## Transcript

These hidden AI YouTube niches are
making people millions right now. Some
of these channels have under 10,000
subscribers yet make more money than a
full-time job. It honestly blows my
mind. One of these channels made over
$10,000 with just five videos, and
another niche is paying creators over
$15 for every 1,000 views. And the
craziest part, most of these are fully
AI-powered and super easy to copy once
you understand exactly how to do it. So,
in this video, I'm breaking down some of
the best faceless AI niches to start in
2026 and exactly how to copy them using
AI tools without showing your face,
without needing a huge team, and without
even needing to know how to edit.
Starting with niche number one. This
niche makes money while people literally
sleep through the videos. So, there are
channels literally uploading 90-minute
gaming compilations that are super calm
and soothing. Because they're so calm,
viewers will literally fall asleep
through these videos and leave them on.
And especially if a viewer is watching
these videos on a TV, YouTube's TV
algorithm will pick these videos up on
autoplay and just play them one after
another without the viewer even needing
to click anything. These channels are
making thousands of dollars right now
because the watch times are so insane.
The videos are long, and when you have
long videos on YouTube, you can place
more mid-roll ads throughout the video,
which makes you more money. Your average
RPM in this niche is going to be from
like 10 to $14. So, to copy this niche,
I would literally just find relaxing
videos in the gaming niche or outside of
it, paste them into this app called
Subscriber. I'll [music] leave a link to
it in the description. Or use another AI
to basically just analyze the pace of
the videos and see how slow and soothing
they make the videos using the script
[music] and break down exactly how
they're structuring these videos. Then,
I'd use Subscriber or another AI tool to
generate a really long script with very
relaxing language for this niche. Then,
I would just use a free app called OBS
to record your screen and just play like
an open-world video game or steal
someone else's footage and overlay it on
top of the voiceover. And then, all you
have to do is post. Do this right and
you can easily make 10K a month. Moving
on to niche number two. This niche turns
AI into a full documentary production
studio that prints money with faceless
videos. People are making secret history
videos, conspiracy style stories, spy
documentaries, you name it. And the
videos honestly look like full Netflix
productions. Your average RPM in this
niche is usually around like 12 to $15.
A few years ago to make videos like
this, you needed full teams of
researchers, editors, and animators.
[music]
And now one person, you, can do the
whole thing with AI. These types of
videos generate insane watch time and
money because they usually tend to be a
bit longer and are some of the highest
retention types of videos on YouTube
because every few minutes there's a new
twist or a new element to the story. So,
to copy this niche for myself, I'd start
by researching emotional or
controversial topics in a software
called Perplexity. I'll again leave a
link in the description. Then I'd paste
the topic into Subscriber or use another
AI to generate a retention-focused
documentary script outline. Then I would
use an AI video generator like
Midjourney or Leonardo to generate AI
visuals. And then I would animate these
cinematic images using apps like Kling
or Runway. Again, links in the
description. Then I'd put everything
together with dramatic music in CapCut,
which you can get from the YouTube audio
library or some other places. Niche
number three, this niche makes crazy
amounts of money because it attracts
rich viewers that have a lot of money to
spend that advertisers will pay a lot to
reach. Some of these channels are making
upwards of $15 for every 1,000 views.
So, if I wanted to copy this niche for
myself, I'd first look for niches where
viewers are going to be spending a lot
of money. For example, an educational
channel about yachts. Then I would throw
the top channels into Subscriber to do
[music] competitor tracking. And with
this, see exactly which topics are
over-performing on the channel. Then I
would use Subscriber or another AI to
generate scripts that specifically
target a wealthy audience in terms of
the way you speak. Then I would look for
free cinematic luxury footage online and
edit everything together with
premium-looking b-roll cuts. Next, niche
number four, this niche makes thousands
of dollars every single month by turning
screenshots of houses into faceless
YouTube videos. When I first heard about
this niche, it honestly sounded fake
until I actually saw the views. The
average RPM in this niche exceeds
usually $10 for every 1,000 views. The
reason the RPM is so high is because the
target audience for these videos, which
is finance and mortgage advisors, have a
lot of money to spend and advertisers
are willing to pay more to advertise to
them. So, even with lower view counts,
you can still make a crazy amount of
money. So, to copy this niche, I would
first find weird or obscure houses
online. Then I would screenshot all of
the images directly from the listings.
Then it paste the information into
subscriber or another AI to generate a
retention-optimized script and put it
all together in CapCut. Next up, niche
number five. This AI niche turns creepy
sea creatures into viral AI YouTube
videos that generate thousands of
dollars per month. This niche is
basically already free viral content
because the ocean, without you doing
anything to it, already looks like a
horror film. The average RPM in this
niche is generally around 10 to 12
dollars every single month. So, to copy
this niche, I would first research
strange or unusual sea creatures in
Perplexity. Then it paste the topic into
subscriber or another AI to generate a
high-retention YouTube script. Then if
you can't find enough images of the
creatures online, then it use an AI
image generator like Midjourney to
generate the extra visuals that you
need. And finally, edit everything
together with very ambient music and
slow zooms to make it feel very
dramatic. Up next, niche number six.
This AI niche is going crazy viral right
now by turning raw police footage into
bingeable YouTube which in turn makes
the creators a ton of money. The average
RPM in this niche is usually around 9 to
12 dollars per thousand views. The best
part about this niche is the tension and
storytelling is already built into the
footage, so your main job is literally
just to cut the dead weight and package
it up and post it. So, to copy this
niche, I would first find public police
body cam footage with built-in emotional
tension, whether that's a high-stakes
crime or an argument or some kind of
fight. Then I would upload the
transcript into subscriber or another
AI, figure out what the best thing to
put at the start of the video is in the
hook. Then I would put your footage into
CapCut, rearrange everything, cut even
more dead space if you can, and then
focus heavily on your title and
thumbnail. And as best you can without
ruining the pacing of the videos, I
would also make them as long as possible
so you can put as many chances for an ad
as you can to make more money. All
right, next niche number seven. This AI
niche allows one person to create
Hollywood-level history videos in just a
few hours. And some of these channels
are making thousands of dollars every
single month doing exactly this right
now. Your average RPM in this niche is
going to be around $7 most likely. And
these videos work because they don't
feel educational, they feel very
emotional, getting viewers invested and
keeping them along the ride for the
story. So, to copy this niche, I would
go to Perplexity and research super
interesting and engaging historical
stories. Then I would paste the topics
into subscriber or another AI to
automatically generate a viral script.
You should prompt whatever AI you're
going to use to not make these feel like
an educational video or a documentary,
but more like a movie. Then I would
generate images in Leonardo or
Midjourney, and then finally edit it all
together in CapCut. Finally, niche
number eight. This AI niche turns
something really boring into super viral
videos that are really entertaining to
watch. People are getting huge views on
YouTube right now talking about boring
infrastructural things like bridges,
tunnels, roads, and mega projects. The
average RPM in this niche is usually
like $6 to $7. The way these videos work
so well is because bridges or tunnels or
any other type of infrastructure always
has some hidden danger, catastrophic
risk, or massive scale behind it. So,
what I would do to copy this niche is
find other infrastructure videos that
are already getting high views, paste
them into subscriber or another AI to
get a viral breakdown of the video and
see how they're paced and structured. I
would then get free cinematic footage
from the internet, or you can use AI to
generate it as well, and then finally
edit everything together with very slow,
cinematic, dramatic pace. And those are
the eight faceless YouTube AI niches
that I would start in 2026 if I wanted
to blow up and make money fast. Let me
know which one you're going to try
first, and check out this video next.
