[00:01] pervasive hustle culture that you see around either entrepreneurship or investing or finance that at least I see a lot of it on social media? performative. And [00:14] [laughter] more. >> Yeah, I am. Let's let's call it 99.9% going to hire someone, one of the traits that you would want is time. That they could that they could produce [00:28] when you look at these people that were like, I work 100 hours a week. You're >> Like it sounds [laughter] like you're not doing a very good job. That sucks management skills. Sounds [laughter] like you're not using any technology to [00:42] Not the flex you think it is. >> Yeah. >> And and so that I think that there's a lot of that. It it is kind of sad that we have using the amount of time that you work as a proxy for the value that [00:54] you add because it's not even close to that in the in the real world. And most of you have probably been to a doctor's appointment where a doctor changed your >> Mhm. >> Like they they diagnosed you and they're [01:07] should take. And you're like, oh, everything's better now. In 10 minutes. It does Sometimes it doesn't take a tremendous amount of time to move the needle by a gargantuan amount. But I I think the reason that we do associate [01:20] >> Mhm. >> It's very hard to track like how productive you are. But if someone says I work 100 hours a week, like I can track that and I can compare that to how often I work. It's very apples to apples [01:33] often I work. It's very apples to apples comparable. And so it has this allure of hiring someone, it would be the last thing you would want is someone who's it takes me a tremendous amount of time to get very little done.
