[00:31] want to know who your competitors are and what they name their channels. But if you join my school community, you can see this list of niches which has all of the competitors that are performing right now. WNBA is the second niche in
[00:44] the list. So we can just go ahead and read a few of them. You got basketball top stories, Courtzite TV, Hoop Riddics, The Hoop Doctor, Clutch Queens. All I'm going to take one word of each. I'm going to do hoop and then queens. So,
[00:58] I'm not even going to look it up to see if it's taken. I'm just going to use it. So, that's the name. Now, we need a profile picture. To do this, I'm just going to go to Chad GBT. I'm going to switch the model to 40. So, this is the
[01:10] me a profile picture for my YouTube channel called Hoop Queens. Make it a sporty font. Color yellow, purple, black, Lakers, I guess. Uh, and a silhouette of basketballs in the background. Sizing needs to be 800 by
[01:24] important. You don't want to be adjusting and resizing the profile Point is, you just go ahead and click enter. And there we go. Look at that. Hoop Queens. Nothing too crazy. Nice and simple. I'm just going to download it.
[01:37] Now, we can move to gathering competitors. Again, you can skip this school community. Link will be in the description of this video. So, I'm just that are in the list of niches and I'm going to see what they're posting.
[01:50] YouTube channel first. He had a banger here 7 hours ago. Asia Wilson, by the Um, I don't even know anything about the NBA, but look, this channel is getting a
[02:02] lot of views. So, Caitlyn Clark, of course, Angel Ree, same thing. What is this channel doing? Steph Curry, Caitlyn Clark. Caitlyn Clark. Okay, cool. Caitlyn Clark. This channel is doing Caitlyn Clark. This other channel,
[02:15] Caitlyn Clark. Okay, I think we have an idea. And that idea is to make videos Caitlyn Clark. So, um, I'm just going to close out of the rest and pick the one this one. One day ago, 169,000, right? The WNBA niche is kind of like a trendy
[02:30] like celebrity news where I post a and then it's going to completely die. So, let's hop on the trends, man. Look silence. That's going to be the first video I put in production. Now, you guys
[02:43] know the process. Every single time it's the same thing. Down to the description. appear over here on the right side. I'm going to copy paste it into a Google doc. Then I'm going to click file on the top left, click on download and download
[02:57] it as a PDF document. Now we can go back to chat GBT. Then click the top left, go to more models, and click on GPT 4.5. If you don't have it, 03 should do maybe.
[03:09] Then from here, I'm going to go to this super secret prompt that I made, and I'm going to paste it on Chad GBT with the PDF. So this is essentially just telling CHGBT to completely rewrite the script. Um that will be in the PDF. Then I just
[03:22] click enter. Now we wait and it also gives it a little bit more instructions. go ahead and reply back with start. Find this prompt in my school community. I also provide a few prompts for you guys. But now what Chad GBT is doing right now

[05:23] and copy the first paragraph. Again, it's kind of like Chad GBT. You don't want to paste the entire script into 11 laps cuz then the voice is going to voice is selected here on the right side and then click generate speech. Let's
[05:36] go to the bottom right and click on download. Then you're going to go back to your script and then just paste the next chunk, the next section. And you're Paste a new one and then click on generate speech. And there we go. From
[05:50] Fiverr, Upwork, and just hire a freelancer to edit the video for you cuz You can send him an example of what you want by sending him your competitor's from. And that's it. Now that we got that out of the way, we can go to the
[06:04] packaging. As you can tell, that was very easy. You know, the actual content news. The news itself is the content. The script itself is the content and the matter. But the most important part of this niche, the WNBA, any any niche
[06:19] that's trendy, is the thumbnail. We're going to copy the link of the video. Google. We're going to paste it on there. and we're going to search for it. Then we're going to go to images and it's right here. Full HD quality. So,
[06:32] I'm just going to save that to my desktop. Now, if I scroll down, you can this or maybe he copied this. This picture has been reused multiple times ahead and click on the channel and see who's it belongs to. But anyways, now
[06:47] that we have the actual thumbnail and we've downloaded it, we can just open up Google again. Click on this little camera icon here that says search by thumbnail into that. And here we are able to see more pictures. Look at that.
[07:02] he used, right? He used this one with her mouth open. And then there is this one where she's smiling. So we'll take this one. It's all about the images that you choose. You know, you want your videos, the presentation of your videos,
[07:15] everything to look exactly like your competitors. Now, I'm not saying copy paste and the exact same thing, but I'm saying the structure of it, how the [ __ ] works. And this goes for any niche that you do. Now, when you join my school
[07:27] of niches, but you also get all of the PGs that you need. Once you get access to the Google Drive, you can see all of the pre-done thumbnail templates like this. See, this is what he used. So, if I keep switching by, you can see I made
