everything about [3:36] the franchise from its character designs [3:38] to its combat to its overcomplicated law [3:41] and plots to its propensity for endless [3:43] sequels with increasingly pretentious [3:46] titles just screams anime the mashup of [3:49] traditional Disney and Japanese [3:51] animation would no doubt be beautiful [3:53] and would likely draw in potential [3:56] viewers worldwide given Disney's [3:58] popularity though the rights and [4:00] logistics would probably be tricky we [4:02] just hope they leave out Atlantica too [4:04] many bad memories [4:15] number six metal gear series a military [4:27] stealth action franchise metal gear may [4:29] seem like a relatively standard video [4:31] game series at first glance but look [4:34] deeper and you'll see that it's heart is [4:36] all anime thanks to the trademark style [4:38] of creator Hideo Kojima the franchise's [4:41] emphasis on action complex multi-layered [4:44] stories as well as distinctive heroes [4:46] and villains make it perfect for an [4:48] animated adaptation Metal Gear also [4:51] manages to seamlessly blend gritty [4:53] realism with outlandish set pieces [4:55] absurd character designs and [4:57] over-the-top plots involving robots [4:59] ghosts psychics and nano machines Otacon [5:03] said it best it's like one of my [5:05] Japanese animes number 5 the world ends [5:09] with you just go the hell away all the [5:18] world needs me set in a vision of Tokyo [5:20] Shibuya district The World Ends With You [5:23] is an action RPG that sees its [5:25] protagonists battle against fellow dead [5:27] people in a series of games the game has [5:30] an urban fantasy setting pitting young [5:33] people against each other in a strange [5:35] contest both of which are very popular [5:37] tropes in anime and the Arsenal would [5:40] also transfer wealth to an animated [5:42] format in addition the world ends with [5:44] you features a complicated battle system [5:47] that could prove entertaining to see on [5:49] screen [5:57] number four Dark Souls series [6:07] it's time for anime to get good a [6:10] notoriously difficult fantasy action RPG [6:14] franchise the souls series pits players [6:16] against a veritable legion of tough [6:18] enemies and bosses packed to the brim [6:20] with terrifying creatures and legendary [6:23] heroes the souls games would make for a [6:25] visually arresting anime in addition the [6:28] franchise has a huge amount of highly [6:31] detailed law from which to draw material [6:33] from and if they wanted to vary up the [6:35] setting in law while still keeping the [6:37] same essential style make it always a [6:40] damp blood-borne - number three The [6:48] Legend of Zelda series a long-running [6:58] fantasy adventure series The Legend of [7:00] Zelda series follows a succession of [7:02] characters named link usually out to [7:04] save the eponymous princess from the [7:07] evil Ganon featuring plenty of dungeons [7:09] monsters iconic characters and action [7:12] along the way with how many iterations [7:14] of the story the franchise is told the [7:17] animators would have a lot of options if [7:19] they wanted a more realistic look they [7:22] could go with Ocarina of Time a lighter [7:24] one with the Wind Waker or somewhere in [7:26] the middle with breath of the wild to be [7:30] honest I have no real reason to think [7:34] there's always the chance that the next [7:37] moment will change everything whatever [7:40] they decide to do it could not possibly [7:42] be worse than the American cartoon [7:48] number two Xenoblade Chronicles series [7:51] stay back [7:52] I'll take it from here no you can't take [7:55] any more [7:57] this action RPG franchise may be [8:00] relatively young but we're still eager [8:03] to see it animated the games in the [8:05] series feature gorgeous and creative [8:06] settings as well as strong core casts of [8:09] characters that are the ideal types for [8:11] anime heroes [8:13] Xenoblade Chronicles also features [8:15] plenty of creative powers in battle [8:17] which could make for fantastic fight [8:19] scenes all-in-all Xenoblade Chronicles [8:21] is one series that we're really feeling [8:24] needs an anime particularly if they can [8:27] retain its fascinating law compelling [8:29] characters an amazing soundtrack as soon [8:33] as this year's [8:35] right behind you [8:37] and then we will seize our destiny [8:42] number one Chrono Trigger [8:46] [Music] [8:52] one of the most beloved RPGs of all time [8:55] Chrono Trigger follows an eclectic group [8:57] of adventurers as they travel they're [8:59] willed as well as through time on a [9:01] journey to stop the apocalypse the game [9:04] has a masterfully told story iconic [9:07] characters beautiful locales and time [9:09] periods a great battle system and powers [9:12] beautiful music and so much more that [9:15] make it a treat to experience every time [9:17] through but perhaps most importantly the [9:20] art style was done by Akira Toriyama the [9:23] creator of Dragon Ball if that doesn't [9:26] scream the need for an anime adaptation [9:27] to you what else does those cutscenes [9:31] from the PlayStation port are [9:32] spectacular [9:35] [Music] [9:41] do you agree with our pigs check out [9:44] these other great clips from WatchMojo [9:46] and be sure to subscribe and ring the [9:48] bell to be notified about our latest [9:50] videos
