[00:02] watching this video, I want you to be very careful with what I'm about to tell you, because this can happen to anyone involved in the world of automated channels, even you. When I say that YouTube has [00:15] lost a little bit of income. I mean that from one day to the next, an artificial intelligence channel that was generating between €3,000 and €5,000 per month has gone from generating €0. Yes, I repeat, zero, it's that crazy. In this video [00:29] happened. I'm going to tell you exactly what YouTube told me and demonetizing AI channels like crazy in recent months. I'm going to show you step by step how to appeal a demonetization. And [00:43] people don't tell you. I'm going to explain how you need to protect yourself before it happens to you, so that if it does happen, your whole business doesn't collapse, or at least not a part of it. I'm going to explain everything to you without filters and with [00:56] the real data. Let's go over the context so you understand which channel demonetized is an artificial intelligence channel that had been profitable for over a year with approximately 80,000 [01:09] screen, and which on average was generating between €3,000 and €5,000 per month, as I mentioned before. In fact, this channel, which started generating revenue in early March of last year, has generated [01:24] nearly €40,000 in profit in one year. To give you an idea, it was a channel that was already part of my monthly profit and loss statement. It was not an experimental channel or a test channel. I repeat, it was a channel that was already up and running [01:37] test channel. I repeat, it was a channel that was already up and running . A few days ago I opened the email account for the channel and found show it to you right now on screen so you can see that I'm not making anything up. [01:51] Take a look at what the YouTube email told us. Hello. and the channel name, as this will be censored. To review your X channel, our team of policy specialists has detected that some of your content does not comply with the [02:04] YouTube Partner Program policies. In other words, your channel does not currently meet the requirements for monetization, so you will not have access to the monetization tools and features well, they add a little bit of filler, but basically in this email the only thing they [02:19] told us is that right now we couldn't monetize, what we could do, that we could appeal it and basically that when this 3-month demonetization period ends, they will send us an email confirming that we [02:31] can request monetization again. And here comes the part that really hurts. It's not just that they stop paying you tomorrow, it's that YouTube literally presses a button and all the work accumulated on that channel, the [02:43] uploaded videos, the entire history, the content library, stops generating income overnight. Speaking badly, it's awful, I'm not going to lie to you. I remember perfectly that I was traveling, I was in a hotel and I just received [02:56] the email and I immediately passed it on to the team informing them of that, but on the other hand I was calm because it's part of the game. one thing right now, because I know how this works and I know how it will affect [03:12] you when you see it. This is not the end of the world, as I said before, it's part of the game and there's no need to dramatize it. And in fact, it's a situation that I had been anticipating for some time, that could happen at any moment. That's why [03:24] calm, not panic. Let's now see why this happened, how to appeal, and above all, what to do so that if the same thing happens to you, your business doesn't collapse, or at least a part of your business doesn't collapse. My intention with this is for you to understand [03:37] why YouTube is demonetizing these channels. To help you understand what's happening right now at the platform level, in recent months, YouTube has significantly tightened its filter on AI-generated content [03:50] . And mind you, before you misunderstand me, YouTube has not . It is still perfectly possible to monetize channels with AI. Okay, I actually make a living from this and I have several monetized channels today where I [04:06] do exactly the same thing. What YouTube has done is fine-tune the filter considerably to detect three things. And I want you to see what those three are because they are exactly the ones that can cost you monetization. The first is the [04:19] reused or recycled content. What is this? It's when you take videos from other creators, add a voiceover , a cut, some stock images, and upload it as if it were your own video. YouTube calls that [04:32] repurposed content, and right now it's the number one cause of AI-powered channel demonetizations. Look at the official policy on the screen . YouTube literally requires that the content have significant added value [04:46] original material. Not that it's a remix, not that it's an automatic summary, not that it's a montage, but a real added value from a person behind it. The second is mass content without added value. That is, upload 20 videos a day, for example, [05:02] all very similar, all with the same structure, with nothing to differentiate one from the other. YouTube calls it repetitive content. I repeat, it's not that artificial intelligence is prohibited, it's that spamming is prohibited, and [05:14] misused AI is the perfect tool for spamming on an industrial scale. That's why many people are screwed. And the third, which is the one that confuses people the most, is inauthentic content. This refers to videos generated 100% by [05:28] a machine, without any human intervention, without a script, without manual editing, without any real input from a person behind it; literally videos that look like they were actually made by a robot from beginning to end, and it's learning to [05:43] detect that better and better. For example, to help you understand what happened in my own case, I felt comfortable with that channel. During all those 12 months we are making 100% original content. All the videos were videos [05:56] with different stock clips, with a very good voice in the background and in the end, as we saw that this channel was very stable, we started producing the content in a worse way and stopped putting so much importance on the content. And that's [06:10] exactly what happened, because as I mentioned before, I have several channels that generate income every month, which are made with artificial intelligence and there is no problem. And I want to emphasize something because I think it's [06:23] absolutely key. The problem isn't using artificial intelligence, the problem is leveraging artificial intelligence without contributing anything. You have to bring something human to the table . And this is what differentiates a [06:35] channel that lasts for years from a channel that YouTube takes down in 6 months. Leverage artificial intelligence, don't delegate everything to tell you that if you too would like to have extra income or would like to [06:49] scale up to more than €3,000 per month with automated channels and above all explained to you, to get them to take them down, in the first line of the description you have a link to schedule a call with us. That said, let's [07:04] continue. I'm going to explain to you now how you need to appeal those channels step by step in the correct way. Let's get to the practical part, because I know that if you 're watching this video it's probably because it's already happened to you or you're afraid it will [07:17] happen to you. If you receive the email, I want you to know exactly what to do. I'm telling you this because many people, when they receive a demonetization, panic, write a message to YouTube on the same day full of rage, and that [07:30] literally closes the door on you. We must appeal in a proper manner with a cool head. Let's go step by step. Step number one. First, breathe. Don't answer on the same day if you're angry. YouTube gives you a deadline to [07:44] peel. You don't have to do it in 10 minutes. The first strategic decision is to give yourself 24 hours before touching anything. YouTube Studio, go to the monetization panel, the dollar icon in the [07:57] you will see the current status of your channel's monetization. If you are demonetized, you will see a button or link that says request review or do it, here's YouTube Studio. You need to go to the income section and that's [08:12] where you'll see the option to request monetization. In this case, it won't channel is demonetized and I have to wait the 3-month period. I want you to understand that this is the button you need to press, not the generic contact email button [08:25] , not the support Twitter button, not the general help form. The official appeal button is located within YouTube Studio. I repeat, in the income section you will see here to appeal the monetization. Let's go to step [08:39] three, and this is the most important one: what to write in the appeal. I'm going to be transparent with you. I don't know yet if they're going to accept mine either; I mean, I've monetized many channels, some have been demonetized before, and they've [08:52] never rejected any of my appeals . But it is true that, as I mentioned before, it is part of the game and it can happen. In this case, as I mentioned, I'm waiting for a response, which takes those 3 [09:06] months, and once I receive that response, I'll be able to see if I can continue monetizing or problem because it has happened to me before and I appealed as I did that I have followed, and that several of my students have followed with good results, [09:21] is the following. First, acknowledge the policy that YouTube says you have violated. Don't deny, don't argue, don't get defensive, start by acknowledging that you understand what the policy is and why it exists. That disarms [09:34] the inspector from the very first line. Second, explain with concrete data policy. And this is where you have to make your case. If you include human voices, say so . If you're including manual editing, say so. If you include scripts written and reviewed by [09:49] people, say so. If you have a team behind you, say so. You have to state all the facts without fluff. And third, offer a solution. If you're willing to pause the channel, change the type of content, or delete certain videos, just say so [10:01] . YouTube greatly appreciates having a proactive proposal on the table. And the fourth and last one: no spelling mistakes, no aggressive capital letters, no threats. No drama, no pleading, just a professional, short, and direct tone. [10:16] Keep it to a maximum of one page and YouTube usually responds within 7 to 30 days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later, depending on their workload. And be aware of this: if they answer no, you don't have an automatic second appeal [10:29] at that point. But what you can do is continue working on the channel with corrected content and reapply for monetization after a while, which is exactly what I 'm doing, because since I'm confident it will be [10:41] monetized again, I'm continuing to publish content. I repeat, and I want you to remember this. Appealing well doesn't guarantee acceptance, but appealing poorly guarantees rejection. The difference between a yes and a [10:54] no is sometimes literally how you've written those lines. I'm going to explain now, for those who haven't experienced it, how to protect yourself before it happens to you . And now we come to the part that, honestly, to be honest with you, is [11:06] the most important part of this video, much more important than learning how to peel, because the appeal comes when you've already been ripped off, when that moment is already too late. What I'm going to explain to you now is how to build your business in such a [11:19] way that if you get ripped off, it won't hurt. And here the key word is just one : diversification. I've been repeating this on this channel for years and I'm going to repeat it once more because it's the most important principle of this whole [11:33] business. It is much easier to have five channels that generate €500 per five channels that generate €500 per month than a single channel of €2,500 per month. I repeat, five channels at €500 per month is infinitely safer than one [11:47] channel at €2500. And I'm going to explain exactly why with the real-life example own profit and loss statement. Right now I have between 10 and 12 channels that are generating income every month, [12:00] video is one of them. And what has happened to my profit and loss account this month? Notice, it barely moves because the channel that has fallen represents a small percentage of the total revenue. It [12:13] that percentage hurts, but it's not 100%. Obviously it hurts, I'm not going to lie, it bothers me, but it hasn't ruined my month. And that's precisely because I've been diversifying since day one. Think about what would have happened if I [12:27] had done what most people do when they start a single channel, putting all their eggs in one basket. climb one by one to 10,000 per done things wrong, the channel that would have generated €10,000 a month, [12:40] believe me, something happens to every big channel sooner or later. No matter how much you generate—5, 10, 20,000—you can go from that income to zero overnight if you do things wrong. And that's where people sink. And be careful with this, [12:56] people don't go under because of demonetization, they go under because they haven't built a structure that can withstand demonetization. I want you to business, you don't control the platform. [13:08] YouTube is ultimately a third party. It's Google. He can change the rules of the game whenever he feels like it. You can't negotiate with Google. The only thing you can do is play the game yourself, intelligently. And what does that mean? It [13:20] means opening channels in parallel, in several niches, in several languages, and understanding that some will not work. And that's fine and it's normal. I'm going to be transparent with you. If I were starting from scratch today, knowing [13:34] exactly what I am now, I wouldn't try to take a channel to more than €5,000 a month. I would try to have 10 channels, aiming to reach €500 each. The math is the same, the risk is completely different. And [13:48] now I want to share the reflection that no one tells you about, and I want to close with the most important point of this entire video. This is part of the game. Honestly, it's not a tragedy. It's the price you pay for making a living from a platform that isn't yours. And the [14:00] difference between someone whose entire year is ruined by demonetization and someone who loses two weeks of sleep lies in one thing: not having fallen in love with the channel. Ultimately, the real skill lies not in having [14:13] created a channel that generates money, but in knowing how to create channels that generate money in the plural, in a repeatable way. That's the skill that makes you impossible to sink. It's not easy, but it 's simple. Diversify from day one and [14:27] treat each channel as if it could be taken away from you tomorrow, because the reality is let me tell you that if you've reached this point, it's because you're interested in building a solid, diversified YouTube channel business that can [14:41] withstand the algorithm's blows and allow you to generate €2,000, €3,000, or more than €10,000 per month, as we've already done with many success stories in the academy. If to see if we can help you too, we've included a form in the first link of [14:56] to see if we can truly assist you. We only want to work with people who are truly committed and have their heads in the right place. If you want our help, you know, it's in the [15:10] first line of the description. See you in another video.
