[00:01] on YouTube for over 2 years now about how to grow on Twitch, Kick, and other videos so far are my videos where I teach you how to actually grow on not sugar coat anything, and number two, I tell you exactly what you need to hear [00:16] never seen my videos before, I have a background in marketing, and I use my knowledge in marketing to translate marketing from basic marketing into a streamer. So, you can take marketing and apply it to your streams. With that [00:28] be going over the 10 most important tips I have that will help you actually start to grow on Twitch in 2025. Step number one, you need to define your goals. The real. However, even if you don't necessarily believe in manifestation, [00:42] writing out your goals is very important because number one, it can help you stay stay motivated. What do I mean by it helps you keep on track? Let's say you write out all of your goals, but also you write out a step-by-step plan that [00:54] let's say you want to reach 1,000 followers on Twitch. What do you do? two, you create a strict schedule. Number three, you see, you write out all of these steps that will help you achieve these goals. So, whenever you're [01:08] want to get out of bed, whenever you don't want to stream, all you have to do is look at this goal list. Look at this trajectory. Look at what you need to be doing, and then it will help force you out of bed and get you to doing exactly [01:20] reach these goals. Start small, start realistic, and slowly scale once you get comfortable with your schedule, and more comfortable with your marketing ability. Number two, create and follow a consistent schedule. Not only do you [01:35] need to create a schedule, but you need to follow it very strictly. By strict, I fact, you want to stream less often in the beginning, so you give your audience a chance to come to your streams all at the same time, helping you reach more [01:47] category, if that makes sense. For example, let's say you stream every day streams. If you stream every single day, more than likely these five people will you will never average more than two viewers at any given time. Whereas, if [02:01] more likely that all five of these people can come into your stream. And Minecraft, instead of scrolling down for hours to find someone that has two for like 10 minutes to find someone that has five viewers. Even though it's only [02:15] that much higher in a category and will help you grow that much faster. Number community. You need to figure out what type of community you want to have for yourself and then join one that's very similar to that. For example, let's say [02:28] you are a Minecraft streamer. You want to have a popular Minecraft community around bedwars or some specific niche community in Minecraft. What you want to do is you want to find a streamer that streams bedwars or whatever part of this [02:40] that you want to stream in yourself and you want to join this community by being active in the chat, making friends, and just inserting yourself as a member of their community. For example, let's say [02:52] shouldn't pick a streamer like Kaisen because he's too big, but I'm just going to use him as an example. Let's say Kaisenat only has 100 viewers. You want to insert yourself in that chat every time he goes live and make friends with [03:04] 100 other people that are in there. You want to talk to them, make friends, and really be a part of this community because over time, these people will yourself. You never want to mention the fact that you stream yourself because [03:17] leech off of this community. However, if you just slowly over time make more friends and become a bigger name in this community, more people will realize over page. They're going to see, oh wow, you're a streamer, too. And they're [03:31] whenever Kai isn't streaming. if that makes sense. That's why it's very important and it's extremely underrated to join an existing Twitch community, make a name for yourself with someone that already has a name for themselves [03:45] existing community, if that makes sense. If you do it in a genuine way, it's really easy to start to actually grow. Tip number four, you need to be engaging your stream. Even if you just started, even if you don't have any viewers yet, [03:58] you need to be talking to yourself the whole time. You need to be talking as if say I'm looking for a new streamer to watch. I click on someone who has one minute. I'm watching. I'm watching and they're just silent, stonefaced, just [04:12] going to be very entertained and I'm not going to want to sit around for very send one message in chat. So, you're never going to know I'm there. However, automatically talking, you're automatically entertaining. You're [04:25] as if I was already there. not only subconsciously, but consciously, I'm I'm going to be much more likely to stay and hang out during your stream. That's need to be talking your entire stream. Number five, you need to be networking [04:39] of similar to my other tip where you join an existing Twitch community. streamers that are similar size to you. For example, if you have three viewers want to network with other streamers that have three viewers as well. Let's [04:53] Four people that stream together that all average three viewers each. Now the total community size will be 12 viewers because each of you had three viewers. Monday, this person's streaming on Tuesday, this person streaming on [05:06] Thursday, all 12 of your viewers will be helping each other grow. And as soon as streamer B or streamer C starts growing, the whole community size will grow. And faster than you would be if you were streaming by yourself. Number six, you [05:20] need to optimize your channel and your time. You need to be making the most out many other people are trying to do exactly what you're doing. That means if minute that you have, you are much more likely to go viral and reach new viewers [05:33] For example, do not just be streaming 12 hours every single day because that is are never going to grow just from streaming alone. You're going to grow from marketing your streams. So instead of streaming for 12 hours and wasting [05:46] all of that time, you could stream for 1 hour and use your 11 other hours to make as many clips from your stream as possible because each one of these clips are going to be unique pieces of content that you could use as marketing to help [05:58] actually grow on Twitch. Once you start to reach people on these other platforms streams, then your streams are going to be reaching five, six, seven, eight viewers is going to be up and then no matter what streaming category you pick, [06:13] because you're going to be that much higher up in that streaming category and for forever to be able to find you, if that makes sense. And that goes with my next tip, number seven, promoting your stream. Now, I do not mean running [06:26] Facebook ads or Instagram ads or anything like that because that is not nowhere near as efficient as simply making good content and posting that form platforms like YouTube shorts, Tik Tok, those type of platforms, because [06:39] they have algorithms that are built in to help your content reach new people. if you want to be a full-time streamer and you want streaming to be a career, then your main goal, your main day-to-day task is going to be marketing [06:51] your streams. And the best way to do that is by going viral or by reaching media platforms. Or you could do the same thing by reaching people via full stream on YouTube. I would use YouTube [07:04] bit of money via ad revenue, but funnel all of these people into your streams your YouTube video, say I stream every Friday at 7:00 p.m. EST. That means will know exactly when you stream. And you are going to be promoting your [07:19] your stream, if that makes sense. Number eight, playing a niche game. A niche built around it, and it's so much easier to grow because there's already an audience waiting to watch this. For example, if I pick something that's [07:33] sure, there are millions of people that want to watch people play Minecraft. other people that are already playing Minecraft. So, the fact that it's got so counterbalance with the fact that so many people are already streaming it. [07:48] However, if you pick an extremely niche game, one that has way more viewers than much more likely to grow that much the popular games like Call of Duty, Minecraft, etc. If you want to take it a [08:00] step further, you can make niche-based YouTube channels such as they these related to gaming. They could be anything related to any niche that will niche already has a community of people waiting to watch content. So, as long as [08:15] are going to be ready to watch you. and then over time they're going to be funneled into your streams. Tip number nine is Discord. Discord is the most could be using as a streamer. If you have one viewer, two viewer, five [08:28] community, if you have no community or if you have a community, you need to be using Discord regardless. Discord is so important because as soon as you're live on Twitch, it lets everyone know in your Discord via the members list. Exact. It [08:41] Discord via the members list. Exact. It shows that you're purple and it implies that you're live. anyone on Discord knows that you are live on Twitch. If they see that symbol, all they have to do is click on your profile and then it [08:53] automatically links you to your Twitch stream and it funnels into your live sense. So, let's say you have a Discord of a 100 people in there and you're live and you're the top member in this Discord. All 100 people are going to see [09:07] people to click on your streams, come into your streams. And then, as you soon as you have people in your streams, then you're going to be reaching more platform because you're reaching because you have more viewers in whatever [09:21] to scroll so far down to find your stream, if that makes sense. And the most important tip that I can give you is analyze and improve. You could always improve. There's always improvements can be made. Nobody in content creation is [09:34] will tell you himself that he can improve and he can analyze every day. completely dedicated to studying and analyzing his channel, analyzing trends to figure out exactly what works best and what works doesn't. Now, I know you [09:49] you can't hire a team to study your numbers and things like that. However, the beginning stages. You need to post 10 different Tik Toks, 10 different YouTube shorts, 10 different Instagram reels. You need to make 10 short videos [10:02] platforms. Then you need to make sure that all 10 of these videos are very different. They don't need to they can't be the same game. They can't be telling style of videos. They have to be 10 very different videos that you post on all of [10:15] do is you need to figure out which videos did better. Which ones did more views did more comments? Figure out which style of video did better. and then go full force with that. Make 10 different videos that are like this, but [10:29] change very small details until you can perfect what videos are going to go viral with your personality, with your niche, with your type of content. Constantly self analyze and try different strategies with short form [10:41] figure out what will drive viewers into your stream. Once you have viewers into snowball effect because then you won't have to be worrying about marketing so viewers in that category. you are automatically going to be reaching new [10:56] said, be worrying about marketing because because the streaming platform itself is going to be reaching new people and helping your streams grow as well as expanding your entire community. And like I said, it's just a snowball [11:08] bigger and bigger. The more viewers that you have, the more viewers that you the more viewers that you have, etc. And it just keeps growing and growing and analyzing and improving. Thank you all for watching all the way to the end. I [11:22] seen my videos before, you know that it's my lifelong goal to reach 100,000 subscribers. I've done marketing, like I said, for over 10 years now as a career, always been a a huge dream of mine, but it's always been on the back burner [11:35] because I focused on escaping my poverty ridden life and the rough upbringing that I've had via my marketing business. However, the past few years, uh, my business has gotten more successful and it's allowed me to take more time to do [11:48] things that I want. And what I really want to do is reach my goal of 100,000 wall and just say that I finally did it, if that makes sense. With that being fallen in love with helping people, helping them with their streams. I've [12:01] built Twitch communities thanks to the marketing advice that I've given them, that I've ever felt in my life as far as building my own business was great, but helping other people build platforms and change their lives via these new dream [12:15] world.
