the avatar, but somewhere between 3 and 5,000 rubles. for the avatar, but we can already make it in the GPT chat and not involve contractors. And here's the prompt. You can take a screenshot of my video and then [29:06] decipher this text using a neural network, then insert your own values here and make an avatar for yourself. And by the way, from make an avatar for yourself. And by the way, from personal experience, GPT makes avatars [29:20] better, for example, nanobananas, because from personal experience, nanobananas, Leonardo, or Journey really like to complicate things. These are neural networks for complex tasks, but for [29:33] simple, minimalistic ones, GPT chat is ideal. Links for advertising. And here it is extremely important to format them correctly, because this is how we will track the effectiveness of the advertising. In [29:48] Telegram settings there is a section called invite links. And, accordingly, we create links for accordingly, we create links for each advertising post and track which channel is delivering the best advertising so that we can advertise there again later. [30:02] advertise there again later. And where it came from, badly, we no longer take advertising from there. Accordingly, we can see how many people came from each advertising post. Here's what it looks like in practice. Here is my empty [30:18] in practice. Here is my empty Telegram channel. Go to settings and Telegram channel. Go to settings and look for the invite links section. Ah, we click create a new link. And if our channel is closed, then we must turn on this [30:33] is closed, then we must turn on this slider, an application for joining. And then we call it, as it is convenient for us, the name of the channel, in which [music] [30:48] which [music] we take be so. And we don’t touch this, so it turns out like this. [31:01] We copy the link, paste it into the advertising post and give it to the admin for advertising. advertising post and give it to the admin for advertising. And, accordingly, we then monitor how much comes from it. Whether we can copy content exactly when we [31:15] run a Telegram channel depends on the topic, because different topics have different rules. And what is possible in one subject, is not possible in another. For example, if we take the product theme and Wibberies, then copying content there [31:30] is absolutely normal. I'm talking about selection aggregator channels. from marketplaces such as AliExpress, Wiberry, Sozone, and so on. And there it is absolutely normal. Moreover, for example, they upload referrals to Yandex Market, AliExpress, and [31:47] so on. And there the post is simply copied one by one and the referral links are changed . And, accordingly, everything is fine. But if we do this in self-development, copying content from a competitor's channel, [32:00] copying content from a competitor's channel, it will cause a fight in the admin chat, because here the content is created either by the admins themselves or by content creators. And this is extremely unwelcome here. This is a big minus to the reputation. And I was just [32:15] saying that reputation influences a lot, almost everything. And if we spoil it, then no one will work with us . And additional materials on [32:27] . And additional materials on this topic. Here's what you can find in Traffic this topic. Here's what you can find in Traffic Lab. Full channel setup for flooding, welcome message, bot distribution, application collection, and so on. [32:40] Everything I said about the welcome bot, about the closed Telegram channel and more information about selling Telegram channels, Telegram channels, exchanges and guarantors with whom I specifically [32:52] worked, because I sold quite a lot of Telegram channels. I can personally recommend the guarantors I have worked with. You can also find the Quick Start course on Telegram there. This is more comprehensive information about the Telegram market, [33:07] as well as the healthy person's traffic rate. This information is specifically about traffic in Telegram. This information is specifically about traffic in Telegram. And we move on to buying and selling advertising. This is already the most fun part. This is what makes us money. This is what [33:22] makes us money. This is what drives demand for our product and, overall, monetize on the Telegram market. It will be more fun here. Here's how will be more fun here. Here's how advertising prices are calculated for a [33:37] Telegram channel. This is either by CPM or by the number of subscribers. In terms of CPM, it depends on the reach [music], and in terms of the number of subscribers, it depends on how much traffic we brought to the advertiser. We take the average price for [33:51] subscribers in a specific topic and multiply it by the number of [music] subscribers we've acquired. The price of a subscriber in the product list is 20 rubles. And [34:03] we brought the advertiser 500 subscribers. 500 times 20 and we get subscribers. 500 times 20 and we get the amount that we are entitled to pay. This is 10,000 rubles. Accordingly, we can also sell either impressions or [34:21] subscribers. That is, we can also set the price, or we, uh, work set the price, or we, uh, work by impressions, let's say we have 5,000 coverage, [34:33] and in our topic 1,000 CPM, accordingly, our advertising costs 5,000 rubles. Or by subscribers, that is, we bring in an average of 500 subscribers, and the cost of one subscriber in our topic is 20 [34:49] rubles. And, accordingly, we multiply the number of attracted subscribers by the cost of one subscriber, and we get the cost of advertising. And the payment depending on these methods also varies. We offer prepayment for views [35:03] and postpayment for subscribers . It's extremely rare that we get an advance payment when paying for subscribers, but at the same time [35:15] [the music] comes with a guarantee. And, accordingly, if we did not provide subscribers, then we return [music] part of the amount so that the advertising comes out at the required cost per [35:28] subscriber. But if we over-spend our traffic, we won't get any extra payment. If we work on a prepayment basis with a guarantor, then in order to work on a postpayment basis, we need our advertiser to be trusted. And [35:43] advertiser to be trusted. And this can be understood in this way. We find his channel and go to two sections: attracting subscribers and advertising effectiveness. And it’s important for us that he is active both in terms of attracting [35:56] traffic and in terms of selling advertising. If he does this regularly, it means he has trust in the market, and he won’t screw you over, because his reputation is just as important to him as it is to because his reputation is just as important to him as it is to us. Advertising creative is the [36:11] most important part of advertising, because it determines how actively traffic will come to us and the cost per subscriber. Because [36:23] our entire economy depends on the cost of a subscriber . If the subscriber price drops and becomes cheaper than usual, then we will have a higher margin, or we will be able to purchase [36:36] additional traffic. But if the price rises, we won’t be in the black, we’ll be in the black or in the red. Therefore, creativity is everything. And to create a successful creative idea, we [36:52] need to be observant and have our finger on the pulse. This is precisely how visual acuity is formed . We visit Telegram channels on TGsta and see what creatives they're purchasing. [37:09] This Telegram channel actively purchased advertising in November. Let's see how he did it. Accordingly, we see what kind of posts are being purchased for esotericism. [37:21] what kind of posts are being purchased for esotericism. And, accordingly, we look at all these advertising posts and develop a keen eye. We can also see how the number of subscribers has increased [37:35] . But you don’t need to look here , because it’s very generalized. We , because it’s very generalized. We go to this section "subscribers" and, accordingly, look at the attraction. By the way, we see that [37:50] this channel is experiencing traffic, meaning it's globally in the red, but there is still subscriber acquisition, but there is also an outflow. There is, and attracting subscribers does not [38:03] cover the outflow. This is generally normal for large Telegram channels. And here, as we can see, there are almost 100,000 subscribers. Everything is okay here. And it's extremely important to keep your finger on the pulse, constantly monitoring who's [38:17] buying what, because sometimes the admin finds an extremely good post that converts well. And it is very important for us to immediately make something similar and start stocking up on it. Is it possible to copy creatives? It also depends on the [38:33] topic. It's the same here as with content. What is possible in one subject is not possible in another. In product marketing, copying creatives is perfectly normal, but in self-development, for example, this is highly discouraged. Here's an example. And in the product sector, [38:50] this kind of creativity works now, and everyone and their dog uses it. In general, everyone who buys traffic on Telegram. And, accordingly, we can also take it and start buying advertising for it with our link. There will [39:07] be no consequences for us if we do this. But if we do this in do this. But if we do this in self-development, the consequences will be, self-development, the consequences will be, at a minimum, a fight in the admin chat. And here's [39:19] how it works. Why is it important to find advertising creatives important to find advertising creatives that convert subscribers well [39:31] and use them as quickly as possible? As we can see, there are two Telegram channels from the As we can see, there are two Telegram channels from the product niche. The first is VB Sniper, a very popular Telegram channel. There are a million subscribers in this niche. And we see the [39:44] second Wildberis Big Sale. And here are 50,000 subscribers. And as we can see, the 50,000 subscribers. And as we can see, the weight categories here are extremely different. And, accordingly, their advertising budgets are also different. And, let's say, this [39:58] Telegram channel found a working advertising post and, accordingly, went to buy advertising with it. And that's how it happens. purchases through several [40:11] happens. purchases through several channels and gradually masters the budget in its market. But then this big Telegram channel sees that a competitor has found a working advertising post and is buying it, and, accordingly [40:26] buying it, and, accordingly , takes it, the advertising post, copies it, and also goes to the market to buy it, and does so much more to buy it, and does so much more actively. And thus, the more often [40:40] the audience sees advertising creative, the more it burns out. And a large Telegram channel very quickly burns out an advertising post and thus [40:54] , one might say, takes away traffic from a smaller one. smaller one. And yes, it’s not exactly good, but it And yes, it’s not exactly good, but it works that way in all niches. And, [41:06] accordingly, when we find a working advertising post, it is important for us to promote it as quickly as possible, because if we are a small Telegram channel, then we cannot compete in budget with a large one, and, [41:21] accordingly, the large one will simply crush us and thus kill our advertising post, and the opportunity will slip out of our hands. And, accordingly, it is important for us to [41:33] hold on to it and quickly master the advertising budget for it. Buying advertising. If we study this section correctly and carefully, we will learn how to bring in traffic that our advertisers are willing to pay for. That is, we [41:48] attract the traffic they need. And if we know how to do this, then we have a large know how to do this, then we have a large base of potential clients who regularly take advertising from us. Accordingly, we have a regular [42:02] Accordingly, we have a regular cash flow. And first of all, there are two types of traffic in Telegram - external and internal. Well, internal is traffic within the cart itself, and external is either purchasing from bloggers outside the cart, such as Instagram, [42:19] VKontakte, YouTube, TikTok, and so on. Or targeted advertising on VKontakte or Facebook. Internal traffic is also divided into two types. It is targeted and motivated. Targeted is when we purchase advertising through a direct [42:35] advertising post, and motivated is when we buy a place in some bot. To use the bot's functionality, you need to subscribe to a number of Telegram channels, and we are one of them. This means that this traffic is not [42:50] interested in our content. He signs up to use some bot. Or this is a condition of the drawing in some other Telegram channel to be [music] subscribed to us. That is, this is [43:04] interested traffic, and this is not interested. And why do we need a second one, we’ll talk about it now [music]. This is what it looks like. Ah, subscribe to our channels below. Then you can use bots. And, accordingly, [43:19] use bots. And, accordingly, these advertising slots are sold in Telegram bots. You can also buy placement placement in a giveaway competition. That is, to [43:32] have a chance to win a prize, you need to be subscribed to our Telegram channel. And, accordingly, the person subscribes to us . And such traffic is used to instantly increase reach or increase the number of [43:46] subscribers. This is necessary to reach the top of the market, so that the cost of advertising is higher. Because when brands buy advertising on Telegram channels, they [43:58] don't really look at what kind of traffic is going on in those Telegram channels. What matters there is the coverage. And whoever buys OP, motivated traffic is also called OP, mandatory subscription. This is the [44:14] OP, mandatory subscription. This is the OP. And, as a rule, they then sell advertising to brands whose KPI is reach, not referred traffic. And, accordingly, we can purchase this kind of traffic. [music] [44:28] But when they remove us from here, the replies there will be simply enormous, and we will drown in them, and it will be difficult to cover them. Now let's talk about external traffic. And it comes in three types. This is advertising, influence marketing and UBT. in [44:45] influence marketing and UBT. in more detail what each of these words mean. For example, influence trffic influence trffic has a YouTube channel and a Telegram channel that [44:58] bought advertising on it. Accordingly, this is where the traffic flows and payment is made for the fact of placement. [music] Or, for example, a mention of the Telegram channel to bloggers. The stories mention the channel, provide a [45:14] stories mention the channel, provide a link, and also serve as an advertising slot. And Telegram channels are quite actively buying up this kind of traffic. Now let's talk about conditionally free traffic - this is the most attractive type of traffic, at least on [45:28] my Telegram channel, because this entire channel is practically dedicated to it. Subscribe to learn more about this promotion method. This is when we [45:41] create advertising creative in vertical videos and send it to organic traffic. Here's mine, for example. How I post on my English language Telegram channel. The English language Telegram channel. The hook is done for 2 seconds. I am writing that there is [45:56] some book with which you can learn English very quickly. Next I show it, but I don’t give it a name. To get the name, [46:08] you need to go to my Telegram channel using the link in the profile header. And, accordingly, traffic does this, subscribes, and I get one more subscriber. And, accordingly, I then resell this traffic. And here, uh, are my [46:23] I then resell this traffic. And here, uh, are my most popular channels on YouTube and TikTok. On TikTok, for example, there's a channel with 63,000 channel with 63,000 subscribers. And with the help of these [46:36] sources, I have already uploaded more than one Telegram channel on the English language, as well as on self-development. And I sold two Telegram channels in English . I'm currently leading the third one. Next, I don’t know what I’ll do with it. [46:52] To find the most converting creatives, you need services for competitor analysis, as well as traffic injection tools . I have them in Traffic Lab. I invite you there. And selling advertising. Let's talk about how [47:06] Telegram channels are monetized and how admins make money from them. And yes, I understand that by the money from them. And yes, I understand that by the end of the lesson you are already tired, but this is the most interesting section, and it will be about how to monetize what you have already created. We [47:21] created a Telegram channel, brought in traffic, and are now starting to make money from it. And first of all, where do they sell advertising? The first is the admin chats, the second and [47:34] The first is the admin chats, the second and third are in. Admin chats are when admins create a chat room in Telegram with the same topic, and everyone posts ads there: "Buy advertising, sell advertising," and so on. RS is Yandex's advertising network, a [47:49] directory of Telegram channels where various brands and Telegram channels buy advertising. Exactly the same thing . Advertising exchange. Brands buy advertising there. We publish our own Telegram channels there and get included in the directory. This is what admin [48:06] chats look like. Accordingly, freebies and goods, thematic chat, uh, 519 subscribers. And, accordingly, everyone publishes an announcement here. I'll give away spots on a high-quality VB channel, a [48:24] give away spots on a high-quality VB channel, a link to it, and the advertising price will be published . coverage and, accordingly, a link to contact. We also publish to contact. We also publish more or less the same ad. We can use [48:38] statistics from our Telegram channel, or we can see the message "I'll buy advertising." And here we can write a private message to the admin with a post similar to this one, so as not to flood. Admins don't like this. It is important to write briefly and in a [48:54] structured manner. This is what in looks like. Here we see a directory of Telegram channels. Accordingly, here we can Accordingly, here we can filter by topic. And here the [49:07] Telegram channel itself is shown, the cost of advertising, the placement format and the characteristics of the Telegram channel are shown. Accordingly, we simply place our ads here, and advertisers find us themselves. And, by the way, the higher the reach, [49:22] the easier it is for advertisers to find us. This, by the way, is one of the reasons why mandatory subscriptions are bought up; the channel becomes more visible and, accordingly, it is more attractive in these channel aggregators , and advertising is bought up more often [49:38] . And this is what the Yandex advertising network looks like. The interface there is approximately the same. And there it is also mainly about the external appearance, that is, brands, websites, and so on. And by the way, if we see a design like this, that is, at the very bottom, go [49:53] to the site about the advertiser and the advertising grid, then, accordingly, as a rule, it is the Yandex advertising network, because in general this is the design of [50:05] posts there. Once we have a Telegram channel, we need to access the admin chats. And this can be done in two ways. And first, we need to ask whoever we bought the ads from to provide a link to the chat where they buy and [50:20] sell ads. And the second is to write to the owner of the chat network. They have chats on various topics: psychology, esotericism, linguistics, product sales, and so [50:32] on. For example, there is a bot like this, and they are members of an ecosystem of such chat networks. Accordingly, we can activate the bot and ask the admin this question, or simply write a private message to the bot. [50:48] And, accordingly, we are showing our own Telegram channel. And when the admin sees that we are indeed a participant in this market, then participant in this market, then we are allowed into this chat. And such [51:03] chats are very strictly moderated, because if a scammer appears, he is immediately removed from the chat. And, accordingly, if there is an admin in an admin in this chat, then he can be trusted. [51:18] this chat, then he can be trusted. but do it carefully, then the admins are okay with it . In the worst case, they simply won’t respond, uh, and won’t be rude to us, won’t spam us, and so on. There is no [51:35] need to push advertising too aggressively on your own channel. But if you on your own channel. But if you write a very structured and clear message like this in a private message and don't push any additional [51:50] notifications, then everything is okay. But in general, it 's better to respond to a message in the "I'll buy advertising" chat in these admin chats. This in these admin chats. This will protect us from receiving e- [52:04] will protect us from receiving e- spam. It would be ideal if we bought advertising from the spam. It would be ideal if we bought advertising from the admin and then offered him to place it with us, because that's how the market works. Everyone thinks about [52:17] their own reputation, as well as the market's loyalty to them. And if we bought advertising from an admin once, then the logic is that we can do it again if he attracts traffic and updates his own audience. And, [52:32] accordingly, he is interested in buying advertising from us so that we become more loyal to him and later buy advertising from him again. This is what [52:44] you can use. It’s as if we purchased advertising, and then the same admin offers placement with us. Moreover, if our channel is new, it is more attractive to admins because the traffic there is new, unburned, and the [53:01] the traffic there is new, unburned, and the audience activity is higher than average. If we follow all these rules, we'll first launch a high-quality Telegram channel with good traffic, and then effectively sell advertising there. [53:14] We will have cash flow, and, accordingly, we will make money on it.
