## Summary

This video presents a simple trading strategy for beginners on Binance, focusing on spot trading with the Bollinger Bands indicator. The strategy emphasizes making many small profits rather than chasing large gains, and includes guidance on using limit orders and managing risk.

### Key Points

- **Strategy Philosophy** [00:02] — The best approach for beginners is to make many trades with small profits (e.g., $10–$20 per trade) rather than waiting for one big trade. This reduces risk and builds consistent gains.
- **Spot Trading Focus** [00:47] — The strategy is for spot trading, not futures. The presenter recommends using the daily timeframe for analysis to avoid excessive volatility.
- **Binance Square Group** [01:02] — The presenter invites viewers to join a free Binance Square group for trade recommendations and analysis. Links are provided in the description.
- **Bollinger Bands Indicator** [02:29] — The key indicator is Bollinger Bands. When the price touches the upper band, it is likely to fall; when it touches the lower band, it is likely to rise. This forms the basis for entry and exit points.
- **Profit Example** [04:48] — Using Bollinger Bands on a daily chart, the presenter shows a potential profit of 15% from lower to upper band. Even 7–8% is considered excellent for spot trading.
- **Stop-Loss and Risk Management** [05:15] — A stop-loss is essential. For example, if entering near the lower band, set a stop-loss at 8% below entry to limit losses. The underlying asset remains, so patience can help if the portfolio is strong.
- **Limit vs Market Orders** [06:30] — Limit orders allow buying/selling at a specific price, which is safer. Market orders execute immediately at the current price, which can be riskier. The presenter recommends using limit orders.
- **Buying in Stages (DCA)** [07:42] — Instead of buying all at once, use dollar-cost averaging (DCA) to reduce average entry price and increase holdings if the price drops.

### Conclusion

The Bollinger Bands strategy on the daily timeframe offers a simple, repeatable method for spot trading beginners to capture small but consistent profits. Proper risk management and limit orders are crucial for success.

small profits, and maybe even more, let me tell you in today's episode that I'm going to share a in today's episode that I'm going to share a very simple and easy trading strategy that will allow you to enter and exit trades with a good profit. Let me tell you that the best thing in trading,
especially if you're a beginner, is to make many trades with small profits. It's better than waiting for a single trade to make huge profits, only to find yourself losing a lot. If you follow a clear plan and a very simple strategy, even in the long term, for example, let's say your profit from each trade is $
10 or $20, you'll find yourself making $200 after 10 trades. This is unlike waiting for a single trade to make $200 or $500, and then losing your money. I'm also talking about spot trading here, not futures. So let's go and apply
our strategy today and see how we can do it with such an easy method. It's simple to make profits through trading. Let me also tell you that you can join our Binance recommendations group. You can join the Binance platform for free. We post analyses and
recommendations for various cryptocurrencies there so you can invest. Today, I'll teach you how to buy and sell, so when I post a recommendation on the Binance Square group, you can benefit from the information or the currency itself, buy it, and complete the transaction. I'll leave a link to register on the Binance platform in the
video description. I'll also leave a link to the Binance Square recommendations group and educational Telegram channels in the video description if you have any questions. First, let me tell you that this is our Binance Square account, Abu Malik, and we are, thank God, certified content creators on Binance Square.
These are our statistics. This is the recommendations group I'm telling you about; we're still building members, so try to join us to benefit from everything. It's completely free. I'll leave a link in the description; just click " Join." You'll find yourself in our group
and can benefit from our trading and analysis. Now, let's go back to the main page. This is our account on the Binance platform, as I mentioned. I'll leave the link in the video description. Now, let's start trading. The Binance platform makes it easy; it's labeled "
Trading" here. The trading we're discussing is called spot trading. Don't go to futures; spot trading is where you access it. You'll find the word "Trading" here, and from there, you select spot trading. To choose your currency, you go here and type its name. Let's trade, for example, the
go here and type its name. Let's trade, for example, the SE currency. It's at a good low point, and we can profit from it in the coming period. We click on the SE currency, as you can see. This is the SE currency. Of course, as I mentioned, this is n't a recommendation; I'm just giving an example of the
strategy we'll be discussing. We'll talk about very simple indicators before I go below and tell you how to buy and sell. Let me tell you first. How to enter and exit a currency pair? Let's expand on this so we can analyze it more easily. I have a condition for the
currency pair, of course. The first thing you need to consider is the timeframe you're trading on. I'm using the 4-hour timeframe here, but I'm going to tell you about a simple strategy that I personally prefer to apply to the daily timeframe so the bounces aren't too big for you. The 4-hour or 1-
hour timeframe is a bit short, but we're talking about the daily candle. Many things can happen in a single day that cause the currency to go up or down, making you feel like you're losing. But we're talking about the daily timeframe because we're also spot trading, so it's easier for us. Okay, I've
got the daily candle. See this icon, guys? TradingView. I click on it to get TradingView indicators. Analyzing from within TradingView is easier and better for you than analyzing
directly on the Binance screen. This way, the analysis is better and easier, and there are indicators you can use. How does it help me enter a trade? Let's start by using indicators. See this symbol, which is called the technical indicator? I'll click on it, and it will start showing me indicators. I'll be working with an
indicator called Bollinger Bands. This is the one I'm looking at, guys. This is the Bollinger Band. This is a very good indicator to use for simple trades and to make relatively small profits. Basic
trading in the Bollinger Bands: the closer the indicator or candlestick is to the upper part of the three lines above—we have three lines: lower, middle, and upper—the higher the candlesticks are, the more likely a decline is to occur. This means the
higher the candlesticks are, the more likely a decline is to occur. This means the reached this point, it fell, and when it reached this point, it fell. Moving up again, when the candlestick got close to the indicator above, it fell again. Looking at the long-term picture, the candlestick
Looking at the long-term picture, the candlestick was originally above the Bollinger Bands. It started to fall and fall and fall and fall and fall and fall and fall and fall, as you can see here in the middle of the T, and it fell until we reached this point. This means that every time I get closer to the indicator above, this indicator means that it will
fall again, or the currency will start to stabilize again. So, I can buy when the currency is at the indicator below, which is the lower point, and sell at the higher point. The profit might not be huge, but it's still called profit overall, as I told you, you're making a profit overall. So, what might the
profit percentage be? If we take this indicator and measure from this point to indicator and measure from this point to this point, we'll find that the profit is 15%. We saw a percentage of 15%, a very small percentage. If you buy below the indicator and sell above it, or even sell in the middle
if you want, for example, 7% or 8% in the spot, this is an excellent number, a very excellent and wonderful number that you can exploit with a simple indicator called the Bollinger Bands indicator. I showed you its name and how to get it, and you can proceed.
It's very simple in most cases, but of course you must set a stop- loss order for yourself. Don't rely on it completely, like a trade that will go up or down. For example, if it reaches the top, goes up halfway, then goes down again, and even goes below the line, you must set a stop-loss order. Let's say I
enter from here. I've drawn the recommendation: I'll sell now, or I'll enter from here and sell at the line above, at a percentage of approximately 7.5% (half a percent). But if I lose by 10%, or let me reduce the loss percentage a little, say 8%, I'll exit the trade. So,
you either win or you lose. This is spot trading, but the underlying asset is still with you. If you're patient, it might rise. Of course, if you have a strong portfolio, this is a very good indicator to start with and work on in very small trades, even if it's with $100 or $200. You enter a
even if it's with $100 or $200. You enter a trade and... Profits, for example, 10-20%, and the same story repeats itself with more than one cryptocurrency: C, Fetch, SWIFT, OP, and many others. Of course, as I mentioned, I will provide you with some recommendations in the Binance Square group, which I
will link to in the description. Every other day, when an opportunity arises, we will start posting it to you in the group, which you will find in the video description. Now that we have seen the indicator we can work with, let's learn how to buy and sell the currency. You have two ways to buy: the
limit price and the market price. The limit price is when you buy at a specific price. For example, if the currency is currently at 50 cents, I want to buy it when it drops to 5.45 cents. This limit price makes me drops to 5.45 cents. This limit price makes me write 45 cents here: 0.045 0 4 5. So,
when the currency drops to this price, I will give Binance an order for you to buy this currency give Binance an order for you to buy this currency for $20 when it drops to 45 cents. Don't do this unless it drops to that price. This is buying at the limit price, but at the market price. I'm buying right now, at the moment, at the
closest possible price from the time I click the buy button. This is a bit risky because you might end up buying at a higher price. So it's best to always buy at the limit price, especially if you're following recommendations. Now, the same applies to selling. If you've bought a coin
and want to sell at a specific price, then sell when it reaches that price. For example, if you're busy and don't have time, you might write, "I bought the C coin, so I'll come to the bought the C coin, so I'll come to the limit price. If the C coin reaches 80
cents, I want to sell all of it." So, I'm giving Binance the order to sell the coin when it reaches 80 cents. Whether you're asleep, awake, have nothing to do, or your internet is down, the asleep, awake, have nothing to do, or your internet is down, the order will be executed even if you're not on the
the app at all. This is regarding buying and selling at the limit. Of course, if you want to buy, buy in stages. Don't buy at the limit price. Allocate all your funds at once so that if the currency drops, you can use something your funds at once so that if the currency drops, you can use something called DCI (Digital Contracting Advancement). This involves increasing
your holdings and reducing your average entry to ensure you profit from buying and selling on the Binance platform. It's a simple strategy I wanted to share with you in a quick video.
