[00:16] said one of my biggest pieces of advice is post your content on short form shorts that is because these platforms have built-in algorithms that'll automatically help you reach new viewers so because this is one of my biggest
[00:28] myself to see what knowledge I could learn to help not only the streamers this video as well another important piece of information SL advice that I it's much more beneficial to focus on quantity over quality the main reason
[00:42] of these shorts are to reach new people to which you can drive them to your live Tik tocker slthe biggest short form content creator that's totally different quality because that's your main source of content however if your goal is to
[00:57] drive them somewhere else quantity over quality always so to prove this I went YouTube and made pretty poor quality shorts number one I have a lot on my and I don't have an editor and number two I wanted to show you all that
[01:11] form content even though the content is rather poor quality I still use color retention I know this is a lot of work but you should always do this because more people your algorithm will push your short to so I got my four to five
[01:26] uploading strategy I posted six shorts on my channel on most days with an Channel's analytics I'm blurring my Revenue temporarily but I will show you towards the end of this video you can clearly see the week that I started
[01:40] right away I went from averaging around 400 a day to 2,000 a day then 10,000 a views which for a channel my size is a lot personally I'm desensitized to numbers but objectively speaking this is more views in one day than my channel
[01:55] subscribers I'm actually not gaining as much as I was in previous months leaving from seeing these shorts on their feet what are some other things that I've after 5:00 p.m. usually perform poorly as well as shorts posted before 11:00
[02:09] a.m. the day didn't really seem to have an impact as every day I had at least one short due decent I've noticed that it is inevitable that some shorts will reach the short shelf and some won't no matter how good the quality is if you
[02:21] like the for you page for Tik Tok I noticed that my shorts made for my Mr Beast video did considerably better than all of my other shorts I noticed that se the performance of the short but not much it's worth it to add some tags and
[02:34] a quick description but I wouldn't waste too much time on it I noticed that on in my thumbnail the short performed better the best short I had besides my Mr Beast ones was this one right here which the thumbnail feature Julia is not
[02:46] receiving 10,000 bits I noticed that the shorts that were really bad performed extra poorly but some that I thought would do better actually did worse than most part though the ones that I expected to do well did was some
[02:59] exceptions so what did shorts do for my Revenue theoretically speaking I was making close to $50 a month the previous month only getting about 15,000 views should look a lot better right well here's what I noticed number one there's
[03:11] a slight spike in revenue for the weeks that I was uploading shorts nearly my opinion I didn't expect nowhere near the same ad rates but for five times the little bit more of a bump in Revenue number two shortly after I stopped
[03:24] focus on the creation of this video and a couple others I hit my lowest day ever in terms of AD Reven Vue and to make it worse this is not even a week after my top day all month number three even though this is only $3.7 a day it is
[03:36] over three times as much as my average for the month although it's still not as monetized number four views on my full length videos are on a downtrend however that's typical with this time of year SLG growth Niche that I have I do think
[03:49] short views have had a little bit of an impact on it in terms of maybe increasing the views slightly but it's not enough to where I'd say it's a noticeable difference overall do I think that short s hurt my Channel's revenue
[04:01] didn't really help at all but I don't think that it hurt either it got my channel exposure which is never a bad thing I just didn't really benefit from recommend uploading shorts to be honest that completely depends on your channel
[04:13] and the goals you have for it personally even though this was a lot of work for going to continue to upload shorts after I post this video I stopped uploading get it out first to show you all the clear week views that I was uploading
[04:26] stopped uploading shorts you know what I mean however right after this video I'm you want to subscribe and leave a like on my shorts to help boost my algorithm algorithms are the secret to growing on any platform and it's exactly how I help
[04:39] example whenever they post a Tik Tok YouTube short or anything like that I follower accounts to ensure that their algorithm will show them to as many sure that the time and effort you put into content creation does not go to
[04:52] streamer why are you telling me to make Tik toks when I should be streaming the algorithms twitch nor kick has any type front of your streams I'm going to repeat that twitch nor kick has any type
[05:05] of system or algorithm that will ever put viewers in front of your streams the richer type of system meaning that unless you are already getting viewers with that being said you need to take this action into your own hands and post
[05:18] which are automatically built to put you in front of people both Tik Tok and to show your content to as many people as possible as soon as you upload it algorithms to your Vantage to drive traffic to your Twitch / KCK streams if
