[00:02] Google just started rolling out a real AI agent called Gemini Spark to way more people. And on top of that, Gemini just got a new way to keep your chats organized. Let's break down both because this changes how you'll use Gemini every [00:16] single day. Up until a few days ago, Gemini Spark only worked for people paying for Google's top AI plan. Now it's rolling out to regular Google AI Pro subscribers in the US. And Google is also opening it up to every Ultra [00:30] subscriber around the world in their own language. So, what is Spark? It's not a chatbox. You don't just ask it a question and wait for an answer. You give it a goal and it goes and does the work. Google calls this a task. You [00:43] could say, "Go through my calendar and block out time for this week's coaching calls." Spark goes and does it. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's [00:56] helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Think of your normal Gemini chat like a smart friend answering questions at the dinner table. Spark is more like an assistant who [01:08] leaves the table, goes and handles your errands, and comes back and tells you it's done. Under the hood, Spark uses two building blocks. One is called a skill. That's a set of instructions you save once and reuse like a recipe. The [01:22] other is called a schedule. That's a trigger, like every morning or when this happens, do that. So, you're not just asking one question, you're building a little system that runs on its own. Spark can run up to 15 tasks at the same [01:35] time. 15 things happening in the background while you do something else completely. That's not a small tweak. That's a shift from typing questions to running actual workflows. And it's not locked to one app. Spark connects into [01:48] Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Keep, and Tasks. It can read your emails and draft replies. It can check your calendar and move meetings around. It can open a shared document and actually edit it for you, not just [02:02] tell you what to write. Here's a real one. You could set up a skill that says, "Draft a welcome reply to every new AI Profit Boardroom member email and mention the coaching calls this week so they show up ready." Spark drafts it, [02:15] you just hit send. This is exactly the kind of setup we build inside the AI Profit Boardroom. We don't just tell you Spark exists. We sit down with you and build out your first skill together, whether that's replying to new leads, [02:28] following up with people who commented asking about AI automation, or organizing your content calendar so nothing slips through. You get four coaching calls every week where you can bring your own setup and get help live. [02:40] Plus a full roadmap so you're not guessing what to build first. If growing your community or your business is the goal, this is where you learn to make an agent do the repetitive work for you. Google also made it faster, over 50% faster they say, by having it pull information from multiple sources at the same time instead of one after another. So a task that used to [03:08] after another. So a task that used to take a while now finishes a lot quicker. Here's a simple way to picture that speed jump. Imagine sending one person to check five stores for a price, one store at a time. [03:20] Now imagine sending five people, one to each store all at once. That's the Not everyone has it yet. Google is holding it back in the European Union, the UK, Switzerland, and Nigeria for now. So if you're in one of those [03:35] places, you'll need to wait for local rules to catch up before you get access. Let's go deeper on real use here. Say you're trying to grow the AI Profit Boardroom every week. You could set a schedule that checks Spark every [03:49] morning, pulls a list of anyone who commented on your videos asking about AI automation and drafts a reply pointing them to the community. You review it, you send it, done. Or say you want more people showing up [04:03] to your coaching calls. You could build a skill that says, write three short reminder posts about this week's AI profit boardroom call. One for each social platform focused on what people will actually learn. Spark writes the [04:17] drafts, you post them. That's the shift. Gemini isn't just answering, it's starting to run parts of your day. Now, the second update, which is smaller but still useful. Google added something called collections and it's rolling out [04:31] to everyone using Gemini notebook. If you've used a lot of AI chats before, you know how messy it gets. Random chats, old research, half-finished ideas all mixed together. Collections let you group things together, kind of like [04:46] folders but looser. Google compares it to playlists on a music app or albums in your photos. You don't have to force everything into one strict folder. You just group what belongs together. Here's how you'd actually use it. Build one [05:00] collection called AI profit boardroom growth and drop every prompt, every video idea, and every piece of research about growing the community into it. So, next time you need a new lead magnet idea or a new roadmap topic, it's [05:15] already sitting right there instead of buried in old chats. Put those two updates together and you can see where Google is headed. They're not just making Gemini smarter at answering, they're making it better at organizing [05:28] what you already have and better at actually doing the work, not just describing it. Other companies are doing versions of this, too. Everyone is racing toward agents that can act, not just chat. Google's edge here is that [05:42] it's already inside Gmail, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets for billions of people. So, when Spark plugs into tools you already use every day, there's no extra app to learn. I get the skepticism here. A lot of [05:57] people have heard this changes everything too many times, and it turns out to be a small update dressed up as a big one. Fair. But, this one is different because it's not a new chat feature. It's Google handing an agent [06:11] real access to your email, your calendar, your documents, and letting it act inside them without you clicking through every single step. That's a real shift in what these tools are allowed to touch. The honest part of this is that [06:25] it's going to feel uncomfortable for a while. Letting an agent touch your inbox or your calendar takes trust, and trust takes time to build. That's normal. Nobody figures this out perfectly on day one, but the direction is clear. The [06:39] communities and creators who get comfortable handing off the repetitive stuff early are going to have way more time and energy left for the work that actually needs a human. That's the real opportunity here, not the hype, just the [06:53] time back. That's the update. Google didn't make noise about this one. No big keynote, no huge event. They just quietly handed millions of people a working AI agent and a cleaner way to organize their work. Small announcement, [07:08] big shift underneath it. We've already built out the full walk-through for this inside the AI Profit Boardroom. That means setting up Gemini Spark to follow up with new leads automatically, drafting welcome replies for new members [07:21] the moment they join, and building a schedule that checks on your community every single morning without you lifting a finger. On top of that, you get four coaching calls every week with people who are testing this exact setup live. [07:35] So, if something breaks or you get stuck, you're never figuring it out alone. There's also a full roadmap and a prompt library built around exactly this kind of automation.
