So, look, this is my habit log, and here I have habit log, and here I have I have the day of the week, whether I drank my recommended amount of
water (two and a half liters), whether I exercised, whether I did physical activity, whether I slept at the correct time, and whether I ate healthily that day. So, here are all the days of the month. For each day, I
check a box, and this is interesting: at the end, I have my results. So, in 83% of the days I managed to drink in 83% of the days I managed to drink water, in 87% I managed to exercise, in 80% of the
