[00:01] videos, this framework is the fix. One of the huge keys to success on YouTube is getting people to actually click on your videos. That's the packaging. But then the second key is you got to keep people watching if you want that video [00:14] And so the way you do that is number one, you've got clear points. Not every video is educational, but we help a lot of business owners get clients. And so typically, we'd recommend you structure your video with some clear points so [00:27] that people can follow along. But that one's pretty obvious. The second one is second ingredient won't just power up your videos, it's also the cure to AI fatigue and all the AI slop that's out there. Because number two is stories. [00:41] That includes your personal stories and also client stories. Information is cheap right now. It's one chat GPT prompt away. But your stories, what you've been through, is what creates real human connection. It's the reason [00:54] that people still watch content. It's the information that you share the information that you share illustrated by the personal stories that matters for business. There's a concept called story selling, right? Not [01:07] storytelling. And you may have heard the quote that facts tell, but stories sell. So these stories aren't really just about you. They're stories that the listener, the viewer, can see themself in and illustrate points that lead to [01:24] epiphanies, belief shifts, and ultimately help people decide if they want to do business with you. And here's something you should steal. Every month I do a virtual mastermind with our elite and accelerator clients. And I was [01:37] having a conversation with a trauma expert. She's got a product, she's got an offer, and she was making informational videos. And the information was good, but it wasn't working. And so we started to talk about [01:49] points and stories, and she mentioned, "I I don't actually tell my core story." things for you?" And she first said, "Well, losing my grandparents and how that shifted my identity and shifted my business and honestly, grief." And those [02:06] four big topics were not packaged well in her videos and those stories weren't that's something that I want you to consider. It could be that that story that you're afraid to tell, that feels vulnerable, that story could be the [02:20] breakthrough in your next video. And keep following along because this is the 21-day YouTube reset and I can't wait to see you tomorrow.
